Playtika where is the chat function with support normal when have the option live chat support

when i want support normal you get a ticket but i get no ticket and there was a new support option live chat but now its gone ?
olso a bug ? its was good direct contact and there is olso a crap thing you have change the option to ask cards it was ask and it comes on my facebook page and now only you put it in the clan whit max 10 players i can ask it from them whit messenger please change it back or cost that to much money and why do you store the cards on the facebook server not your own server you get so much money on one day that you can have 50 servers or more store on a server is cheap you no that you make this game bad the fun go away by so much players put 10 persons from support on a computer only for reading complains but you no that why all this bad things whe spent all much money and is this our reward after 6 years playing i name you now buytika there are always bugs in a update but nevervin buy this and buy that the promo's working always please make the game better otherwise you loose many players and you get every day so much money from players i loose the interest in this game because all the things you are doing or you want to stop when you are trillionare?

this is my complain and get the tricks out the game you no what i mean

Playtika spin game

I keep getting frozen srcreens from this game. Then you send a notice that I will be receiving added points to make up for your problems. None ever show up in the in box as promised. FRUSTRATING! !?
The last time occurred today with me receiving a note. From you saying you had noticed I didn't receive my. Bonus prize for the new board game just started.
The previous promise was a few days ago when the screen was frozen. However, nothing was received.

Playtika dramatic increase to minimum bet for bonus game features

Before the recent update, my minimum bet for the bonus features was 25-37.5 million per spin. On King's Valor, 50 million for all 5 characters gold. Effective this week, this amount has suddenly jumped up to a minimum bet of 125, 000, 000-150, 000, 000 per spin and 200, 000, 000 for King's Valor and the newest game released today.
These minimum bet levels are just too high. The minimum bet increments have never jumped so high so fast - This is a 4 step jump, usually just 1.
I can no longer play the games I enjoyed. And why pay to do something I no longer enjoy? Was this an error or permanent?

I have begged this company to find out why after spending thousands of dollars with your company that I get the worst game play. I've begged to speak with a member of management or to have a phone number to a live person so that I can speak with them about my concerns. They do nothing. This time they pushed me to far. I bough coins and within less than 10 minutes I had the worst luck yet again. I've had it. There has got to be something that can be done. I want answers. I'm even considering legal action after all that they have put me through. Yet they still do nothing.

sure wish u guys would make dashes not so hard games dont pay out dont give ace packs star dice sucks cause always lands on 2 or 4 all the time complaints will keep coming until u fix the issues iam fed up been playing this game for 8 years getting tired of not finishing dash orthe blast cause not enough coins been on gold now for 4 years come on get real

I played Clans and did not get nothing made it nearly to the end 70% away from finishing my clan for the week did not get nothing I do spend some money so someone needs to fix the problem I don't know if it's on your end or is there a problem someplace else needs to be fixed before I spend any more money I hope this is going to be enough information to fix the problem thank you

Your game is a scam now I am a paying players and can never win anything to keep me spinning and your customer service sucks [censored] like no other. Does nothing to resolve or make people happy or whole. This game has gone to crap and I'm almost level 12000 and it just keeps getting worse. Higher leveled players can't get any of the dashes or events accomplished because we have to bet to high!

Playtika vegas slots

494.82 in over charges/double charges over the last 2 months. And they are subtlety, so one does not catch them. No return emails. No contact phone numbers. Unacceptable. I have spoken with Apple/iTunes and they have given me information needed. I have filed a complaint with Apple and will also file with my bank Monday morning regarding fraudulent charges. (Side note: Apple would have refunded gas it not been such a high amount! And this is a common occurrence with this App.)

