Pos Laju — parcel take too long to arrive

My parcel was being processed at Pos Laju Puchong for a couple of hours but unfortunately take 2 days (probably more) at Pos Laju Shah Alam.
This is not the first time this incident happened.
Sometimes they would ask me to take the parcel myself at their office at Shah Alam.
Appreciated if Pos Laju can take initiative to investigate & solve this issue.
