I recently bought a 1,000 piece puzzle from PortraitPuzzles and boy, was I excited to get started on it! My granddaughter's face was the centerpiece of the puzzle and we were having a blast putting it together. However, when we finally got to the end, we were devastated to find that a single piece was missing right in the middle of her face. Can you imagine the horror?

I immediately reached out to their customer service team and explained the situation. They were very understanding and sympathetic, but unfortunately, they couldn't send just one piece to replace the missing one. Instead, they offered to replace the entire puzzle for me, free of charge! I was a bit hesitant at first, as I didn't want to go through the hassle of putting together another 1,000 piece puzzle, but their offer was too good to pass up.

To my surprise, when the replacement puzzle arrived, it was already put together! I couldn't believe it! The puzzle was in perfect condition and all the pieces were there. This website is not what it seems. I thought I was getting a great deal on a custom puzzle, but boy was I wrong. I uploaded a picture of my family, excited to see it come to life in puzzle form. The upload process was easy enough, and I even double-checked to make sure the picture looked good before placing my order.

But when the puzzle arrived, I was shocked to see that half of the picture was missing! I couldn't believe it. I reached out to customer service, hoping they could help me fix the mistake. But instead, they told me that it was my fault for not reading the fine print. They said they had the right to crop my picture however they wanted, and that was that.

I was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to giving this puzzle to my brother and his wife, who are huge puzzle enthusiasts. But now, because of "my" mistake, they would be missing out on seeing some of their closest friends in the picture.

Overall, I would not recommend this website to anyone. The customer service was terrible, and the product was not what I expected. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to order from.

The website of PortraitPuzzles was pretty easy to navigate, and I was able to get my puzzle printed in no time. The delivery was also right on schedule, which was a relief. The photo enlargement of the puzzle was pretty impressive, and I was happy with how it turned out.

HOWEVER: The card stock that the puzzle was printed on was not up to par. It was so thin and flimsy that it felt like it would tear apart any moment. It was like they used paper egg carton quality material for the puzzle. Additionally, the box that the puzzle came in was poorly made, and it was a struggle to open it. The advertisement for the company stuck to the side of the box was also a bit of a turn-off.

Now, I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm not sure if I should test their return policy or just give the puzzle as a gift. It's not the best quality, and it feels like a shoddy gift. I haven't tried any of their competitors yet, so I can't compare the quality.

Overall, I would say that PortraitPuzzles is a decent option if you're looking for a quick and easy puzzle printing service. However, if you're looking for high-quality materials and packaging, you might want to look elsewhere.

I got myself a puzzle from PortraitPuzzles for my girlfriend's Christmas present. I used a picture of her that we took on our summer trip. The puzzle quality was really good! You gotta have a high quality picture with the original image link and not a picture that has been compressed by a social media site online. But don't worry, PortraitPuzzles explains all of that when you are in the process of uploading your desired picture for print.

The price was very affordable and I loved the feature of how you can customize the amount of puzzle pieces. It's really cool that you can choose how many pieces you want in your puzzle. It makes it more challenging and fun to build.

Also, I was very happy to find upon arrival of the puzzle that it included a box to house the pieces. The box had the final desired picture on the cover of the box to help build the puzzle. It was really helpful and made the whole process easier.

I would highly recommend this site and product! Nothing but good things to say and it makes for an awesome personalized gift that you can build together! It's a great way to spend time with your loved ones and create something special.

I loved the fact that there was diversity in the pieces, it made it more challenging and fun. And let me tell you, the material they use is top-notch. It held up really well, not tearing when I was trying to find the right pieces that fit, and the coating didn't wear away with multiple glue applications on the front and back. After all this time in a frame, it still looks like I completed it yesterday!

But that's not all, their customer service was really helpful too. They helped me submit the proper size and format for the picture I wanted to use.

And let me tell you, it was a breeze. Just three simple steps and I was done in about 20 minutes, all from my phone which was super convenient. But I did have to hit up customer service for some clarification and that's when I met Jay. This dude was quick with the info and made everything crystal clear.

So I thought everything was all good until I got an email saying my package wouldn't arrive until after Mother's Day. I was bummed and confused, but I hit up customer service again and who do I get? Jay, of course. Turns out, the 2-day shipping was a mix up and it was my fault. During our chat, my phone died (typical) but I called back and guess who answered? Jay again. This dude said he'd take care of everything to make sure I got my puzzle before Mother's Day. And even though I thought I hung up on him, he was still cool, calm, and collected.

After all the back and forth, I asked to speak to a manager to give props to Jay for his stellar service. And what do you know? Jay was the owner! I mean, come on, how dope is that? The picture looked like it was printed on some cheap inkjet printer with the quality set to the lowest position. It wasn't glossy at all, which was a bummer. Both of the puzzles I got from them were terrible and poorly made.
Of course, I wasn't planning to use them after I opened the package and saw THIS. So I called their number ending with 2130 and asked what I had to do to return the puzzles.
They said that they don't accept returns and what they can do for me is to give me a store credit. This doesn't make sense. I am a very disappointed customer and you think I will give you another shot even though the first one was failed? No, thanks.

My sister found very beautiful frame on the website www.portraitpuzzles.com. We ordered it and sent the photo to the company. We wrote the note to the seller, where we asked to print the photo and place it in the frame. We wanted to make the surprise for our parents. The seller confirmed everything and told that the delivery would take 4-7 days. We waited 10 and no sign of the frame. Awful services and delivery.

Misleading website. I uploaded the picture I wanted printed on a puzzle, and it uploaded just fine. I reviewed the picture, confirmed that it was how I wanted it, and a week later, I received a puzzle that had half of the picture chopped off. I contacted customer service, and they basically told me "sorry you didn't see the fine print, but we have the right to crop your picture as we see fit. Merry Christmas."

Now my brother and his wife (puzzle enthusiasts) get a puzzle that has his best man and several friends chopped out of the picture because of "my" mistake.
