Today at 10 pm we have visited the Pizzahut at Bin Serour Building - No: 405 Abu Dhabi with my family, the staff attitude is very very bad, we waiting for 20 mins to take the order but no one response our table, I have step up to the counter to place the order but they have refused to take orders they tole me to wait for 15 mins to order and then after the order was taken wait for 30 mins to get your order, and also very very bad attitude for all staff's in this outlet. We came out without order and visited the next outlet in Hamad's sweet same attitude in these outlets as well. Finally, we are tried to decide not to have dinner at all in PH Res, One of the waste outlets in UAE!

Like eating rotten toppings on pizza dough not cooked, no cheese All the executives including the head guy VIPUL CHAWLA hiding under his desk while the service and quality have gone south in a hurry . The manager in at the four seasons Pizza Hut in Hendersonville is rude not qualified at all- Anyone know the executive offices in Plano Texas impossible to reach Avoid Pizza Hut

NPC does not give a crap about their employees that's why they have such a high turnover rate they do not want to pay a reasonable salary for what they expect from their employees they try to work us like dogs, there's barely any kind of incentive for employees or shift management.I used to work for Pizza hut when it was owned by yum brands and yum brands did a lot for their employees it was a horrible move to let NPC take over the majority of Pizza huts. If NPC took more care of their employees and had a higher salary maybe people would actually care about their jobs and there wouldn't be such a high turnover rate.

My pizza was disgusting I ordered a three toppingPizza Canadian bacon, pineapple, and onion the Canadian bacon was scarce it was mostly pineapple way too much sauce crust was doughy and if I didn't have surgery from a broken wrist two days earlier I would have brought it back I would've been happier with a papa Murphy's Pizza it was the worst pizza I ever got from a pizza but and I've eaten alot of them this was by far the worst one I've ever had and I entered the survey code on my receipt and it said it was invalid it was a bad experience I probably won't go back

I live in Charlotte, NC on the Northside in the 28269 area, and there are a number of locations near me and none I mean none of them deliver in my area. They did once before around 2010 -2011 now they don't, I find this very unacceptable that all these Pizza Hut locations near me but can't get delivery this issue needs to get resolved immediately please. My daughter of Age 9, loves pepperoni Pitza. 10 Oct her 9th BD. She is not ready for BD as pepperoni pitza not available in Lahore, Pakistan from many month. Pitza hut break her heart. She asked to launch a complain about this. She said i must told to u that she is upset and engry. Pls help her and solve this issue of not available pepproni in pakistan.
She said i must to putza hut management that she never celebrate her BD as you cheat her as u not making pepporoni pitza for her.

So I ordered a supreme thin crust pizza which was 50% off due to my promo and 8 boneless wings with blue cheese at 7:55pm my order was complete I called twice around 8:30 &9p.m my wait time was between 25 & 35 minutes it was after 9:30 when I got my order no blue cheese and my pizza was burnt and really not edible I found two piece that weren't all that but my pizza was hard as a rock and on top of that cold

Tahrier resturant " Cairo - Egypt " are using a very bad olive " black from inside " while the color of olive from the inside must be like off white or gray but i shocked when i found it, the local resturants are using this olive why that we are not eat from them, we paied 132 LE for meduim pizza with this quality ! With this price i can buy 4 from any other resturant that use same ingrediance

I ordered a Pizza and it was never delivered. Calling the restaurant; I spent an hour on hold and then I figured that perhaps everyone had gone home for the evening. What's going on? You must refund me of course.

Amazing thtat when your staff leaves, your voicemail solicites us to stay on hold. That's not good. If you accept an order, you should be able to make it happen. Don't keep me on hold for so long while your store is closed! Will never order from you again.

My little cousin is employed at the Lihue Pizza Hut on the island of Kauai and calls me numerous times a month maybe weeks crying her eyes out because of how this manager (Rose) makes her feel or yells at her. My cousin is a special needs kid, and so at first I would rub it off being that she's young and needs to learn work ethics. Furthermore I realize she's being bullied undermine and verbally abused by this person. I'm concerned about this lady as to why she's in such high duty when she treats employees with disrespect and poorly, might I add her daughter is the other manager and her boyfriend is the main manager so that's a little odd. Please get back to as I would like to resolve this with a professional before I speak to this lady face face! Thank you so much

It was 2 PM Oct 5. The bar didnt have hot pizza what was there was leftover from lunch. Some other people ask if they were going to put hot pizza up anytime. The waitress asked and was told later that evening about half hr they did put one supreme and half meat lovers. We paid right at $20 forcold pizza and not very good service. We should of when to little cer.

Today around 10.50pm we reached Pizza hut, a family of 6 including 3 children and 3 adults. My mother also was there along with me and my husband. We saw one table vacant and just arranged the table and the chairs as there was no staff bothered to assist or ready to speak. Meanwhile when we reached our turn to make the order the cashier informed there is no dine in. My kids and mother had been sitting at the table for 15-20minutes.they could have told this before we arranged our seat and sat there. This is the branch I always experienced mean service. Very poor service

I placed an order online at 6:40 PM, and it was written that it will be delivered at 7:15 PM... I waited till 7:20PM and no show up!

I called the hotline at 7:20 PM, and they told me that the order is on the way ! So I waited again and no one show up till now

I called again the hotline at 7:49 PM, and the customer care rep. told me that the order is still being prepared !

I asked to have a call from the branch manager to see what is going on. I think I chose to order online to save time. And what I have received was a big delay and being waiting for the order more than one hour!

I called the hotline again at 8:10 PM and raised a complaint.. and to have a call from the branch manager... I was assured that a call will be reveived by the manager within 2 minutes.. and nothing happened!

I called the hotline again at 8:23 PM and choose to raise a complaint by dialing 3. They have to put you on hold for a long time hearing some music ! Then I noticed someone pick the call and put me back on hold.. What?

I called the hotline again at 8:28 PM, and this time they put me on hold for 10 minutes ! And then I asked again to have a call from the branch manager to know what is going on..No one.called me and nothing happened after that...!

The order was delivered WRONGLY at 8:30 PM. One pizza was missing ! And the receipt was handwritten not a printed one ! with a wrong amount for sure !
I asked the delivery guy to check with his superiot to adjust the amount and I paid him what I have received.. For sure I must have not paid any thing!

And to be noted till now ( 9:25PM) no one called me to apologize or to clarify what happened..
