Pizza Hut hair in pizza, also very poor service

Food is burnt plus a hair in a pizza.Serverand manager needs more training in food and how to fix a paoblem.Manager told us we give you 20% off the bill. Bill was $23.77, we had a card for $10.00 discount and still we got to pay$12.45. With the poor food and service we should of got at least 50% off.There is also a health issue with the hair in the pizza.I wish some action would be taken.The staff member has no experience in dealing with customers and wanted to give a suggestion which she already at the table could not believe about the hair and said all the sauages burn coming thru the oven .Not so we had a pizza 2 weeks pryer to this.The 20% of $2377 is $4.54and discount of $10.00=$9.23 plus taxes do not add up to$12.45

Pizza Hut was poorly made, very nasty

my pizza was ###ing disgusting excuse my swearing but im pissed, I just got a stuffed crust pizza from the pizza hut on edgewood road in my town at about 9:50pm and it was rediculously so poorly made that I hade to throw it away! I love geting your pizzas because there usualy so much better then everyone elses but not this time. as soon as I lifted the lid of the box I saw absolutely no cheese on it but a small crumb so it was dry and tough and I got chicken on it and the chicken is in formed strips but in the corner I saw a hunk that looked like it was chewed up then spit on the side of the pizza cause it mushed when I touched it, I couldnt belive it, just because I ordered it later then they wanted I guess doesnt mean they can ### it up im a nurse and my family needed dinner, I was a managr at a fast food restrant a few years back and it doesnt matter if someone orders two minutes before you close u make it with a smile. I want to be reimbursed for my payment of $23.52 in money or food either way because im sure you dont call a partial digested cheeseles pizza good buisness

I know Ross, Well AGAIN as I also previously stated I am not writing to please everybody, Simply to make a point. But I realy dont care. I am still in college for my LPN and I work at a hospital. I am not going to continue to "prove myself" to people, ok, I dont need to do that just because someone insists on being bogus & immature and is stuck on whatever it was someone else had done, That has nothing to do with me, So let it go and move on- maybe get a job or a hobbie or just plain get off your ### to make your time more productive Jason.

As for longtalsally- I am very sorry you encountered that very same problem TWICE, that must have been horrible! this is America.. people speak english. They should not have hired that person if they can not speak or understand the languge, let alone know the difference between fish and chicken!, I feel for you.

Well jason I dont care if you THINK I am that "troll nurse" but sorry to inform you that you are wasting your time, as I previously stated I dont think I am better than ANYBODY! I work very hard for what I do. I actually sadly feel sorry for that "troll nurse" because with an attitude like that she TRULY should change her profession! I think it is completely rediculous, people like her give us a bad name, and it really frustrates me. I would hate for someone like her to care for me. oh and I am not a troll- FYI I am 24yrs 5'7 140lbs- you call that a troll? ok whatever, and as I previously stated I dont beg for ###, if I want something I earn it, and if you want to say calling someone on their ### of a job that they did and asking for something that I feel was owed, not for me but for my CHILD, "begging because I think I can get special privlages", then I really think you dont know what the ### you are talking about!.

well i have to agree with philly. and i dont know the "nurse" that thinks shes better then anyone i think the very opposite, ok, i wish i made 80k a year i never beg for anything especially for free and im not worried about writing in "proper english" for a complaint they know the point im making, you tell'em phillypower!.

Don't mean to be rude and I don't support Jason he is rude. However the letter written did not look like it was written by a nurse. Nurses have masters. Zachary is ten and he could write a better letter. I can understand a few typos here and there, but I agree that this letter does not look like it was written by a someone who has a masters degree. I am not saying this to be rude. It is just people here judge you based on how you write your letter unfortunately.

