Pizza hut for the second time took 2hs to deliver a pizza.
I cancel the order because was too late.
Hoping to at least get my money back.
Im never will order with them again.
Its incredible that I called 5 times to check my order and they somehow manage this huge delay.
Need to improve a lot.
The motoboy wasn't the cause... Its was the preparation or call center.
Avoid!

Dear Sir,

I have placed a order meal for 2 on counter for takeaway. And when I open bag at home one Pepsi bottle missing and pizza quality is very bad.

As a former employee of pizza hut the way the store is ran is the biggest joke ever! don't get me wrong I loved my job as prep cook, but I was over worked and under paid. You can't pretty much work your employees til they're barely functioning. The managers were childern who only wanted to do as less as possible. What finally broke the straw on the camel's back; I was in the process of moving due to my husband being military. Managers knew months in advance and wouldn't hire anyone. My manager had the nerve to try and guilt trip me saying oh we don't have an opening cook; by that point I was like i'm finish my shift and just let her know I wasn't coming anymore. I literally was the main cook for the entire base during covid-19. I quit june 13th these idiots just now sent in stuff for my unemployment and it messed up everything. I've barely been at our new home a week so even with me looking for a job I still needed that little bit of money to help through the week. Oh and for everybody who said some of the pizzas are old it's because they are. They make us use dough from the day before if it looks ok to them. It's all frozen and we have to strecth it that is all nothing special.

Ok the other day (775-395-9514 is my number and surely you can look up the specifics of the order if need be) I thought I would give pizza hut one more shot.
You see it has been years since I have eaten at one and found that they had one in the shopping center by where I was employed, so I was excited because it was a fav in high school and brings back fun memories of that time in my life.
Soooo I order and it was on point.. Hot and deeeeliiisssh.

That was the first time, second time was a disaster and the pizza matched the experience as I never did get it but to fairness I will say that it was in large part of missing the location and t ended up being a several hour ordeal and no pizza. Ok my badn

Then I said ok I really wanted that same pizza, hot and deeeellisssh, but have been let down more and more with each trip and so I am writing because at this point I believe a refund is more than reasonable, noo I do not have a receipt and not even sure I even got one to begin with, not saying the did not though also not saying they did... I can not find it and I have to save the receipts for reimbursement reasons (our house caught on fire recently and we are supposed to keep these and other received but doubt we see very much return but anyway
I have to drive from reno to lemmon valley because they are the cleaner looking pizza huts I do not care for the 7th st. P. Hut because of the area and yeah, the lemmon valley the first time had its windows nice and clean but several trips after they were smudgy and sort of gross.

And lastly I get on the web to find out where to voice this and yes I would have much preferred a chance to leave a message but.. Ha... It gives a number and says it s where you go to verbally place a complaint but when you call it it sends you to a stupid website.

Im like hello? Dont you guys think I could not have noticed that you have a number vs a website, and I chose a phone number to leave a message but it turns out that is actually not an option.. Think that the part on this site where it brings up that to file the complaint is easy they should maybe try it because easy is not the words I would choose to describe leaving this email.

Anyway I did not "proof read"this because the proof is I am writing this now I did not do a once over to make sure it made the sense I was hoping to accomplish.

I am sure that a code reader is not needed in order to get the main point about my bad experiences with p. Hut.

Somewhere between 6pm and 9pm
Paid cash apprx 23.00$ with what was left as a tip
We ordered the long box thing two one topping pizzas with 4 bread sticks and wings
8 pieces left but I think more were but got tossed at the crust! I mean that is the best thing about your pizza is the sort of deep fried crust (yes, I know it is not deep fried) but I know instead of being happy with any piece I got it was a pick through to find a slice that lookededible at all.

I have pictures of the pizza the day we got it and how it was already dried and no life and also a picture of it today

I called and ordered a pizza from your location on 1900 Empire Blvd Penfield NY on July 4th. They gave me a price of $19 and told me half an hour. When I went to pick it up they said they had no pizza or record of me calling. When I got home I hit redial on my phone and guess what it rang your pizza hut. I will never go to one of your businesses again, with computers today how you can't manage something as simple as taking a phone order and puting it on your computer is beyond me. When you are in a business as competitive as yours you must hate making money. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to order from you.

I have worked for Pizza Hut for about 2 months now. It is my first job ever and just a summer job for me until August when I move to college. I work several days a week for a total of about 28 hours a week. I work the front-end: cash register, phone, & wingstreet, which comes with a lot of unexpected stress and responsibility. While every other employee takes a lunch break and several other smoke breaks during their shift, I have never- and I mean never- received a break. Not even 5 minutes. Now I did say this is my first job, but I know it is the law to give an employee at least a lunch break if they work 6+ hours, and that it is the managers' job to make sure employees take their breaks. I'm very concerned about this but can't seem to find where I can make a complaint to corporate. Any help would be appreciated.

I went to Pizza Hut on 5/31/20 and got a pizza. It was about 5:00 so I am expecting a fresh pizza for supper. I know they usually show you the pizza before leaving. But they didn't in this time, so when I got the pizza home the bread was hard and the pepperoni was hard too. I was really disappointed so I called and they said for us to bring the pizza back. Well this is my first pizza since I was allowed to go out. I decided to try getting a pizza big mistake!
I promise after my first bite, i never toke another one. The thought of having to go back out wasn't happening. So I thought I would write you with my complaint. I haven't had problems with your company before. I just wanted to be compensated in some kind of way. I'm not trying to get a free pizza for nothing. Money is tight these days and I thought I would treat my family.

I called to place my order on may 30, 2020 /[protected] they told me they were [protected]@6pm I said ok. She said call tomorrow before 6pm so I called back today to place my order on may 31, [protected]@ 3:50pm she they closed I said you told they don't close until 6pm yesterday she said she really didn't know for sure if they close or not like someone was telling her to say that and they have been delivering here then they say they don't. We were depending on our delivery like we usely do. Why are they lieing and they talk to me like they don"t give a dam! 2-days straight no service we have nothing to eat we were dependind on pizza hut again!/no-more.

The employees who work under me and myself are getting miss treated during this pandemic. We have a broken A/C unit that we have to call someone to come fix everything time the weather changes for it to still not work. It will be 85° out side and it'll be 90°+ inside. They have skipped over me for a raise. I have been with them for 1 years and 6 months been doing everything to get promoted to GM and I have seen 2 people brought into my store as the GM. I just found out yesterday that a manager that has only been with us for a few months just got salary. They are also racist we have a total of 3 white people who are all males including me. Something needs to change or y'all are going to lose a very valuable employee that knows how to do everything. I kept this store going when our last GM just walked out the door.

This is really gross, I literally throw everything right after seeing this raw chicken next to the other food. I feel sick and vomiting. Please take proper cooking of your food!

I had went to a pizza hut location recently and placed a order online for a triple crown pizza and when I started to eat it at home I realised they didn't add pepperoni. What's the point of a pizza without pepperoni? I hate making complaints but without pepperoni the pizza just tasted like the saddest veggie pizza I have ever had the unfortunate luck to eat. I don't want much, just maybe a replacement pizza or something.