What is going on with your slots? Number one why are they so tight? I have played a lot of different games and all of them aren't paying out hardley anything not to mention the bonuses and free spins which are basically MIA!
Then there is when I am lucky enough to win a small amount of coins I don't even get the full amount! Example I had 104, 846, 332, I won 10, 000, 000 and my total coins went up to 106, 846, 332! Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know there is something wrong with that picture! Also I'm not getting a lot of what I win in the daily dash nor am I not getting my bonus when I'm lucky to get a bonus or free spins! This is not only wrong but I'm sure if I turn you in they would be very interested when I actually BUY coins and your slots take me down so far I can't play unless I buy more coins which isn't going to happen! I bet the higher up's would love to investigate Slotomania! This time I'm asking nicely for you to fix your slots so they pay out, more bonuses and free spins, have the correct amounts be credited properly, and pay what I win in the daily dashes, bonuses, and amounts won from special games like Snakes and Ladders and get some sloto cards which I'm getting zilch now! Playtika bingo blitz

Hello,
I just wanted to share how deeply frustrated and annoyed I am with the direction this game has taken over the last few years. This used to be a fun game - the progress was slow but you were still rewarded in the end. The community was happy, the games were evolving, things were alive.
During the last few years it's obvious that you want players to pay for the experience. I get it - you need elite and paying players to be able to function and pay your salaries - but at least, don't make it so goddamned obvious with all these insanely stupid PIGGY BANKS and whatnot. Don't make this whole game look like some silly class society where the rich are rewarded and the poor stand outside without anything. You want people to enjoy your game and pay because they like it - not to pay because they are frustrated and see no other way forward.
Also, this is a way to make desperate and addicted people do poor decisions - wasting their money on your stupid little game that has no real value whatsoever.
You haven't updated the slot games in... I don't even know? It's just pathetic. I would be ashamed if I was in charge of how Bingo Blitz works nowadays. I have saved up to 6000 credits now and if I'll lose them in 2 hours like last time, I will also be one of the hundred thousands that are leaving the game for other, better developed bingo games this very minute.

Playtika bingo blitz mishap

August 2, 2019 @ 8:00 Mountain time

I was playing Bingo Blitz in Barcelona ...Please Check my stats...I just selected the 2nd chance option for item 11. Instead of going to the game, I got a picnic basket (for separate reward)...by the time the screen returned to the game, Bingo was over. However I still played the following game for #11. The problem is I paid for this game twice (once before the picnic basket reward and once after the screen returned to bingo). Then google chrome quit responding. Thanks for helping me get credits returned. Both times, I played 3 cards in the game on the 3rd level. And with all my frustration, I still didn't win #11. ugh. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Hi I finished a Sloto clan challenge and didn't receive the bonus. How do I get this? Also I was in a team previously and was kick for some unknown reason? But I didn't get any of that sloto money or bonus even though all my playing made me earn that. How is this regulated? Are you taking out money and not really taking care of us (your customers) can I make a formal complaint with a consumer affairs as it looks like your business is not really fair in some instance. What else have I not revived that I should have? Is there a log with all my purchases?

Playtika next level accomplishment

I would love to know how much I have to go to get to Diamond status. I play everyday and you use to have a playtika icon with how much percentage to go to achieve the next level. Iam pretty sure alot of players would like to know their status I buy quite a bit and by now my should of changed or close to it. If you would be so kind to put the playtiki icon back .

Playtika bingo blitz

I was logged in with phone number [protected] and have been playing fir a while. I was level 76, completed the donut level, had 20, 000 chef points and used cash for things. Yesterday i went to play but had been logged out. Now I can't log back in. It keeps saying, oops there was an error, or something to that nature. I have added that number to a facebook account. I tried logging in that way, thru facebook, but it started me back at level 1. I don't know whar ro do. This is the onky game I am currently playing. Can this be fixed?

Playtika playtika games (cheating players on regular play and bonus rounds) - part 3

Well, here I am...yet AGAIN...filing ANOTHER complaint against Playtika. Having NEVER received an HONEST answer from them on ANYTHING, I will encapsulate ALL that has occurred during my play in the last 6 months. For ALL of you reading this, I KNOW, for a FACT, that YOU have experienced any ONE or ALL of these SAME issues:

MANIPULATION OF REELS (i.e., "frozen, " "free falling, " "different" characters on the reels at "different" times of the day, no "extra wilds" during the scatter bonus rounds). ALL of these I have experienced on a DAILY BASIS with Playtika's games...specifically the TROPICAL PARADISE game (scarlet macaws, toucans, Island girls), among others.

How is someone SUPPOSED TO WIN when there is ALL this manipulation going on?

All I EVER receive is some BS email stating that these games are for "entertainment purposes only"...but yet, they TAKE "real" money in exchange for playing BS games you can't POSSIBLY get a decent jackpot on.