Hi Becca...I wanted to comment on this story ...but seems everyone is a bit negative...I can understand your plight...We encountered a similar problem with a fast food resteraunt here...we don't eat fast food very often but we were heading out of town and throught we'd pick up something on the way...We stopped at a Long John Silver's drive through window here ...for a well known fish joint...they had run out of tartar sauce...the person at the drive through window didn't speak english and when the husband ordered a fish sandwich, they said they didn't have chicken...(?)...its a fish joint...the corn on the cob we ordered didn't even make it to the take out bag either...well...i was on my phone in a flash and called the head office...they gave us a voucher for a new meal...and of course...they still didn't have tartar sauce when we returned two days later...and the corn they gave us was old and dried up...People just don't care anymore...

Pizza Hut pork in the pasta

My self and my riend went to dine in at the pizza hut resturant on the 15th april 2009. We orderd two buffet meals and two soft drinks. The lady that took our order, we asked if the pasta was suitable for vegetarians and she told us yes. We then went to get our ood and double checked by asking another member of staff it the tomato pasta is suitable for vegatarians and she went and asked the staf member working in the kitchen and he confirmed the pasta is suitable for vegatarians. We then went to get our food and when we began to tuck in the pasta did not taste right. We then realised it had pork in the pasta we where very much disgusted and spoke to the manager on shift. The whole experience was very much upsetting especially when we go to pizza hut regularly. It is against my religion to eat pork and even after asking several members of staff we where given the wrong inormation and as a result had pork in our pasta. I was disgusted.

Hi

They usually have both marinara sauce plain with no meat and one with meat. I'll bet you took the wrong pasta off the buffet. You must have gotten the marinara with meat sauce on yours. I can tell the difference between marinara (which I don't like plain) and the meat sauce by texture and how it looks. You can see meat in the sauce if you pay attention to what you're eating. It's not hidden. I'm surprised you couldn't see the meat before you ate it.

The meat probably is pork/beef mixture. I had it the other night and since I'm used to the taste it was delicious. I didn't order the buffet though.

I don't see where you can blame them if you didn't take the right pasta. Next time order ask them to point the meatless pasta out to you.

Pizza Hut service and waiting time

Ordered on the web 5 calzone pizza's and large order of cinn. sticks ($35.00 total).
went to pick up and very rude waitress told me to wait a min. then she never returned to the counter.
Another waitress came and I asked to be served, after she had waited on 4 other customers before me, and she first said she did not have my order, then said oh yes here it is, that will be $35.00. She completed the transaction, and then walked away without telling me where our order was. Needless to say 45 min. later, I finally received my order. That was 45 min. on top of the 20 min. I waited before recieving any service.

..."Needless to say 45 min. later, I finally received my order."
Your fiest mistake was paying for the order before receiving it. Your second mistake was waiting an additional 45 minutes. It should not take 45 minutes to bake a pizza. You should have been at the counter demanding to know where your order was after waiting no longer than 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes you should have asked for a refund and walked out.
I realize not everything is as black and white as it sounds. But remember that in most cases it only takes them 30 minutes to deliver a pizza to your door. If it takes them that long while in store, they need a new manager and you need a new pizza place.

Boycott that Pizza Hut and they may get better. Or, they may go out of business. Either way, they will be doing you a favor.

Pizza Hut dissapointed with the food

I ordered by phone three large pizzas and the new desert called Tripple dippers, that looked so good on TV but when I went to pick up the pizzas, had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledge that I am there. Then the cheese anchovies pizza had one slice of anchovies per slice...what a joke...Dominos pizza gives PLENTY of anchovies...then the Tripple dippers was pathetic...it was not in the box it supposed to be in...when I got home the bread etc was messy all over the place...disgusting...and on pizzahut.com.au you cant even email them to complain...NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO PIZZA HUT. Should have stayed with DOMINOS.

so suprice me coz at rural location banting also got fast food res such as pizza hut. even its small town but they able to give me a good service and entertaiment my family and i...
of couse they loook like old building but for me as customer there it too enough laa...

yup..i agreed with both comments. had same xperienced though. i ordered a plates of spaggheti meat ball .the meat ball tasted `yawk'. my friends agreed and we put aside the plate. tried to talk to the manager but he/she was no where to be found..we were in a hurry then so we just left the building feeling dissapointed .to pizza hut Banting team management, pls do something to upgrade yr service and food quality.

