I purchased the innovex 32 inch smart TV from your Panadura (Sri Lanka) branch on last December 2018. But after delivered to the home, smart options were not working. Hence I informed to your Customer Service through 0337500500 at 16/01/2019. After checked, your customer service officer informed to me, he'll replace my TV with brand new TV. But after that no response next 2 weeks. Hence again I called to the customer care, and again come to some customer care officer to visit my TV and no response again. After anther 1 to 2 weeks after, again I called to the customer care center, again another customer care officer visit my house and he take my old TV for repair on 18/02/2019. Today is 22/03/2019. Now one month over, my TV still not given to me. Could your explain me the situation?
