Prada Product and service

I bought pointed shoes from Prada. After wearing them twice the front of the shoes bended and creased. Something I am not used to with other brands. I normally buy Chanel, Hermes and Gucci and Alaia shoes. I mentioned it to Farfetch and they send my shoes to the retailer. Three months I waited and the outcome is: it is wear and tear. So Prada sells shoes that after wearing them twice starte to crease?

Please help me! I bought pointed shoes that after wearing them twice are creased. The shop does not take responsibility so i am turning to you. I am very upset as they cost me a fortune. I want to keep faith in a good outcome. Please help me! I asked Farfetch and they tried to help by sending the shoes to the retailer. But the retailer said it was due to wear and tear

Prada Prada purse [protected]

I purchased a bag and I was told I can return or exchange within 14 days. Went to the store and I was disappointed with the outcome. The team were not willing to help from the beginning, they called the manager and the manager said the same thing that they mentioned that is in conflict with what is written on the back of the receipt. The reason for declining the return that it is too soft… also the manager compared the Prada brand with Zara, which was even more disappointing for me. A purchase from Prada is being compared to Zara…. Today is the 13th day of purchase they let me leave without any action which may give a reason now for them to say no for after 14 days, but meanwhile they still want to ask higher manager. I expect a full refund as I have no more appetite to this product anymore after this bad experience and not willing to deal with Prada anymore.

Prada Wallet without authenticity card

So disappointed to shopping with Prada, I'll not buy or order from Prada again, they fault that missing my authenticity card NOT me, when I calls and ask she said nothing they can do, I'm done ! Upset people whoever taking care of the shipping need to do better!

Prada shoes falling apart

I have two pair of "platform slides" that are literally "squashing" down. You can tell by the top that they are not over-used and are actually quite cared for by a shoe lover! I adore these shoes and want to know what can be done to the soles/platform bases to fix them. I'm including one of the pair as the others are at my boyfriend's house so I can't photograph. They actually had black "foamy" material falling out of the seam! I adore both pair and would love to have them repaired or replaced with like kind please. (I can provide pics of other shoes at a later date)

Prada Customer Service

I purchased a pair of shoes from prada.com and after receiving the shoes, I tried one of them on one foot in my bedroom closet for less than 30 seconds. Due to poor fit and the way it looked on my foot, I arranged to return the shoes for refund by contacting customer service. After a week, the shoes were returned to me with a note enclosed stating "the product has not been returned in its unused and original condition", alleging that I had worn the shoes! I contacted prada client services to dispute this accusation and questioned "how could I have worn the shoes when they do not fit?" prada still insists that the shoes are
Used. This leads me to believe prada is defrauding their customers by unloading their return merchandise on some unsuspecting customers like me and charging for the price of new shoes and are getting away with this fraudulent practice with impunity. Prada has refused to take the shoes back.

Prada Product

I bought a wallet but its defective within 14 days. The retail changed a new wallet for me. Before I even use, I saw its defective again. Then I top up more money to change a brand new handbag. Once again it is defective! I had always thought prada is a very luxurious brand. But it is an utter disappoint to me. How come such luxurious brand can be defective 3 times in a row? I am so pissed off with prada and no longer want to change a new one. I no longer trust prada and want a refund but the manager won't allow me

i wrote number of email and spoke to customers service twice and still waiting for resolution - all i was asking for is Prada packaging that i did not receive from authorised supplier - i am sure this is not a difficult request -

I should have read the review for Prada before I purchase the wallet, customer service not helping and refused to send my authenticity card that I keep asking for, good luck I’ll not buy order from Prada again !

Prada Re-edition 2005 nylon bag - 1BH204_064_F0002_TU_V_V7L

I'm writing an email to raise a complaint regarding my order GBPR7975504 on numerous occasions I have called in and emailed the customer service countless times about my lost parcel which never arrived. I actually cannot believe I have shopped from such a big renowned luxury brand who have a customer service who speak to their customers in such a ill mannered and misleading way. I was told to wait 14 days for the outcome of my investigation I had no response from prada. I have been asking the agents to transfer me to a manager who have told me they are unable to do this because of policies and guidelines!
I called in myself again and was told to wait till the 5th March. I have now waited for over two weeks and agents on the customer service telling me to wait even longer. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by your company and it's customer service. I was promised call backs which I never got relied on these and was let down I paid over £1000 for a bag which I never got how is that even possible with such a big company, and how was their no proof of where the package was left!

Please consider this as a formal complaint regarding an incident that took place at the above-noted Prada store location.

