Premier Dead Sea Scammers

I was at the St. Matthew's Mall and was walking from one store to another when a man approached me from a kiosk. He asked if my long nails were real or fake. I told him they were real. He asked if he could demonstrate their nail products normally I would've said no but I had a little time on my hands so I said sure. While he buffed and shined my nails he became a real chamer and after looking at my nails I could tell a little difference but not that much. So then he showed me their hand salts and after rinsing my hands I could see there was dirt in the bowl. When he told me the price for both kits was $106.00 I said no and began to walk away. To keep me from walking off he then offered to throw in 3 free gifts for the same price. Two large tubs of Black Sea Mud for your face and you body and a bottle of moisurizer. For that I was willing to pay $106.00. I took the products to my car and found 2 reciepts stapeled together. While he had charged the $106.00 he had also charged me as he was smooth talking me about my compexion, etc...another $349.80. I was livid and immediately went back to the kiosk and told the jerk I wanted a full refund for all my products. He took the bags and told me to wait a minute so he could go get his supervisor. Ninety minutes later he still hadn't returned. I called my bank and found to no big suprise he had charged both charges to my account. I went immediately to the bank and they "temporarily" refunded the charges but told me I needed to file a police report. to get the charges reversed. I went to the St. Matthew's Police Dept. and filed a report. I later came to find out that this guy not only had a rap sheet but other current outstanding charges and yet this company had hired him. Beware of these people and this company, they lie, cheat and steal! I am also advising the Better Business Bureau of what they've done to me amongst others.

Premier Dead Sea rip off

If you have too much money, go the kiosk piled with dead sea primer productions in the mall.
I got my bloody lesson there and I will remember in my rest of my life to stay away from any of the sales person.
After I bought expensive stuff and went home, found out those over $100 bottles only cost two digital on amazon.com, I was almost want to [censored].
Never ever buy anything without checking online first!

I am a military spouse as well as a teacher in Killeen. My husband has been either deployed or stationed at another post for about seven years. He just returned this past Saturday. We are already separated due to his actions and the actions of the clerks at one of your stores. I realize these places are privately owned. However, you need to know that their...

Premier Dead Sea Stay away from kiosks and phony salesmen

I have read a number of the complaints against the mall kiosk sales tactics used by those selling Premier Dead Sea products. I see that people were scammed out of $100 here and $200 there. Here's story about being bamboozled into buying $1300 worth of the products.

I was visiting San Francisco, and enjoying a trip through the Westerfield Mall when my path was blocked by a young man who wanted me to try some lotion for my hands. Of course, I played right into his hands. The lotion I tried was from another dead sea product distributor (Swisa) and I loved it...still do. I bought 2 jars for $54.50 each + tax. The fast talking salesmen then worked me into a spa chair and said he wanted to treat me to a quick facial experience that would amaze me. And, to tell you the truth, I was.

This guy was way too sweet and fast talking. A number of times I asked what everything would cost me, but my answer was always "don't think of this as a cost because it's an investment." Blah, blah, blah.

I really did like the products, and have been using them regularly with decent results. But, the scam was in how I was tag-teamed by two young men and offered all kind of gifts and freebies it I would make a purchase. By the time all was added up, my bill was over $1300, an astronomical amount that I would never consider paying for skin care products, which up to that time I only bought from Walgreen's.

The men went on and on with their sales speech. How they use the stuff, how their mother's use the stuff, how one's sister has severe psorriasis only to have it disappear after using the stuff, etc. I'm a smart person, at least I like to think I am. I wasn't falling for their gimics. But, I really did like the products and liked to small improvements I saw in just that 30 minutes in that spa chair. I bought these premium products thinking I was doing something great for myself after spending a bunch of money on souvenirs for family and friends. I thought that this was my San Francisco souvenir to myself.

