Pizza Hut order and delivery

I ordered $59.89 worth of food to be delivered on 4/10/20 at 8:24pm from store # 031207 ticket #140 invoice #125. I received a confirmation email stating delivery at 9:15pm. At 9:34pm I called the phone number provided to inquire about my order due to it not being delivered yet and no change had been done on the updated tracking on the app. A young lady answered and got my order information and put me on hold for 3:13mins. She return to tell me they were just then packing it up for delivery and that they were " low on drivers." I asked why the time wasn't updated or I wasn't notified and I explained that it had been over a hour since my order was received and I live 10 mins down the road. She rudely said again " we don't have enough drivers for delivery and it's not my job to make sure you get your food. I just answer the phone." Not once did I get a apology or offered a discount or any form of customer service. The order was finally delivered at 10:06pm in a clear garbage bag and due to the steam in the bag all 3 pizza boxes were soaking wet and the crust on the pizzas were soggy. This is just very disappointing. I understand with what is going on everyone is careful and stressed but a little common curtesy would go a long way.

Mcdonough, GA. Writing a comment about how disturbing the train is been being for the past 5 months after losing my job for no reason. I was at Luxica warehouse working at my job. This guy all of sudden for no reason yells at me and I asked to leave and I can't work their any more. I tell the guy the train to loud and disturbing and now I hear it 24 hours a day and all through the night. I've paid taxes in this town for decades. Also, ever time I pass the railroad track I'm stuck their for 5 minutes waiting on the train to pass. These companies are uncalled for and causes too much traffic and so are all the warehouses built.

Pizza Hut non delivery of pizza

I ordered Pizzas for Dinner vide order details as follows Order ID: [protected]
on 7 April 2020.
After waiting for more than 1 hour, I called up the call center number only to be told that my order was cancelled and was instead referred to the branch which was supposed to deliver my pizzas.
No response from the branch / called up the call center again and this time the agent promised to call me back, which he never did.
After a 1 and half hour wait we ordered Pizzas from Dominos who promptly delivered.
Pizza hut was extremely unprofessional and I would never again order from them!
Absolutely useless guys with no decency or customer service...

Pizza Hut they asked my address and replied rudely by saying they don't deliver and they cancelled my order

I ordered pizza on the helpline number at 7.30pm from AL Rigga Deira. They gave me Salauddin pizza hut number [protected] order number 80337. After half an hour I called to check the status of my order, they informed they will get back to me. But there was no call back from them. Again I called for the status of my order, they asked my address and replied rudely by saying they don't deliver and they cancelled my order. I called several times to know the reason for cancellation, but no one was attending my call. It's a very bad service from pizza hut staff during this lockdown period not at all happy with pizza hut service

Pizza Hut No one was attending my call

Pizza Hut Overcharged

I ordered the 2 for 1 medium pizzas last night. They are 24.99. The total ended up being 43.95. called and they said I ordered extra toppings which I did not. I ordered 3 on each pizza which is what the special said. I also ordered 2 garlic dips whickh I did not receive. this happened april 5 at about 7 pm. Would like a refund of over charge please. Pizza Hut I'm complaining about pizza hut service center, I called them about two hours ago for pizza delivery but they didn't give any authentic response.

I called him several times in the mentioned time but at every call he asked me that the related brach will call u with in 10 min but no one called me.
This branch is situated in Gujranwala model town.
I'm very disappointed from your service and standards.

Pizza Hut Employee behavior

I placed an online order for my grandchildren in Dallas, TX my daughter received a call from the driver saying for a non contact order to take place the order has to be paid for by credit or debit card which I entered all of my card info but for some reason it didn't go through. I called the store where the order was coming from 222 Continental Ave

[protected] the young girl who answered the phone didn't seem to understand what I was explaining to her but to make a long story short she said that I must not have had enough money on my card to pay for the order placed...After telling her that wasn't the case but if she could try to run my card again I would appreciate it. The card did go through but her tone was totally NOT APPROPRIATE, RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR. Her knowledge of talking on the phone was a "0" on a scale of 0-10. My day was ruined because of the whole situation and your employees should be taught their job skills properly.

Pizza Hut Contactless service

On website as covid - 19 precautions, It is indicated as contactless service and the delivery person will wash / sanitize hands before delivery and they will wear mask and gloves and a Sanitized stool to keep pizza's at the time of delivery. But it's just publicity.

The delivery person, rides bike and he don't even wear hand gloves. He just took Pizza boxes with his uncovered hand and delivered it to our hands.

Pizza Hut service

I really do have concerns about a employee at the greenwood rd location. Delivery driver Nikki Phelps appears to have a skin condition that I question. I heard her telling someone on the phone that she went to the hospital and they told her her skin condition was scabies which is contagious. When you deliver to someone's home you don't talk on your phone.She was also very rude. I will not order from this location again not with people with bad attitudes.

Pizza Hut late delivery

I made an order at 9 clock and they said it will be delivered within 15 mintis I called again and ask at 9.45 they said it's in kithchen they will delivers soon again I called and ask about the order at 10.12 they said a story and cannot delivered but still on road delivery is going on they made my food till 9 clock to kept saying this up to 10 clock my two childrence not had the food today will escalated to government take action against out me stress and my family my number is [protected]

Pizza Hut Discrimination

My manager wouldn't change my pay when the corona virus started. I'm a server so I was only making 3.75 an hour. I went from making at least 70.00 a night in tips to 10.00 a night.
He did not care that I was the one doing all the work for less then minimum wage
I had an anxiety attack at work and told my assistant manager I was leaving... she was on a personal phone call and didn't respond to me. I was told I couldn't go back because it was job abandonment. No it wasn't. I was and I'm still terrified about this virus and now to make things worse I have no job!

