Popeyes Cleanliness

When I visited this restaurant, most people were not wearing gloves while handling food. One person was scratching his head, tugging at his pants and still serving food without gloves. Although it wouldn't matter because then the gloves would be dirty too. This person was also pressing the paper into the bottom of the box! I know they don't see anything wrong with this, but they need some training in food safety.

Popeyes Service

I went to the store located in Memphis at 4810 Poplar Ave. 38117 today with a coupon from the location 2629 North Hollywood. When I made it to the drive thru window and told the person at the speaker, I wanted to use the coupon she asked what store it came from. I asked, did that matter? She said, let me ask my manager. Then came back and said what is your large drink? and I said, strawberry lemonade. She said you can't get that in a large drink. Each and every time I visit this location there is a problem. And for this location to be on such a major street in Memphis this definitely should not be going on. It puts a sour taste in my mouth for the popeyes brand.

Popeyes Popeyes in Annapolis Md. 21401 Annapolis Mall

I had an survey coupon for a 2 piece and biscult free with purchase of a large drink. iThe Manager Sophia Chen would not honor it. I ask for white meat. This is the second time in two months I was treated this way. I'm a senior and maybe I need to get the aacp on this or news. I don't want to because I really like the food. The last time I went there it was 3 workers standing around and I handed the cashier my coupon and brought other items. She looked at it then, showed her boss. Another black customer came behind me with a coupon and the cashier took my coupon and relooked at it along with the other person coupon. I think this is racist

Popeyes chicken strips

i ordered the 14 chicken strips with two large sides and 7 biscuits. i got half and half spicy and mild. 4 of the spicy chicken strips were thin and mostly crust, barely any chicken. i could have used the coupon for the 10 strips with 2 sides and 5 biscuits for 8 dollars cheaper. this is the second time that i was messed over with chicken strips. the first time i only got 12 strips when i was supposed to get 14. this time i received the 14 but 4 of them were just crust. it was the same store on 242 and i45 s in conroe tx. i tried to call the store but i just got the answering machine. i'm going to quit going to this location if i keep getting messed over. my name is gerard boudousquie, my phone number is [protected]. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com. please help me get some resolution. i went into the store for a carryout. it was approximately 6:40 this evening november 12, 2023. my address is 2 emery mill pl conroe tx 77384.

Popeyes Grubbing delivery for Popeyes chicken

I don't appreciate while doing your order they give you one price and then double the amount and add a tip, and taking the money out of your account before you have a chance to see what's going on.. Then they take a 7$ tip and keep changing the time of delivery.. $40.65 for a 4piece and a sandwich is totally ridiculous.. This Popeyes was on Wilkerson Charlotte NC..

And when the person answered the phone she had the audacity to be singing in the phone all off key.. Ugh!

Claimed loss: 40$ is a lot for a few pieces of chicken, I can't afford to spend that much on one meal..

Desired outcome: I would like a refund , if not at least a coupon for some free chicken..

Popeyes Poor management

I went to Popeyes in rincon Georgia the other day and I witnessed the African American male manager constantly on his phone and joking around with an older white lady who kept calling her jackey so I’m assuming that’s her name. There was a very long line and they were just joking around not doing their jobs. It’s very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in the manager for a poor job at managing the workers and constantly joking around and being on his phone, instead of doing his job.

Desired outcome: A serious talk with said manager and very likely firing him, this is my first actual complaint but I’ve seen him do this on numerous occasions

Popeyes Management always playing

The manager I believe his name is Jessie is always playing with the older white lady in the prep area, or cussing saying this mfer got me [censored]ed up or saying right n***a wrong day when there's a line around the building and can't get his food, or with certain repeating customers constantly has an attitude and has hand the cook get the said regulars with the comment of"im not dealing with this person" or constantly saying "Jackey 911" in the drive through and laughing not working for 10-20 mins at a time.

Popeyes Incorrect order

On 11/10/23 at the Popeye's on Sawmill Road, Columbus, Ohio I had a coupon for a 12 piece chicken dinner. I should have checked the order before I left the store because the last three orders I have gotten have all been wrong. Anyhow, when I got home, the order had 7 pieces of chicken instead of 12, no biscuits, and the two sides were also incorrect. So far, I have never gotten an order from your store that has been correct. We love your chicken, however, quality control at this store is lacking. Also, they charged the wrong amount! Thanks for your attention to this complaint.