I left the mall with my precious and expense cargo and headed back to my hotel. As I was entering the elevator, a jar of serum fell out of the back and the lid cracked. I thought I would write to the Premier Products company and see if I could get a replacement lid, since the serum was supposed to last over a year with once a week applications. I went to the Premier Products web site and saw that I had been charge double, and in some cases triple, the price that was offered on the web (with no tax AND free shipping). I calculated that, had I purchased all my products from the web site, I would have saved about $800! Yep, $800!

Don't fall for the kiosk hard sell. Buy directly from the Premier Products web site. They do seem to be very good products. I'm pleased with their overall performance, love the scents, and appreciate the packaging (it looks nice sitting out on your bathroom counter).

I wrote to Premier Products to tell them about how their distributors were setting their own prices, but never heard back.

I discovered these products on a visit to Israel a few years back and was very impressed with the quality - I particularly like the hair mud mask. HOWEVER, I do NOT like their "hard-sell" tactics which I think deter customers rather than attract them. I live in London, UK and my local shopping centre, Westfield in Shepherds Bush has a stall where they constantly call out "Can I ask you a question?" as you walk by. I have learned not to stop but to say "No - I'm afraid you can't"! I have discovered I can get the hair mask on Amazon so will buy there in future and certainly not from Kiosks.

I got ripped off, too. I went to Discovery Mills Mall in Georgia, and got stopped in one of their kiosk. So, the people working there were extremely nice. They offered me cream for my eyes. They "promised" a two year supply for the cream. It looked like a great offer to me. So, I purchased it and let the sales woman write "Two Year Supply" on my reciept. So, I finished the cream and went to the mall to get another cream. Of course, it was a scam. They started telling me there's a different owner and don't know anything about this deal. But the company's phone number, name, and so on was the same. They are liars and it's all a scam, no costumer service, no returns . Please be careful and keep caution.

I also was taken in at the mall in Las Vegas, He put the anti age serum on half of my face, told him that I didnt really see any difference, but within a few minutes, wow what a difference, my husband came by from shopping with the kids and he could see the difference, I asked the salesman how much, didnt get an answer right away, then we went on to the eye syrum, needless to say, ended up walking away with eye syrum, mud mask, and anti age cream for around 400 hundred dollars. well, a few months went by and I did a little investigating on line, (amazon), wow what a price difference, I have to say I love the products, I actually think Iam addicted to using them, they really do leave your skin feeling very nice, and looking very nice also, I didnt use the mask much but did use it on my teen age son who was having so much trouble with acne on his face, and the proactive crap wasnt working, It did a real nice job in clearing his face within two weeks, he uses it about once a week, I love their products but dont buy them in the malls, shop on line, save hundreds...

Premier Dead Sea Eye Cream

I was in Miami recently and was at Sawgrass Mill and were approached by these sales people who seemed to by very pushy with selling their products.

I purchased the eye cream and serum and I am very pleased to say that I am very happy with them!

I can really say that they never mentioned that I needed extra stuff, only around my eyes. I used to use MAC eye products and I find that with the eye product from Dead Sea does wanders for my eyes.

They did try to get me purchase more then one, but I declined because I wanted to see the results.

I guess, after I finish using my products after a year, they may be out of service after all the complaints.

the dedad sea companies is a scam all those companies have regular avearge creams no special ingridients but the prices are very high
its better to go to Dep store and buy creams from a reliable company. and you know you get good products
The dead sea creams are made in china but the people working there lie and say made in israel or made in italy or usa
they will tell you lies after lies to get your money
Going to the mall managers will not help as all those kiosks pay rent
]What help is to report them to INS they will close the kiosks as most of the workers are illegal and doesn't have work visa

Same thing happened to me the second day useing their products and my face is dryer than ever I should've never bought anything from them due to their pushiness, definitely a scam If they were that good they would be selling in Macy's should've thought about that before I let them persuade me.. Expensive lesson learned!

