Pizza Hut pizza hut ingredients

Dear Team,
Tahrier resturant " Cairo - Egypt " are using a very bad olive " black from inside " while the color of olive from the inside must be like off white or gray but i shocked when i found it, the local resturants are using this olive why that we are not eat from them, we paied 132 LE for meduim pizza with this quality ! With this price i can buy 4 from any other resturant that use same ingrediance

I dont know what else you are using !

Pizza Hut no show

I ordered a Pizza and it was never delivered. Calling the restaurant; I spent an hour on hold and then I figured that perhaps everyone had gone home for the evening. What's going on? You must refund me of course.

Amazing thtat when your staff leaves, your voicemail solicites us to stay on hold. That's not good. If you accept an order, you should be able to make it happen. Don't keep me on hold for so long while your store is closed! Will never order from you again.

Pizza Hut manager

My little cousin is employed at the Lihue Pizza Hut on the island of Kauai and calls me numerous times a month maybe weeks crying her eyes out because of how this manager (Rose) makes her feel or yells at her. My cousin is a special needs kid, and so at first I would rub it off being that she's young and needs to learn work ethics. Furthermore I realize she's being bullied undermine and verbally abused by this person. I'm concerned about this lady as to why she's in such high duty when she treats employees with disrespect and poorly, might I add her daughter is the other manager and her boyfriend is the main manager so that's a little odd. Please get back to as I would like to resolve this with a professional before I speak to this lady face face! Thank you so much

Pizza Hut hot bar

It was 2 PM Oct 5. The bar didnt have hot pizza what was there was leftover from lunch. Some other people ask if they were going to put hot pizza up anytime. The waitress asked and was told later that evening about half hr they did put one supreme and half meat lovers. We paid right at $20 forcold pizza and not very good service. We should of when to little cer.

Pizza Hut The service was horrible

I placed my order at 7:17 pm on 10/4/19 and according to the tracker everything was in order then I get a text message saying my order was out for delivery at 7:37pm... I'm like ok that's quick cool but noooooooo 8 o' clock rolls around no delivery so I proceeded to contact the store but no answer so I kept getting transferred to the call center which was absolutely no help at all... Explain to me how an order is out for delivery at 7:37pm and does not get to my door till 8:50pm talk about livid... Pizza was cold!

Pizza Hut service

Today around 10.50pm we reached Pizza hut, a family of 6 including 3 children and 3 adults. My mother also was there along with me and my husband. We saw one table vacant and just arranged the table and the chairs as there was no staff bothered to assist or ready to speak. Meanwhile when we reached our turn to make the order the cashier informed there is no dine in. My kids and mother had been sitting at the table for 15-20minutes.they could have told this before we arranged our seat and sat there. This is the branch I always experienced mean service. Very poor service

Pizza Hut staff rudeness

I ordered a few pizzas for my coworkers on 10-2-2019 around 8pm and the guy that came to deliver them was extremely rude. I don't usually leave a tip for this location because the staff is usually really rude and as this guy was leaving he said real loud "thanks, you're a big tipper!" This is exactly why I don't leave a tip. This guy is very unprofessional and inappropriate.
He didn't give me his name but the number he called from was 319-939-1245. Not sure if this is a personal phone number or the company phone.

Pizza Hut careless! unprofessional service at all!

I placed an order online at 6:40 PM, and it was written that it will be delivered at 7:15 PM... I waited till 7:20PM and no show up!

I called the hotline at 7:20 PM, and they told me that the order is on the way ! So I waited again and no one show up till now

I called again the hotline at 7:49 PM, and the customer care rep. told me that the order is still being prepared !

I asked to have a call from the branch manager to see what is going on. I think I chose to order online to save time. And what I have received was a big delay and being waiting for the order more than one hour!

I called the hotline again at 8:10 PM and raised a complaint.. and to have a call from the branch manager... I was assured that a call will be reveived by the manager within 2 minutes.. and nothing happened!

I called the hotline again at 8:23 PM and choose to raise a complaint by dialing 3. They have to put you on hold for a long time hearing some music ! Then I noticed someone pick the call and put me back on hold.. What?

I called the hotline again at 8:28 PM, and this time they put me on hold for 10 minutes ! And then I asked again to have a call from the branch manager to know what is going on..No one.called me and nothing happened after that...!

The order was delivered WRONGLY at 8:30 PM. One pizza was missing ! And the receipt was handwritten not a printed one ! with a wrong amount for sure !
I asked the delivery guy to check with his superiot to adjust the amount and I paid him what I have received.. For sure I must have not paid any thing!

And to be noted till now ( 9:25PM) no one called me to apologize or to clarify what happened..