20 Dis 2011. Pihak pizza hut cawangan Banting seharusnya bersikap profesional dan berhemah apabila berurusan dengan pelanggan. Tolong deliver spt apa yang diiklankan. Selepas menunggu hampir satu jam, air minuman yang dipesan masih belum dihantar. Apabila ditanya kepada pelayan, dia tanya balik `ada order ke?' memanglah ada tu sebab ada tertera dalam resit. pesanan piza tiba setengah jam (mungkin sbb tak ramai pelanggan pada malam itu). apabila pesanan sampai ke meja rasa disappointed. patutlah cepat siap.piza tak berapa panas dihantar. anak saudara umur 2 tahun selamba aje pegang..bila panggil supervisor pelbagai ALASAN diberi. masa nak bayar lagi satu hal..buat sakit hati aje nak cerita...kepada pihak pengurusan pizza hut Malaysia, sila beri tunjuk ajar kepada pihak pengurusan pizza cawangan Banting bagaimana nak serve pelanggan yang datang.tkasih.

saya adalah pelanggan dari banting, saya kurang puas hati dengan layanan pekerja anda, saya panggil 2 3 kali pun tak datang. saya tunggu hampir 1 jam setelah saya mengamuk baru sampai. saya order pizza tetapi TIADA, apa ni, semua tak ada. itu ke alasan bagi tau kat pelanggan. sepatutnya mula2 masuk bagi tau awal2 apa yang dah habis ni tidak setelah saya duduk hampir 1 jam baru bagitau... apa ni pizza. kesal, menyampah, rasa nak jupe manager je. tolong letak no tel manager saya nak telefon manager. skrg

Pizza Hut barbeque large pizza

Dear Sir/ Madam.

Yesterday on 26th May was a very nice day in Swansea, So I decided to go with my girl friend to brigand to make some shopping. When we finish shopping we decided to go and have a meal, and for me the favorite place as I used to go always is Pizza Hut not only just in the U.K but in every country I used to go, I don't go to other not trusted places…
Anyway, as we order two cola and salads and a large chicken barbeque pizza, and when they placed it on the table I discovered that it was with pork, I asked one of the staff that we order chicken barbeque only and not with pork, they told me it comes with it as it is in the menu (barbeque dulex), I said again I ordered chicken barbeque pizza only, because I don't eat pork as it is forbidden in my religion, they take it away and what they did is they remove the top, and the pork (as I suppose) and they did not add anything and they beck it again (it was nearly burned) and they add some catch up to make it in a good shape, I was really shocked. As there was a lot of people beside us and my girl friend did not eat any peace, it was the most terrible pizza I ever eat in my life, I swear it was only just catch-up and red onion, the cheese are burned, simply there was no flavor nothing just bread and catch-up.
I really feel embarrassed specially when the staff was unhelpful, so I decided to eat it and not to say anything or the people beside me will say that I make a lot of unnecessary complains. When I pay the bill I told this to the girl (Rebecca) what happened, she did not say anything and just ask for payment.
I felt very angry especially when I went home and there was pain in my stomach because of the pizza I ate, I really spend a terrible day yesterday because of that... as the opposite I used to spend my best time there!
I really feel unfair, and I will not be a customer for pizza hut as I used to be from more than 15 years ago, I think you should look carefully to your customer satisfaction, because you have a very good strong reputation all over the world.

Pizza Hut no reply. dont bother

Dear, Sir/Madam

My name is Mohammed shamrez Ali a recent employee for Pizza Hut- 699-701 Bristol Road South, B31 2JT 8008 as a dilivery driver.