They are too pushy and aggressive. I felt pressured and ended up spending $190 on creams that I didn't even want. I will warn everyone I know about these people. I had already said that I did not have the money twice and he proceeded to ring me up and package the products. Very pushy, aggressive and disrespectful. Never again!

The sales people are very aggressive and they do employ tactics to make you feel as though you are not caring for your skin. I believe the sales person was shocked to find out I was 10 years older than she guessed. She moved onto her next tactic, that fair skinned people always suffer from rosacea. In spite of my doubts, my mom had died only the week before so I was shell-shocked and she was able to sell me $600 worth of product. Stay away! The products are not what they say they are and the sales tactics are that of mercenaries, not people who believe in the product or care about the customer. L'Oreal also has an unnamed product of Israeli dead sea products working out of kiosks with similar agressive sales people. Calgary, Alberta, July 2013

These boards are for complaints - not for those who are trying to counter-balance the negative with positive. I wouldn't take any positive comments seriously, since they seem to me more of a ploy by the company to neutralize criticism. Hired guns, so to speak.

Today I purchased the facial peel, mosturizer, serum and eye cream and I have to say I really like the results. I couldn't believe how well they worked. The peel was so cool. I thought I was really cleaning my face but after I cleansed I did the peel and I couldn't believe what was there. Also the eye gel and serum really ironed out my eye area and laugh grooves. I like the products.

Premier Dead Sea unethical sales tactics

Wow where do I start. I have never seen sales tactics like this before. The product seems to be a good product but the way they sell it is horrific. They target you and the hone in like wild dogs. I had my children with me so I was a little distracted. They come to you use the exfoliating scrub on your hand to lure you to the cart. Once they get you there they start trying all kinds of products on you. Pointing out flaws that you may not even have. All of that is ok, I am in sales and you have to use some sales tactics, but it becomes bad when the prices are marked up 50-75% and then they start acting as if they are giving you deals and doing you favors. They will say if you buy 2 today at this price I will give you 1 free or 1 for half the price. Everytime you try to walk away they try to sell you more and more and more. Its ridiculos. If you truly believe in your product, let the product speak for itself. If it truly works, believe me the customer will be back.

I paid twice the amount of the product online. I called the owner of the cart that evening and I told him I felt taken advantage of and I didn't appreciate it. I told him I would bring all the products back and he could start over and sell me the products at the appropriate price and he can keep all his so called freebies. I don;t need them. He told me no problem, come down and we will take care of you.

When I went down there he proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the internet pricing because I paid less if he totals up all the free or discounted products. I told him he can take all those products back and keep them and I will just payfor what I need. And when you throw in a product it is free, you cannot now start totalling it up when you threw it in. I did not want it anyway.

He said he could not do that, and he prceeded to insult me and tell me that his time is money and he has already spent too much time with me. This is a far cry from the christian man I had met less than 24 hours ago. He changed his story and told me he could not take the products back and proceeded to give me more free products to make up for the difference. I told to stop, I don;t want anything else free I want to pay a fair honest price for whatever I get. I don't like this kind of business and I don't do business like this.

Anyway long story short they are con men. Do not buy from them. Go directly to the companys website and purchase or go to a reputable retailer to purchase the product. No one likes to be scammed, lied to and taken advantage of. Its a terrible feeling.

I will probably see him in court because its obvious with all the posts regarding these kiosks, this is a business tactic that is taught to these people, this is what they are known for and its really sad because it does seem to be a good product being sold by terrible people.

Be Ware!

Premier Dead Sea Coercive marketing

Please stay away from these people. They do a terribly good sales job for what essentially is a poorly decorated jar of mud. It is clear to me that people who end up being lured to buying these products cannot really afford them. I spent $200.00 and felt very badly about it afterwards.
I don't care about the products - a cream is a cream. But I do wonder about these people - they must know that they breed misery by luring the susceptible to overspend. I think they don't care. I consider them sly and manipulative.