Pizza Hut bad

as I was walking in to get to two salads I saw two people in the back and all they were doing was talking I asked one of them to please come forward so that I can pay for my salads he started to walk forward and then turned around and headed back to the person he was talking to and ignored me and he had earbuds in his ears as I was getting my salads I went up there and the products that the vegetables were all bad the cucumbers and tomatoes were also mushy and the salad was wilted then as I asked for some salt and pepper cuz there wasn't any on the salad bar, she told me to It see the table ones, I'm a to-go order so she huffed and she went back there to get it for me and as I was shaking it onto my salad it ended up with the cap ended up coming off and pepper went everywhere and on my salad I asked if I could get a different salad she Shrugged her shoulders said sorry and walked into the back and proceeded to ignore me so now I am going to dialysis with no food and I have wasted $9 and some change for nothing thank you Pizza Hut for a very bad experience your service was bad the food was bad and your your people that were there were very disrespectful thank you I used to like Pizza Hut now I don't because of this experience and now I'm going to go to dialysis hungry

Pizza Hut no wings, threatened to not get the wings I paid for

I did not get the wings I payed for and the manager threatened to not deliver the wings I payed for when the free buffet I was told not asked was not good enough. Her name was Maddie at store 2103, who hung up on me and thought she would handle the situation as if I was a child. The demeaning attitude was ridiculous, why do you ask and pay for service and on a regular basis its okay to give the customer half the deal then treat the customer like a child after you met the customer 1/3 the way? Had to call back multiple times just to talk with the manager who continually hung up on me. Childish behavior I believe the company should take notice to the their disgruntled manager, Im surprised she is in a position of "power."

اولا اتصلت بالرقم المختصر الساعه ٦:٤٥ دقيقه وطلبت بلغوني ان طلبي هيوصل بعد ٣٠ دقيقه ولم يصل اتصلت الساعه ٦:٣٠ على الرقم الخاص بمتابعة الطلبات بلغوني ان طلبي بالفعل خرج من الفرع وبعد ٥ دقايق هيوصلني وموصلش اتصلت الساعه ٦:٤٥ على نفس الرقم بلغوني ان طلبي بردو خرج من الفرع وانهم هيكلموا الطيار ويرجعوا يكلموني ومحدش اتصل رجعت اتصلت تالت الساعه ٦:٥٠ قالولي ان طلبي خرج من ٥ دقايق ! يعني اعمل طلب الساعه ٥:٤٥ يخرج من الفرع الساعه ٧:٠٠ ! طلبت اني اعمل شكوى حولنى عالمسؤل وفضلت منتظرة عالخط ١٠ دقايق عشان اوصله وموصلنيش قفلت الخط ورجعت طلبت مرة تانيه رقم الشكاوي رد عليا استاذ حازم واخد الشكوى وقالي دقايق ومدير الفرع هيكلم حضرتك دا كان الساعه ٧:٢٠ وكان كل دا الطلب لسه موصلش ولا مدير الفرع اتصل يقول ازاي دا يحصل ف وجوده ف الفرع المهم وصلني الطلب وكان اقذر طلب طلبته ف حياتي البيتزا بايته والخضار اللي عالوش شكله مقرف والبيتزا ناشفه ومتلجه دا غير ان في نوع من السلطه كنت طلبته ومجاش مع الطلب حاجه تقرف صراحه ! اتصلت رابع مره عشان كمان اعمل شكوى عشان المستوى المتدني من الفرع ف كل شيء اكل وتاخير وطلب مجاش مظبوط ودا كان الساعه ٨:٠٠ ورد عليا استاذ محمد واتفاجيء انه ازاي يا فندم محدش كلم حضرتك دا حضرتك اتصلتي اكتر من ٣ مرات انا بعتذرلك يافندم اوعدك اني بنفسي هتواصل مع الفرع حالا وارجع اتواصل مع حضرتك وهيتم الرد علي حضرتك ف كل أسباب الشكوى وطبعا بقلة الاحترام اللي شوفتها من كل اتصالاتي محدش كلمني !

Pizza Hut wrong order delivered

I placed an online online in Aug. 2019. What thry delivered wasn't I ordered. I contacted the store manager and he offered me a $10 discount on my next order. Today, i went online to place an order and no discount/coupon offered. I contacted the store and spoke with Mr. Noel and he told me the discount was only for 30 days and I had to come in the store to use coupon. Well that previous manager did not inform me of those conditions. Now my evening is getter worse. I am tired, I have been working all day and now I have to cook.

Pizza Hut withhold payment

I used to work as delivery driver for pizza hut. One day I was abused by customer, he called me names and he passed racist comments. When I came back I informed management of the incident and they said forget it. I was not feeling good and was scared. So I told them I would resign. Now the manager withhold my pay by saying that I left the job without enough notice.