Upon entry into the store (as per appointment), I was led to the hand sanitizer "station" set up within the store. As I attempted to utilize the dispenser to apply sanitizer onto my hands, due to the malfunction of the dispenser and possibly thin-liquid gel consistency of the sanitizer, the product was squirted onto my luxury leather jacket as well as onto my luxury brand leather bag (Givenchy)! I was in a state of shock and asked for someone to help me clean up. (The sales associate was just standing there, observing... She then proceeded by going into the back room and returned with a cloth soaked in some liquid. The marks on my jacked and handbag were clearly evident and the sales associate was rubbing the cloth against the handbag, claiming that the leather of the bag was "tougher", but explained that she could not use the cleaning product on the jacket as the leather was "too delicate". At that point the damage on my jacket was visibly damaged by the sanitizer and when wiped with a white tissue, the black leather color was coming off leaving the affected area lighter and the texture was changed. The handbag also showed damage as the hardware (zipper and cloth potion around it) were clearly covered with the liquid gel sanitizer.
I was disturbed and upset. The sales associate took some photos of my damaged property and reassured me that I will be contacted by the store manager to further discuss and go over my options.
I then proceeded with my initially intended purchase and left the store.

To this day (Oct. 23rd, 2020), I have NOT been contacted by anyone from Prada team to apologize or to offer any compensation for the damage.

This is unacceptable and I would like to escalate this issue to your management team.

Prada Spectacle frame

I bought Prada spectacle Frame along with prescription glasses from Spectacle hut plaza singapura on 22nd June. Within a month of getting the delivery back side of the frame fell off (see attached pictures). Spectacle but though replaced it but this is not original (original picture enclosed).
I'm complaining about the Quality of the frame and craftsmanship as how can a quality product have this kind of issues so quickly and then same part is not available to replace. I'm expecting either a full refund or replacement with brand new frame.

Prada Customer service and availability of product

My husband went to the Prada store at Yorkdale at 10am when store was opened. We were looking for the Prada re-edition 2005 Nylon Shoulder Bag. the sales person named Kang stated that they no longer had the black one. My husband asked if the other Prada stores in Toronto had it in stock. He stated "for sure" but would not call to ask. My husband called me at work and I spoke to Kang he stated "we can not transfer bags from store to store... I told him not looking for transfer just if you can call if they have the bag instead of running around the city... he stated no need For sure they have". My husband proceeded to make his way to downtown Toronto on Bloor street. I decided to call Bloor street (which I had to look up the number.. Kang wouldn't look it up for me) they stated had only one bag and not allowed to sell what was on display. She took my number said would call me back. I then called Prada at Holt Renfrew and spoke to Andrew who stated yes we have the bag I will put it aside... No worries... Also stated the Prada on Bloor street had just contacted him about that bag. The lady at Prada Bloor street called me back and stated spoke to Andrew and that a bag had been put aside. I was very pleased with that Prada at bloor and Prada at Holts. what I don't understand is the lack of service I received or didn't receive at Yorkdale Prada. A few days ago I was at Yorkdale and decided to pay a visit to Prada. I spoke to Kang who said his manager wasn't available. He didn't think he had done anything wrong. Said he was sorry but with a smile on his face. had no explanation as to why he didn't call the other store and to be honest I don't think he understood my issue at all. I have bought many Prada products. I have never bought LV and Gucci because I feel very loyal to prada. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I am very disappointed with Prada hiring people who don't want to sell or help a customer and are unable to communicate with their customers. I received a very expensive wallet at Christmas from my husband which he bought at Prada and have been tempted to return it. Perhaps Prada no longer cares about customer loyalty and service. I have been a repeat customer. That bag that I went looking for was a Christmas gift to my 18 year old daughter who has become a fan of Prada and is studying Luxury Retail Management at Ryerson. Prada No goods received, no news, terrible service

I have ordered a bag online through the official PRADA online store.
Confirmation ERP_BEPR4964016_29387bfb.
Payment was executed (1.800€) and order was confirmed through mail. The order would be dispatched after four days... the site says; enjoy fast shipping.
This happened three weeks ago.
After one week I send a mail and received an answer they were checking the situation and would get back to me.
Called the number (is switched off after two ringtones), resend mail, resend another mail.
No news after three weeks.
This is the worst online shopping experience EVER. A luxury brand that treats the customer like filth.
We understand things can go wrong, but keep the customer informed.
Do not buy with them any more, I will not for sure.

Prada Prada men’s cotton/poplin coat

I bought a Prada Mens's Cotton/Poplin cost from the Prada Shop in Dubai Mall Extension and after I did my first wash all the liner inside pulled out and I couldn't be able to wear it. I bought this coat with USD 1, 500.00 and now it is not wearable. I called and emailed customer service and sent all the copy of receipts and picture of the damaged coat, however, they are not responding promptly and they are terrible and it is frustrating. I did not except the service to be this low. I will never buy this brand.

Prada Spectacles

Hi there,

Good day to you.