I am writing to you as a recent employee of one of your franchise huts to complain against the owner of this hut and the manager that works there. This is a formal complaint stating that l have been sacked over false allegations. Also l wanted to inquire about the procedures in place at the store, from each driver’s wage the store owner was deducting £10. The reason for this he said that this was for the insurance of all drivers that are employed there. But this would never show up on the wage slips we received and is not on any records inside the shop. They have been deducting this money from my wages for the two years l was working for the company. They would give me no holiday pay for any member of staff and l have looked into this and from different sources which also work for Pizza Hut they say they are getting holiday pay. However l have requested my P45 from the owner and manager several times but yet to receive this, l have tried to make contact with the owner several times but he ignores me every time.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me out with this matter l am in, because l have tried everything at this stage and am getting any think back off owner and manager, please contact me back if you can help me at this moment in time, thank you.

Pizza Hut employees put hair in my soda

Today, Friday May 22nd, 2009 I had a disgusting experience at Pizza Hut that would make anyone never want to go there again. I went to the Franklin Mills Mall, Philadelphia, PA location to dine in and get the lunch buffet. It was busy and 1:00 p.m. and all the waitresses were not trying to seat me when the buffet closes at 1:30 p.m. I finally got seated and ordered my drink. I sat and ate some pizza, drank a little soda until I noticed a wad of hair, multi-colored – like it was taken from the bottom of a sink – floating in my glass of soda. When I approached the waitress who stopped by and told her about the hair she said “It’s obviously not my hair because I don’t have very much of it”. The waitress had an obvious medical condition where most of her hair had fallen out. The hair in my drink was not her hair. It was a crude and rude joke – probably because I was in a hurry to get seated while the buffet was still on. I will re-tell this story to anyone who mentions that they plan to eat at Pizza Hut or who has eaten at Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut bad service/poor manager

Worst service ever for soldiers. We had a great Pizza Hut here in Fort Polk, but over the last 30 days it has gone down to trash. Our soldiers now go to the other Pizza Hut in Leesville, which is now worst!
The store is dirty and understaff, manager does not care about customers and as you can see in the attached photo, likes to sleep in the store on the JOB!
This is not the way to support our soldiers, looking for a decent place to eat with the family, before they deploy to war. Replace those 2 managers, Kenneth from fort polk and the sleeping dude, Charles from Leesville!

I have been going to Pizza Hut for several years, I love the food. Yes the restaurant needs some adjustments. I've been in the restaurant business for 14 years now, it is very hard to find goood help. You will always run into the problem of being under staffed, customer complaints. There will always be customer complaints. But the GM of this Pizza Hut needs to take control of his employees. I was in there yesterday trying to apply for a management position, I have never felt so out of place. I asked for a manager, the young lady went to the back, then several employees came out to stare at me, there were several employees sitting in the dining room out the clock being loud. These employees could have been cleaning or doing something productive instead of sitting around getting paid for nothing. When the GM came out he said I'm Charles the GM . I asked about applying for a management position, he turned around and left me standing there. Then he walked across the restaurant and sat down with a lady and a small child. I was truly embarrassed.

Pizza Hut corruption

I had a meal in kirkstall Pizza Hut in Leeds. the suff did not bring fork and knife. They were ruth. Also tried to overcharge me. And after that used swear words.

I do not advice to anyone to go there.

Pizza Hut horrible food

This stupid girl I met was 'proudly boasting' about a few situations, where she told the cook to spit in people's pizzas, only because the people were mad at her, (because she's a ###). The cook, who I have also met, who isn't friends with her either, would never do such a horrible, disgusting thing to the nice people of our community, Gunnison, CO. He didn't speak up to management because he is American Indian and has been treated unfairly his whole life, he thought he'd get in trouble too. Thanks to his moral judgment, nobody's pizza was spit in. He has since moved on to utilize his college degree from Western State University. She did these despicable acts more than once, nobody knew except the employee's of Pizza Hut. I have called the manager to tell him this, and he continues to keep her employed. So, to the outstanding people of the Gunnison Valley, if your going to order Pizza Hut, make sure you haven't pissed Tierra off. You may not know what extra toppings you will get on your pizza.