Premier Dead Sea scam

The incident occurred in December 2007 in the Richmond Centre Mall. I was approached in the Richmond Mall by the seller and after trying their products they informed me of the AMAZING DEAL they had for me because Christmas was just a few days away! I would get the beautifying nail kit for $100 BUT I will also get one free! So I bought the product.

Then I decided to do some research and went online to find out the price. To my surprise, the actual cost was 1/2 price on the official Dead Sea Premier website. They were forcing people to buy two kits! Luckily, after I confronted the manager and said that I would report him, he quickly ignored the no return policy and refunded me the full price. Now this may have been an isolated case, but I think people should definitely be careful.

I was approached by one of their sellers who tried to sell me their product in a very annoying manner. I had to say “NO” like dozen times but he kept pushing and telling me about the product. This is not a way to deal with customers, avoid those annoying jerks.

My girlfriend just got scammed this week by a guy working for one of those mall kiosk that sell this dead sea premier stuff. They got her to buy 1400$$ worth of their products, claiming that the products were normally selling for like 450$$+ and that they would do a "special price for her of like 300$" (when normal cost is like 60$ on average if you search online) . Off course it said "no refunds" on the ticket and there is a sign at the kiosk showing that as wellt. My gf felt Really bad once she realised what happen to her. The other thing as well, is they don't indicate the price anywhere, and on the receipt it does not even show what was bought exactly, just the total sum is shown(another red flag)

Anyhow, we certainly were not going to let this happen and would fight it as much as needed to get her money back. First my gf called their "owner" who said initially, afterhearing all of our complaints about them, that a refund should be possible but to call custumer services of their business the next day. My gf did that, and talked to some other person, who was basically trying not to give the refund initially, and than started to agree on just giving back 450 at first, than like 550 and than followed by 850$$ back. At this point i told my gf to not settle anything but for a full refund, and at that point I CALLED THE MALL MANAGEMENT who is responsible of the kiosk there. Once i explained the story to them, and them telling me they have received several complaints against this dead sea kiosk business, she quickly called the owner of that business and told them to give the full refund without questions. The matter got quickly settled after that call. Be aware, well at least at this mall, BUSINESSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REFUNDS. The NO REFUND on the TICKET IS TOTALLY FALSE and AGAINST MALL BUSINESS POLICIES. Basically it is a lie! The mall management even asked if we wanted to have mall security escort us to the kiosk to make sure that they would refund us in case they would resist it still once we get there! We elected not to do that at first. Of course when we got there, they tried to have my gf keep some of it, but since i was there this time, the BS stopped rapidly!

Don't let yourself cought by their BS and empty promises. They are untruthful and scammers and they are really good at influencing people with their rehearsed scheme that obviously works and screws hundreds to maybe thousands of people each year. This guy was forceful on my gf to start with, than was trying to be really freindly with her, asking all types of questions to her to get a better feel of my gf to prepare his scheme a little better, and than tried to find every flaw excuse on my gf (in a "nice" way, which made her feel bad about herself, and which got her into buying their crap, even though she does not have the flaws he was claiming her to have! Just disgusting to see this kind of activity happening and especially seeing those malls being aware about all this but not really doing much about it, it sure seems like to me after talking to them!

IN SUMMARY:

if a mall business or kiosk advertises No Refunds and really excessive prices ON THEIR PRODUCTS, it is most likely FALSE, AND YOU SHOULD CALL MALL MANAGEMENT OR EVEN MALL SECURITY! YOU SHOULD GET YOUR FULL REFUND!
DON'T GIVE UP! It might be a lot easier than you expect!

