Playtika house of fun scam

I am not the only one playing House of fun that knows we were cheated after the tournament in August!

I'm not quite understanding any of you! A prime pack as you can see from today is more than one prime suitcase.
In the previous email from John himself states in his previous email, any first or second-place finishes in the tournaments would get a prime pack. I was owed at least two prime packs. I only received two prime suitcases. What is it that is not clear?

I am not speaking of the big win challenge that was paid correctly. It was before that it was a tournament I think it was a Frankenstein tournament I don't remember exactly but the rules exactly said for every six first or second place wins you would receive a prime pack this is the tournament I am speaking of I believe it was an August and I started sending messages to my account manager after not receiving them I know I have at least two prime packs owed to me I had at least 15
1st place in at least six second place.

Playtika slotomania

I was playing the 20 free bonus round on your new circus game and I won 102, 050, 000. When I hit enter it did not transfer that to my total on top. This is your brand new game and I think it has a bug in it. Yesterday when I was playing I think it happened a few times too but I thought it was just me and the face it was a new game. Playtika logging in issues

I have been trying to log in via my mobile number for 4 and half months now and i have wrote emails to you and no response i am really disappointed in your company to be honest i love this game and i want my account back if i dont then me and all my friends iv got to join will leave because they have had enough too i have put alot of money into this game

Playtika slotomania slots game

I am writing to tell yall I am really disappointed with your game I have been with your game slotomania since 2008 when I joined and I have never seen this game played like it is now it is very sad how it is gotten to be for a while now all some get iis the same cards over and over again while others get new ones its not even funny anymore y'all need to be fair to everyone I have talked to customer reps and get a crock of bull answer if its quote randomely generated then everyone should get the same cards over and over and never get new ones but thats not how it is y'all need to be fair with everyone that plays but y'all arent just like with other things in the game. Playtika wsop

Hi,
For the past 4 weeks i have been having issues with losing hands to lower ones which in itself made no sense. I also noticed that after the game had ended, the log mysteriously changed to a different hand.
I have tried on multiple occassions to get the staff to examine how this was happening, but was tild the log is fool proof and my eyes were wrong. Despite my giving manes of culprits and players that witnessed these acts. One Player honestly stated he had no idea how his Full House of 666AA beat my AAA66 and was told by staff we were both confused.
You may say this is just free chips but i am out of pocket to the sum of £2000+, which as a disabled vet, looking for some online fun is a big thing despite your staff making lite of it. I am beginning to feel like i am being conned by your company, when a detailed examination of the system would show me right. I know it is a serious crime to defraud paying players and am prepared to stand up and fight for what i know is right. I also have copies of rude emails a nd screenshiots that the press would really enjoy, but i would prefer we settle this like adults.
Please examine the game and once proven right either refund my money or reinstate to stolen chips which now are over $30B, (this would be the less expence to you i'm sure), Also when a customer uses the cheating player button, do something about it please.

Playtika unfortunate monsters game in this week's quest

Dear colleagues,

I am playing the quest and when I 'power up' for 250 gems, and get a free spins feature, the power up freezes and does not double the win in the bottom quest. This has happened repeatedlt today and it is making completing the quest much more difficult.

Why am I buying gems to 'power up' when the power up doesn't work?

Playtika slotomania

A couple of days ago I purchased tickets for your "wholey moley" promotion. I was never able to use the tickets as the game would not let me. The tickets were logged as available, but I did not have access to them. Therefore I lost out on the entire promotion which I was close to finishing and I lost my money.

In addition, that day and the next, the app was not spinning properly and caused me to lose a ton of coins.

I would like reimbursement for my purchase as well as a credit.

Playtika buying coins and money taken out of my bank account and not receiving coins.

Have written 10 times sending info. They refunded one $99 purchase as I did not get coins. But I made several others and DID NOT get coins and money was taken out of my account: Here are the items:

Playtika my slotomania game has crashed. unable to play since friday.

Started Friday, Sept. 27, 2019. When I click on the game, it stops loading and screen says .not connected and 'try again'. After a couple of retrys, the game screen goes away and an error message appears on my tablet screen that says 'Unfortunately, Slotomania has Stopped'.
My wifi is on and strong through all this, so I'm thinking I can't connect to the Slotomania site, I've restarted. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've attempted to clear the 'cache'. I'm player #73 in Westland, MI ' Game is Platika 3..19.0, my device is lt02ltespr, the Build ID isKOT 49H.T217SVPSRQA1. Each time I tried to get on, when the error message showed, I sent the report. (My clan was close to getting the key and I still had a few million points, so I'm really miffed...) I would like to get back on the game.