I am not exaggerating but on February 15 2009 Pizza Hut ruined my whole day. First of all the Order I placed came One Hour Late. Second they did not give me ANY dipping sauce for breadsticks. But that's not even the half of my concern. The WORSE thing is that they delivered RAW Chicken Wings. I am not exaggerating I have pictures to prove it.

I called and they didn't want to do anything useful, they just say they would give me credit towards the next order that I would never place, so they were not helpful or polite. I work in Sales for at&t and get thousands of customers and I will make sure EVERYONE knows how bad Pizza hut is. All my customers, family and friends will know about this HORRIBLE Experience.

I was at the Pizza Hut in Siloam Springs Arkansas and had the worst dining experience there. The floor was dirty, the tables were all covered in food and I didn't see anyone trying to clean the place.

We waiting for a waitress to take our order for 20 minutes. When she finally came she didn't offer us drinks or refills. We had no napkins on our table, and I had to get silverware myself. I asked to speak to the manager but no one came.

Our pizza was served cold, and the salad bar didn't look fresh. I will never spend another $ in this place.

I do delivery once a week and come 2 to 3 times a week to the store because my kids love your pizza. But for the last 6 months the service is unbearable. You have the rudest people working for you. I will not spend another penny with a company that hire nasty and rude people like you do.

the only reason she's still employeed is because the manager either doesn't want conflict or doesn't care as long as it doesn't effect him or her directly. she needs to be fired, plain and simple. there's no excuse for being nasty to the customers and telling other people to spit in the customers food. the manager needs to realize that there are alot of people who are looking for work, and that replacing her would be just that easy.

hello my name is mrs kerry adams i went in to pizzahut in bury st edmunds this everning i ordered a tuscani for you which consisted of garlic mushrooms and chicken and mushroom pasta bake. it took about 7 minuites for the lady to bring the drinks out because she was chatting to a member of staff then the starters come out that was fine but half way through eating that the duty manager came out and told me they had non of the pasta i had ordered and that i would have to choose out of the two that they had in stock which were : alfredo and the arrabiata so i chose the alfredo which came out cold so i took it back and when it came back to me it had been re heated i didnt get a check bace so i did not eat it when the lady come to take the plates away she failed to notice i had not eaten it and went on to ask if we wanted any thing else we said no when i went up to pay dan the duty manager just said to me i take it u want to pay the rest of the bill i replied by saying my food was still cold and the chicken and pasta was hard he replyed by saying well you have still got to pay for it if you dont i will ring the police so i payed the bill and asked for his name he scribbled it on the back of my reciped and told me he was the manager he gave me a menu with your email address on it and said if you have a complaint inform this address he was very rude. i would like this matter to be taken further if i dont hear anything i will be going to the consumer rights councle.

Pizza Hut customer service

I went to Pizza Hut Aldershot Sunday evening (03/05/2009) with my wife, my baby and my mother-in-law.

I was very badly attended by the recdepytionist whenb I was trying to order a pizza.

I am a foreign but my English is not so bad as I work with medical assistance c ustomer service.

I think she was well stressed and quite racist against me and refused to sell a pizza. She quite attitude and is unbelivable how she still working there. It is quite sad that I will never by anything at Pizza Hut in my life.

Well,

I haven't being rude to her and my English is quit well. I asked to be served by another staff and she got upset about it. I went to Pizza Hut Aldershot just 2 days before the facts and she did treat me in the same way and I didn't say a word.

You probably didn't the sarcastic way that she looked at me and she was extremely racist against me. I never had problems in buying things and I also work in a medical assistance company doing customer services all over the world, so I am sure that I can understand very well!

