I was seeing this younger man as a friend i met on pof . He told me alot about himself which suprises me ! Hes mentally sick he robbed my car whileni was meeting up with him then toook off he scammed me out of money saying he can help people and sells bitcoins gets them from california his name is keith lamb 11 hes dangerous and should no longer be allowed on pof ladies beware ! He targets women and robs them as well blind ! I will not allow this i will be prosecuting he also is fleeing the state to boston Massachusetts ! Weird he told me theses things could be a lie idk really at the moment but This Man will destroy your heart and doesnt give a crap who he does it too he will steal from you andnyour children and police take to long to handle things !

Extremely pissed off right now. It took me a long time to even think about getting back into the dating scene. I made an attempt this morning by creating a Plenty of Fish profile. Spent a lot of time describing who I am. Then later I try to login and my email/password doesn't work. The password retrieval didn't work either. I am thinking someone didn't like my profile, reported it, and I was deleted. There was nothing inappropriate. Seriously? I am so done with trying to meet people. How is it that [censored] can decide who i can or can't join a dating site?

I met and dated a member of plenty of fish, after 5 weeks 3 complete strangers, one was a relative of the victim made me aware he had been in prison for sexual offences and burglary, i since found out he is on the sex offenders register!
I am disgusted that this is not something Pof check when members join? I work with vulnerable adults and could have lost my career as well as been harmed by this man...

I think pof should be banned from the United kingdom they go against rules laws and do nothing to stop or prevent crimes or fraude they allow fake accounts to run wild but when my profile gets reported cuse some one says the pics not me i get deleted there sexiest in the way they allow only women to send photos first nd women re just as bad as men in this day and ge for sending naughty photos with outs asking specially fake accounts or cam girls or escourts . There ageism also where they categorise who u can nd cant chat to by age. The hole thing needs shut down until they can sort the issues out and make it safe by age verification process only if they dont change it to protect people then they re as bad as the crimnals trying to scam and steal peoples cash and the crimnals stealing and using peoples photos i have had many profiles been mde of me i did not make its bout time it changes or people stop using it

Many fake sugar daddies on this site such as Jackson987 and Mott685John. Both look like criminals if you look carefully. They both emailed me saying that I'm very beautiful and want to be my sugar daddy and will take care of me. Both try to leer you by offering a weekly allowance. They then take the conversation offline and subtly ask for pictures of your credit cards so they can add you as a beneficiary to your account. Very manipulative and prey on young naive women. I'm smart so I called them out on the [censored], reported them and blocked them. Never give out your personal phone number, id or credit card! If a sugar daddy is real he won't be on POF! And he surely will want a real date before giving you allowance. Most of them are out of state and lie and say their moving to Seattle. They don't use pay pal to send money? Very weird if their a sugar daddy. Oh and also all someone needs if your email to send you money not pictures of your card so the can swipe out your credit card. I can't believe the Jackson guy asked what my credit limit was! Lol! Don't be an idiot people. Be wise and cover your [censored] or you will be sorry. No amount of money or cheap dream is worth being stripped of all you might have.

I contacted your services to request my account, username ladynicky, email [protected]@outlook.com to be deleted since I couldnt reset my password. While waiting for this I decided to create another account in the meantime with email [protected]@outlook.com and username ladynicky2point0. I spoke with someone named Marcel and have the emails to prove it. He deleted the wrong account ladynicky2point0, after he had confirmed that the first account had been deleted and I told him this wasnt the case. Now I cant access my old account is still running and my new account is deleted. I don't want my pictures in a site i can't access. Please help!

This man Noel Devine from Letterkenny has many different profiles on many different dating and adult sites.

He is a prolific user of dating sites so he can lure in woman easily and take their money and abuse them.

He is at present on bail for threats to kill a woman and he has inflicted serious injuries on a female.
All this can be confirmed at Letterkenny Garda Station.

Next court case is 17th May 2019

He has a history of luring women in to sweet talk them into giving him money to help him.

Has also conned a lot of money out of females.

Why does Pof and other sites not protect women from men like this!

1. On April 22nd at 5:25am in the morning, I received an email from POF stating that my username had been changed. As I was not the one who changed it, I immediately tried to login into my acct following the instructions in the email. I was not successful, so submitted 5 requests for forgotten email as instructed in the email. (Petalwing33 to Txtme_[protected])

2. In the meantime, the person who stole my acct started texting my boyfriend. With his help, I was able to determine the new username (Txtme_[protected]). How convenient that they put their phone number in the name. My boyfriend continued talking to this person and took screenshots of all contact. I have screenshots with the new username but with all my information as well as screenshots of new photos. Additional screenshots available upon request. I also contacted this person by phone and had a conversation with them. Screenshots available.

3. On the same day, April 22nd at 1:17pm, I received the email above email stating that suspicious activity was noted on my account. Again, I attempted to reset my password. At this time, the system says the reset was successful, but I am still unable to log on to my account because I am told username and password do not match.

4. On the same day, April 22nd at 1:27pm, I received another email about suspicious activity on my account. This email had the new username, but the email is still mine. Again, tried to reset my password, but still unable to get in.

