Placid Way tubal reversal review: Not getting what you pay for 2

I went to Mexicali Mexico in February 2013 for a tubal reversal so that I ay try and have a baby. I was told that both my tubes would be reconnected and dye tested to check and make sure they are sealed. After the surgery 6 hours later when my husband and I were told it should only take a hour.. they come in and tell us they connected both tubes and removed 4 ovarian cyst. they even gave me a dvd of my surgery.. well part of it. they said it was the whole surgery. I had some issues during the "healing process" with a constant period never going away. I followed up with my obgyn here at home and the results showed that I would need a 2nd surgery to make sure I didn't have cervical cancer. So in May I had the 2nd surgery. In my surgery she found that my left tube was never un done or reconnected! in fact the clip was still on there! she took photos during my surgery and removed the clip and gave it to me for proof!. I contacted the 2 people who were "my case manager" while down in mexico Alex and Alejandra I emailed them a copy of my surgical report, operative notes from my obgyn, and even got a letter from my obgyn directly stating the left tubes was NEVER reconnected. In fact I would need invitro to get pregnant because the right tube (the one that was connected) was done poorly and when she performed another dye test there was a major leakage showing it wasn't sewen together properly! I demanded a refund! I did not get what I went to mexico for! they fought with me and told me I am confused and said that since the surgeon removed the 4 cyst that he didn't have to connect the left tube! what the hell! I did not give authorization for that treatment. I gave authorization for aa tubal reversal! This website and people running it is a sham! don't waste your money or time! I now have over 10, 000 in medical bills and loss wages due to all this mess and I still cant even get pregnant! I even contacted someone at the placid way website and they wouldn't even help me get back the money I deserve!
