Pizza Hut late and disrespected

On 4/29/19 Monday I ordered several pizzas and wings for CDL students here at John Tyler Community College. This was a business order. The food was supposed to be delivered at 11:50 but at 12:00pm it wasn't here. I called the store at 12:01pm and stayed on the line for 8 minutes (via my iPhone records) to be told that they were behind and the driver was about to leave. She said they will give me half off due to the fact that this was for a class event which was ruined. She said to tell the driver to call the store once he gets here to have the manager to apply the half off. I asked her can she do it and she said the system won't let her because it has to be a certain amount of time late. Please note that my students only get an hour for lunch. By the time I get off the line it was already 20 minutes late. When the Driver Earnest arrived it was around 12:25. I told earnest what the lady said so we called the store 3 times with no answer and the call center picked up. He assured me when he got back to the store that he would handle this with his manager and not to worry. There were 3 witnessed present who heard this whole conversation. I wrote a tip out and wrote in the half off total but somehow they stilled charged us. Today I called to verify that the discount had been given to find out it hadn't. The manage stated the system showed he left at 11:58am and was back at 12:00pm which is not humanely possible. She even stated it might be a glitch. If you map quest the address it takes longer that 2 minutes to get here and even longer to get to the second floor. The manager didn't like that I was challenging the subpar responses from her and giving her factual details about the day. She proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back to get the area managers number. This was very unprofessional. I would expect a better experience for such a company. I would like to get the half off that was told we would get. Pizza Hut pizza/p'zone

The Bluebonnet/Jefferson Highway location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is the worst Pizza Hut ever. My pizza is often cold and they never season the crust even though I specify. ALeo every single time I order wings or anything with sauce they don't send it. Even if I pay for it. And if it comes with sauce like the p'zone then they definitely won't send any. Can they just do these simple things right. They've called me a liar in the past when I called to tell theme they've screwed my orders up more than once. They are despicable. Oh and I have to complain here because they didn't even give me a receipt.

Pizza Hut dine in

Very disappointed to visit pizza hut at boat basin where sitting arrangement and air conditions are in worst condition, mr. Sher hussain branch supervisor can't help us out.

Salad bar needs to be checked, few items were expired or smelly, I have attached one photo in which I tried to log complain on pizza hut web site it's was not acceptable showing some kind of error,

that's more than enough info right there. they are about to be one hour late and don't even have the courtesy to call the customer to tell them they running behind. My one hour lunch break is over. This pizza hut on Shelby drive needs professional employees not little kids. I guess I have to pay and chase them down to get my service the right way.

Pizza Hut pizzone

I live in Saddle Brook NJ and I always wonder why your restaurant on Market St always seems so empty. First thing I see is a Mgr who is unshaven and not dressed well. Then I notice the floor isnt clean. There is only one table of customers at 5:00 PM. And when I get home my Pizzone is under cooked; very little cheese and pepperoni... I have been a customer over 10 years... I love your pizza... but I doubt I will be going to the Saddle Brook Restaurant anytime soon.

Pizza Hut personal pan all meat

#1 Thursday, April 25 I walked in to your store on Powell Blvd in Gresham, Oregon to order 3 Personal Size Pan Pizzas. I was told they only had TWO. They couldn't make up one more? I've never heard of such a thing!

#2 Today, April 27, we ordered three Personal Size Pan Pizzas and asked if they had enough for THREE. They did. On the order for the ALL MEAT pizza I requested EXTRA SAUCE. I got home, started eating my pizza and you could hardly tell there was any sauce at all.
I wasn't going to drive all the way down there.

You just lost a long time customer. I will NEVER reccommend your company to ANYONE.

