I love Pok?mon! It's the best game ever! I'm from India and I really want Serena and Greninja to evolve together with Ash forever. I hope they don't ban Greninja's bound evolution because it's so cool.

There are so many Pok?mon to catch and train. I love exploring the different regions and battling other trainers. The graphics are amazing and the music is so catchy.

I also love watching the Pok?mon anime. Ash is such a great trainer and I love seeing all the different Pok?mon he catches and trains. The battles are so intense and exciting.

Overall, Pok?mon is the best game and anime ever. I can't wait to see what new Pok?mon and adventures are in store for us in the future.

i played 3 of the pokemon games and i gotta say blue is the best one. ruby has some cool puzzles tho. if u wanna waste a bunch of time, this game is perfect for that. u can get lost in it for hours and not even realize it.

a few times to get it to work properly. Overall, though, it's a fun way to pass the time and catch some cool Pok?mon. The graphics are decent and the sound effects are on point. I like how you can customize your avatar and interact with other players. It's also cool that they keep adding new features and Pok?mon to keep things fresh. I do wish there was more of a tutorial or explanation for some of the features, as I found myself confused at times. But all in all, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're a fan of the franchise. Just be prepared for some occasional glitches and ads.

I mean, come on, Pokemon! Get your act together! The website was slow and glitchy, and it took forever to find what I was looking for. And when I finally did find it, the information was confusing and hard to understand. I had to read it over and over again just to figure out what they were trying to say.

But, I have to admit, once I got past all the technical difficulties, the content on the website was pretty cool. There were tons of Pokemon to learn about, and the graphics were really impressive. I especially liked the section on Pokemon battles - it was like watching a real-life video game!

Overall, I think Pokemon has a lot of potential, but they really need to work on their online presence. If they can fix all the technical issues and make the information easier to understand, I think they could be a real force to be reckoned with in the world of gaming.

I ain't happy with Pokemon. They got some dragons that look like they're straight outta KKK. I told them about it, but they don't seem to care. They say they take feedback, but they ain't doing nothing about it. It's offensive and it ain't right. I don't want my kids playing with that kind of stuff. Pokemon needs to do better.

So, I bought a ton of Pok?mon cards from pokemon.com. I was so excited to get them, but when they "sent it," it never arrived. I tried to contact the shipping company and the seller, but they couldn't do anything about it. I was so upset because I spent over 500 dollars on these cards. All they could say was that they would "work on it." I sent them messages and emails, but they said they had no management, so they couldn't do anything. I don't understand how they can't refund my money or at least send me the product. I'm really upset about this whole situation.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the Pok?mon on pokemon.com. Some of them are just plain offensive. I mean, have you seen the legendary Pok?mon from Black and White? They look way too much like the Ku-Klux Klan. Reshiram looks like their "Kleagle" and Zekrom looks like their "Nighthawk". It's just not right.

So, I decided to complain to customer support. But, let me tell you, they didn't help much. All they did was send me some feedback that was probably never read. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with this company. They need to do better and be more considerate of their audience.

Yo, so I was checkin' out the pokemon.com site and I gotta say, it's pretty dope. The pokemon center is all good, but there's one thing that needs to be changed ASAP. They gotta switch out the Pok?mon TCG online for Pok?mon TCG live. Like, for real, I got like a hundred code cards to enter and they're goin' to an app that's gonna be shut down. That's just whack, man. And check out my pic below, you can see how it's still a problem 'cause it ain't on the Google app store or Apple apstore, but it still says it's free. Like, what's up with that?

I wrote this on May 1st, 2023, so it's been a minute. But seriously, they gotta fix this. I'm one of their loyal customers and I expect better than this. So, pokemon.com, get on it and make the switch to Pok?mon TCG live. Peace.

This company, Pok?mon, ain't good for the people. They do things that ain't right and they don't care about the consumers. They keep putting out stuff that's offensive just to get attention. It's like they don't care about the people who buy their stuff.

There's these four Pok?mon that people are talking about. Reshiram, Zekrom, White Kyurem, and Black Kyurem. They look like the Ku Klux Klan. The way their heads are shaped and the colors and patterns they got going on. It's like they're trying to make a statement or something.

People have been complaining about it, but they keep pushing these Pok?mon out there. It's like they want the controversy. It ain't right. They know what they're doing and they don't care.

I found some pictures on Google that show what people are talking about. Some of them were from another review I found on Niantic Inc. I even saw some reviews on the Better Business Bureau that talked about it.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. They don't care about the people who buy their stuff. They just want attention.

All these items are worth over 200$ and sent to the wrong adress. Pokemoncenter does not have a legitimite contact customer support phone number. They have an email for support that they NEVER respond to. Please help, Fedex says the packages are lost.
Fedex contacted the driver to look for these "delivered" packaged and he could not find them apparently. They told me to contact pokemon to get issued a refund. Pokemon has been completely unresponsive in all of this. The pokemon center has such horrible customer service but they are so quick to take and fullfill orders. So much money lost because the adress field was typed in incorrectly.