Pizza Hut online order

Me and my roommate Elena placed an order online for a side dish and pasta, a fetticcini alfredo with a Maria. My roommate Elena made the first call for a side dish not knowing that what she ordered was not enough of a total minimum to order. Maria took the order supposedly and it was put in bu phone. Then I walked in and decided I wanted to add onto the order. Maria answered again as my roommate tried making my addition to the order. Marie said she did not have enough of a minimum to order unless we ordered my pasta. She did not communicate this to Elena the first time. Then my pasta was added and we wanted to make a split tender of my pasta my debit card and my rooomate's order in cash. Maria said she could not do this. Pizza Hut does not do split tenders, although I know they do as I have been ordering for years with them. We agreed to put it all on my debit card and Maria said it would be 30 min for delivery. 1 hr and 15 minutes went by and we never got our food. We called the store and Maria answered and she stated the driver showed up and called Elena's phone and she did not answer and he could not get in. That was a lie. He never called as both our phones were on. Secondly, my debit card was never charged. The credit card is always charged before deliveries. The order was never put in. I called her back again and asked to speak with the store manager and Maria claimed she was the store manager. She was rude on all conversations, interrupted me, and never apologized. This is not a way to do business! She asked what phone number the order was under? She should have had all of that info if the order was out in and the driver called? She lied and said she could not see the screen well? If she could not see the screen how could she have put in the right address in and driver come out to me? She continued to blame me and never offered to reconcil the problem and be honest. I feel like filing social media complaints everywhere about her and my terrible experience. This is unacceptable and I feel she needs to be counseled on her terrible customer service and attitude.

Pizza Hut company

I've worked for this company in he past, was a shift leader, then a GM for a bit. all in 9 months. gladly that I'm gone make more money and less hours. that's not my complaint mine is your firing a person for their huts awards.they have to much, clearly everyone else in the stores do the same thing that she did even the DM themselves. so if there was a problem with this should it have be addressed no instead it was encouraged. I can give names but who am I kidding I know how rage works, and I only worked for them for less an year. so a lot of corruption to say the least.

Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza

I ordered two stuffed crust pizza the bread was hard the meat was over cooked there was no cheese on it and it was very cold my family could not even chew it let alone eat it I'm very disappointed in pizza hut they have never did this before but I didn't want to make a fuss about at the store and have rathered make a complaint online.thanks for being such a good pizza company but I'm very upset about it. Pizza Hut the philippine cashier

Today at Pizza Hut alwahda mall, at 1:20 pm on 19/09/2019, and you can check the camera.
First I asked the cashier about the offer and she throw the menu on me I'm un politely, I didn't said any thing she was showing me the anger face not smiley if she have problems it's not the customer matter every one have problem and we just leave in our back once we see a client, second thing the man who is working with her asked politely about the bill and she said with anger voice ( I naco phillipense word) are we in school and dealing with kids even the kids we are teaching them the respect. If she told me please I'm busy and I'm alone can you give me 10 minutes I promise you that no one will said no all we are humans and we can understand each r. But showing the anger face this is not acceptable.Then also another Arab lady said in Arabic excuse me dear she want to give her the order then I talked to Arab lady she said loudly yes MADAMS why you r talking about me I told her no we want to complain now. Then I told her why there is no name tag so I can complain she show me like I don't care face ( if she trust her self she will wear). Please go to the camera and check, her manger talked to me and said sorry I told him sorry and I thank him but this is not about sorry the issue is all about RESPECT, I want a warning letter for her and some politely course for her and teach her don't smile but at least RESPECT the client. It was a weekend really she made my day worse. Really Pizza Hut who is in charge I'm not happy, bad experience and I'm shocked . I want to see that you take a serious action for me and for the future clients. I think she is big enough

Pizza Hut all service and cleanliness

I was ignored by waitstaff as they walked past 3 times and didn't offer to seat me.
The mens bathroom was dirty, stank, and trash can overflowing.
Never returned to table or brought my bill.
When I went to pay they couldnt figure how to ring up on computer.
Were not using a cash register. She had to fish my change out of a plastic cup!
A completely unsatisfactory experience.

I visited the Pizza Hut in La Grande, OR tonight. I tried to find a way to just notify local ownership but was unsuccessful. Please look at the attached picture as an example of the requirement of daily cleaning. The entry doors are filthy. This is an example of a public health problem. Good food tonight and the team was kind and helpful. This appears to be a ownership involvement issue.

Pizza Hut delivery pizza, brownies

Sunday, 9/15/19, I ordered and had delivered a medium thin crust supreme with no mushrooms and extra cheese, a brownie dessert and a Pepsi. Hours after ingesting the contaminated food, I was sick with symptoms of the food poisoning, remained very ill for hours, and am still not completely recovered.

Monday, 9/16/19, I called and reported the issue to Pizza Hut, 4911 South Peoria
Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was told that the tainted food would be investigated and that the manager said she would refund my bank account the first thing when she arrived to work the next day.

Tuesday, 9/17/19, when the refund did not appear in my bank account, I called again and spoke with Trina, who represented herself as the General Manager and said that she had processed the refund herself, which is a lie and proves the restaurants indifference at poisoning its customers.

I have the remains of the pizza and brownies and will contact the Health Department to report the incident and ask to have the food tested, which I will consider using in a lawsuit if I do not have a satisfactory solution this afternoon.
