High Pressure Sales with lots of broken promises. This is a nightmare and we have to pay for it. Our roof is in the process of being replaced. I was told it would take several days and the crew would clean up everyday. They did pick up most of the roof trash, but left their lunch and snack trash everywhere. There is cups, plasticware, bottles, coke cans, all over our yard. This company told us that they only use their employees, no subcontractors. These people are subcontractors and don't use company vehicles. There are oil stains on our driveway. They left their truck in our driveway and blocked our garage with their trailer and we could not get in and out of our garage last night. They did not ask permission to leave a vehicle or their equipment all over our yard and roof last night. This is Friday and it looks like they took off for the day. I just called the office and they said they were at lunch. They have been using our wheel barrel, without permission. The only reason why we are paying $20,000 over other quotes was because we believed what the sales man told us. Plus he was here for four hours and we were pressured and tired.. We canceled it once, but the next guy came out and did the same thing. My advice is run from this company, and don't let them in they don't take no for an answer. Now here we are with half a roof and praying they will finish.

The gentleman who initiated the sale informed my husband and me that our energy bill would lower over time. No modifications necessary on our part since the windows are double pane, bounce heat off, slightly tinted, etc. My husband and I continue to receive high (I mean high) energy bills since our windows were completed in June. Absolutely disgusted with this company and will never recommend this company to anyone.
