Popeyes overall poor service

Services at this location are:
1. Poor customer service
2. Very slow and employees don't have any sense of urgency to serving customers.

Popeyes rude, ignorant "manager" (allegedly)

The store has been out of chicken sandwiches since yesterday. I called this morning to find out if more chicken patties had come in, and the girl on the phone said NO! In a rude way, and slammed the phone down. Didn't give me a chance to ask anything else. I called back to speak with the manager, and the same girl who answered previously, got on the phone and said her name was Mimi, which I'm sure isn't her legal name. I asked her, when will they be getting more in, and she said, I don't know and hung up in my ear.

Popeyes the lady that took my order.

To whom this may concern:

I went to the drive through yesterday at store #4860 :7330 John Leblanc Blvd on August 25th, 2019 at 12:17 pm. First, I was rudely greeted. Not only that the whole time the person that was taking my order was giving me an attitude and was being very rude on the intercom speaker. There were also many times where she had cut me off and interrupted me from speaking. I believe she was the manager there because she was wearing different type of clothing. As I got my food, I heard her Behind the lady that gave me my food, she had a rude comment to say about me. Now onto the food, I was highly disappointed. I did not receive any napkins or condiments. Not only that, my food looked like it was thrown into the box. My sweet tea was not sweet and my sprite was only carbonated with no flavor. I am highly disgusted and very disappointed for being treated this way. This lady, who ever she was needs to be fired for interrupting customers while talking, being rude, and serving your customers very poorly. This is the worst place I've ever been to and treated like a piece of crap. Very poor customer service.

Popeyes Both the food and the extremely rude manager lady working on 8/25/2019 at 3:22 pm

We went into the drive thru. My husband ordered for $20.99, an 8 piece spicy order and told them to replace the thighs and backs with wings (we would have paid if there was a charge, that was not a problem). We came home and had wings and 3 large very greasy backs. The backs had been placed into the box without even being drained of grease. Grease was dripping all over the box.
We tried to call. The number does not work. Why don't you try it?
(817) 337-7823. My husband went back, driving all the way back since they don't answer their phone.
He went inside and the manager, a very rude short lady with dark hair, argued with him about his order, she stated the food was spicy when it was most definitely not, then she refused to replace it or even give a refund, telling him that he said he didn't care what she gave to him which was a blatant lie because all we eat are wings, breasts, and occasionally legs.
Finally she agreed to replace only 3 pieces with 2 breasts and 1 drumstick. The restaurant was packed and she was rude and nasty. To make matters worse, my husband was so upset over driving all the way back there and being treated so rudely, that he forgot our other chicken on the counter.
I guess the rude woman didn't bother to let him know. So guess what popeye's I get to go hungry and I am at home and sick which is why we were picking up fast food.
This is appalling customer service for any restaurant. The phone is disconnected or doesn't even work and then she is rude upon our return.

I believe I should receive some form of refund for this appalling extreme inconvenience and your rude manager what she put us through. Do they intentionally leave the phone off the hook or unplugged?

Then I tried to complain online at the website and it would not work. I tried to call a main customer service number and hung up after waiting 10 minutes cause like I said, I am at home sick.

I am originally from new orleans and remember al copeland and the beginning of popeye's restaurant chain.
This is a sad and sorry way to run a business. I hope I hear back from you and get this and I hope you reprimand your extremely rude and inconsiderate manager lady who should not be working in the restaurant business.

Popeyes bad service and order

I was in the drive thru with 3 to 4 cars behind me, on my turn I wanted a few spicy chicken sandwiches but they were out and people were leaving out of the line because of that, so I ordered a 4 pc all white, a large green bean and a large red beans and rice, got to the window I gave the cashier (Glenda) my debit card, while sitting there I noticed a posting inside the store for peanut butter and banana pie, so when she came back I asked could I add a few pieces of pie to my order and she said well we are too busy and you can't order any, I asked for the manager and she said well they're too busy! I said WHAT! and I asked for the corporate number and she said well its on your bill, but I checked my bag when I got home and noticed my order was not complete so I had to go BACK UP to the store and get it straight, so the same girl came and I told her my order was not complete and she said it's not my fault they got the order wrong, (I ordered a 4 pc and got a 3 pc with no biscuit and neither of the 2 large sides were in the bag), so as she was getting my 2 sides I asked well while I"m here can I get a few pieces of that peanut butter and banana pie and she said well we don't have any more pie and I said well why didn't you tell my that the first time I asked, and she had an attitude. after this I was out done with the situation, I said can I get the number to the Corporate Office and she said If you look it's on your receipt!

Popeyes not selling advertised menu item

I have been seeing the advertisement for the $5.00 shrimp box for the last week or so on TV. Today, being Friday I visited Popeyes in Carencro, LA.
I wanted to purchase the shrimp box because I do not eat meat on Fridays. The waiter told me they were not selling the shrimp box yet. I was fabler-gasted, telling him they have been advertising this on TV. He told me I could order a surf and turf (chicken fingers and shrimp). If they have shrimp for the surf and turf why do the not have shrimp for a shrimp box? Is this some kind of bait and switch or false advertising ? I left the Popeyes and went to Hardy's next door. To say I am upset with Popeyes is an under statement.

