I ordered a stand for my truck on February 11, 2009 at which time I paid the full amount of the stand and the shippng cost with my credit card. I was informed by Beth that I would have the product within three days. It is now March 6th and I still do not have the stand. I have called several times and spoke with beth and she first told me that the tray was back ordered. The second time I called she told me that it was send out via UPS on the night before I called. When it did not show up I called again and she told me that the stand did not ship out and she did not know why but she would make sure that it shipped today. She also told me that one of the company owners would call to speak with me. Well guess what, that never happened. Keep in mind, Beth gave me a tracking number for the shipment. When another three days passe I asked me office manager to contact UPS and check oon the status of the shipment. She was informed that the stand was never shipped anly the lable had been transmitted. So, Once again I had my office manager contact Beth, (we are now at March 5, 2009) to find out what the story is this time. Once again Beth informed us that the stand did not get sent out but she assured us that it woud be shipped out that night. Beth even called me on my cell phone last night and told me that the unit shipped and I would have it today. Once again SHE LIED!!!. I was at least able to track it with UPS this time and I should have on March 9, 2009.
Moral of the story is: STAY AWAY FROM WWW>POLICESTANDS.COM