Premier Dead Sea Can't return the products/scam

I was approached by a sales rep at a stand at the mall asking if I had a few minutes for a demonstration. They told me all about all their "wonderful products" and how great they were for your skin. I bought several items and spent about $140 at the stand and when I got home, they didn't really deliver the results promised, especially for the price. When I returned to the stand to return my products, they would not take them back. They pulled out a tiny "All Sales Final" sign from behind a huge mound of products and told me I should have read the sign. The receipt also had in tiny tiny print "No Returns" but I didn't even get my receipt until after I had purchased. I explained that I did not see this as fair and they did not care, they even tried to sell me $180 worth of "better" product than what I bought! Can you believe the nerve?!?! Anyway, this Christmas season, stay away from the Dead Sea Cosmetics stand at your mall!

I had an allergic reaction to the "Moisture Cream for Multi Use". I bought it at a Premier store in Barcelona and the saleswoman told me it's a facial cream, but it ISN'T. Nowhere on the bottle does it say it's for the face only. She also said it has sunblock but again, after carefully reading all of the ingredients and the description, there's nothing that indicates this. I put it on my cheeks (which get very rough and dry) and after putting on a few layers, my skin felt smooth but then it got hot and red, so of course I'll never use it again. I have a $5 bottle of lotion with lactic acid, vitamin E, and a few other ingredients and that gives me no problems whatsoever.

I was "accosted" yesterday at a Kiosk in the Parkway Plaza Mall in Huntsville, AL. A very aggressive your Israeli wanted to give me a product sample. I said I didn't need it and she said "I'll just drop it in your bag if that's okay". Fine, then she asked me if I had a few minutes and I told her no. She said "just one minute - you will be amazed". So, I said I'd give her a minute. She proceeded to apply some product under one of my eyes and then waved a fan over my face. Yes, the product did visibly reduce the lines and wrinkles. I was impressed. When I asked her the cost she said a 3-year supply was $380.00. I told her to forget it. Then she said she would make a deal and sell me a smaller size for $80. At this point I was over it. I had also resented her asking me for my first name (I gave her a made up name). I walked away before she could say anything else. I actually was impressed with the product, but wanted to see how long the results actually lasted, and I also wanted to check the company out on the internet. So glad I did. The effect of the product lasted for several hours and I decided I would get some. Lucky I found it at Amazon for a fraction of the cost. This is really a good product, but do stay clear of those kiosks. They are definitely a scam. Glad I opted out.

Do not shop in Hong Kong! I truly love this products but in my last vacation, me and my friends went to the shopping mall Houbur City, me and my friends splits since I like shop alone because i like more sports style and my best freind like more brands.. So while I'm walking I walked in a place named "Log On" and I saw my favorite stand over there, I bought 3 salt scrub and paid $1040, I was very happy since in Eaurope it is more expensive, I texted my gf to walk in this place, since I know she loves Dead Sea products, my gf went to the same stand a few hours later and apparently there is a promotion going on that the sales lady didn't mention, they told my gf this promotion always running and in all their locations In HG, she bought "buy 2 get 1" 3 salts scrub for $760 Hong Kong dollars . And she got a small gift, the mud Soap worth $180 dollar! When we met an hour later, I saw her bags and what she got and I was totally in shocked! We back to the same place, we spoke to the ladies, and sadenly "they don't speak English" and cannot understand Us! Such a ###! These people not reliable, and I would never buy there again!

I was approached today in the Willowbrook Mall in NJ by a very nice looking Israeli man who first handed me a sample of a moisturizer then proceeded to ask me if I use facial moisturizers. Long story, short...he rubbed some face cleanser on the back of my hand so I could see how it removed dirt and dead skin and left my skin so soft. Then we moved on to moisturizer and eye cream and how it would all get rid of my lines undereye puffiness(which I didn't know I had) and make my skin so soft. No matter how many times I told him I couldn't afford to spend that kind of money, he kept going. He kept dropping the price and including a 'free' item until he got down to giving me a $179 jar of cleanser for only $49 because the box was damaged. I told him I would think about it and finally escaped without spending a dime because I didn't believe a word he said! Next time I go to the mall, I will definitely keep my head down and keep walking when I get to his kiosk!

