I am so frustrated with EA, and their product 'The Sims 3', that I don't know where to begin. First, the game and its expansion packs are incredibly glitchy (I have absolutely no Custom Content, by the way - not even items from the Exchange or Sims 3 Store!). Second, the customer service is terrible. When I call or email to explain my problem, they either define a random term for me (for example: I emailed for a solution to a freezing problem. They replied with a description of how to purchase items from the Sims 3 Store. They then labeled my inquiry as 'Resolved' and deleted the reference number. Why?) or they refer you to a message board. The message board is a place where fellow frustrated customers complain about problems with their games, and it doesn't appear that any support representatives ever respond. Third, there appears to be no support for previous expansion packs. EA seems to be too busy pumping out new half-completed expansions to correct any problems or glitches previous expansion packs. As for me, I have been a customer from the beginning. I purchased The Sims and all the expansions, and The Sims 2 with all the expansions. After my horrendous experience with The Sims 3: Late Night (and the expansions leading up to it thus far), I will not be purchasing another expansion until the previous ones are fixed. What is the point of buying new expansion packs if my game is currently unplayable? Here's my word for EA, for whatever it's worth as just another mindless consumer - slow down on making new expansions, and instead focus on completing and correcting the ones you have already published. Also, please do something about your terrible customer support team.

I'll add one too, then, not that it will ever help in any other way than to hopefully warn those interested in buying the game even now.

Let's start with the positive. I bloody love this game. It is humerous, colourful and fun, and really a game into which one can put several hundrets of hours, enjoyig it over and over - if only it would work. This could have been such an amazing game, I love the open neighbourhood, and with expansions the game really does offer a lot of content. Without them, not so much...
what ruins the game is the company behind it.

EA are terrible when it comes to satisfying their customers, and making the game worth the money they ask for it. I installed a few expansions and store content, namely Ambitions, Late Night, Seasons and World Adventures. Let's never forget how very expensive all this content is. THey ask ridiculous amounts of money for store content, and the games, even after what, six years? Don't seem to get reasonably cheaper on big platforms such as steam.

The money paid by customers doesn't get repaid in quality. At all. I can vouch for the fact that the game is terribly glitchy, slow and laggy, to the point where it becomes almost unplayable. I am talking about constant freezing and skipping, frame rate issues, slow reaction times. I have to wait minutes on end for my screen to even move when I want to choose an action, a patience that is rarely rewarded in any way.

Many simmers, including myself, experience crashings. The game, without warning, goes "The sims 3 has stopped working" and crashes to the desktop. This happens to me all the time. And when you google the issue, you will find that many people are experiencing it, and EA hasnt offered any solution.
I have plants that get stuck in their harvest state and won't produce any fruit, because EA didn't manage to fix a bug where they don't grow properly after winter. I got invisible stereos in my house that wake my sims up at night. I got invisible sims, missing thumbnails, sims getting stuck in weird places, the list goes on, and on, and on.

I have not had a game without lag in ages. Now yes - maybe my computer isn't the best equipped to handle several expansions on the game. But I hear these complaints from people with better PCs too. It is so damn laggy, it becomes unplayable. And the customers seem to be required to manually clear out caches in the folder in order to reduce that lag. Instead of helping, EA has updated it so that we get advertized store content on a constant basis. This content creates an image folder in your documents, that takes up space and can cause lag, but gets refreshed every game. EA's response to all these responses is...advertizing in game to make more money.

My advise to anyone who might be interested in the game: Don't. Just don't. I hate that I like this game. If you can get it really, really cheap, it might be worth the bother. Get it as cheap, or free, as possible. Do not waste the extortinate amount of money on the game that EA seems to think it is worth.
EA has useless customer support, and does not answer for all the mistakes they made. It is above refered to as Fraud, and I wholeheartedly agree. This company clearly doesn't give a damn about their customer community.

