Portfolio Collections/Sunrocket DIDCollection/Debt

I have recently received calls from Portfolio and Sunrocket DID; both of whom are Portfoilio Collections...they are trying to collect on a time barred account that was charged off in a chapter 7 that is over the state statute of limitations (anything older than 6 years in Washington State!) this debt is over 10 years, not to mention the debt was discharged! The debt is for Capital One. These people have called three times in five days and on a Sunday morning around 7:45 AM! Just because they are in a different time zone...the telephone numbers of these two companies are [protected] for Sunrocket DID and Portfolio is [protected]; So far I have received calls on the 23 of the month, the 25th of the month (that was the Sunday 7:45 AM call!), and the 27th..what do you suppose I get at least one or two more this week? We just bought a new to us vehicle, and because of this the calls have started to come it, LOL they are worse than vultures hanging in the trees...talk about preditory...I guess they think we are rolling in cash, just becasue of this purchase...The past is the past folks, don't beat a dead horse! and don't try to bully your way into anything, this is one consumer that has learned her way around! My next call will be to the FTC & State Attorney General's office!
