PlayerAuctions I paid for an Account but it still says Pending Payment.

Hello

On 3.06.2022 I wanted to buy an account for 900$.

I registered and started the process to buy.

I paid via Skrill with the transaction number [protected].

If that is what it is.

After paying I was redirected back to the playerauctions page and the money went down from my account as expected.

But the process is still on pending payment.

I don't know where my money is or what went wrong.

I haven't received an exact or explanatory answer from support either.

Desired outcome: I would prefer to get my money back or have the problem fixed so I can continue with the purchase.

PlayerAuctions Buying Valorant Account

I attempted to buy a Valorant account twice and both times it said my card was declined but the money was still taken from my bank account, both times for the same amount since it was for the same account I was buying. The amount was $21.42 both times which adds up to $42.84 in total that has been taken from me and I have received nothing. After entering my payment information and submitting, I was not directed to the next screen in the process which I believe says the "Delivery" but instead I was redirected to something that said the card was decline and that I should input the information again or try a different payment method.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my purchase considering I received nothing for them and will not try again so i do not risk losing more money.

PlayerAuctions Verification

SCAM, TROLLING, ROBBERY!

First, they take the money and then they ask for personal ID and credit card photos to do the verification. When they receive everything they start trolling and asking for clearer images, more and more proofs going back and forth for hours.

Even though the images are perfectly clear they troll even further and send a generic email saying that they can't verify offering alternative payment methods.

They can't verify after receiving your personal information!

ID theft? Creditcard theft? Just a scam website? Maybe even all the above.

Stay away, people.

PlayerAuctions Bought a product got suspended few minutes after - norefund

- Bought a LoL gift and after Isent my username and server to the seller as posted in the add ( image below)

- banned for giving my username to the seller

- no refund

- not replying to my tickets while they kept the money

- Order ID 8926727

my username is Berryze i got suspended for adding a email to my payment methode can u believe that, i sent 10 tickets all i get is ignorement, poor service by this company ive waited 10 days to get a simple reply that says We've got news for you: Your ticket (1014090) has been updated!, guess what im still suspended lol

Auction been cancelled.

They transfered back the small amount of money they used for to check my bank account, but not the actual money I transfered for the product.

PlayerAuctions Instant Delivery Calims

I went to their site to purchase a Smite account to merge with my personal one, so that I may acquire the skins that I have wanted since first starting the game. I submitted my payment via Apple Pay and expected my product as soon as I pressed pay. The reason I had this expectation was that the seller labeled the product delivery as instant. This was not the case, I was instead emailed by their support team. The Order ID was/is 8905104. They shockingly asked for all kinds of personal information, which I kindly provided as I didn't see a security risk. I provided photos of my government ID with the DLN and DD redacted, my payment card with the first 12 digits redacted, my face with the government ID next to it, and a screenshot of my bank statement detailing the $189.43 purchase. After sending these, much like other people I've seen who have filed complaints on this site I was told the the photos provided were not satisfactory. I checked them in the emails sent and though they were a tad dim, all required information was clearly visible and legible. I have now informed them that I will be reporting their service as a scam/fraud site. I ADIVSE THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT THEIR TIME WASTED TO AVOID THIS SITE.

Desired outcome: The product that was paid for, an Xbox account worth that includes the "Demon Pact Anubis" skin for Smite. I will have my bank deauthorize the payment in 24-hours day and the money will not be given to this, what looks to be, scam service.

I have since canceled my order, for which I got a complete refund. I also deleted my account with this service. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

5 days ago on 12-04-2022 I got the email that my player auctions account got suspended and they did not mentioned any reason. After emailing them they sent me this following email:

Hello Ameerhamza,

Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.

Moreover, as stated in our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time if:

a. In PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or

b. PlayerAuctions has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete; or

c. PlayerAuctions believes that User conduct is harmful to the interests of PlayerAuctions, its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users; or

d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions’ sole and absolute discretion.

as you can see that is not a specific reason why they suspend me I worked very hard on this account for almost 2 years and they just banned me without telling me what I did wrong and they have my 1550 usd which I worked very hard to earn them. When I email them about money that they should at least give me my money they are not replying now it is so unfair to ban someone without giving them any solid reason and just taking their money.

