Pizza Ranch Delivery person on 1/17/21

We ordered a box of chicken, beans and potatoes and a barbecue chicken pizza. The delivery guy had instructions for the doorbell and you have to hold it. Bell never rang, it was a long wait, so we went outside, there sat our door on a pile of snow. Not even sure how long it was there but it was it was cold. I don't want for, I want you to know, I snowbank? Really?

Pizza Ranch Customer service

At approximately 6:19PM on 12/31/2020 my daughter placed a pizza order online. 1 large beef, sausage, and extra cheese on a Skillet Crust. After placing the order, the time it would be done was 45 minutes. At 6:35PM my daughter received a phone call from a woman employee (unknown name), asking if Kayla could change the crust to Original Crust. And that it would take an additional 45 minutes. My daughter said, "okay?" and was getting ready to ask why, when the woman said, "Thank You bye" and hung up and hung up quickly. At 6:56PM my daughter called back to ask if she could keep the Skillet Crust as it was what I ordered and what my mom wants. The woman employee said, "let me find the Skillet Crust." At 7:39PM Kayla Hassell received a phone call, and when she answered with, "hello?, the woman employee asked rudely,"Are you coming in to get your pizza? Cause we close at 8:00PM. Kayla replied yeah, I'm coming in. Now Kayla had received a phone call from anyone at Pizza Ranch stating that her pizza was ready before receiving this rude phone call. At approximately 7:45pm Kayla and her boyfriend pick up the pizza at the window, and over heard someone stating that the Skillet Crust was done. They were handed the Original Crust Beef, Sausage, and extra cheese. When they brought that pizza home, I opened the box and it looked old from sitting for a long time, and when it was cut into slices, it was not cut neatly at all. It looked like someone cut it as if they were in a hurry. I called and spoke to the Manager immediately, and I cannot remember his name, but I explained everything to him, and he apologized to me for how rude the employee was that called my daughter about picking up the pizza, and he apologized about the reason why they wanted to know if we could switch crust. He explained that the day shift was really busy with calls for Skillet Crust pizza's and that they only had 10-12 Skillet Crust Dough and a lot of them were already ordered before Kayla's order came in. Then when I explained what my pizza looked like, he assumed I had the Skillet Crust one because he explained to me that the Kayla's Skillet Crust Pizza just got done as they were at the window. I explained that Kayla and her boyfriend were handed the Original Crust Pizza and it looks old and not good at all. And that I was not going to eat it as it had been sitting out for some time. Then he informed me to call Eric Pringle between 2:00PM and 3:00PM on Friday 01/01/2021. He also informed me that he would be putting $20.00 back on Kayla's card. He then informed me that he would be texting Eric Pringle with my phone number and my name to let him know I would be calling to speak to him about what all went down and took place. I called at 2pm and no answer. I called on and off that day up until approximately 6:00PM. Then Saturday on 01/02/2021 I was unable to call back to speak to Eric Pringle as I was under the weather and not feeling well. I did however call Sunday 01/03/2021at approximately 5:50PM and stated whom I was and asked if I could speak to Mr. Pringle. And I was asked which one, Michael or Eric. I replied, Eric please. The woman employee said she would put me on hold and let Eric know and took my name down again. She returned to my call and said, "Mr. Pringle says he wants me to call another time because he is very busy." I told her okay, thank you and she replied you're welcome and we hung up. I just wanted to inform Eric Pringle of all of this information that took place and how rude one of his employees were. I will not be going back to the Pizza Ranch in Washington, IA if their employees cannot provide 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE! And that includes everything! From the the time it opens up, until closing. Furthermore, in person customer service to on the phones as well. To also how the food is prepared and cooked, to delivery and pick up of the product/s. I am really not happy. Something needs to change with this Pizza Ranch in Washington, IA because the way they treat their customers and employees, is the reason why they are losing some employees too whether it's them quitting or being terminated. The General Manager needs to do something about this and from what I have heard, he does not care about his employees and or customers. So this is another reason why I need something done. Otherwise you will be losing another customer at that location. I took a picture of the pizza, but it says it's too large to send.

Desired outcome: I would like to not have another problem with any of the employees there with Customer Service and with how my pizza should look.

Pizza Ranch Service

I called to order food and I asked for the my 8 pc chicken to be 3 breast 3 wings and 2 legs which I order this that way each time I was told I can't get that and didn't get that when picked up my order. I am not sure why this time I can't do that? I don't understand as the customer I can't get what I want? When I called it in the girl seemed as she didn't know what she was doing I ordered the 29.99 combo meal and she didn't ask what kind of pizza if I wanted dessert pizza or cookie after we argued over chicken she is like is that all i'm like no my pizza is this and I want trusel pizza.