Popeyes Managers being rude to customers and an employee

I was waiting in line as a manager was attending to another customer that was complaining about an order he ordered an hour before showing up. The manager proceeded to look for the order while she was looking for the order a young man ask if he could help any of us that was in line she told the man shout up she got this go to the back the young man didn’t respond even tho he look like he wanted to. in the manager walked off I don’t know if she found the order or not she just walked off and not said nothing. so the man that was asking bout the order waited for bout 15 to 20 min order still haven’t came out. So he ask the young man about the order. The young man told the man he didn’t know if she found are not and refuse to ask her cause they way she talk to him. So the man asked her again. She gets mad at the young man and told him not to talk to the customer and go to the back. I guess the young man couldn’t take it no more so he told her he don’t know what her problem was but all he was doing is he job. This is not the first time I came and that manager had a rude attitude and every time I come and she’s there she’s always outside smoking even if inside and drive through are full.

Popeyes Service

I called Popeyes 800 number to discuss an issue at a particular restaurant. I had to talk to a text robot. Issue was never handled. I text back two weeks later about the issue and the bot offered my $5 wtf? Address the issue! The issue was about the North Chicago Popeyes. One black girl working in the restaurant all the Hispanic workers laughing and speaking to each other in Spanish. I asked the girl did she understand them she said NO! I'm a English speaking customer and it made me uncomfortable and they offer me $5. Wow

Desired outcome: I would like a policy developed for this issue.

Popeyes Horrible experience without even being empathic.

I came in at 5:17 to place a order with 2 of the 4 pieces. The manager she took my order but no one ever told me that it would take 30 minutes for my food. I came to grab dinner while my son was at karate and I was late picking him up because no one told me that it was going to take so long for my food. I thought that it was due to th making fresh chicken to find out that when the fresh chicken came out no one acknowledged that I still didn't get my food because they cleared the screen that told them that I was still waiting. I asked to speak to the manager that originally took my order that act like they did nothing wrong. I asked for my receipt back because they took it from me and threw it away because I said that I was going to leave a review. I go to popeyes way to long to get treated this way. I will never be back since this is how they treat a loyal customer.

Popeyes Customer service

I visited your Popeyes Store #3599 on October 30, 2023 at apox 3:00pm.

I placed a large order thru the drive thru. As I was re-bagging a portion of the order, (mind you I had already asked them to bag separately) I noticed that there were only four shrimp included in my order. I had ordered two 8 piece shrimp orders. Since I had already pulled up to allow the car behind me to pick up their order, I parked and came in the store to have my order corrected.

Once in I informed the man who had given me my order what was wrong. He and another employee began talking in Spanish for about two or three minuets in front of me. After taking and checking my receipt they had someone prepare more shrimp for me. When they were done they gave me one order of 8 shrimp only, with two of them being extremely small. After reminding them I only had four shrimp originally and that I am still missing shrimp, the man looked at my order again, took the box that had the four shrimp and my chicken tenders and sent it back to the kitchen. Again they had another shrimp order made which I again had to wait for while all my other food is getting cold and my drinks were melting. The shrimp finally arrived but no chicken tenders. When I inquired about them, the man said I didn't pay for tenders. I insisted that I had and that he should check my receipt. He said he didn't have it, I looked in my purse to make sure I didn't take it back but it was not there. I told again that I had given him the receipt and for him to please try to locate it. He found it gave it to me but didn't check it for my tenders. Even though he gave me the order of tenders, he did it as if he was doing me a favor. I checked the receipt and showed him that I had in fact paid for the tenders. Everything about his interaction with me was nice/nasty and a bit accusatory.

This whole experience so exasperated me. It was not so much the little mistakes on my order as to how I was treated in trying to rectify them. The employees were so short and dismissive with me as if I had made the mistake. They were hardly apologetic at all and there was no offer to compensate me for all my wasted time and energy to get this done right. I've never been so aggravated just getting fast food.