EA you need to fix out all this with the OS X Yosemite! You will be loosing your top customers and diving on the market! Mac users are your biggest customers and you don't seem to take that serious to provide us with the gaming experience you are promising us. This is advertising fraud! and also a breach of contract you are promising us something and not following through with it! If this is not straitened out you will also start to see a decrease in customers on the PC side!

i feel that there should be an equal amount of games for sim's for every system i love playing sim's... i keep hearing about these other games and when i want to go buy them they arent for xbox 360... like why is it tht there always for computer...

The Sims 3 is a pile of Poo, it won't even work without crashing. At first i thought it was my laptop so then i tried it on another laptop and both are same, the game keeps crashing on both. What a waste of money! I have all the EP's and i am so mad because i have paid for them all and they don't work without crashing or giving you a black screen in create a sim mode. And now after searching the Internet to see if i can get some help with it, i can now see how many people are having the same problem. EA have really stabbed us in the back with this Sims 3. Plus you even have to have a really High quality Laptop or PC to play the game, What about all the people who don't have the money for High Quality Laptops or PC's? They would have then just wasted their money on Sims 3 Poo. I was really looking forward to playing it as well. I heard Sims 4 is coming out in September let's hope they do better this time. You even have to have Internet connection all the time to play, What if we don't have Internet, how will we play then EA? This is bang out of order, we can't even play a game we bought. Please Sort it out EA before u start losing your customers & Fans. I have always loved Sims, but i am disappointed with this one. Please make Sims 4 better and playable for anyone on Low end PC and High End PC Please EA!

Sims has always been my favorite game but I think I'm about done with it. We pay so much money for all these expansion packs and extras (which by the way are a rip off because you pay about $20+ for barely any items) for the game to have so many glitches and there are so many things I want to do but can't. Iv'e seen the price on sims 4 and by the way Sims 3 made me feel there's no way im buying any of them until they can put effort into them again.

I can not get the EPs I purchased. They charges my credit card right away, but the EPs never showed up in my purchase history. I can't download what never shows up! I then tried to get customer service. It took me about an hour to find the chat link. It is supposed to be 24-7 help, but my "under 5 min wait" turned into a half hour. I finally gave up figuring no one was on the other end. I am so angry right now I can't say how much!

i am getting so mad with this game, ever since i did the new update every time i play sims its crashes and when i save it crashes, i cant even play 5 minutes without it crashing.

I don't know what to say. EA please get your act together and sell games that WORK. I have so many issues with sims 3 on my Mac. Crashes, can't upload patches etc ect. The crashes are random and seem to get worse with every expansion I buy, Island Paraside being the worst of all.
Let Aspyr make the Mac version of the sims 4 PLEASE, I'm more than willing to wait. That whole wrap program you licensed DOES NOT WORK!

i am really annoyed with the sims 3 as every time i go to play the game it freezes and then it stops working and completely shuts down this is not what i paid for i cant even play my games.so come on EA sort out your games as you have alot of angry customers

EA really need to rectify these problems when, (as we can all see), they are happening to everyone! My Sims 3 has (1) repeatedly crashed and (2) slowed down my whole computer, (I know this because as soon as I uninstalled it- my computer worked so much faster!)
It worked fine a year ago- however when I came to play it recently I was met with continuous updates and "patches" which took TWO DAYS to download! After sitting patiently through these I was met by a "Sims 3 is not working" sign and it crashed. This continued each time I tried to play the game causing my computer to freeze one night! Another time Sims 3's sounds were working but I was shown a black screen which became impossible to close! I am at my wits end with this game as I really liked the sim design tools now available in Sims 3 that weren't in Sims 2, however the game is a marathon to get going and has ruined my software! Please make a solution CD EA and help me play again the game we all love!

I've been a member off and On Pogo for about two yrs. I keep changing my user name only because, I don't play that often. Plus I don't keep my user name written down. Waste of time. Anyways I'm on there playing Monopoly and 5 minutes in the game These two members start calling me dumb? Out of nowhere. So I attack back saying how I'm I dumb? Of course these two knuckleheads had no answer. Doesn't Pogo do back round checks on people like this? I didn't even complain to Pogo because why bother?

