PrestaShop I have not received my theme I purchased.

I purchased a theme. I received a confirmation email and the money is no longer in my account. I went to downloads and no file was available with no explanation.
I poked around till I found the message section and seen a message saying they need to verify my purchase and I need to send in a picture of my license.
This is ABSURD, when you already sent me a confirmation and the money is no longer in my account. I called the customer service number several times throughout the day and no one ever answered nor called back. I left a message. I emailed twice. No response.