I have noticed quite often every time I get caught in the rain my frame go grey (tarnished), looks like it has been sprinkled with powder. It would happen just once in a while but it appears to be happening all of the time now, and only on the left side (left eye).

These are my spectacles that I wear daily so it looks quite distasteful when wearing them that one side is grey and the other black!

I'm happy to send these onto so you can see the problem I am having.

Hi there,

I have noticed every time my glasses get wet they discolour. The left side of the frame looks as though powder has been sprinkled on them. It takes a while for them to go back to normal. This only happened once in a while but I've noticed it happening more frequently now.

Please see attached photos to. I got caught in the rain this morning and this is what happened!

I'm complaining about Prada sunglasses SPS 02T 54D17 U61-144 145 3P.
I bought this precisely between 17-18th February 2019 from Mall of Emirates (Dubai)
The film of the sunglasses is chipping off.i never thought even for once that such a renowned brand lily Prada could have such a poor quality product. I'm hoping my complaint is addressed and resolved at the earliest.

Prada Brand new damaged handbag with no box

The products in general are amazing however, Prada Auckland New Zealand - Queen Street store has appalling customer service. I am very disappointed with the store.

My sister bought a bag as a duty free item, which needs to get picked up at the Auckland airport on the day of her flight (to Philippines). When she picked up the item, it didn't come with a box and has a scratch close to the inside pocket. She sent an email straightaway and got no reply.

I called Prada Auckland the next day to let them know what happened. The salesperson told me that unfortunately my sister can't exchange this in Prada Philippines (they didn't tell me why) however since my sister is going to Sydney they said she can exchange it from there. The salesperson even claimed that it's hassle free cause she just needs to show the receipt when she gets to the Sydney store. I asked the salesperson to reply to my sister's email and confirm that she can do the exchange in Sydney as a proof for her (since they told me that Prada Philippines can't exchange and Sydney can). My sister received a reply saying that they will forward the email to the manager and the manager will reply ASAP. Days passed and no email from the manager.

My sister got in touch with Sydney to check if they have a stock for her and if she can exchange the bag. The salesperson there is nice and said there's no problem, they just need a confirmation email from Prada Auckland saying that they're okay for Prada Sydney to exchange and provide a box.

I called Auckland again to ask for this confirmation email, but the manager takes days and still hasn't sent a one. He keeps saying he will get back on us but still no email and no call. We left our contact details twice.

It's very frustrating to keep calling and waiting. Also this is a hassle for us to travel and exchange an item that shouldn't be damaged in the first place. All we are requesting is a confirmation email to show to Prada Sydney. They also said it can be exchanged within 14 days but they're delaying the process of this seem to be unnecessary wait for an email. My sister's flight to Sydney is soon and she needs the email before she gets there.

Prada prada tennis

dear good morning.
I have several Prada shoes and I am a regular customer.
The last one I bought, which has little use, is taking off and breaking the side rubber. Looking for a solution, I went to a Prada store in Rio de Janeiro at the village mall and the salesman told me he had nothing to do and that I should look for a shoemaker. It saddens me to know that a company like Prada, with all its grandeur and magnitude, positions itself in this way with a customer who buys a high standard product. I hope the direction of this company can give me some way so that I can solve my problem, because as I said, the tennis is new and I have no way to use it. I also ask them to instruct their employees to serve their customers in a manner compatible with the importance of the brand they represent.

Prada Unethical behaviour

I bought eye glass on 2016 (sps57q5816dg0-0a7142n). 1 week ago while ı m cleaning the glasses paint of the frame is stains. I ask the company (where ı bought the glasess) what is the reason but their answer is it is not under the waranty so they can not do anything for this situation.
While i m using prada product i need to feel that if something happens to the product which i bought the compant must be helpfull for the solutions.
If it is possible pls advise me what to do . Change prada to another trade or continiue to use prada .

Prada Pradaliveclub

I had ordered few bags from pradaliveclub on 15th june and done complete online payment for my order and I received the confirmation mail but after that no msg or mail from the site. I have written tons of mails but no reply. I really needed those bags asap but It has been more than a month now. Why charge & not send the product. For a big Brand like Prada this is really shocking and shameful. I have sent the images of the order confirmation. Really upset with the service

Prada pray sunglasses spr 16r 56 19 2 au-4mo 135 2n

I paid a lot of money for my glasses, and the tint is wearing off so when I look out of my glasses, everything is spotty. I purchased many many products from your company, which I believe is one of the best in the world. I am shocked by the quality of these glasses which are only a few years old. I hope that there is something that you can do. Kindly let me know what can be done to assist me in this matter. I have had sunglasses from many other companies that have lasted many many years, and I expect that when I pay $400 for a pair of sunglasses, they will last me more than a few years. The glasses were purchased in a retail store on rue de la Montagne in Montreal, QUEBEC, Canada.
