Power Smokeless Grill PowerXL Smokless Grill Sucks

The screw that keeps the fan cover tight doesn’t even screw in tight. Now the grease leaks all over my counter. It’s a pain to clean up. Makes me just want to throw it away. They want me to send it back. I’m not sending this unit back again for another $80 dollars when it’s under warranty. What a scam. I’m so done with this company. This is the 2nd unit now. Who has money to keep sending these units back.

Desired outcome: Send me the cover with a screw. Send me a new unit with the fan and the cover with screw. They informed me they won’t.

Power Smokeless Grill Power xl smokeless grill

My smokeless grill is only 4-5 months old. I put water in the tray, plugged in the grill and turned it on. After a few minutes I could smell what I recognized as burned plastic. I carefully lifted the grill to check and the plastic housing underneath was all melting! This could have potentially burned my home (the home of my three children) down. Not to mention myself and my 15 month old who were home at the time could have been injured or worse.

Desired outcome: I would like a replacement.

Power Smokeless Grill The grill sticks no matter how hot it gets or if I spray it (which I was told I could do) I love it

I received my power XL smoke less a year ago at Christmas at that time I ordered a griddle (which I love also and so far no problem with that one) I was told I could spray the grill so it wouldn't stick but that doesn't seem to help and I have cleaned it with a plastic sponge and dishwasher (which I was told I could do)but it still Sticks no matter what Any more ideas on how to fix the problem? Sure wish it had a Roasterie so I could do small chickens on it and etc That's is the only issue I have and would like to know if there is something I can do Thank You for your time

Power Smokeless Grill Fix and return or send a replacement

I was told to mail the power smokelessgrill to this address 500 Return Road, Wallingford, Ct. 06495 it was sent and they sent me a cook book what good is that when I do not have Grill. my order #2150Z-[protected] www.PowerSmokelessGrill.com. it will not heat up enough to cook anything on it.

Power Smokeless Grill Power XL Smokeless Griddle offer

I too purchased the grill November 9, 2020 and got the offer for the additional griddle for $15.99. In February 2021 I recieved a card that said "The item (s) listed is temporaily out of stock. We expect to ship your order within 30 days. If you do not want to wait, you may return this card and your order will be cancelled." It goes on to repeat if I want the merchandise, do not return this card. I am holding the card so obviously I did not return it. However the CS Rep I spoke to today (4/26/21) said I did. Now to get it I have to reorder at twice the price.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome? I still want my griddle.

Power Smokeless Grill Customer service

Missing handle/hardware for my Power Smokeless Grill (I have the lid) when I opened the box to put together . Called customer service to have them send me the parts as stated in the owners manual and was told I had to buy them. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told there was none. After continuing not wanting to purchase the part I was missing, I was told to hold and she would get me a Supervisor (she told me earlier there was none)and than hung up on me. I called back and spoke to yet another person that basically told the same thing, that I would have to purchase the missing hardware. He than put me through to a Supervisor and I was told basically the same thing again, that I would have to purchase the hardware. The owners manual clearly states, do not operate your grill if you are missing any parts and to contact customer service which I did and was told I would have to purchase. I have never delt with a company that would make you buy missing parts from a product that was never opened. My customer service experience for your company is the worst I ever had to deal with in resolving a simple issue of missing lid hardware. Very disappointed! I now am a proud owner of a Power Smokeless Grill in which I can not use. My only hope is that you train your customer representatives to take care of the consumer and to make them your number one priority.

Power Smokeless Grill Power smokeless grill repair

The thermostat on my power smokeless grill failed, I tried to get a replacement thermostat and heating element, I talked to the company representative he told me that it was under warranty and that I should send it back and that they would replace it I first called them in mid January 2021. I sent the grill back without the grill plate as the agent had requested, it cost $70 UPS. The company received the grill on Jan 29. I called again they told me to call back on the 11th, I called back on the 12th of January they told me that the grill had been sent. I called back today Feb 22. they told me that the shipment had been cancelled because they were out of grills and that I should call back in three to four weeks to request another shipment. 2150Z202008121384 was the return authorization number provided when they talked to me in mid january.

Power Smokeless Grill I am complaining about ordering a grill plate from the company.

On 10/27/2020 i ordered a grill plate from the company. I was told as i had purchased the Smokeless grill i would have to pay only $15.99. Well i ordered the grill plate in October and as of 1/22/2021 still haven't received it. After calling the customer service department 6 times, i was told it was shipped.
One customer service person said it was delivered and left on my door step but would send out another one. That one never arrived ! The other customer service people were of no help ! I would like it if people gave me $15.99 for nothing ! I am just really turned off with the company and wouldn't order a product from them again !

Desired outcome: Just give me my money back !!

Power Smokeless Grill Power smokeless grill with free air fryer

Received the smokeless grill on 5/2/2020.. Put together on monday 5/4/2020, but the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts etc.) were not in the box to attach the handle on the lid
Plus.. I was supposed to get a free air fryer but so far it hasn't arrived
The customer service # is always a busy signal
I've sent 3 different emails to 3 different 'customer service' email addresses and all 3 came back undelivered
What kind of scam is this? If I don't get this resolved i'm going to demand my money back!

Power Smokeless Grill Power smokeless grill xl

I bought this grill on june 28, 2019 it worked fine for about 70 days and the power button started acting funny and today I tried using it and the power button isn't working at all. I call and I get the speech about it being out of warranty. Most electronic devices have a year warranty. Now I am out 165.00 on a grill that doesn't work at all. I would think you would have more pride in your product than 60 days. It's like it's not expected to work for very long and the consumer is taking the hit. I work hard and had to save my money up to purchase a grill for my family and it didn't even last one summer. It's totally rediculous.

This product is a scam. It does not work as a grill. If you want to lightly boil something, it might work. The product will heat up properly for a couple minutes, and then it will stay on low and not heat up again. So your food will not cook properly. It is dangerous to sell a product that will not let you heat up food to the proper temperature. This company should be ashamed of itself.

I bought the power smokeless grill I have had the grill for about 2 months now and it worked great. We were getting ready to use the grill one day to cook burgers for the people coming over for game night. We plugged it in and it wouldn't do anything. I called to let the company know, to see about getting the grill replaced. Then I was given this site to see about getting a $50.00 walmart gift card. I was listening and they hung up on me, so I decided to try doing it online.

The main issue is you all refuse to answer phone calls. I need to order a new power cord and everytime I call, the music plays for a few minutes then it's dead silence. What type of customer service is this? How can you be honest people by selling a product than not having any customer service to help with issues?

I bought the powerful smokeless grill yesterday. Today, I followed all directions and proceeded to grill hamburgers. Half way through, the grill shut down and started beeping. It will not turn back on. I certainly hope I will not be told this thing is out of warrsnty! I will repost once I can get through to the company.