Electronic Arts (EA) pathetic customer support

I bought battlefield bad company 2 from EA games. After 2 weeks of not being able to play online due to an error which was thier fault i decided to contact them. I spoke to around 8 different customer support employee's for around 14 hours in total, they told me the problem was Microsofts fault. After speaking to microsoft for 2 hours using £15 phone credit they confirmed the problem was EA games. The customer support was useless, all employees were absolutely clueless with regards of fixing the problem. Some were even quite rude. They sent me pre-recorded messages rather then speak to me and suggestions for fixing the problem were riduculous and unessessary. So after £15 and 14 hours of my time wasted i ended up solving the problem myself. They were all COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY USELESS and i hope to god they dont get paid for the times they waste.

Electronic Arts (EA) won't let me play

I was playing pogo games for about 5 hours this evening (4/28/11) Left Pogo and when I went back and connected wih them, they asked me to sign in using my screen name and password. I typed my screen name - misspugs03 - they put my password in (black dots) and then said they did not match. Tried a few more times and then requested they e-mail me my password. Said they would and that was 4 1/2 hours ago. I have been a member since 2003 and am beginning to wonder how they stay in business. Oh that's right, once they get your money you can't get it back if you cancel. I don't recall them saying no refunds when I signed up. I will check my papers. I am not a happy customer and will pursue getting my money back.

Pogo is a joke, I will do my best to shutdown/boycot the stupid website. Their support is horrible. I know people who have been kicked off for saying "###". Oh my gosh, that's the most terrible word on the planet. These people are a bunch of minimum wage earning losers who can't get a job anywhere else. They love to kick people off as it means less work for them. Lazy losers. Go to Yahoo or where ever, much more satisfaction and much cheaper. We can't let a bunch of parasites control what we do, we are Americans! If Pogo wants to sell a crappy service (Oh, sorry! is that a bad word?), then we'll go somewhere else. Shut Pogo down and let the real talent rise... That's America!

pogo has torney's in every room if one of those player has a problem with you 2o report your name. this is bad business for pogo because they are banning people that pay for memberships. i have been paying for 6 years on pogo, my name has been stolen twice so i had lost money on mini item, , , yeah i have bought gems and paid for memberships and i have been a huge supporter of pogo,
now they treat me like crap and banned me...i juess they don't care about members that their dues...well when my membership exspires i am not to to renew. i will only play for free because pogo has not a care about there members. i am looking for a new game site to spen my money on games...pogo has lost my business. they wukk not get any more of my money...lol my husband sure is happy about that

Electronic Arts (EA) ea server inaccesability

To play Battlefield Bad Company 2 on multiplayer you have to connect to the EA server. For the second time in 6 months it just randomly tells me I cant connect cause of my connection, but my connection is fine. This issue is hard if not impossible to navigate arround and I think the only reason EA doesn't fix it is because they are to busy snickering about the fact that you can't sue for something worth less than $100. This company is not user friendly and If I didn't love this 1 game so much I wouldn't care if all its shareholders died and its facilities were destroyed after dealing with so much bs from them.

The even make filing complaints difficult, and never actually email you back.

i bought 170 pogo gems the16 of march it through pay pal the money was taken out of my bank on the 17 of march i contacted club pogo and they sent me an answer that it would take a few days, well it has and i still don, t have the pogo gems in my pogo actt, yet. Electronic Arts (EA) scammers

I recently subscribed to the online game site Pogo.com. While I was playing a game a person started chatting about Jesus. I told them that I considered Christianity a collective mental illness. In less than 3 minutes my account was terminated for using hate speech in chat. Pogo.com refused to issue a refund claiming I had violated the terms of service. The term they say I violated states, “Use of inappropriate language a reasonable person's view, objectionable.” Their rule is intentionally vague so that they can rip off as may people as possible. I paid full price for a few day of use. If you subscribe to their service you better love to chat about Jesus during game play or you will find yourself terminated with no refund.

