RUN RUN RUN...do not even stop in to check out the apartments...while they are indeed spacious, they are not newly remodeled...more like recycled! My apartment smells of former smokers past and 90% of my neighbors are smokers...so while my apartment reeks so does the air outside the apartment...homeless folks venture and congregate the dumpsters at 5am looking for food scraps and empties leaving a trail of trash behind them for us to see on the way out at 6am heading to work/school. folks in the front office...have diarrhea of the mouth, I think they all were used car sales folk in their past lives. Repairs on my apartment are still ongoing...things that should have been done before I moved in not after! RUN RUN RUN! They decided to tell me my rent is actually 865 and not 820 2 weeks before move in and then day of they forgot to factor in taxes so I'm paying 872 for a one bedroom. The floor plan was not what they showed me 4 times...this floor plan forced me to get rid of two brand new couches because they do not fit in the front door! I want a partial refund as these couches have been used 10 months, in storage for 2 years! I'm done smelling cigarettes when I come home after a 10 hour shift and no couch to lay on!