For some reason she didn't like me or maybe she doesn't like foreigners which is quit sad as she must respect us. I am a hard work guy and I am a student as well. That's why I do have a good job and to be honest with you I don't need this and I don't need to buy Pizza at Pizza Hut at all.

I went to Dominos and they gave me a respectful attendance and support. So, who’s the problem here? Me? I don't think so darling; otherwise I wouldn't do what I did in the last 5 years in this country.

I work did work in Pizza Hut in Aldershot, and i was there on the night when she was refusing to serve you! The reason was is because you were being difficult and swore at her! You were being really rude! She wasn't being rude to you at all, she was trying to explain something to you and you were having none of it! You didn't understand what she was trying to tell you!

I don't k now whoever wrote this discriminatory text above, but I can only say that you have no idea what you are talking about.

I am fluent English speaker and I also can prove it as I've got 7.0 on my IELTS English exam. I am also fully qualified solicitor and I hold a Master degree by University of London in Banking and Finance law. So, before you do your discriminatory comments you must know with whom you are talking.

I am living, working, studying and paying taxes in this country since Mar 2004, so I can speak English as good as many English native.

Also, I am Brazilian, so in Brazil we do not speak “Hindu”, we speak Portuguese, and also “Hindo” is wrong spelling, so you must write HINDU. I am amazed how you can judge me with your poor comment above.

I hope I can get more help with your management to discuss my situation as it was quite unfair the way I was treated in the Pizza Hut Aldershot. If that employee continues to attend people out there many of your customers will change from Pizza Hut to Dominos.

I've got a relly good attention at Dominos, without any problems and I was respected as a human being, not like you and your colleague from Pizza Hut treated me.

Anyway, just to let you know, I work with medical assistance here in this country and I provide assistance by telephone call all over the world. Also, I don't deal only with English language; I am also fluent in Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. Is that good enough to you? So, if I was not fluent in English I couldn't do the above isn't it? Is the problem with me or the staff attitude?

So, now you know a little better if whom you are talking.

I hope I get someone more qualified to answer my complaint and I demand the name and telephone number.

If she is unable to understand you, she will be unable to help you.

One thing you might try to improve your english, do not speak Hindo or whatever it is you speak with your wife and mother in law. Insist that English only be spoken in your home.

In this way, you will get a feel for how to communicate effectively in an English speaking country.
So many people have bad english because they also import their family members and mainly continue to speak their own language in public, which will irritate that countrys citizens and result in perceived discrimination.

Pizza Hut complaint against gm of pizza hut store 1501

I have work at pizza hut for about two and a half years while working there I have gained a lot of knowledge of how to properly do things concerning the ways of cleaning cooking and service. On may 5, 2009 at the end of my shift the gm confronted me about my work ethics. I feel like my job as a pizza hut employee was threatened for doing thing s the right way. For example I was using the proper specs for topping pizza using my rings cups and sauce spoons. Later in the evening I decided to help was dishes spraying each dish before placing them on the rack to go into the dish washer. If you was to go inside the store to see some of the things being done there you would be disgusted dishes touching the floor and being place on the shelf some dishes not being washed at all. Pizza being under topped cheating customers of good quality pizza on top of that product is not being rotated properly and dirty dishes are being used to prepare food. As being certified in food safety I try to adress these matters and all people do is get mad at me and continue to do what is not right and I feel like I cannot go to my gm to adress it further because he doesn't seem to care at all about whats going on except for cutting back costs. I could go on and on. Something needs to be done!

i have worked for pizza hut for about 2 years as a driver and i could have moved up to cook r managment but i didn't want to i like to drive but yes i don't work for them anymore i was terminated and yes the manager i worked for and assistant manager was both discriminating managers, and there is sexual harassment there too and i plan on reporting it to the right people

Everytime I go into this store, Their employees do not wear any hats or restraints. ITS GROSS! I dont want hair in my food! I dont understand how they coud even start to beieve that working with food doesnt require working with a hair restraint! Even when I get it delivered, the same blonde delivery girl, KRISTY, comes to my door very unprofessional looking, and with no hat. Sometimes I am afraid to eat my food! I want something done about this problem! Or I will Email franchise!