I want my account and money back as I did not break any rule of the site and always worked hard to get my sales and stuff.

I feel like they suspend me on purpose GOD knows for what reason as they is nothing left that they keep my account suspended

it been many days again i haven't heard from you guys. Thing is first you slander me as a thief that i stole accounts and resell it but when i emailed your team and asked them show me any account which i sell twice they just change the accusation and tell me that my account got banned cuz i gave the wrong info on auto delivery

As i use auto delivery and it only happened once when the buyer made the dispute and i resolved it, I accidently use caps and i corrected my mistake and i never repeat it now tell me why my account got banned? as you guys keep changing the reason and telling me that i didnt provide any evidence how can i provide any evidence because you guys didnt ask for anything thing what i am suppose to show ? i just feel like you guys banned me cuz you guys were just bored? or something cuz you didnt provide me any evidence which shows that i am guilty ? or you guys banned me cuz my account have 1.6k usd? otherwise i dont see any reason of my suspension as i did nothing wrong

i request you again please look into my matter and give me my account and money back

Sir i didnt show you anything because you didnt ask for anything i dont know what you guys wanna check if you tell me what kind of evidence you guys want i will provide it but you guys only have 1 answer to all my emails which you guys copy paste every time that my account got banned due to risk management thats it? Tell me where you ask me for any proof or anything that i can provide ?

Now i got email my ban was due to i out wrong login details in my offers it was only 1 time and they warned me and it never happened again and i replied to them with valid points and waiting for their answers but the thing is you said that i got banned cuz of selling same account many time so i ask them show me any offer that i sold twice now they changed the reason.

I think you guys don't have a sold reason and banned for nothing or i dont know why!

I request you to give me my account back. As it is my 2 years hard work and i just cant let it go

Its been so many days you guys are not responding to my emails and nor replying here as i told you before tell me what evidence you need so i can clear my name but you guys are not replying and it looks like you guys dont have any proof that can justify my suspension and idk why you banned me.maybe some hatred and you just can't keep my money and not give me any solid reason i demand my money back and if you are serious about listing to me and want to resolve this i can prove i am inoccent you told me that the discussion will be private but you have to reply to my emails so we can start a discussion ? sir i think there is a confusion you guys should have contacted me before making that decision. I tell you what there is the misunderstanding as i use same emails sometimes for different accounts i tell you why i buy accounts and resell them as I have sold many accounts every time i cant make a new email so what I do is when someone buy a account from me i change the email to their new email and I use my email to buy another account that is the miss understanding if you guys please give me a chance i can show you i just use the old email i never sale the same account.

you guys have my money which is 1635 usd kindly give me that money and you can contact my buyers who bought accounts from me and ask them if i ever take back any account i just use the same email i just realized i made that mistake which i wont ever repeat it i will make a new email for every account kindly give me 1 chance to prove my innocence as I believe that every one should get the chance to explain themselves an please kindly give me my money as I work hard to earn it

PlayerAuctions Origin Account lost / never sold

I created a secure Gmail account, as to transfer ownership through PlayerAuctions, to sell an EA Origins account. As I am a legitimate seller, customer security was secured within PlayerAuctions. As PlayerAuctions is the only server in possession of the password information for the email in question, they are the only ones able to provide me access to the account of which I never sold. I'm requesting my sale information, as there was never a completed sale, so I can regain access to the account.

Desired outcome: I would like my account information given back to me, as it rightfully belongs to me.

Your website took $225 o of my account instead of what it was supposed to be which was $75.

It withdrew $75 3 different times

I need my money back now.

This is the second time you guys have done this. I requested a refund of $81 last summer and never received that either. This is absolutely ridiculous

PlayerAuctions Account suspended

I have just signed up. Never signed up before, never bought anything, sold anything or promoted anything. I have never had a chat with a member of this site because they disabled all my functions on it. You want ask me why and I am gonna explain everything to you. I did read a lot of reviews that this site bans for nothing. I contacted support centre to figure out the reason of getting suspended.

