Responding to all complaints, rather than just a few, is the key to success and a high rating, as all customers want to be heard. Power AirFryer Power air fryer

I receive air for a gift and I've use it a couple time and the basket has started to change colors and the door seems to be coming off the fryer works great just those two issues can you guys send a new basket with the door I've inclose pics the basket seems to be rusting and door the basket fits in has came apart other than that it work really well I'm please with the Power Air Fryer XL

Power AirFryer power airfryer xl

Good morning,

I am a loyal customer of this product after the first year of using it. Then out of know where it just died doesn't even come on I plugged it in other outlets and it still doesn't work I even plugged something into the out lit that it was plugged into and that worked. I am in need of some help of what to do and how to replace it I bought it off of the TV airings you have on TV. If you are getting no satisfaction from customer service and/or the company, report them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. They need to be reported. That way no one else will be taken for a ride by this company.

Power AirFryer elite power air fryer and 6qt. pressure cooker

I called into place an order for the promotion. The rep I spoke with Shanita starting off by getting my information, then we starting talking about what I would order. As she was going through the promotion she was recommending other accessories that could be added that would bump me up to the Elite addition. Then offering the different accessories for the crock pot. The first set of accessories she said it would come to $93.63 which I told her was too much and I wasn't interested it that choice. Then she went over another option that she said would only cost me $88.89, which I said I would not be interested in that option either.
I told her I was only going to take the promotional offer. When she tried to put that order through it would not go through my bank I told her that was impossible and to let me check my account. What happen was she had put through two orders $93.63 and $88.89 neither of which I had given her permission to do. I had told her that I wasn't interested in either one of those, that I was only going to get the promotion, so when she went t put through the third option it wouldn't go through because she had put through the other two amounts that she didn't have my permission to do. When I asked her why did she do that she said she did not know how that could of happened. She said I should call customer service because she could not fix the problem. Now, I check I have coming into my account will not be paid because of the error she made. She had no RIGHT TO PLACE TWO ORDERS I DID NOT GIVE HER PERMISSION TO PLACE! I WANT THAT MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TOMORROW 12/26/2018!

Power AirFryer complaint

I received the PowerAirFryer on 2/25/18 for my birthday and used it 3 times and the fan is no longer working. I called the customer service number 1-973-287-5197. They told me I needed to send it back to the place purchased. It was ordered on TV and the information I got to where it was from is in the company name above. I keyed that in and this is where is sent me. It was a gift and I just want to get one that works.

My air fryer is making a loud rattling sound, the air fryer sounds unsafe and seems like it’s going to blow. There is nothing blocking the vent but something is terribly wrong. the noise is extremely loud , and i won’t let it go past the one minute mark in fear of total destruction.

this was a gift christmas of 2022 and it' no longer working, this is the secound time that I file compliant since I don't have a recept nor do the friends that gave it. I believe this unit should last more them 7 months. here hoping you find the original compiant

I call because my air fryer stop working and I don’t have the box and no receipt I got it in December of last year and they said they can’t do anything about it without a receipt I need it to be returned or replace

My unit is not a year old but the grate inside of the unit looks like the finish us coming off. I use Dawn dush liquid when I clean it. Always coat with olive oil before I use it & spray after I clean it.

unit has no heat...

after troubleshooting the unit I determined it needed a replacement circuit board and was informed by power xl that they didn't sell replacement parts at all! so this is a $200 throw away?

as an electronic repair technician, I would never recommend any product that can't be repaired...don't waste your money

The handle on the door has broken off. I am trying to find a replacement, but no luck.

My husband bought me the PowerXL microwave and air fryer. We have used it maybe 3 times and today the glass on the inside of the door shattered. We paid quite a bit of money for it to break not even two weeks later. I was really excited to use this thing and then this happened.

Total waste. This is a disposable appliance. Was purchased 2 years ago and we estimate that usage was 10 times. Set time and temp to cook. After approximately 2 minutes, timer rapidly decreases to 1 second then seems to go into some low power mode. Customer/Tech support does not have a solution other than purchases a new one.