I'm writing this letter in hopes that an investigation can be conducted at the Newcastle Wy Pizza Hut. The petty and injustice doings of the upper management should be looked into. Employees should feel as if they are a part of a great company that care's not just about their customers appreciation, but employee appreciation as well. Wage's are all over the board not equal. If you are a Male, chance's are you will make more than a female (good old boy network) There are so many times that the employees could of hired an attorney to investigate the company for age discrimination, gender, harassment, just to mention a couple, but were scared of retaliation and what could happen if they did. There are good people that work at the Newcastle Wy. store but the upper management should be looked into. Pizza Hut should award hard working dedicated people that thrive and take pride in their work. Most Newcastle Wy. Pizza Hut employees feels cheated, and unwanted. I'm sure this letter probably wont make a difference, but what can I do to protect those who feel change needs to come to Newcastle Wy. I my self think that Pizza Hut is the best pizza the world has ever known, and the employees are courteous hard working and deserve better. So please take this opportunity to help.

A good place for you to go may the corporate feed back number [protected]). Make sure you know what day you had the problems with the employee and a clear time line of what happened. Don't suggest the guy be fired, you will be put off and nothing will come of it. State clearly and concisely what happened. If you have a receipt, make sure you give them the order number.

Pizza Hut is pretty quick to give out coupons in response to complaints and thats the best your going to get. Hopefully a welled stated complaint will get some extra training for Miguel and his colleagues but nothing you do will get him fired.

Pizza Hut charged for pizza never delivered

I was billed $28.52 three weeks ago by Pizza Hut for pizza that they never delivered. A week ago I complained to the store about the charge on my credit card, and I'm still working to get this taken care of. I've spent a few hours dealing with the location, and even tried to get assistance from other Pizza Hut stores in town.

I orded a few pizzas to be delivered from Pizza Hut's N. Nevade Delivery/Carryout store in Spokane, WA on 17 March 2009 for myself and the people I take care of. The total came to $28.52, which I gave a credit card over the phone as method of payment. After an hour, I called to get an idea of when the pizzas would be delivered. The person at the Pizza Hut store said that they had received no such order, and that no charge had been made (no ticket had been generated). I asked to speak with the gentleman that had taken my order, and after a minute he recalled the order. He asked if I would like to place an order. I reminded him that we had just determined that I already had placed an order, for which he had taken my credit card number and asked me to wait while the approval came. I decided that perhaps it was time to speak to the manager, whose name was Jeff, and he informed me he was the boss of bosses for that store. Jeff offered to take five dollars off the order, and he would make a new charge, and they would get started making it.

Thirty bucks is a little too much to pay for pizza that takes two hours to get to hungry people, in my opinion, and $25 is still in that category. I explained to Jeff that he might consider doing better, and at least appologize for the lost order. Jeff said five dollars was more than generous, and maybe I wouldn't like to order afterall. I agreed, and we had soup, salad and sandwiches for dinner (which was just fine, because at this point we were all very hungry).

A week ago I was checking my credit card statement, and saw that Pizza Hut did charge me for my order on 17 March. I called the store and got another manager (I'm pretty sure he told me his name was Steve when he answered, and Jeff when I asked him for his name. Perhaps all Pizza Hut employees are empowered to become Jeff the Manager when there is a problem, and become insensative and inneffective at customer service. Jeff informed me that they would reverse the charges right away.