Electronic Arts (EA) no support

It is very obvious to me that Electronic Arts has there support links set up to fail. I can never get to the support page. I have had a EA account for years & have never been able to contact them. When I log in to the support page it tells me I haven't entered the proper info. or it just keeps flipping back to the log in page or I get a "Can't Connect" page. I have an excellent connection & my service works fine everywhere else. I believe EA just doesn't want any complaints.

I don't know if this is the correct service to complain about this. I was looking for some kind of Internet Ombudsman that I thought would be the correct service.

Electronic Arts (EA) unauthorized billing to credit card

I have not used online pogo services for over a year and when it was time to bill again they billed my credit card with out my consent and that is wrong and I want to be reinbursed back the money that they charged my credit card without my autorization asap thank you mary gregory

Pogo tells you upfront when you sign up that the yearly subscription fee is automatic. They will send you an email letting you know you've been renewed for another year. The only way to stop that is to go and cancel your subscription. You're probably stuck with it for another year unless you can get someone at Pogo to give you a credit.

Electronic Arts (EA) game in general

The Sims 3 for the Wii console is horrible. The graphics are horrid and the game takes my Wii so long to think that it freezes up. The sims get stuck on the couch and you cant get them off until they decide they want up. You can't build a house, which was my favorite part. The choices for the appearance are nothing compared to the PC version. I originally started playing my Mom's PC version and was so excited about it and addicted that I immediately went out and bought the Sims 3 for my Wii. Complete disappointment. I tried to take it back to the store and they would only exchange it for the exact same thing. So I tried to contact EA Games directly and they have disconnected their contact us page. I would be so embarrassed to put this out on the shelves I would disconnect my contact page too.

I also had the game, and I hated the fact that you couldn't have infants and toddlers, plus all of the glitches. I figured, oh well, that must be the price you pay for entertainment. But, then I tried it for the PS3, and while it's less "glitchy" and has more options for designing Sims and their houses, it still had the issue of saving once you reached a certain number of weeks. EA has to work harder in the future if they want to retain their fan-base.

I've had the SIm's Wii console game for a month now...So many times I had to unplug the game because of that freezing & even if you do all the work on your sim they die on you or they say your happiness days are over & your game ends...HOW STUPID? i DID NOT GO THROUGH ALL THAT TO LOSE MY SIM I WORKED SO HARD TO CREATE W/SKILLS & MONEY ETC...JUST TO LOSE HIM? Now I heard that the Sim's 3 for the PS & XBOX both have longer life spans that you can change...What the hell...Did EA give nintendo the ### of the lot? I'm pissed about it...& WHAT IS WITH THOSE STUPID TOMBSTONES? i BROUGHT ALL MINE TO THE GRAVEYARD & NOTHING!

the game is extremely glitchy and is not at all worth the price. my wii makes noises like it is struggling to read the disk throughout the entire game. the people can walk through other people, the cars can do the same. also the buildings dissapear and make it nearly impossible to find out where we can walk and i always get stuck between buildings and it takes forever to find a way out. it was a valentines day present to me and my sisters and its so dissapointing that we can hardly even play it. :(

It seems like alot of people have this problems with the game freezing and EA has no solutions. I have the issue where my game no longer wants to save after about a weeks play and freezes on the red save screen. I cleaned my concoles memory, installed the latest updates, check if my other games can still save. My conclusion is that the games development sucks and they didnt test it correctly. And with regards to the problem, I posted 2 times on there forums and logged 2 queries and had a live chat with one of there call centre staff and the help I got was horrid! A monkey that had his brains removed could have assisted me better. Some guy named Randall gave me the following link

As far as I know, the console sim games are never the same as the computer sim games.

Not being able to return games is a common practice, ohsnapbethie due to anti-piracy laws.