I don't know what should be done, maybe some kind of empathy training.

At any rate I won't be visiting this Popeye's any time soon.

Popeyes Very rude and disrespectful manager

I waited at the drive through to give my order for 15 minutes, no one answered. I drove around to the window and waiting another 15 minutes for someone to even come and acknowledge me. There was 5 people standing that could have come to the window. Finally, a young lady came and stated she has on been there for 2 days and did not have the knowledge to ring on the register. The manager finally came to the window. I asked for 3 wings, and he stated it would be another 10 minutes. I told him I did not have a choice but to stay if I wanted the wings, he rudely stated "Yes you have a choice to leave."

Desired outcome: This is the absolute worst popeyes, rude unprofessional site, The entire staff should be replaced.

Popeyes Oceanway store

Been to this store on several occasions since it opened about 4 years ago. The service is terrible- from getting the order correctly; to getting the order in a timely fashion (have left without the order a couple of times); lackadaisical attitudes by staff; inconsistent quality on the chicken. These are the most serious and common complaints that I (and others who live in this area) have experience.

While I really like the food ,in general, I will not be stopping in and supporting it any more!

Claimed loss: No financial loss; lots of time wasted there though!

Desired outcome: 1. Improve the Training.2. Improve the competences of the managers.3. Improve the quality of help to run the store- they have a terrible attitude, and do not seem to understate what ‘service’ means. Have them visit any ChicFilA!

Popeyes High employees and non sanitary conditions

The popeyes in yucca valley is disgusting! I went in to order and was disgusted by the non use of gloves and lack of hair nets. I went to order and the young lady was behind the corner just munching away, left her food, which was by the fries and came over to take my order while still eating. I dont know who the elder lady is I think she is a manager but yes us customers can hear u complaining about us. In short, this business is not being ran properly and drugs are definitely an issue. Kfc it is

Popeyes Extremely poor

After a mass mailing of in store coupons were sent out, I went to the store locally. They couldn’t fill a five piece order in a timely manner, as they didn’t have any spicy chicken ready at the time. I asked how long it would take and was told 4 min. When the next batch came out, the entire tray was used to fill drive through orders, leaving me to have to wait for more to be cooked. When I asked why my order wasn’t filled, I was told that there were three orders ahead of mine, which I wasn’t told to begin with. The person at the counter was rude, refunded my money and told me to leave. I responded that I in fact would and would never be back in the future.

How can a restaurant that pretends to be fast food service, with counter and drive thru service, be so incompetent that after sending out mass mailings, not have sufficient quantities of product available at dinner time to prevent waiting. They had no spicy chicken prepared and very few pieces of regular. Popeyes has lost my business, as I will never go there again. Poor service, rude staff and incompetently run and managed.

Popeyes accuracy of order is very frustrating.

Last week I went to the Popeye's 20 minutes north of where I live in Louisiana and order mild chicken tenders, when we sat down to eat, better than half of the tenders were spicy. If I could eat spicy foods I wouyld have ordered spicy tenders. Today I went to a Popeyes in another locations 20 minutes west of where I live. I ordered 10 pc chicken all mild and All dark meat. When i sat down to eat the chicken I had 4 breast included in the box of 10 pieces. I thought a breast was white meat. Do you not train your people the difference between spicy & mild and dark & white meat. Really, will I have to check each piece before I leave the resturant.

Popeyes The worst experience I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant.

I waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter. Only to be told that they were busy with other orders and would get to me when they could. There was not anyone in front of me at the register. When my order was finally taken. (8 pc Chicken only) I then waited another 15 minutes for them to box the chicken I’d been staring at for nearly 30 minutes. Hands down the worst service.

Popeyes Very rude

I was in the popeyes in kennewick drive thru. I was told to pull around to the double doors even though there was Noone behind me. I waited almost 15 minutes then went in. I was told you'll just have to wait and watched my food sit on the counter for over another 10 minutes. When I was finally given my cold food the employee said sorry about the wait women! Then he said I mean mam!

Desired outcome: Someone needs to fire that guy for being so disgusting to a customer! I shouldn't have had to wait for a total of 25 minutes with only two occupied tables in the restaurant!