Pizza Hut Pizza was totally bern very low topping of cheese

Delivery service was vary good but pizza was bern. Vary low Quantity of cheez toping . Last time my oder is not deliver in 4 hours. I don't mind because his day is a rainy day.

Pizza Hut I was treated unfairly

Hi my name is bridget robbins, I have worked for pizza hut for almost a year,. I recently made shift manager. They said they were going to do background check only back 7 years, I agreed I told them about trouble I got into about a year ago they said it should not be a problem., I came to san antonio over two years ago. I had finally got out of a very abusive relationship. I could not escape the man I was with I can not even begin to describe what he put me through or did to me. He made me do things I would never have done. I got arested for prostitution twice. He forced me into it. If I did not do it he would beat me. I finally got away and came to san antonio. Since I have been here I have worked hard to better myself. And change my life for the better. I went to work at pizza hut and I loved my job. I did not put what happen on the applicarion but I did tell the manager that hired me about every thing. I am a good person I work hard and I cared about pizza hut and the customers. I went above and beyond for pizza hut and loved it. Tuesday I got called in early because they were busy so as usual I went right into help. A hour later the district manager came in told me to clock out and took me outside and told me I was fired. I have just made shift manager. He said that my background check came back and they found out that almost twenty years ago I got into trouble. And I went to prison. I paid for my mistake, I paid dearly. Since I got out I have done nothing but try to not ever make the same mistakes again. I learned from my mistake, I have changed a lot for the better. I believe I deserve a chance. I worked hard. I was reliable and never complained. I was there every time they called and all my shifts. I loved my job so much. It made me happy to go to work. I am lost now. And broken hearted over this. You know people change the reason so many people go back to prison is because no one wants to give them a chance. No one believes people can change. I made terrible choices in my past. I am very sorry for them. I try hard to make good choices now. And my job at pizza hut helped me make good choices. I was so proud of who I was becoming there. I don't feel like I deserved to be fired. Take my manager position but at least let me stay employed and drive again if nothing else. I did not deserve to get fired. I have been sick since. I am a good person I want to fight this. I just don't know what to do besides hire a lawyer.. Pizza Hut Sexual harassment unethical behavior payment not received rip off

I have been working under my manager Tammy for over 6 months she has been sexually harassing me calling me names and using foul language letting minor smoke in or own property calling out employees trying to fight screaming at the top of her lungs at employee she's got everyone scared and nervous at the facility she is always talking about fighting someone and she's always telling me that she will kick my butt threatening me, I asked for a transfer and she shorting my hours and tell me if she was going to fire me if I was not satisfied with working there

Regarding my manager Tammy she has been constantly sexually harassing me calling me names she's even threatened to fight me told me she was going to take me outside and beat my [censored] I asked for a transfer I did not feel comfortable working around her because of the name-calling and sexual harassment she shorting my hours and told me if I wasn't happy that we could step outside and take care of it she has took money out of my tips she is being unprofessional and has a very bad potty mouth she also is letting minor Smoke on the property and having other employees call names and make fun of employees if I can please get some help with this it would be much appreciated I do like working for Pizza Hut and don't want to have to change jobs

Royell, you sound like a big girl and a rat. Here I read this whole complaint about sexual harassment and wanting to fight you. Well from what the police records state you like to beat on woman. How many assault family violence convictions do you have? I know that that you live at in Willis TX the woman in the apartment complex are uneasy around you for your constant sexaul harassment. You judge others while selling drugs out of your apartment. The biggest question on allot folks minds is how nobody has filed a complaint against you for your slander and harassment. Suprises allot of us you would even put some complaint on a public forum and draw attention to your self considering you have a sex case against a child and people just might start looking towards you.

Pizza Hut Service fee for cost of operation in California ???

This is a very sneaky fee. When you order in pizzahut's app this fee doesn't show up until the end. Regardless of when it shows up is it even legal? What service or product am I paying for with this fee?

Pizza Hut buffet

Buffet today march 15 2020 .2 empty pizza spots and were not refilling until all were gone. No senior discount today only when certain people work. Waitress tried rushing us out as we were waiting for more pizzas . 2 pieces does not a buffet make as we wanted a pizza we liked.Needless to say we left hungry and will not be back. And waitrrss was hurrying us by removing out paper towels while we were still using and sitting thete.. Very disrespectful and i dont like being pushed out the door.

The order was incomplete, missing the garlic bread. Then it was delivered cold.

Pizza Hut pizza

This 9" Supreme pizza was cold, hard, and dry. This obviously was not anywhere close to being freshly made. It more than likely had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. I was in a rush or I would have taken it back for a refund. I expected more from a national chain like Pizza Hut. Pertinent info: store id MIAPHT08, order # 1716, purchase date March 6, 2020 at 2:12 pm. Paid with Visa Card. RESOLUTION: I would like a full refund of $13.49 plus tax.
