I brought my diesel in and explained what my husband wanted checked, that's when I found out they have no diesel tech that can work on it. I got treated like I had no sense and like a woman, not a customer. My husband is looking at a Ford now so not to go back to the worst shop I ever had the privilege to grace. The service office actually stinks, and the manager is so rude and angry at people I have no idea how the doors remain open, the owner looks lost and completely out of it.