I agree! I was so excited to get this game for the Wii, as my computer doesn't have the requirements to play it...and now I am just so frustrated and angry - it freezes when I try to save or quit and the game play itself it nothing compared to what I've heard you can do on the PC. It IS a rip off and I did not know you couldn't return it, until I read this, which just furthers my aggravation. Ugh, did they even test this game before putting it out?

I'm on my third return copy of the same game since it can't be exchanged for a different game...guess what? All three freeze up within 5 to 10 minutes of play...I can't believe someone out there is making money off this obvious rip off! I'm sure this game works fine with other game systems, but NOT THE WII...they NEED to recall this game! My family doesn't have $50 to throw around. This was a Christmas gift for my kids and now they have no new games this year. Oh well...as long as someone is benefiting from our loss.

Some people are quite fond of it, but you should have done your research first. The reason why you can't return it is due to anti-piracy laws. As far as they know, you copied it and then attempted to return it.

Electronic Arts (EA) play ad free? not anymore!

I joined Club Pogo and now pay $5.99 monthly ($71.88 total a year). The biggest reason for joining was the fact it was advertised as "AD FREE". Now they are advertising through the chat boxes in the lobbies and in the game rooms. I'm sorry but when I join a "Club" advertised to let you play "Ad Free Games" I expect not to have to scroll up in my game room to see what what my Spades Partner or Tourney head just said. Anyone who has ever had to scroll up knows the extra royal pain it is because anything new typed in doesn't automatically scroll as it should. Now your stuck and have to constantly scroll down because the chat window doesn't work right. I don't want an iPhone app, nor do I want to purchase one of you half price games for 50%. We all see these ads when we sign in and when we move among the game pages. We don't need to see them again in the chat area of the game lobbies nor the game rooms. I am tired of having ads shoved down my throat.

I totally agree with you. The advertising in the chat area is extremely annoying. Pogo is getting more greedy by the minute. I can see them slowly but surely begin to charge for more and more as time goes on. For instance, don't they charge for games that are downloaded? I foresee them eventually making all their games to be downloaded and charge for each one. Not to mention how inflated their token charges are now for gifts...30, 000, 40, 000, 50, 000 tokens! Last year they got into selling retail, i.e. the pogo card they advertise on homepage that can be bought at retail outlets, i.e. grocery stores, etc. And now they are going further like you say and advertising in the chat area for i phones, etc. Big advertisers...big money for pogo. So, the no advertising pogo is now a lie. I guess we'll see what's next.

Don't understand the "intermission" gamut -- nonsense - don't find it in the Pogo Hearts game and I play that all the time. The Spades intermission happens about every 2 or 3 hands and has gone from a "used to be about 17 seconds" to 35 seconds. Guessing Pogo is trying to convince us to buy into their Club Pogo! Sure does cripple an excellent online game!

I have been charged for 2 downloads that I didn't recieve. Also for 1 that does not work. This was on my Visa card charges on August 30. If you send your adress, I will send you a copy of my bill. Or if you have another way to check this out, please do so, as I would still like the games. This was thru POGO downloads. I recieved and am playing Little Shop Road Trip. i have a 39.99 charge on my credit card. i was not aware anyone signed up for anything. i would like that charge removed and not continued in the future. we have played free pogo for years and don't want to change now.
we have accumulated 1.6 mil points in the pogo game and now the speed is so great we can't get through all the words. why does it speed up and how can we slow it down?

Electronic Arts (EA) civil rights violations/discrimination

I paid to become a paying member of pogo.com, one year ago.

I noticed they had rooms at scrabble that were discriminatory in nature.

I complained through their game site contact for problems.

Then they added two more discriminatory names to the roster of game rooms.

I complained about them too, on a daily basis, seeking change in the names.

I was contacted and told to stop sending spam to them, that this was a corporate decision, and it would stand.

I continued contacting them with civil rights violations complaints.

