Dear Concern,

Yesterday I placed an order to have a Pizzas deal of Rs. 1, 680/- (one large, one medium and one small). The same has been delivered timely.

Two of the pizzas (large & medium) were consumed by serving it to guests whereas the small pizza remained with us for today's use.

As soon as I plucked one piece to eat, I observed that it is half-cooked / half-baked which can be clearly seen in attached pictures. If I couldn't see and eat (this raw dough like ‘Katcha Atta'), this may be harmful & injurious for my health. I am afraid that the rest of the pizzas were also had same quality / standard which we served to guests. They also may have noted but did not complaint due to courtesy.

It's a serious issue which I am highlighting, the small pizza is with me for (as) witness.

Please advise, what to do?

I placed an order for a large pizza with a hershey cookie. Driver only delivered the pizza. Told them i'm at the hospital doors closed at 9:pm. So he cannot bring bk the rest of my order. By the way I paid $30.00 to the driver for half of an order. I called the pizza hut store multiple times to get something done about this they kept on transferring me to a manager that. Never picked up the phone. I called bk at least 3 times. I want something done about this they got my money with half an order. No solution

I ordered a personal Pan Pizza $4.19 on Sat. Aug 31 2019 @ 9:30 Pm. when i Got it in a hurry to get to wrok at night. I didn't have time to check what was done to my pizza, But when i got to work the pizza was dried out and stuck to the card board paper it came in. Also it was very small and the topping were missing . I ordered pepperoni, Italian sausage and onions, and i got just a sprinkle of each. Not to mention how dissapointing it was. I quess i'll have to go to dominos pizza because i can't get my money back . My ticket # is 0102 and order # is 031355. ذهبت إلى فرع التحرير الساعة الواحدة وعند الصعود للدور العلوى تم ابلاغى عن طريق احد العاملين ان الدور العلوى المطعم مغلق وقال انه لا يوجد اصطاف للخدمة بالأعلى وعند حضور المدير ومع وجود أكثر من طاولة فارغة إلا أنه لم يتم التعاون لضم طاولتين وقال ان هذا ممنوع عاوزين تقعدوا كدة ماشى مش عاوزين براحتكم وسابنى ومشى وكمان بكلمه بيعلى صوته ومش راضى ولا يقول اسمه ولا اى رقم او مكان للشكاوى وسبت الفرع ومشيت فعلا اسواء مكان شفته فى حياتى وكمان صورت ثلاجة السالاد عليها منديل وطاولة عليها منديل فى الدور العلوى وثلاجة السالاد باين جدا ان هى لسة مطفية

I placed an order for delivery after an hour I called the store, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, called back on hold 20 min (now going on almost 2 hrs for my order) and spoke to a girl who said my delivery was on its way. The tracker online also stated this. I got a call back 5 min. later from Chris telling me he had cancelled my order due to no Apt # listed. I told him how long I've been on hold on the phone and he stated he was busy and called me 2x. I had no missed calls. I asked him to look online because I was looking at my order and my pizza hut account was showing me an apt # listed. He started yelling at me calling me a liar, that he was looking as we speak. I'd love to attach the screenshot s of my account and call history! I asked for manager he said he was general manager and would not give me a number or contact of anyone higher. When I asked his name he argued asking why that was needed he's too busy. He finally said I'm Chris. As a manager at an 80 million dollar store, I would never disrespect, call my customers liars not lie about a opportunity that could've been easily resolved. I would appreciate a call, email or follow up due to how this 'manager' has treated me.

Last nite i placed an order online at the local lamesa texas pizza hut and after waiting an hour i called back to pizza hut n they answered me heard my problem and then hang up on me i called back several times n never got anyone on the line again ...well long story short i never recieved my order. We did not leave newhere and were home all evening and night so there was no way we missed them...they jusy did not come and when i called this morning to complaon they state i need to call the night manager but wont tell me who to speak to they just simply hang up on me again ... lamesa texas pizza hut is horrible this is not the first time ive had this problem and i will not be goin back to pizza hut again