It's ALL about BUYING the COINS to play. Heck, I might as well go to an arcade and purchase "tokens" to play the "Claw Machine" game and "see" if, by some stroke of luck, I can ACTUALLY "get" a prize outta there.

SHAME ON YOU, Playtika...SHAME ON YOU!

If I can STOP AT LEAST ONE PERSON from playing your stupid games and NOT dumping ANY cash your way, it will ALL have been worth it!

Thanks for nothing, Playtika...people like YOU are the "norm" (i.e., disgusting, low life bums) instead of the "exception"...so very sad indeed.

if things dont change u guys are going to lose alot of players. the dash is out of hand u make so diffcult that the ones that cant afford to buy always gets screwed. iam talking about getting the ace cards or whatever. i already know this is going to be 3 book iam not going to beablle to do because of the crap i spend what little daily bonus i get on ace featured games and u always go thru more coins then whaat u should andd never get a ace pack thats bullcrap when are u going to make it FUNagain oh i know NEVER.i do appercate what coins u gave but what good are they if u cant win on any machine um dont take a genuis to figure out that all this is fixed ty and have a great day iam not

Playtika 10 m coin packs, free spins

In the last week alone I submitted complaints for lack of payment of coins. The last two times I took screenshots to prove I followed through with the required steps. I'm still waiting for my coins. I never recieved the 300 free spins 4 months ago. The response to my complaint was we are sorry, but here take this gift. It's the same every time. I dont want them, I want what HOF promised me. I'd like to know how it is that a game is removed from free spins and never replaced, due to " tech issues" yet it is only removed from free spins not from regular play. Oh and dont even replace it, I was really upset until I read ALL the other ones. Now I feel like I used to about it and that is Disappointed, Disrespected, and taken advantage of. But even worse I feel pissed at my self for liking the games so much that after I left HOF because of other issues (on a smaller basis) I came back, and now I'm regretting it.

My user ID number is [protected]. After sending screen shots about not getting the extra coins when I used a gold card on the wheel of stars, INC9805073, I received a reply from Renil Jones on July 14 stating yes there was an issue, and I was not getting the extra coins. There still has not been a resolution, so I sent another sopport ticket yesterday, INC9919565. I received a reply today from James Jericho--he claims he looked at my screen shots, and stated there was no issue, I received the amount of coins I was suppose to when spinning stars on the wheel with a gold card. I believe Renil Jones is correct and James Jericho did not understand my concerns. I am becoming very frustrated, I need a resolution to this issue. I have included my screen shots showing my beginning balance, the stars I used for the wheel, the amount I got on the wheel, and the ending balance after my 3, 000, 000 win. You can see on the wheel screen shot, the gold card icon does not show in the lower left hand. My email address is [protected]@yahoo, com. Please reply.

So i have been emailing you about my account. I linked my account to Facebook and lost everything. You stated you cant find anything. Now i am at bronze level 11, when before i was in the 800s, with a ton of completed bakery items and sloto card collecting. I was also a leader of a clan. No where is my info to be found. According to you. You have over 300 complaints with 3 resolved. Not a good track record. Interesting to find out through the internet, i am not the only one this has happened to. It leaves your company wide open for a civil suit. You have registered complaints with the B.B.B. I truly do not understand, why after spending countless hours playing your game. Then getting screwed over, i had at one time over 60 billion, that i painstakingly earned through playing and collecting bonuses. Which unto itself is one hell of an accomplishment. Being that i did not purchase any coins or gems from you. I did all of this through perseverance and game play. Myself and now 17 other's have started a facebook site. With people that have not had there issues resolved through mediation with your company. I know its not a big deal, because you are a large company and yes there is not a lot we can do now, but in the future after our facebook and online users ban together. To stop the mistakes and bullcrap. From happening to others. I still can't believe after around 90 plus hours of play, bam i have nothing. When.i had everything. Go figure right? I am just q disabled guy trying to get a fair shake from a large corporation. Who does not seem to care about its customers unless they are spending a ton of money.

Why are coins missing from my account? I was betting 10 million and won but it deducted over 10 billion. I have been playing since game release and the last year the game has become boring. Winnings are few and far between and promotions appear to be for people with trillions of coins. I have spent money on coins but no longer, you lose what you purchase and then some.