5. On the same day, April 22nd starting at 2:30pm, I started receiving all the password reset emails that I had been requesting since 6:30am that morning. Since then, I have tried 10 times to change my password and get into my account. Each time, after changing the password and trying to log in, I get an error message that the username and password do not match.

6. It is now April 25th, 11:10am. I have been trying to get into my account for 4 days. My boyfriend has also reported this account for deletion. Neither one of us has received any help from you. To say that this is aggravating is an understatement. I feel that my only recourse is to involve the Identity Theft department of the police.

7. As of April 25th at 12:30pm, this hijacked, stolen account (Txtme_[protected]) was still active. Screenshots available.

This dating site is full of sexual predators, sociopaths and narcassists. I was sexually assualted by one a week ago who is a doctor, using his status to lure women in to assualt them sexually. I complained to POF via email but they ignored me! I would like Plenty of Fish to address the issues of sexual predators and other vile people on their site and to ban them.

I have tried contacting POF customer service by email, through the help service and by email again. POF has you chase your own fix through help desk and doesn't reply to any emails. I am again requesting my accounts newlife306 and looknorthof49 both be deleted. I would delete them myself but can't login and my requests for help with that as well have gone unresolved. I request these accounts be deleted immediately. It should not be this hard to request assistance and get results from a company as large as POF

My Account was hacked over a week ago & an imposter is using my identity. I have contacted the help desk via email several times & I've had no response. I'm not happy at all. Please can someone contact me & sort this out! The problem is with my original account Emerson990, I have a duplicate account later account in the same email address as the original one was changed by the imposter. I upgraded to the premium subscription & have a record of the payment I made. Please can you help sort this out. Kind Regards Emerson Pope

I am aware that once you have been deleted you can not rejoine, my first account was a upgraded account and the 2 after we're not, but as I've not broken of your rules while using my account, I think it's unfare that the same man is following me around and reporting me so I get deleted, he has done this tonight, he messaged me telling me my accounts don't seem to last long !, so to my understanding this is cyber bullying, I'm hoping pof you do not tolerate this, I would like my account back but if this is to not happen il be very disappointed, but at least you should ban him from pof, as your enabling a bully to victimise me !, my name is nickys21, and my email is [protected]@yahoo.com, my original up graded was nicky.[protected]@googlemail.com, his name is jonboy7979, please don't allow this man to think it's ok to intimidate and bully a woman.

I joined POF online only as a free member only and I purposely didn't provide any bank account numbers or debit card information and sure enough I check my bank account and a large debit is pending. I typically check my account daily as well as having alerts on my account. Once I got the person on the phone, I asked how they got my card and or bank account information. They insisted I upgraded, I didn't.
She removed the charge, was nasty and totally removed my profile for good. So I can't be a member since I informed them I was a free member only and clearly someone stole my information, she insisted they don't steal anything. I said well then how did you get my information? I also told her I'm aware all the sites share information and clearly obtained my information without me saying you could.

My image is being used on your website at www.pof.com if it is not removed immediately I will contact the police and authorities. It's illegal to use someone's image and I will take legal action. Remove my image immediately my safety is at risk. I am not on this site & never have been. This is fraud! User name is "bayside babe" and I fear for my safety.

In all honesty there is not one single woman on this site who is not mentally ill, or a liar and a cheat. They want a relationship and the first chance they get they run a mile... Talk about schizo... None of these women on this site are sane, ergo why they are there. Total undateables. Uk... Stats on women between the age of 16 and 24...14 million of them in that age group are mentally ill... So on average we are talking the virtual entire female population of the uk. Jesus I wish I was not english, english women are insane and they should do what trump said about south america, only build a wall around the uk... Rather like escape from new york... I've had my POF account for years, one day it was just gone. I've never been rude, creepy, or disrespectful to anyone on there, and I've blocked people who messaged me something crude or not what I'm looking for after they didn't read my profile. The few people I did have conversations with or met up with everything was cordial and respectful without incident. I don't understand why my account was deleted, they won't tell me, and now they're preventing me from even creating a new account. This is really unethical. Below is an email transcript, I was trying to communicate with them to resolve whatever the issue was, but they won't even give that much.

I am a victim of identity theft and have completed the FTC documentation and other documents for the state of Minnesota. I logged into plenty of fish and could not change my password as someone took over my account. I have emailed Plenty of Fish and have had no response. My screen name is bestyet2be2014 and email was taken over. I chose forgot password and put my email address in there I did not receive an email to update my password.

I paid approx $80 for a yearlong subscription to POF. >95% of messages/views I receive are fraudulent profiles that are soliciting either sex sites or are phishing/scamming for my email address. I joined this site in the effort to meet actually real females! POF has not responded to ANY of my complaints/concerns.
Instead, they continue to promote fake profiles; many of which contain explicit nudity & sexual "come-ons". Before POF became a public enterprise, the site was decent @ best. Now, they have become cohorts with the other sex trafficking sites, which inundate the Internet. How many complaints will it take for this company to either clean up their act, or cease & desist?! I want my money back! I did not join this online dating/relationship site to be scammed.

Do not use this site at all there is unknown person that emails u and tells u you are ugly and no one will date u and to not press meet me button cause no one will respond to it and to give up on online dating do not use this service pof is 100% fake people I have not seen or met any one there that seems to be real that site has gone down hill and needs to be shut down and closed for good