I don't know what's going on but contact centre replied to my request answering that I am from Ukraine. Come on, this is an american site that bans people from ukraine. Just a simple racist and scum site that doesn't deserve to provide its services because of the racist politics and disrespect to all citizens of Ukraine.

Desired outcome: eliminate restrictions and let people from Ukraine sell on your site

PlayerAuctions Player Auctions suspended account

Mt account was suspended after i forgot my login information and made a new account not knowing it would suspend it. I did email back and forth to customer service but they said there was nothing they could do which made me very upset. i cant use my old phone number so i tried my wifes and it was then suspended.

I had no negative feedback on purchases i made or items i sold but they were unwilling to work with me. How can they suspend someone for a mistake like this. I then tried multiple other times with the same result.. if i cant use my number how can i make a account this needs to resolved very poor customer service

Desired outcome: All i want is to be able to a create account again and use the services this is rediculous

I no longer have any account. i deleted them hoping i could make a new one not knowing this and when i do it automatically suspends them i found a couple tickets but the accounts have since been deleted as i said.

ticket# 552067 and #552011 one representative said this

Upon checking, your account has been suspended for being linked to your main account xxxxxx1 which you have deleted. We regret to inform you that once your main account has deleted, you can no longer access our website nor create a new account.

if i would of know this it would not of been deleted. please help

PlayerAuctions Payment not received

On Feb-24-2022 I put a League of Legends account on sale. Later that day I received a message from your team saying: "Congratulations. Your account has been sold to "(name)". Kindly send the following account to "(his Gmail)". You will get paid instantly once he has received the account." .

I had it on automated delivery so I was supposed to do nothing but wait for my payment. I read that I have to wait 10 days to get paid ( 3 + 7 days from After-sale protection). Today is Mar-8-2022 (the 11th day) since I received that message and still nothing. Am I supposed to wait for a bit longer ? Or does that mean that this guy didn't even buy the account at all and I need to put it on sale again?

Desired outcome: I need an answer as soon as possible please. Thank you.

PlayerAuctions The customer service is not making any responds to my report and it was twice i report and they just ignore it.

I want to change my old number but i dont have it and ive already submit twice to them all the requirements and they just dont care and ignoring me.

Desired outcome: I want my case to be solve as possible just to change my number in new one i have.

PlayerAuctions Refund over cancelation

Will be a month and still don't have my refund called the bank so no transaction are pending take seriously your job and gave back what is mine! You automatically answer same thing that you did the refund and the problem is my bank so guess what my bank says there is no transaction GAVE BACK MY MONEY

The cancelation was made on January 15 how long i need to wait until you take action? Are you expecting to win interest with my money holding it back for a month. I'm tired and angry with your company are waiting to never pay me and steal money for me? I will take action because i have all the evidence of the debit done of my account and of your lack of responsibility.

PlayerAuctions They suspended my account for no reasonable reason AT ALL

So after trying to make a purchase on WoT account, they required me to send my debit card used (as a photo), my DL, me holding my DL (selfie), and transaction on the bank associated with my debit card. I did ALL of these. After these, they further request from me my info (full name, address, contact number, etc) because name registered to my PA account is my another family member. They mention, "We will have to update first your PlayerAuctions registered name as per your ID before we proceed with your order. If you authorize this, please fill out the form below" -> which I did above. After doing ALL this, giving my personal info and even my selfie, and further providing info as requested, the purchase I made is declined. THEN, they send me an email that my account is permanently suspended. WHAT? What did I NOT do that they requested of me? I have all email threads and everything for proof.

Just found out PA works from Shanghai, no wonder they smell fishy. My day is ruined not because I wasn't able to buy the account but because I wasted stupid time on pathetic low-life scumbags.

Thank you for listening.