It's Friday now, 10 April, and today while reviewing my current credit card statement, I observed that the charges had not been reversed. I called the Pizza Hut store and was connected to Ryan, the top dog manager at that location. Ryan reminds me a lot of Jeff, but oppenly rude. Since I'm certain I hadn't spoken to Ryan before, I started telling Ryan what had happened and why I was upset. Ryan asked me, "could you get to the point? I don't know what your problem is, " after I had been talking for maybe thirty seconds.
"Okay, Ryan, you guys charged me thirty bucks for pizza you didn't deliver."
Ryan asked me to explain what I was talking about, so I continued with the story that he had decided was without a point. Ryan gave me another few seconds to talk before he began talking to someone else. Perhaps he forgot I was there. After a few seconds of him talking to someone else, he told me I needed to bring the statement to the store, and he would decide what he was going to do. He started talking to someone else again. I hung up.

I make minimum wage. If I had gone to work for the same amount of time I've been getting poor service from Pizza Hut over this one order, I would have the thirty dollars in my pocket and my three hours would have been spent doing something enjoyable.

Josh, I suggest you contact your credit card company to dispute this charge as you never received the goods your were charged for. I think this is your best bet for getting your money back. Hope this helps.

Pizza Hut burnt pizza

This past order at the Pizza Hut located at the corner of Simonton Road and New Hope Road in Lawrenceville, Georgia; I ordered three simple Pizza Mia's with one topping each. It was relatively simple order. The person that took my order had difficulty getting my phone number correct(the receipt still has it incorrect). I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I, thought, good. It would be fresh. Big mistake. Twenty-five minutes later ( I was waiting in the front for it), I received pizza that was burnt. The cheese on top of the pizza was black! When I told the girl after she showed it to me, she responded by "yeah. that's just the way it is." I concur. That is the way they do it. I hadn't ordered from them in over a year because when it was delivered it was 30 minutes late and burned. I figured I would give them another try, not again. I'll stick with their competitor that is across the street, Dominoes. They are faster, fresh, and always personable. I just wanted the fast deal this time...never again.

Pizza Hut spit in my drink

I came to pick up my order. I waited forever before I finally went into the backroom to find help. People who worked there saw me, but noone came to help. The restaurant was nearly empty. The lady who came out didnt apologize or even say hello. She just asked for my name. She acted like she didnt even want to help me. I asked her if I could have a drink since it took them so long to help me. She asked what I wanted and I said pepsi. She gave me the drink and I left. The lid on the pepsi wasnt on tight, so I opened it and noticed that she had spit in the cup. I didnt drink any of it, and I still have the cup with her spit in it if you want to see it. This was disgusting of her and there is no number on the receipt to call the manager. She is lucky I didnt call the police!

Pizza Hut manager and pizza ordered

ordered a pizza at 10.15pm, recently last 3 times in 2 week been messing up my order.
anyway got trainee indian guy on shouting down the line like vhat, vich address, ok, voot number, 1 then disappearing for 3 minutes, anyway 10 min yes 10 mins of this asked to speak to manager a mr Owais, came on the line, gave him a piece of my mind apologised said sorry, told him my partner was a food critic and works for a well known publicist, taking all this down delivers my pizza 11.20pm, and the pizza crushed to bits said he will be delivering another still waiting 11.40pm.

Total disreagard for customer service and advised o my goodnesss just delivered second one at 11.55 and gues what its everywhere, the delivery drivers fault, went mad on the phone got full refund or i would have gone down there and stuffed the pizza up his ###...cheeky cowboys

It's a shamethe service has gone downhill, i have grown up ordering from this hut and had no problems, now it's a different story! The pizza's take soo long to arrive eventhough i pre-order online atleast a few hours in advance, have had to complain on several occasions on the quality of pizza..., not only does it arrive late but its also undercooked? Also, missing items? I kept coming back to order from this hut as I thought they could only improve but I was wrong. This hut is poorly organised, do they even understand english at all!? Don't bother spending your hard earned money here, only way I can see improvement is either get rid of the current staff and hire those with a real passion for food and service otherwise just close down!
