delay for delivery
I am felt sad, why pizza hut still doing poor service still can running their business, really disappointed, few year ago, they already always delay delivery time and no contact me to inform at all and I have call lot to center and make angry. Actually few year I have stop few year not order pizza hut at all, but I still keep little hope and try again order from them, may be they have do improvement may be?
But, today, my worry is happened again, first in order hot line pizza hut mentioned delivery time is one hour, however I felt worry since 55min still no one contact me, then I called hot line to checked and officer reply my order is on the way, after I wait ten minutes still nothing, I call hot line again and officer said will asked restaurant people call me . I wait another 5 minutes round only rider called me said he will send in 10mins time, since we are angry so much and asking him r u sure can make his promise, if not please don't lie us, at the end, he really cannot make promise send in 10min, I have to cooked myself to settle my diner. Why all this just happened like usual, they no need take risiko and allowed the thing continueing happen and never end, why they still can doing business even this poor service, now, I will not try again your restaurant, I will give chance to dominoes, I will share all this bad experience to all my friend.
3/11/2019, 7.45pm, I make order with hot line pizza but and delivery time is one hour.
No raining should be no worry so much should can arrived on time, however at 8.40pm, seem still no received any call from them, I had to called hot line to find out, officer reply is on the way. After 10mins I called hot line again still not received, officer reply will asked restaurant person contact me. Wait five min only received call, rider sound no good said will send to me in 10min. Since is delay so much, I asked rider are u promise can send to me in 10min? If not please don't lie me again, then no need ask me wait u here. He said can, but another 5 min later rider just waps me am I want to cancel order cos he also cannot send me in 10min time.
All this actually already 1 and half hours my order also not deliver, time is 9.30pm, why this can happen and no one will take responsibility of lost, no one will take care, if you want do business, please listen customer complaints, this happen few years ago delay time 2 hour, actually I have stop eating pizza hut this few year, just I have little hope try again may be they have do improvement, but not, really felt disappointed. I have to wait hungry and cooked maggie need to eated, very funny.

I called to order 2 pizzas, today 2/11/2019, 90% cooked at 6:30 pm, and I have received the order over cooked, I called the complaints, and I asked them to exchange the order with the right one, also I have contacted the branch manager of El Nozha Elgedida called "Mr Sameh Abo Taleb", he was talking in a very disrespectful way, asking me to send him a pic on what's app from my personal phone, which I considered offensive, not believe me first, second to invade my privacy . So I have called the call center like 8-9 times to complain same problem till now 11:34 pm and no one responded with an action, every time I call I stay on the line for nearly 20 _ 40 mins waiting on hold . Honestly the experience itself is a failure and disappointing, I like your pizza, but I will never order from your company again as I have mistreated yet no action taken and no one to talk to, it is a shame that your customer service system isn't a complete failure when your product is highly satisfying. I am shocked and disappointed in your company.
charged for pizza I didn't order, unethical behaviour
I called and ordered 3 pizzas and was told the amount I needed to pay. When the delivery person arrived he had 4 pizzas and told me I now owed more money. When I refused to take the extra pizza I was told he could not take it back and that I had to call back the call-centre about the mistake. When I did this I was told I needed to call the store that delivered the pizza. After looking on line for a number for the store I was only able to find the head-office number for pizza hut in Lisbon. I called the call centre again hoping they could give me a number and was told that because I took the pizza it was now mine.

Please tell your branch manager and/or staff in Pizza Hut UMM AL QUWAIN BRANCH, UAE, not to tear down the bottom part of the receipt, just in case your customer wants to do the survey or want to have a 10% discount after the survey. It leaves us a very bad image and ethics of the company. It robs us the right of information and decision.

I just bought 2 pancrust meat lovers pizza with extra cheese at Pizza Hut in Stonewall, Louisiana. Both pizzas had very little cheese and the only meat on the pizzas was pepperoni and Italian sausage. I have pictures of the pizzas and receipt.