Pizza Ranch No food at the “ buffet”

2 friends and I went to the eau claire wi pizza ranch Sunday 11/29/20 at 5:30 pm. Absolutely ridiculous buffet. In fact I took a picture of the selection. Chicken was good and plentiful and that was it. No mashed potatoes, no mac and cheese, dried up gravy. 2 pizza scraps left all dried up and looked like it had been there for days. I can send the picture. What a disappointment. Plus it was expensive. We will never, let me repeat, NEVER go back. It seemed there was no management on site. A few kids running the place and they rarely came out of the kitchen. Very unfriendly staff when one would occasionally come out. I am not looking for any replacement buffet tickets because to be honest, we were very turned off and not sure we could get the appetite for "pizza ranch" for a long time. We have been to this place before and it was OK but wow did it go down hill. Not sure how to attach the picture or if that's possible. Thanks

Pizza Ranch ordered meats lover add pineapple

Went to Pizza ranch at 4:55pm on 11/10/19 with my family n grandkids. I order twice a meats lover add pineapple asked the girl at the register n twice the Mexican manger. They gave me number 18. Nothing was ever bought to us. Ticket number was 211. Know u guys are busy but if someone orders something it needs to get done. We are not happy about this.

Pizza Ranch 20 piece chicken box

Ordered a 20 piece chicken box online and picked up in the Atlantic, Iowa store this evening at 7:50pm. Got the chicken home and it was still red and not done! My father called the Atlantic location and the lady stated she would give a $15 credit on the account. The bill total was $33.55. When my father told the lady that the chicken was NOT done and how was a $15 credit on a $30 dollar bill was right, she hung up on him. My father called back and the lady answered, "sir, I'm willing to work with you, but when you speak to me like that, I don't do well." My father told her that it's not right to hang up on a customer and asked to speak with the manager. The lady responded, "You are speaking with the owner, " and hung up.

Pizza Ranch there was no pizza on the buffet.

Brought my two grandkids to pizza Ranch. Got there in the only thing on the buffet was cheese sticks. Told my grandkids that was cheese pizza. When we left an hour later they just put two pizzas on there it's a good thing I ordered one when I came in that's the only pizza I got. For a pizza Ranch you would think you would have pizza out there for your customers this was at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. It's suppertime. This is not the first time I've seen this happen ever had this happen to me here at pizza Ranch. Very very very poor service there.

Pizza Ranch disgraceful management

my name is dalton anderson and i was recently let go for reasons that shouldnt even be a problem. the female manager/ owner delphene was always nit picking at me on every little thing i do accuing me of things making snide remarks putting words into my mouth. i was only employed with them for a few weeks and ive worked kitches before and it seems that she dont know how to or seem like she knows what shes doing. they constantly leave on a daily basis leaving the other employees at the store on there own with out any other manager present. ever sence i started i havent been givin a day off and i asked if i could get some days off and she said that i could have all the days off in the world. being completely rude. i truely feel that this should be looked into so future employees dont have to suffer the same ordeal i have.

This Pizza Ranch location at Dubuque needs to be investigated ASAP. The owners Paul & Penny treat their employees so bad, it is a shame! They have gone through so many employees since they opened last year, mainly because they DO NOT care about firing people for NO given reason. Pizza Ranch unbelievable

This evening we decided to order pizza. We called Pizza Ranch and asked if they had any specials. We were told they had a large pizza for $9.99. Not a bad deal, we ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Upon arrival of the pizza delivery lady, we were told that we owed a whopping $25.00 due to a delivery charge. We live EXACTLY 5.66 miles from this Pizza Ranch location. It is absolutely absurd to pay a $15.00 delivery fee. This was explained that there is a minimum $25.00 charge to deliver to my town. Again, we are 5.66 miles from their restaurant location despite technically being in another town. Beware of this scam of a business, I know we will NEVER use their service again.

Went to location in Brandon wanted try out for daughter 5th birthday. Went online said nothing about closing early for Xmas party. Payed $55 dollars for cold food not fresh and had rush cause closing early. Was advised only when walking in. Not happy about how it was handled.

Usually I am happy with the food and service. Today was different. The chicken was undercooked. I was told they are aware of this and it was from marinating. I happen to know when it's undercooked. This is Pizza Ranch#1975 date 8/16/2023 1:28 pm order# 9867609

I ordered the meal deal with 8 piece chicken, 6 biscuits and family size mashed potatoes. I have gotten this many times before and it was great. However this time the chicken was all full of bone and not meaty like it normally is and the biscuits were overcooked and very dry. The food did not seem very fresh at all.I am very dissatisfied.

Your Pizza Ranch delivery cars in Orange City Iowa (location PH# [protected]) are advertising Political views with stickers on them. I do not find this appropriate at all, and will encourage a boycott of Pizza Ranch if your place of business continues to be used for political advertisement. I suggest an investigation and also an email to all management of all Pizza Ranches about how your place of business ought not to be used improperly for political purposes.
