I took my 12 year old daughter to this horrible place because I wanted her to have a check up and talk about birth control, because she has been sexually active. They took my daughter back in the office and when I went to ask them what was going on they said we can’t tell you and I said no she’s 12 then go get her I want her out of there! They said no we can’t do that! I said yes go get my daughter now! They said no. I’m so beyond mind blowen at this point I am shaking. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! Such [censored] my kid is 12 nothing is her decision right now!

Okay so I made an appointment to come in on a Monday to get the birth control shot online. It asked me if it was my first time ever getting it and I said yes. So I come into my appointment and they tell me that I was under the wrong slot because I had never gotten the shot before and that it was something wrong with their computers, but that I would have to see a physician so I would have to come back. So she made me an appointment for that following Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. to come in see the physician and get the shot. This is the second time I take it off work. So I come in 5 minutes early to my appointment and the lady tells me that my appointment was at 2:30. I still had my planned Parenthood card that she had wrote on Monday stating that my appointment was at 3:00 p.m. I showed her proof that they told me it was at 3:00 and all she could say was well it's in our computer at 2:30 so there's nothing I can do about it. Even though it was their screw up. I can't afford to take off another day work to come back up here. They've already had to reschedule me twice. And then because they put it in their computer wrong and it was not the same that was written on my card she giving me two days before she said there's nothing they could do to fix it except for make me another appointment. This is completely ridiculous and if I have to make another appointment and come back I know for sure at the very least that I should get some kind of a discount on the service.

My fiancé and I were coming in to pick up my script, I was told by a person in office on Wednesday and from the call center again today (Thursday) that I was allowed to come in at 12/1230 so I wouldn't be late to my flight. We came in perfectly polite and are leaving upset. Karen was incredibly rude and one attending MA said "you can't read the [censored]ing sign?" Incredibly rude.

This place will treat people who have 10 kids and no income, but deny hard working people who can't afford a $300 visit based off a low income job.

I came in per my doctor because of a risk of infection, I told them I could put a down payment down but that my doctor said coming in was urgent. I couldn't afford the $300 for a visit so they denied me after waiting almost 2 hours. I left in tears.

How are you going to give free services to people who don't do [censored], but deny people who work their [censored] off? I offered to pay what I could and they said there was nothing they could do for me. This is a issue

My 16 year old daughter (Scotia Holdsworth) went into the local Planned Parenthood (Springfield Missouri) July 3rd 2019 seeking advice on Birth Control. They talked her into all kinds of tests such as HIV ECT .. she is a virgin and didn't need these kinds of tests. She is naive and listened to their advice. Today she brings me a bill for $179 for Planned Parenthood and a $537 bill for Quest Diagnostics! I am beside angry and confused. She was unassuming and thought PP cared about women's health! She is 16 years old and has NO money! They tricked her into taking test that were not needed and I believe fraud has been committed! I need some answers to why my 16 year old minor daughter now owes $716 to an organization who "prides" themselves on helping women in financial need. She has no means to pay this bill. My request is that my 16 year old minor daughter is not held accountable for this bill that never should have existed in the first place!

I called in an made my appointment for an annual check up and dur to experiencing some symptons on 6/18/19 at 3:46 p.m. (providing my insurance information) for Friday, June 28, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. at the Loop location in Chicago. I arrived at my appointment at 7:57 a.m. the staff said they couldn't find me in the system and refused to see me. I let them know I wanted to speak with a manager and that I took time off work to be there. The manager, Monique, arrives late at 8:11 a.m. and said she would look into it. Then she refused to provide me services. At first she said she had an 8:00 am opening and then insulted me by saing I don't know if you have insurance or if you are even still covered (while holding my id and insurance card in her hand and looking at me up and down). I found that very rude and told her I do know I have insurance and am fully covered plus have a co-pay. I told her I specifically chose Planned Parenthood because I support the causes and services they provide. Then she called me rude and said thank you for your support, but I have the right to refuse you service. She then tossed my id and insurance card at me (on the counter) and said you need to leave or I will call security and all the cameras are watching along with witnesses. I asked for a pen and notepad to write down her name and her staff's names. She wrote doen Monique and refused to provide a last inital. I let her know I would be both making a complaint and filing a personal lawsuit against her with my husband. I am so appaled at the service I cannot return to a planned parenthood or make any donations. Imagine how a scared, pregant 17 year old young woman of color would feel if she had been treated in the manner that I was treated! I do not beleive she should be working and representing Planned Parenthood especially not as a manager.

I was raped 10 years ago and Contracting HPV 1 I was given a medication with 5 refills using three of those details last one I got was in late February beginning March I'm in need of my medication today and have been denied my medication because the written prescription is expired even though I already have those two refills make complaint is on the company Planned Parenthood for I was told that it's against their protocol to release the medication at least the two refills I have left and they want me to walk in when I'm out of my area at the moment into a new Clinic that I have no knowledge of was only giving a half an hour of time span to get there and if not I would just have to wait till tomorrow anybody who has HPV 1 can relate Honda importance of this medication and how that is so unfair to the patient

I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time 12:20. So far I've been sitting here one hour and still have not been called back, and yet people who came in after me were seen before me. Now whether or not their appointment was earlier than mine and they just walked in late-I don't know. But I do know that it's wrong. It's not easy for me to take time out of my day and when I make a scheduled appointment I only expect to wait 15 mins at the most. Apparently they are short staffed today and only have one nurse practitioner today -Why?
There should be some kind of notice they give you where they say "Hey, we're running behind can you come in an hour?" I could have done my errands, shopping, lunch, or get my nails done. Instead I'm sitting here now cold hungry frustrated and having no expectation of when I'll be called back. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the front desk. Clearly a new girl or at least not confident in her abilities to speak with customers. 0 stars from me.

I'm sitting here over 2 hours and have not been seen. This place is dirty and also rude. I will never come back again. They should not make a person wait this long. They took people who came after me of a different race. What a shocker! I'm disabled therefore this literally causes me pain. The people at the desks use the n word to talk to each other.