We have many people playing Pokémon gathering in front of this kids park. It is a security issue as they block the access to the park and therefore also make it harder for other drivers to notice children trying to cross from the park. One child almost got hit by a car driven by one of these players. Please remove this location from your game before a child actually gets hurt.

I am a fan of the Pokemon TCG company. But this product shocked me. Spending £35 may not seem a lot as a gift or just a treat, but as a kid saving up money for weeks, it is a big deal. I know you are going to say "but the booster packs are random so you can't be sad if you get nothing good", no gxs, no prisms, NO GOOD CARDS. You are only encouraging your customers to buy from ebay.

Why didn't you put at least one good card in each pack?

When I opened the box I'm missing some Pokémon cards that I'm supposed to get. The store will not take the box back because the packages were already opened. I'm so mad! Give me the cards I'm supposed to get and I'll forgive y'all. Please respond with an answer as soon as possible.

I tried the number listed but it would not even ring. I am sure the people overseeing Pokemon Quest are just trying to get me to shut up, but I will not until this injustice has been rectified. I have been supportive of Pokemon and a loyal consumer since 1998 when I first bought Pokemon Red for my gameboy. Now 20 years later I still get every new pokemon game that comes out. Recently I had an issue on Pokemon Quest where an error message popped up asking me to restart my game, I did and my data was gone...poof. I spent $35.96 on this to have everything unlocked, but I suppose Nintendo just views this as a handout because now I have nothing, and when I went to the website they refused to help me and instead blamed me for the problem. I don't mind starting my game over, that's not the issue...but I either want the items back I paid for or my money refunded to me. This happened 2 days ago.

We purchase Pokemon cards from our supplier Universal Distribution in Vancouver, Canada and sell in our store. We received a case of 12 sealed Charizard EX boxes on July 4, 2018 from our supplier. After we opened a couple of boxes in my store to sell the Charizard EX cards separetly we noticed that there were factory damaged Pokemon Charizard EX cards in all 12 of the sealed boxes, as per the pictures attached. The sealed cards are bent, almost torn, and have multiple indented scrapes or marks on the back surfaces, but not on the front, again as per the pictures attached. We cannot sell these either individually or as a boxed set as all the Charizard EX special holo card are damaged goods, visible to the eye in the sealed box set itself and even more evident when taken out of the set. We are looking to please have refund, new products sent out to us for resale at our store or whatever else you can think of, please and thank you.

Hi am not receiving many gifts from poke stops so I can't send any of my friends any gifts. I will be lucky if I get 1 or 2 a day to send to friends. My friends seem to get loads of gifts every day and even from the same pome stops. I work most days and have poke stops outside my work but I get one a all day. I hope this can be resolved as it's making me not want to play much anymore

In August I pre-ordered ultra sun and ultra moon specifically for the plushes/mystery gift. I didn't have the funds for both which I realized on Nov. 11th when I saw a pre-authorization for one game only. I added the funds and chatted with a Pokemon center agent on Saturday to ask if my order would still be charged and sent out. I only ever received one pre-authorization charge. I asked multiple times and the agent told me my order was fine and would be sent out. Here we are Nov. 19 and there is no charge, two days past release date. I chat again with an agent and am now told no order was sent due to issue with funds and my order would expire. Absolutely no good customer service and only a ticket was put in with no real answers as to why the agent on Nov 11 told me everything was fine only to have my order essentially not charged. Even the FAQ states a second or multiple attempt will be made on orders and it wasn't done. Thanks Pokemon center for screwing me over and hiring such helpful agents.

I bought 3 Pokémon plushes from Pokémon center, but when arrive to home the package was open and nothing was in it.. it is impossible my neighbors will steal them, because I am in the good neighborhood and I receive a lot of packages and they leave in front of my door and none were stolen. And plus their packages are not delivered thru Post Office..
Probably whomever brought package stole my items. After this happened I took a photo of the box and I tried to contact with Pokémon center but they are not reachable. The phone number [protected] is a scam. The message only says if you know your party extension number dial now, after that it tells to contact thru supporting page but supporting page also doesn't help you. So when it comes to money they get your money right away but when you need help you can't find them. These company is scam I don't know how to get my money back or at least I want them to reship it when I am at home.
So beware of this company.. don't buy anything from this company. If you want to do it. You will take the consequences.

The kids want Pokemon, but the company is a sham! Don't buy from this outfit! If you do, you'll be sorry. On December 6th, I ordered gifts from PokemonCenter.com for my 5 and 7 year old nephews for Christmas. A package arrived a few days before Christmas, but included only 2 of the 4 items ordered (the 2 least expensive items of course). The company did not notify me that my items were unavailable, back-ordered, etc, and they charged my credit card in full on the date of order. I tried to contact the company by phone, with no luck. So, I went out to the stores and bought replacement gifts for the boys. Then I proceeded in my efforts to contact the company, by phone, by email, by website. All with no luck. The company simply sends an auto-reply saying how sorry they are for their poor service and that they will correct the issue within a couple of weeks. HA! They do nothing. I've tried 3 times to get them to credit my account for the un-shipped items. Too much effort for a stinking $40 credit and a lousy company that lets the kids down. Shame on them!
