Pizza Hut / rude manager and charged me twice!

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up and I left a 3 tip...An hour later I got an alert stating my account was charged twice so I called and the manager Izeck was rude telling me they didn't over charge me when I'm looking right at it he kept arguing with me and hung up.I also called back he argued again and then the GM Carmen got on the phone and acted like the way he acted was no big deal and we got disconnected so I called back and she was laughing! Absolutely ridiculous to have employees that could care less if they over charged you...

    I also asked for the GM number and all she said was Jeremy and wouldn’t give me the number..Moncks Corner is absolutely the rudest and untrustworthy store!

    The child that posted this complaint needs to learning the meaning of "pending" If it says "pending" the charge has not went through yet. The child that wrote this complaint also needs to learn the difference between told that they are wrong and "rude"