Playtika scammers

THIS IS NOT A FREE GAME
This company has manipulated the games to the point that they are almost unplayable.
They let you get 80% or 90% of the requirements needed then they bankrupt your accounts to try and force you to buy coin packs to complete anything.
When you finish Promo's they won't give you the rewards that you earned.
Customer Service will constantly just send you form letters or outright lies in the hope that you will drop any complaint.
I have has d fights with these guys that took over a month to solve because of all the lies.
They manipulate ever aspect of the game daily to the point that it crashes constantly!

Playtika slotomania game

On the mystery of the puzzle cards thing that you're you can do once a day well right now has the special how you can do it twice in one day but I just tried to do it for the first time today and when I get to the very beginning where you get started and there's those gold Circle things all over that you pick three of everyday I pick my 3 and I win sloto cards inside that thing but then I didn't get my regular puzzle card that I'm supposed to get for the day it just automatically just ended and then my turn was over and it wouldn't go back to it and it says that I have another 24 hours before I can do it again and shouldn't I be winning a puzzle card in there automatically and then when I push the gold Circle things I'm supposed to win whatever I win their also and if I won sloto cards there you think that I would get my regular puzzle card too but it didn't give it to me seems there's a lot of things that have been going on with my game lately we're like I'll have millions and millions of coins and all of a sudden I'll look and I'll have way less for some reason and I don't know why but it just does that to me a lot doesn't make any sense.

Playtika free spin bet different after in and out.

Flippin naughty i have bet 20 billions when i get i save it, after i have no more credit going back to the save free spin game, the bet given to me is 5 billion only. This is same happened to the game amaze me, free spin 30 bil and after returning only 5 billion balance 5 bill. Wild Spinbad also 5 billion freespin, when returning only have 2.5 billion. And one more game is straight bullseye free spin is 10 billion and returning is 5 billion. What should I do. My id as per attached.

Playtika wsop online free poker

The cards are dropping from the dealer to me very slowly.
I do not see my cards in time for me to place a bet.
This happens in all games, i.e. tournaments, hold'em, omaha.
Can you help me with any technical support.
Other players are not having this problem. The game site in not operating properly and it is impossible to play any card game or tournament. Sometimes the game plays at normal speed, and other days, it is very slow causing the play cards from the Dealer to my spot, to look
like leaves slowly dropping off a tree at 2mph; the cards are twisted as
they fall and so I cannot even read them. Before I can bet, I have
been shut out of that game for not acting quickly. If I bet on time,
I am betting blindly so I just fold never knowing what my card was.

Playtika slotomania

I have spent so much money on this game and I don't get my coins I purchased (even restarting the game). Also, I will be missing millions of coins whenever I close out of the game and come back on later to play (missing coins). I recently purchased a bunch of coins on my deal option and never received them.

Also, are ace packs supposed to always contain an ace card? I have gotten the last 5-6 ace packs with zero ace cards and cards I've already gotten a bunch of times with no new cards. What's going on with your game? This is not ok and I hope I get my money back or at least my coins because this feels like I'm being robbed and scammed and it's not right!

Playtika problem playing game

I have been playing the slots for 2 hours and I've had to close out the app and restart it 4 times due to "Lost Connection." I am playing on LTE and on a iPhone XS Max. The reels keep spinning and then it says "Lost Connection." My family is playing the game right next to me on WiFi and they also lose connection. Returning to lobby doesn't load after "Losing Connection."

Playtika I have been rookie of at least three rewards while playing the clan rewards program

i have been playing with cherie cog s clan since the begginning, i am player 3588, and i have been rooked ytwo free 50 dollars of sloto coins for clan completing two challenges. our clan has completed the challenges and some player received the awards i did not. an i have been rooked one bonus that never payed with the key. i have played slotomania for quite a while and have also spen quite a bit of money buying coins, so it would be very nice to receive the rewards that i have won. thak you for taking the time to look this up don aka player 3588

Playtika bingo blitz

I was robbed of $14.99 plus tax! I played in the new room house buzz where if you lose your hearts you can purchase more to continue. Well I did, and I did purchase more hearts to continue as I was right underneath the beehive to win 6, 000 credits. I made the purchase and never got the hearts to continue so I got dropped to the bottom to start all over! I left the room and magically the hearts came up and got added to my inventory! I clearly got scammed as I suppose they didn't want me to win those credits. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game and will never spend another penny! They are crooked, corrupt thieves! Beware!

Playtika slotomania

I was playing all week and I am playing since Slotomania came out . I was just finished the second last vault and was on the last one and I had the key to open it and I never got my clan points like the dice cards coins an other stuff . I'm pissed I never got anything playing all week trying to get it done and puff I get nothing.i only need a few cards to finish my albums and I was suppose to get a 4 star ace card and a 5 star card could have been the cards I need to get coins and album done . Can u help I'm pissed that this stuff happens a lot on Slotomania. Thank you and I hope to hear from u soon