On 8/23/2019 I tried to purchase the offer you have with T-Mobile coupon CY7BB5KK5QH5 which includes for $7.99 (plus tax) a 2 topping large pizza and 8 bone-out wings but all of the locations on your website stated that it was not available in any of the Las Vegas, NV stores. Why advertise and item with another major company and not honor your word. All I can say is that I, my family and my company have lost all interest in purchasing any food from your company now and in the future since you are not an honorable company and try to advertise under false pretenses. I expect you to honor this and also make amends to all the customers who believed the deal you had with T-Mobile. I expect an apology to me, my family and all T-Mobile customers. Nothing but fried breading! 3 of them actually had small pieces of chicken in them! Slathered in a nasty bbq sauce. Our dog wouldn't eat them! Worst excuse for chicken wings I've ever seen! And I paid 6.99 for that pile of breading! No more pizza hut! I did order a medium pizza for 6.99, and was charged for the 3 toppings I wanted. Another 4.50 there. Was not told they had lg. 3 topping for 7.99 if carrying out!

Today i was waiting for my pizza and I saw a girl standing around the ride of the counter waiting to be given further instruct as to what she had to do (it was pretty empty and it looked as if there were other men standing around not doing anything) and two men (assuming her managers) came up to her and started walking at her infront of me and a couple other customers who were waiting for their food. even if this girl had lent been doing what she was told she shouldn't have to be humiliated infront of strangers like she was. one of the men yelling at her was wearing a black headrap and the other had short hair, not too tall, and had a sculpted beard. i'd like to see change within the work industry as putting young girls down (she was the only white employee and looked to be 17 or 18) is unacceptable and makes customers feel uncomfortable.

Arrived at noon and the salad bar was in bad shape already. Red onions, tomatoes and a few other items looked days old. Place is not clean. Long time customer here (30 years) and this location is being very poorly managed at present. This is sad because it's only recently gone downhill. Pizzza Hut in Blackfoot has been part of the community for as long as I can remember. I drove past numerous restaurants at noon today and kept going because they were looking too busy - slow service and I was in a hurry. Blackfoot Pizza Hut today had only one other customer while I was there - not how it used to be!

I called call center the lady make me wait and she asks me for the address In a weard way wich is already on the system and then she review the order wrong I asked her to give me another agent because obviously she wasn't concentrating at all she refused and I hang up and called again they don't want to answer they put me on hold and they didn't give me the supervisor at least 30 minutes am in hold between complaint and orders and when I called from other number they answer in no time .. icant belive it we are ordering food from pizza pizzahut with average 1500 egy a month

I ordered pizza hut over the phone, I had ordered just 2 pizzas and 6 water bottles. Now, the lady I spoke with.suggested I make the pizza a buy one get one free. She let me know that it was ONLY one pizza I buy for 129, 000d and the other is free. I asked was it only the pizza because I did not want anything else with it like some places make it, an combo. She said, No you are fine it's ok, I should have known it was not to be trusted. I then proceeded to order 6 water bottles. She then told me the total after I asked, then said it would be 311, 000d. Thus happened plenty of times, the guy from pizza hut who is their so called "captain" calls and let's me know for the 3rd time we ran out of French fries would you like cheese sticks, using the same line he always says with everyone because, I heard it from friends more then once. I say to him, No, I do not want any of it after I finished his sentence, on the question about the food. So, afterwards I waited 30 to 45 mins for my food and here the delivery guy comes with soda 2 pizzas and 6 waters. I asked what is the drink for he said it's for the combo I said I did not order this little did I know they charged me extra, 42, 000d for the drink and a delivery fee which is not suppose to be charged for over 100, 000d when you order that much, the delivery is to be free and here I am with 311, 000d when the delivery guy reads me the receipt. My normal price is 249, 000 as I told him but he could not understand me at all and wanted me to just pay and hand the food over. I said I would like to talk to your manager and this is not what I ordered. While he called his manager he began pacing back and forth and worried, sweating profusely. I let him know the situation and he insisted I pay the amount as he spoke in his language the situation walking away from me. It got so heated that the reception had to help translate my situation and even understood my dilemma. I then spoke with the pizza hut staff and let them know this is not what I ordered if I knew this was the combo I would have not chosen it, in fact I never got charged delivery and I never knew why I still had to pay for a coke something they did not ask if I even wanted to drink adding both 20, 000d for delivery and 42, 000d for coke equalling 62, 000 goes an long way. Their store is known to change prices constantly never staying the same doing it their own way. I decided to pay after I argued over an hour but, it wasn't without arguing on price and them going back and forth changing it to their needs. The quality of service of people was rude and not forgiving of the treatment of an regular customer and they also gave me an hard time refunding my money and the food was not prepared well as usual. So, with everything being said they did not compensate me for my efforts or help they just said nothing at all to me.