Popeyes service

My husband and I went to Popeyes in new Iberia, la. On Wednesday July 31, 2019 at 9:00 pm my husband went in to order because drive thru line was long. He ordered 3 piece white dinner and chicken sandwich. 7 people after him ordered and their orders were filled before his. This is unacceptable to both my husband and I because we pay good money for this place as we go there often. I have a picture of what my bun for sandwich looked like and it was not acceptable to me.

Popeyes the district manager betty

I been working with Popeyes almost 2 yrs and LAST week Betty took over the store and i been having so many problems WITH her first she wants to cut my hours and then she hire alot of new people and giving my hours to them. So i aak for a transfer to another closer store to where i live she agreed to me getting it then she wrote me up 3 times. Really for no good reason nd i refuse to sign the write-ups and she told me if I don't sign the write-up she will not transfer me to the other store so me trying to keep my job I signed the write-up so now I'm having problems with trying to get on the schedule at the new store Betty call the GM over there and made up all these false accusations about me telling him lies about I didn't had a lot of complaints at the Alvin location which is false so Miguel tells me he can only give me 6 to 10 hours per week now he's claiming that he doesn't need another manager or a cook when he had already agreed on me and Ronnie getting transferred to his location I went to his store this morning to speak with him about the situation and that's what he tell me that Betty came up there and told him all these lies about me so something needs to be done with betty i dont know whats her problem her problem with me because I asked for a transfer now she's dragging my name with bad words behind it and that is so unfair and not write to me so I'm going to take this to the next level I'll try to text her boss to speak with her about the situation no one wants to respond to me so I am going to make complaints I'm going to the labor board and I'm calling the Discrimination line also something really needs to be done with this situation because Betty think it's cool to do these things to a hardworking person she don't even know me personally or worth with me to even say these things about me

Popeyes customer service/ ad

I always try to avoid coming to this location because the customer service IS HORRIBLE. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and I've never seen anything like this. Then the $10 Bigger Box includes 2 pies as well, I noticed that I didn't have mine and the manager rudely stated that their location doesn't participate with giving out pies... which didn't make sense because you're participating in the $10 Bigger Box. I get attitude from asking for napkins, honey, and hot sauce. I've also gone to this website and the cashiers have rolled their eyes as I waited for over 15 minutes for my food. I've never had to make a complaint but this restaurant will seriously make you do it.

Popeyes service @ #11941 june 28, 2019 order 48 drive thru $8.65

This is the second time in a three or four month period that I have complained about this Popeye's location #11941 on Coulter St. in Amarillo, Texas. --- Originally, I was excited that we were getting a Popeye's so close to us, however, I stopped frequenting this location because of poor service! --- However, I have a grandson that loves Popeye's and when he visits that is what he wants! My last two attempts to please his wants have not been good experiences. --- When I complained three or four months back there was a male representative there attempting to train the employees to give better service. --- Evidently, he was not successful! --- Today, Friday June 28, 2019, I drove to the speaker at the drive-up. I waited probably 5 minutes before anyone recognized that I was there! I ordered and then had to wait behind other cars for approximately 10-12 minutes. When I finally got to the window, one of the cars before me had pulled up further along the drive thru waiting to get their order completed! --- I then was asked by the young female at the window "what" my order was again as she mentioned most of the items incorrectly! --- I then had to wait for my for my order to be cooked! When the second female person brought my order to the window, I asked that she please repeat what was in the order. In a surly ill-mannered way she would only say, "whatever you ordered is what is in the box"! In total shock at her attitude, I left! --- Upon arriving at my home, we had to throw away the onion rings because they were over-cooked and dry! --- I then decided to call the district manager, Abby Muir, to let her know of my displeasure. She was just short of being disinterested! She attempted to tell me that the Coulter location had the highest ratings of any of the Amarillo locations! When I told her that I had used some of the other locations and had never had poor service or bad orders, she attempted to bully me by saying I was calling her a liar! I told her to stop her attempts to put words in my mouth! --- I will not ever use this location again! --- My neighbors and I are sorely displeased to have the worst Popeye's that any of us have every been to!

Popeyes unhealthy restaurant

This Popeyes is the worst I ever visit. People behind the counter do not wear gloves when dealing with the food. I have witness an employer drop the throngs( thing you pick up the food with) on the floor and pick them back up w out cleaning them or changing them.Then when told the employee about that unsanitary move she made, she gave me the most unprofessional attitude and told me "look you want it or not". Last but not least each employee in this fast food restaurant uniforms look old dirty and full of germs.