Pizza Hut call in ordering

I called twice tonight, 4/27/19 and was on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected(803-328-2282). Besides this location being filthy and having bad counter service Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. Dominos has fast phone service and friendly counter service but I keep coming back to give my local Pizza Hut a chance, for some reason. I called the other location in Rock Hill on Cherry Road which is further away and they were out of breadsticks. I just called for a 3rd time at the Herlong location with the same result. Does this location have a manager because if they do he/she doesn't care. This is beyond infuriating and I will have no choice but to choose the competition. Wings were wrong, Cheesy breadsticks burnt to crisp. Ordered pep and beef pizza. Got cheese and sausage. BURNT BAD. TERRIBLE

Pizza Hut the quality I am paying for

I am not normally a complainer however this is the second time within a month that I am truest disappointed in Pizza Hut. Last month we ordered pizza, nothing special cheese on one pepperoni on the other. The crust was absolutely disgusting. I get a better crust at our local grocery store. Ok I didn't complain then, $40 later... figuring it was a one time thing. Well tonight same thing $40 later and the crust is nasty. Did you change it? Because that's really the reason why we go to Pizza Hut. We don't go all the time because it's expensive. ... so when we do and it's the same as last time it's a huge disappointment. It's the catskill ny location, my ticket number is #0064 at 5:37pm on 4/26/19. I will never go back again but hopefully you can figure this out for other families that are being disappointed as well.

Pizza Hut on line

On several occasions I have been unable to place my order on line. The screen locks on the opening page. I have used my computer, my ipad, my phone, and my office computer. At first I was thinking it was the devise that I was using.
I would rather order on line than to call in. Also if I order on line I receive points and calling in I am not able to receive these points.

Pizza Hut service

On Easter Sunday, I went in to order a pizza in your Higginsville mo store, I had a 10.00 credit from last time when I had a coupon but didn't use it, had a new girl at the window help me, then another team member came over said couldn't change it, so they gave me a 10.00 credit for the mess up, so I order a pizza Easter Sunday, I order a large pepperoni, going to pay for it she said I own 5.93 even with my 10.00 credit, she said couldn't use the coupon I get in the mail it's a 6.99 large single topping, I said mam why would I use my 10.00 credit, when she charging me 14.99, had a coupon for 6.99 doesn't make sense, I could got a large single topping for 6.99 but instead I use my credit and still paid 5.93, I got rip off, I would like a expection on my it's that way, thanks my name is Stan Collins email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Pizza Hut server wages

I've been at Pizza Hut almost 3 years. I'm a server was a delivery driver but decided to go to serving and has been a server for 2 years. About a year ago I asked my boss about a pay raise since servers don't make much at all i depend on tips and half the time I don't make much on tips. But long story short I have not heard anything about getting a raise at a all now recently all other employees have gotten a raise an I still haven't I work my butt off for this company every single day an does not get recognized for anything. I do my job plus everyone else's from answering the phone to washing dishes and taking care of customers, (my top priority.) when I'm busy with other customers in the dining area I get called at saying I have more customers come tend to them. Now if u are a shift leader ain't it ur responsibility to help ur server seat customers an get there drinks when the server is busy with other customers. And not be running ur mouth gossiping about ur personal life or about the other employees at ur job this is what I have to put up with everyday. I work so hard during the day that I don't get no time or a break to sit down an eat or anything. While the cooks an shift leader sit down an run there mouth an gossip . I can't risk losing my job over bull crap but I'm not gunna put up this anymore. I deserve a raise just like everybody else. Something needs to be done about this company an by the way we have employees that come late every day sometimes 2 or 3 hours late an still don't get fired.

Pizza Hut pizza hut receipt survey

My spouse, daughter, and I went to Pizza Hut a couple of days ago. We got the bill, my husband paid, by credit card, then we left the restaurant. I realized that there was a survey on the back of the receipt once we got home. I went to the website to take the survey and was asked to put in a code that would be at the bottom of my receipt. I tried every number on my receipt, using no spaces as the directions stated, but NONE worked. Then I realized that the "bill" we had received was made like a receipt but that is not what we got back, and maybe the number was on that. Then I also noticed that the bottom of our receipt had not been torn straight and looked short. I don't know if the number was there but, either way, we were NEVER given the number to enter the survey, much less get the $10 off $20 purchase it advertised! I am very upset by this and was even more upset when, not only did I have to do a search to find out where to complain, but I then found that there have been many complaints about this! I love Pizza Hut pizza but after some things that I have witnessed, heard, and been through, this could be enough for me to find another pizza chain or use a local pizza place!

Pizza Hut management

I recently submitted a complaint about an order I made and overcooked pizza. I received an email response the next day stating I would be contacted within 3 business days by my local pizza unfortunately that did not happen. It took 10 days for the store manager to contact me. The customer service it just poor. I was asked what can be done to make things right and I replied with "why did it take 10 days to receive a response" and was given a bunch of excuses. The management team is incompetent and directly reflects your brand. The problem was not resolved because I do not wish to visit that store again. What other actions can be taken at this point?