On August 3rd 2019 around 3pm I order a big dinner box online. 30 minutes later I received a call from a pizza hit employee saying that my order would be delayed because of one the delivery drivers got into an accident. I was told I would be credited for this delay $5. However my order arrived over 2 hours later cold, dry, and not fresh I was very dissatisfied. I called back to let them know. I was told a credit would be added to replace my full order. On August 9th I called Pizza hut hoping to redeem my credit I was promised. But instead a manager got on the phone with a very rude attitude and told me I could not have a credit and he refused to give me it and told me I should pay for the order. I explained to him what I was promised but be told me that was never promised and basically I was a liar. I have spent so much money ordering pizza hut over the year and usually my family and I enjoy eating their food. But I'm very disgusted with the way he spoke to me and the service that I was given. I doubt will never order food from this place again. At least at this location. Poor unsatisfactory service at it's worst.

I have ordered wings from the Price Utah Pizza Hut. I get terrible customer service everytime I call to resolve the issue. The issue is that for the past 3 times I have ordered Wings from them they get it wrong. I clearly say Bone in and i end up always bringing home a Bone Our order. They get mean and defensive anytime i bring it up and the only way to resolve it is by having in store credit! If i am going to continue to get the wrong order WHY would I go back!

I placed order on 8/8/19 for delivery. theuy said 30 min. hour plus went by so i called and they said delivery wawsn in route be a few minutew. well almost 2 hours go by so i call again. and they claimed waws in route again so waited tell 2and half hours and still nothing so I called to request i go pick it up . figured short staff. by now the supervisops nI spoke with first time said they gonna make my order half price then the 2nd time i spoke wih suo. They comped my order. so nnow i wanna just go get it the 3 time talking to suoerior. she claims i can go ahead and do that. so I g. o to location and the manager claims my order was canceled . i not sure why. well i ask if ask if she go ahead make it. i was picking it up, she starts by saying only if i am paying for my meal. i was out raged. she says she wont even give me half price cuzz she called me awserval time s no answer . except my phone never rang. she was very good and not trying to satofy customer service. this was in the pm i originally ordered 630pm. i got oizza from totol different location . 40 hwy & noland. great people therre. i believe this manger at 67th raytoen mo should be fired she lied bout calling me and basicly refused to serve me. i just know itwas nite shifrt 8/1/19 i didnt get my pissa in my hand until after 925 pm. spo well over 3 hours ago

Pada 4th August 2019 jam 18.54pm sy ade memesan hawaiin chicken large pizza beserta Mushrooms soup dan new Orleans Drumettes.jika ikut pada resit pesanan sy akan siap pd jam 19.04pm, ketika sy dtg hanya ada sekeluarga pelanggan dlm restoran.sedang sy menunggu beberapa org customer masuk dan memesan hidangan.sy sabar menanti hingga dipanggil.tp malangnya 2 customer yg memesan slps sy dpt pesanan mereka dulu.sy pergi ke kaunter dan bertanya die kate sebentar ayam blm siap.sy duduk ditempat menunggu, slps itu lg 2 customer lain dpt pesanan meraka sy jumpa blk staff pizza tp sy masih diminta tggu.tanpa ape2 alasan.slps 30min menunggu sy tye kembali, sy diminta sabar dan tggu lg 5min.
Slps pesanan sy siap sy mendengar slh sorg dr staff pizza berkata "ha bg cpt"ketika sy mengambil pesanan staff pizza tersebut beri tanpa meminta maaf ats kelewatan.sy adalah penggemar pizza.sepanjang beli pizza ini adalah pengalaman terburuk sy.dan sy berharap tiada pelanggan lain yg terima nasib yg sama seperti sy