I want to sincerely apologize again for my rude behavior / messages that I sent the other day (my comments were baseless and words just came out of my emotion which are not true at all) - to all of PA staff members that I communicated with and thank you for the clear explanations and knowing my situation very well. I did EVERYTHING in my power that they requested. I saw that someone already bought the account - I wonder if it's because they favored that buyer (for whatever reason) while they were pretending to sort things out with me? And in the end, because the buyer bought it finally, they just give stupid excuses for declining my order (which I was first PRIORITY) and moreover banning me?

On January 14 I tried to buy an account for mobile legends and paid for it, after the debit on January 14 more than half a month passed and I don't have it back until this date in my account, the cancelation was made on January 15 because they wanted more private information for verification so I canceled. I just want my refund already called my bank so there is no refund, no transaction in transit no nothing about my money.

Desired outcome: Please gave back my money

PlayerAuctions Refund

I made a purchase and was asked to verify! I was not comfortable with their verification process, and therefore cancelled my order! I have not received a refund or email confirming my ordered is cancelled! Money was taken from my account and charged! I want my money back please! I am not comfortable with sharing info via email, and i would like a refund! I emailed the help desk twice.

PlayerAuctions Account setup and poor customer support

Myr first experience with this company has been extremely concerning. I recently opened up a new account with them on 1/25 and immediately had issues with my account being locked. I searched and realized they only have email correspondence and not the phone number of a chat feature. A bad sign going forward with any company. I was contacted by John (who knows who you are really chatting with) that an account already existed. Which I thought was strange since I've never been to the site before or even knew about PlayerAuctions. I continued to follow up by email and kept asking bout how that could be since I've never opened up an account before. After about four emails I get a response from Ann who stated the following:
From Player Auctions:

Thank you for your email regarding the suspension of your account. In order for us to reactivate your account, please provide the following documents:

1.) A clear and colored photo of your government-issued photo ID. (e.g. Driver's license/ Passport/ Identity card).
2.) A clear photo of you or a "Selfie" while holding your ID beside you. Your face must not be blocked and should be clearly identifiable.

Also, please fill out the information below:

a. Full Name
b. Address
c. Phone Number

Please be advised that providing us with fraudulent information may result in the permanent closure of your PlayerAuctions accounts.

Please reply directly to this email. Your reply should include the required images in JPEG format as attachments so that we can view them properly.

I appreciate your cooperation as we resolve the suspension of your account. If you have any additional questions, please reply to this email.

PlayerAuctions - Trust

The clack of clarity to my original question is bizarre. They ask that I'm required to send a photo of myself with my ID, a close-up of my ID and my address and phone all be done by conventional email to troubleshoot some kind of fraud/scam is crazy! Is this even Legal!?

On 1/26/22:
I stupidly sent them the photos including my address, email, and phone number. This is very sensitive data to be shared over conventional email. Assuming they are looking into the issue to see why my account is locked. Possibly another account matches the same details?!

I instructed that once they look into the issue I wanted to cancel my account with them and never do business with them. This is all so bizarre given my experience with so many other online companies including my CC, my bank, and my investment accounts. This is way out of the ordinary and hope I don't have further issues down the road with my identity.

I'm awaiting a response and will update this shortly. A very unnerving experience

Desired outcome: assurances my data is protected and how my sensitive information that was shared on email will be protected. And the fact I even have to do this to sign up for a new account

I just did some online searching and found out that the main office is n China (shanghai) which explains some of the bizarre poorly written emails I've been receiving about my account. It worries me even more that I had sent my DL, a Photo of myself holding DL, email, phone number, and address. Yikes! There is no protection of your data when you send it to a country like China. They are all about data mining your information. Do some further research online and you'll see why I'm so concerned. Don't be stupid like me and share your personnel information with them. I just hope my data does not lead to scamming issues.

Continue to have issues with PlayerAuctions email support. Very poor clarification in emails and the best explanation unfortunately after about 8 emails later has been from Richard on this posted complaints board. Again I want to stress they are asking for your driver's license and photo of yourself, email, address, and phone number all over conventional email! I Cannot get clear responses from the staff and there is no chat feature or phone number. I'll never do business with this company will post my experience to other sites as well.