I've encountered a sales person from one of these stands and I do agree they are very long winded and pushy! But one thing I've learned you can do is just walk away. That's the reason why they are hell bent on keeping you in one place and constantly talking to you. I was in an extreme hurry and literally gave the sales person 5 mins to show me what they wanted because I didn't want to be rude; but hey... if I tell you I'm in a hurry and you still insist on interrupting my day then you may end up getting frustrated at the end of your experience with me. I did spend $40 and on an entire manicure kit (Passions Touch body lotion, 2 nail files to smooth and buff my nails, cuticle remover) and got a free bottle of Passions touch body lotion. I got this because the sales person wanted me to look at other products. My response to that was that if they didn't ring up my sale in the next 5 secs then I'm taking my credit card back and leaving. I also made sure to check my credit card to make sure that's all they charged me. You have to be just as aggressive as the consumer as they are in selling. I do like the lotion a lot and my friends have also liked it. But there is no way I'm going back to that stand to get more. If there's a place online where I can get it from that doesn't look shady then I'll get it.

All the same happened to me. What is truly said is like a few of you said. They are giving the Jew's a bad name. It really makes me sad because I support Israel . I also give to a fund to help the Jew's from other countries return home ( Alyhia) to Israel. We all have to remember there are good and bad in all races, creed & nations. So we cannot single out Jews as ALL bad just because you have a group of these scamming others. However I have found the home office in The United Sates that will let you return the items & receive a refund. The address is 18885 Beaver Ridge Circle Suite A Norcross, GA 30071. (ph) 404.492.8133. We have to be hopeful that they will eventfully be shut down & prosecuted. Best of Luck! Texas

I also bought 2, 300 worth of products from the people at the mall and feel so stupid because the products are way cheaper on amazon and my mom and step sister won't even appreciate the products I got them for Christmas. I also wanted to return the sets I got for them, but to keep the stuff I bought for myself and the people told me all sales were final and that it was printed on the receipt, which I didn't get until after they ran my credit card. These people are ruthless even if you tell them you don't have money they try to get you to spend over a hundred dollars. I am not a happy camper and will be paying off this debt for many months to come.

My experience happened in Canada; I felt like I was being molested by the immigrant from Israel! He pouted when my friend and I told him "we are not buying anything" and he became more aggressive and started to make inappropriate sexual comments. I realized the only way he would let me go would be to buy his dam product. So $420.00 later I left feeling dirty and abused. I am trying to get my money back because in Canada those sales tactics are frowned upon.
I wonder why they don't advertise on t.v. like legitimate "beauty" companies do; they certainly charge enough and could afford to advertise! Maybe they don't because they would have to back up their product as being so great that they can charge that much!
If someone is standing in the doorway of their store and enticing you with a piece of soap like a pedophile offering candy to a kid...RUN!

Yep! Just got duped today. Payed $700 for all 8 products at Tacoma Mall. I then went home found the exact same products on Amazon and realized that I have been overcharged more than $260. Well.. live and learn.. The only good news is that the reviews on Amazon seems to indicate that these products work very well. Very deceptive scheme.

I just got the dead sea salt scrub for 30.00 bucks thats same for what you buy online lol I really like the stuff... I also had to stand there and act stupid and say no millions of times till they gave me a good deal, knowing that they bucked the prices up on me. I think what saved me was my 8 month old he kept making loud noises and staring at the guy funny all I could do was laugh. In the end I got what I wanted for the price Id be paying for anywhere else online. I felt like I would have been pawned off if I didnt put my foot down. Finally when I was about to walk away thats when a women was like sell her the salt at cost lol I know 30 was not the cost but I also knew that it was 39 or 35 on the site...Very annoying when all you want to do is to shop and not get stuck with a bunch of idiots..smart ones if that they can sucker you in like no one else thats for sure! Be careful do your research before you buy.