Director Brian Keaster and Joe Decker of pogo.com customer services in TX then cut off my ability to complaint to them.

However, I have their email addresses and still complain daily with a separate civil rights complaint.

This been going on for over one year now.

I have written to president Riccitiello of ea.com (who makes $800, 000 yearly salary per the SEC filings); and he too refuses to effectuate changes.

Recently pogo.com changes its screens for scrabble, and now my account was devoid of any winnings, and everything else associated with my paying membership.

I could no longer complaint about the shoddy work on the game that effected my ratings/standings.

I canceled my membership, received confirmation--WHICH IS SOMETHING THEY ARE FINALLY DOING.

I continue on a daily basis to file civil rights complaints against them as each day is a separate violation.

I have written to the president informing him that I will be filing civil rights litigation in federal court soon.

Folks, that's pogo.com for you.

Yes, folks, I am an attorney with plenty of civil rights violations experience behind me advocating for those unfortunates who have been screwed by those with no brains.

I agree with esq32 as I experience civil rights violations every day in Pogo and Pogo absolutely refuses to do anything. I am tired of being harassed, taunted and stalked, I am tired of my name being posted in OPEN chat, and even more tired that Pogo refuses to do anything, with over 300 emails in a folder regarding this issue and plenty of screen shots they accuse me of "altering" I have plenty to back up what I say. Pogo's response has been to call the police, to change my screen name, to hang up on me if I called to complain, to cancel my account and open a new one, but NOT once has Pogo taken a stand to put a stop to the harassment, stalking, racism hate speech. I am seeking legal assistance as well, because I am tired of the crap that Pogo allows, yet states in TOS they don't. Terms of service I always thought were in place not only to protect their company but also the players, if they aren't going to enforce them they shouldn't have them!

Have you seen the things posted on the internet? Things that are offensive are everywhere.
What is your beef with a site that many people pay for and have no problem with? Nobody but you cares if a game room is named strangely or what you think to be offensive. I have been a member of the site on and off for a couple years and the people chatting say more offensive things than the site does.
I personally think you are just one of those people that need something to feel important about. When in reality you are just some lonely guy sitting at your computer with WAY too much time on your hands.
Do us all a favor and get a life and quit starting crap with pogo.

I have witnessed on club pogo, a player with screen name " Madc1" Harrassing and stalking " Beemer Granny".
Beemer Granny is a personal friend of mine, she enjoys the games here on pogo..This person "Madc1" has "Gone out of her way to Harrass and ridicule Beemer granny...I urge you to please take action in this matter Immediately..This has gone on for too long..

Electronic Arts (EA) bullying/harassment/childporn chat

I would like to submit a complaint about bullying, harasment and very vulgar chat concerning children in chatrooms of pogo.com. The main room concerned is AliBabaSlots; 40s room; blowhards and bigmouths. I have complained and contacted club pogo several times about the threats and bullying. They have said mute but there are 10 people only in that room that cause all of the gang bashing. One woman was told she murdered her child by these people and these bashers go around club pogo and destroy a persons credibility. There have been death threats; death wishes; decriptive porn chat and well as children porn chat and pogo does not one thing when we report. Can they not provide a guide to that room to watch and take people out and either give them a warning or ban them. Someone is going to get hurt in that room before any action is taken. Accounts are being spoofed and its unreal that adults act this way.