Pizza Hut delivery driver

On 4/20/19 I had a pizza and cinnamon bus delivered. My delivery person was the rudiest person I have ever had in all my years of having pizza delivered. She called and left a very rude message. I went outside and found her at the house next door. When I was finally able to get her attention, she complained that the houses did not have numbers on them. I pointed out that all the houses have numbers on them. At that point, she continued to argue with me about everything. I had to ask repeatedly for my order. She pretty much threw my pizza and cinnamon rolls at me. No receipt was given to me. I told her that I hoped her night got better and all she did was grunt at me. She speeded off down the street.
Rudiest woman I have ever met.
I seriously doubt I will ever order anything else from you.
This was around 8pm on 4/20 I did not get her name.

Pizza Hut online order

I placed an order online waited 30 minutes for the man at the register to tell me that my order is not ready. Not only is it not ready but it hasn't been fixed nor placed in the oven. When I told him it should've been ready by 11:50. He ignored me and continued to fuss at the lady making pizzas telling her she needs to pick it up. All I could hear is her in the back saying Little Ceasar hiring. Why have an online website to take orders if you're not going to Honor them.

Pizza Hut pick up

I ordered my pizza by phone 3 weeks ago at a greensboro, nc location near elmsley dr, and was told it would be 45 minutes for pick up. I arrived around 50 minutes later to be told my pizza was not ready... And I would need to wait another 45 minutes! A very unprofessional lady is mumbling and grumbling in the background and offers me a soda. I tell her I do not drink soda. She then tells the cashier to just give me my money back! I tell her I want my pizza.. Why should I have to wait another 45 minutes when I have already paid and know for a fact pizzas take only 15 minutes to bake! I then ask this unprofessional person if she is the manager...3 times she does not answer me, so I move closer to her, knock the little monitor over trying to lean in so she can hear me, she then tells a coworker to get my license number! He follows me to my car... Then proceeds to violate my privacy by taking photos of me and my car. I did not damage any equipment, nor did I touch anyone... Yet I have to leave without my money, or a pizza... The worst service ever! Never ever again!

I was also hung up on at my pizza hut in Jacksonville Fl as well as called a b***h. I went into the store and complained to a manager and she said I would get a call back. That was last week and I haven't heard anything from pizza hut. Have you heard anything back or does pizza hit just not care about its customers and need to be boycotted?

Pizza Hut salad bar

I have frequented the Western Pizza Hut many times.

Although I have requested that they serve Oil in the "Vinegar and Oil" carrier, and in spite of telling the staff on numerous occasions that I would gladly buy a salad with each ordered pizza, the staff, THE VERY TATTOOED staff just don't seem to care.

I bought a small salad with my last Pizza because I bought a bottle of Olive Oil to use.

Disgraceful - and the very most disgraceful thing is that IF AND WHEN you scold them that I can never trust that staff to serve me another un-adulterated Pizza in the future because they know me.

Pizza Hut overall experience

Well Janet and I decided to take the kids out last night for pizza. We went to pizza hut on 9mile rd. Well that was a big mistake !
After sitting down in a booth big enough for 6 We moved as it was like 30 degrees in that spot. So it was not any better in other side, but stayed put . After the waitress came over and explained the specials we ordered . Waitress wrote our order on a paper towel. janet went to salad bar to get her salad and after comming back to table she noticed the lettuce was brown, broccoli was dirty . I would not let her eat it. I started to notice the place was nasty. Dirt on tables. Gum on window sills 6"from where we lean back . Mold on chairs and light fixtures. Ceiling falling down . And vents that have never been cleaned . It was disgusting. Kids got something out of the 50cent gumball machine and it was so nasty . It was melted . We brought the issues to the waitress and she said the salad is premade in a bag sometimes it's bad . We decided to leave . She said "Ok your choice . If so I need to cancel your pizza". And walked away . REALLY! so we left ... and went to chili's. Such a great move. This place is really nasty. I have eaten there before but it was never like this ..it's been a while since I've been there and will NEVER GO BACK! See pics below.
