This woman Jess sells back yard bred puppies. She claims they are private bred but offers almost every breed. They have no health certs. She gave a friend of mine an adorable pup and after getting pup home, she needed to spend over 2 grand to get the puppy into good health. When I questioned her, she deleted me and blocked me from contacting her FB site. She definitely is a scammer and preys on people who are looking to buy pups but think they are getting a bargain only to have to spend lots of money down the road.
She also supports back yard breeders!
Certainly wouldn't want to start out with vet bills other than the normal ones now would you? I know I wouldn't.
Btw, I am getting nothing out of posting other than helping others that she scammed and continues to do so.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Jess Durkin is still selling sick puppies. She posts cute pictures on FB and claims her puppies come from reputable breeders. These puppies come from puppy mills. There are hundreds of complaints against her. Do yourself a favor and don't buy any puppies from her!

WHAT? You can not afford Vet bills but you bought a puppy? What is wrong with you?
You certainly don't want to start off with hundreds of dollars of vet bills do you?
Not to mention some she sold were Heinz pups.
It's true, we also bought a sick puppy just the other day. No mention of "the vet" no paperwork signed by a vet, like reputable places do. She did refund the money but I feel horrible for returning the puppy. We just can't financially take on expensive vet bills at this time. Our puppy has blood in its stool, vomiting, and severe diarrhea. The Heath records she gave us was a booklet that had 4 stickers, one each... For worms, flea/tick, distemper, and I believe rabies. No signatures from a vet. I feel so bad... I wish I had the money to pay a vet to take care of him. She did also say she would take the puppy to "the vet" and we could come back for him, but reading all the complaints and the lawsuit... We were afraid to take that risk.
She should be shut down...I bought a puppy that became sick...she will not tell you who their vet is that gave the puppies a clean bill of health...I don't think one exists...the animal cruelty/spca whomever should become involved and have in court her right to own sell breed have anything to do with any kind of animal!
I have no sympathy for people not wise enough to know a puppy mill broker when they see one. Also, there is no quarter for a person who supports operations such as these with all of the info available to help identify fraud when all the signs are there. This chic needs to be shut down. If people stopped buying puppy mill pets the puppy mills would go away.
Seriously people. Where do you really think these puppies come from? What "good breeder" would sell to a business who will make $300 more on the puppy than what the breeder sold it for? They are PUPPY MILL puppies. Thanks to all the people happy to hand over $500 plus for that cute puppy the puppy mill business is doing great. Most of the breeders, the Amish in Indiana, PA, MO put very little $$ into the hundreds of dogs they keep in their barns to sell to Prada and the endless other pet stores. The dogs and puppies are no more important to them than the chickens they also raise. Prada and the pet stores are not much more interested in the health and well being either. What even sadder is while she is showing you all the cute little puppies on her Facebook page the parents of the puppies are living their entire lives in a wire cage in a barn never - NEVER - getting out of it. Why - because people such as yourselves didn't do any research of where your puppy originated and were happy to support their business.
Kathy. Have u bought a dog? We spent 1500 on a full bred english bulldog 2 yrs later and countless texts, emails, phone calls later. Noooo papers were produced wonder why cause she IS not full bred. Well Jessica Durkin small claims here we come . Btw my email is tgdr482@gmail.com

Ha ha, I'm sure "Kathy" is Jess or one of her Cronies! All of her deplorable behavior will catch up with her. Can't run a business forever treating customers like crap - perhaps a few classes in customer service would be helpful for Jess's horrible attitude and dishonesty.
The lies that come from people are horrible so the friend of a friend bought a puppy and spent 2k to make it better. Really why isnt your friend of a friend writing the complaint also what was wrong with the puppy? I keep seeing complaints of stuff that was wrong but nobody says what was wrong with their puppy... I keep seeing complaints but over half of them are written by people who havent even purchased dogs. One complaint said they didnt get a refund for a returned puppy and now needed the address to sue them...If they purchased a dog and returned it Im pretty sure that meant they were there at least twice right? Also ALL puppies are fully vet checked, vaccinated and go home with a health contractI just read it on their site. And it looks like ALOT of people got healthy puppies I also notice all the complaints go in groups for the same time like people are grouping up and writing false stuff
Go to Prada Puppies Complaints. There are real people who have been scammed and bullied by her.
Well, I see a LOT of negative comments about them BUT I also see they have over 5000 people that Like them on facebook and they have been in business since 2000.
As far as blocking you on FB, I have done this as well for people that use the site for a means to an end as well.