i am here for 2 reason, and would like to mention this is my oppinio to. 1st i agree with what everything that Exorcism person about pogo and would like to add things. yes it's true all ea's after is money.
i find it very intense and chilling as soon as i am logged into there website that these things that people do as follows. I am tired of pogo allowing people to cheat, scam, threaten, harass and stalk others and doing nothing about the reports of abuse that people make only to ban the innocent victim. they can't even ban isp's, why? money that's why. let me ask you this would you like it if a random stranger came on and hacked you or stole your credit card and you are an innocent victim? i didn't think so. pogo reps say they care, NOT. let me tell you this if they cared so deeply and soooo much about you then they would listen to actual customers and ban all people i stated above's isp's. again another one of their evil money making scams. they say they give the best customer service, lol. jackpot spins i've seen numerous complaints about it being rigged, and them not paying their so-called loyal customers. how do we know it's not them getting players banned only to know good paying customers will sign up again. it's a scam to fool people. 2nd yes there is a guy named john harnish of novia scotia that terrorizes innocent victims. i am considering turning electronic arts into california distric attorney, and possibly other government officials. i have done nothing wrong and electronic arts needs to stop this. do not give them money, it will be a waste of your time. so who's in it with me to stop electronic arts and their money making scams?

The PAL team can boot someone without actually entering the room, but you can tell when a PAL is in the room because their name always starts with PAL_, and they have a little blue badge icon next to their name.

It is true that nothing gets done. I have asked in a report that a member of the PAL team go into Canasta Circus for just 10 minutes to see what we go through. I pay for my pogo membership only to play canasta and the Circus is the only room that has many players of my rating. Even though I mute the problem people I have still had a problem with the send me emails which I block and also writing in my guest book which I also block. Then they make a new name and the process starts over. They slander my name onspreading lies and rumors along with many other people. One man acted like everyone's best friend and got several of us players to add him to our Facebook and gathered all of the personal information he could and posts everything in the circus lobby. He has even posted the phone numbers of some of the players. I invite everyone to join canasta circus of pogo for just 10 minutes to see how many of the players are disparaged and bullied. Many of these bullies need to seek professional treatment. A few of them should be in jail.

WOW! I chatted with "Pogo Vincent" just yesterday regarding some of these SAME issues. Harassment, discrimination, and why Pogo allows such violations or THIER "TOS". You're lucky Joey that "Vincent" actually gave you numbers to call. He refused to give me numbers OR an email address where I could contact a "higher up." I've been fighting with POGO now for OVER 3 weeks about the SAME problem player. I have made NUMEROUS "reports" and have been to Pogo's chat site several times as well, and NOTHING has been done on their part to correct the problem. I have copies of ALL chats with Pogo EXCEPT the chat that "Vincent" and I had yesterday, he actually disconnected the chat saying he was going to get someone else to help me, then left me hanging in cyber space, and then I came to find out that he deleted the entire chat I had with him. I told Vincent that I guessed I was going to have to edcuate myself about Cyber Crime and take everything I have documented to my local police departments Cyber crime unit. I have been harassed by the SAME player for the SAME offenses, NUMEROUR UNINVITED invites to Private chat, I have been called names that in Pogo I would think would be offensable, however pogo when you ban someone for language tells you the "Pogo allows mild swearing", so tell me attacking me, a woman and calling me a cu*t, a flufferfu**er, this is "mild swearing?" This man says the "N" word, he TYPES IN CAPS 100% of the time. POGO does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, their attitude is to "mute the problem player, either he will stop or move on." Muting the problem player is NOT the answer because after 3 weeks the problem is still there doing the same offensive things. Because I would rather play in uncensored rooms doesn't mean I accept any and all harassment that is handed to me. There is a lot I can deal with online, but this is unacceptable. Pogo claims to be a "family site." HA! Joey I'm with you on closing EA Sports. Let's do it!

I have just recently changed all my credit and checking acount numbers. It's 1 week away from renewing my subscription to Club Pogo and they sent me an e-mail reminder. I've been trying to update my billing, as well as trying to log on to the website with no avail. Oh well, I guess it's time to move on. They just lost out on a faithful game player, as well as customer for years. They showed me what kind of a website they truly are.

Pogo backgammon is a complete joke. It is the only site I know of to play backgammon yet it is ONLY for those w cheat programs. I play bg to relax, not to get beat by those who get quad doubles in one game and ALWAYS the perfect rolls.
I have visited pogo backgammon for the past few years but will NEVER go back.
Rediculous site.