Popeyes chicken and order

At the drive-thru at Popeye's #2010 at 3:37pm, Houston time, order 76, I ordered a 2pc meal with my side to be cole slaw with a sweet tea easy ice. Well, I received a 2pc brick chicken with mashed potatoes but didn't realize the error until I had made it back home on the other side of Houston by the Galleria. That chicken was so old and hard that I put it straight in the trash and I am totally disappointed. I know the ticket was only $7.78, but I don't have money to give away like that.

Popeyes hire

My family grandparents moved to this area from Texas in 1954 with 8 children. My Grandfather worked for the city until he retired and my Grandmother worked for a Tomato company before retiring and raising several of her grandchildren. My cousins and brother attended the local church elementary. Now I live in my grandparents old home raising my kids, my daughter is a straight-A student now attending college. When she turned 15 and 16 she asked for an application and was denied but new faces were always employed. I would like someone to look into the hiring at this location as I never have seen a black person working there. I'm not racist but believe in equal opportunity.

Popeyes employees

I came in Popeyes around 3:45, I had a good conversation with Elaine & Janice upon my service. I dined inside, as soon as I guess the second shift came in I noticed that the whole atmosphere had changed. Me & my husband just sat there & continued our meal. This is not a bad complaint I come in every Monday night & I have noticed the same energy from those two employee Anitra & Vernisha. The Manager was preparing to change over shift, & I noticed Vernisha was arguing with the manager about certain things, & the manager continued to to change the shift. Then I noticed the other employee Anitra came in customers waiting to place orders & Anitra just stood there not trying to help out. They both started arguing & giving the Manager ATTITUDE so the manager just sent both of them home. I think the manager did a good job cause Im a manager also & I would have done e the same. Overall I'm really not complaining but I just had to let you'll know about your employees. I will be returning "I LOVE POPEYES"

Popeyes red beans & rice

The red beans & rice was actually mush & rice. I honestly couldn't recognize a single bean in the ‘very small' portion I was served. For $1.94 a serving, I would have expected a little more than a couple mouth-fulls of food. Ridiculous. I also waited in line about 30 minutes, only to be told they were out of any type of ‘mild' chicken, which is why I only bought sides.

Popeyes missing food rude racist

Goodmoring i lost my father on mothers day struggling to get money to bury my father i eat popeyes on a regular but im deyond pissed disrespecting and all by employeses of popeyes staff i order 15 20 pecie meals with fries biscuits red beans and rice first off i waited over, 37mts while they was very rude ask for a manger she was no better then her employess as they pushed my bags of food so aggradivly my family and i proceed to my fathers home going just to relize all my food wasnt there i had 9 boxs of 20 pesiec missing no frise or biscuit im half way to my daddys home going call them to inform them cause i spend over a 100 dollars with u guys went back next day they wouldnt speak nor rrfund me my money or items this [censored] suck and wrong i guess me and my family done eating support popeyes thru out my years cause that [censored] was dead wrong 87 stknyisland on the 20 day may 5:45 pm ms.williams [protected]

Popeyes wait time being 1 hr and 15 min poor service

Hi my name is Aida and I went to the Popeyes on route 130 in Pennsauken nj my service was terrible I waited for 1 hr and 15 min for my food I was being ignored and when I asked for a refill on my sweet tea because the one out for customers was empty and the soda machine was not working either the one guy that I believe was a manager he went to get my refill and he wanted to make sure the tea was sweet the one employee that I over heard told him " just give it to her like that don't she got sugar in her house let her put some home " well I heard that and god knows that u did not want to know what ran through my mind to do I told him you need to control your employees not yet alone 3 customers walk away because they heard her smart mouth and attitude not only that employees with no hair net, wearing jackets in front, they were talking any kinda away, I asked how much longer for the food and my respond from another employees was you want your food done right or do you want it raw I am really upset and I 25 yrs ago woulda took it all a whole different way but I am 40 now and I try to calm myself down that place needs new management and employees with sense and respect

Popeyes food & customer service

Remind you this popeyes just opened up haven't been open for a month. My boyfriend and I try them out we go thru drive thru, gay dude got mad because we wanted hot sauce and honey closed window in our face. Got our food went home to eat, the food is stale and old. Go back up there go inside all the food look old. The manager laughed about it. Tried to give us some more old food, we asked to drop some fresh chicken. While were there for maybe 13-15 mins waiting on fresh chicken. There was quite a few people bringing there food back complaining. It's sad they just opened. They didn't care it all no apologies or anything. Everyone in there had a attitude, laughing at us, talking about us, they were dancing. I mean it was horrible. The manager could not control her crew she was rude herself it was just a hot mess. We will never go back there.

Popeyes never received validation code after taking survey

I did all the questions I was very pleased with my order and the staff handling it, however I didn't get a cade so if you could please let me know whats going on. I woulsd love to go back and spread the word about the store but not when i feel as if I have been scammed and just done extra work for the benefit of popeyes but I get nothing in return. I would like my validation code please.
