Pizza Hut employee treatment

I was an employee of pizza hut earlier this year. I was hired as a delivery driver. When I did the training videos General Manager Brian of the Belen New Mexico Store told me I can do them from home and that I would still be paid for the time spent on the videos. Once I was done with them I continuously had car problems. Finally they fired me because they said I was making up excuses which I was not I have several witnesses to prove I wasn't making excuses. I called recently about my pay for the training videos and general manager Alex is now saying I will not be getting paid for anything I've done.

Pizza Hut not what I ordered

I ordered two pizza's and it said 35-45 minutes...two hrs later I got different pizzas than what I ordered..when I called the the manager she said that someone was supposed to have called me and told me they were out of what I ordered...well no one did...the manager was rude and unhelpful...I'm going dominoes for now on your pizza is better but they are not friendly

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered a large pizza to be delivered as I cannot leave my home at the time due to my pregnant wife needing help. After waiting for a while the pizza finally showed up and my son and wife were excited. When. I opened the box in front of them my son was immediately heartbroken. He had been looking forward to this day all week as Friday night's are pizza night at home, and we always order pizza hut. But after tonight I am fully skeptical about ordering from pizza hut again. This is such a huge dissapoinetment. I had to leave my family at home and bring the pizza back to the store in Whittier to complain to the negligent manager about it and all she did was comp $5 dollars for the delivery fee. Seriously? How is that even considered proper customer service. My time was wasted, my family waited LONGER while hungry, and I lost my parking space in front of my apartment building when I returned home because of this and had to park 3 blocks away in a not-so-safe neighborhood. I cannot believe the amount of inconvenience my family and I were put through because of this that was brought to my home. This makes me feel like your store does not take us, the customer, serious at all and I'm tired of it. You guys need to make a change to that store or shut it down. I am going to contact the health dept. about this as well.

Pizza Hut everything. extremely pissed

I called at 9:25 p.m. placed an order for a lg. Pepperoni, a lg. Cheese, and a cheese stick with extra marinara sauce. Payed with a card and was told that it would be 60 minutes until it was delivered. At 10:45 I called to see where my order was. It hadn't even left the building and I was told I would have to pick it up or "wait another hour or so". Those were her words. I go to pick up order and see 2 delivery drivers outside talking and texting, waited another 20 minutes while they tried to find my order, the manager was extremely rude. Before asking for my order I asked for a refund due to the aggravation and was refused. The manager said that it was impossible for her to refund my order so I replied fine just bring me my food. All but one employee was rude, foul mouthed, and extremely unprofessional, my food was cold and almost 2 hours old, and I will never be returning to that location and perhaps any other location as well.

Pizza Hut the way I was treated, as I am a regular customer!

My husband and I had both had long days at work. We were meeting at Pizza Hut to eat & relax. I got there 1st and ordered our drinks. I then ordered our pizza with a coupon I had. The waitress said it was a carryout coupon. I didn't realize that, but I said she could ring it up that way, but I would like to eat it here. My husband was on his way. She said she would have to check with the manager, then came back & told me I couldn't eat there. I was so exhausted from work that I just told her to box it up and I would just take it home. While she was putting my order in, I decided to ask the manager myself, if it would be okay for us to just stay & eat our pizza - since it was not busy inside. She told me no - that if she did that for me, she would have to do it for everybody. I found that to not be very nice. We are very regular customers here, and there are very many restaurants we could have chosen in this area!
I had not realized the coupon was a carryout only. The store was not busy. But, this is not all, I went to pay and the cashier had rung up my order to someone else by accident. So, she had to work that out while I waited. What was supposed to be a date night, after a long work day, turned out to be a long aggravating time at Pizza Hut! Although we are regular customers, I'm not sure if I want to be any more! There would have been nothing wrong with us sitting there for 30 minutes to eat our pizza, but I had to deal with all this, and then go home. So much for date night!

Pizza Hut dine in service

Location, Sauk City WI. Dined in and the waitress took our order read it back bit failed to deliver a pasta dish. She delivered the pizza and kids meal. Then she never came back to see how our meal was, refill soda, or ask how we were. I had to get a manager and all he did was shake his head and take 15% off our order. Got the bill and never received the 15% off. Horrible service! Will never done or order from this location again!

Another thing. My son really loves Pizza Hut. I told the manager that we would not be returning because of the bad service and he started crying. I slapped him across the face. Now I find out she took my name from my complaint as I wrote a formal complaint and called CPS who is visiting me on Monday to talk about this.

Pizza Hut delivery order

On May 4th 2018 I placed an order at my local Pizza Hut in Marshall Texas 75670 I paid 1811 with a $2 tip once I received my order 12 traditional bone-in wings and a personal pan pizza it was all an edible the wings were underdone soggy oily and pieces of the meat word in the sauce because it was so soggy when it was placed in the container the pizza box was smashed from the two containers of wings which came in a bag tied that when you open the pizza box all of the cheese and toppings were smashed against the roof of the box it was completely rushed and inedible when I called the Pizza Hut they told me that I would have to save all of the food and wait an additional hour and 40 minutes before they could read deliver my order I just want my money back this service was absolutely horrible and one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Pizza Hut I also have the pictures to prove it

May 4th 2018 in Marshall Texas 75670 I placed an order at 5 p.m. for 12 traditional wings in a personal pan pizza it was completely inedible the pizza was smashed by the two orders of wings that were undercooked and Soggy there was so much oil in the containers that it has created a film on top of the sauce the box which have been placed underneath the wings and tied in the bag was smashed so severely that when I open the box all of the toppings came off when I placed a call to the store they said it'll be an hour and 40 minutes and I would have to save the food to be returned before they would get my order back out to me I just wanted my money back horrible service the worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut in Marshall

Pizza Hut repeat bad service

This is a complaint about the Pizza Hut located on Nifong in Columbia, MO. I have had many bad experiences with this place, just recently (tonight)I didn't get my entire order, tried calling and they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. The 3rd time I called they picked the phone up and immediately hung it up on me. They have awful reviews on Google and I think this establishment needs to be looked into for their unappologetic terrible service. I spent almost $30 tonight and have almost a $5 tip, just to find out my entire order wasn't even brought, and now the establishment is ignoring my phone calls. Very bad for business. There are many other pizza places here, and sad to say but with service like this, yours will quickly go out of business. I've always loved Pizza Hut, and prefer it to any other pizza joint in town, but this has ruined it for me and I will no longer giving you all my business.

Pizza Hut honey bbq wings!

I ordered an 8 pc bone out, honey BBQ wings! Spent $7 to get PLAIN wings and no sauce! I called and told them that I couldn't come back and get them, because it's a 20 min drive there, and I just got home! They never showed me the pizza or wings like they normally do! The lady that answers told me if I didn't get them now, there was nothing she could do for me! I feel that's horrible customer service!

Pizza Hut delivery

Placed an order at 8:32 Last Night (5.3.18) over the phone was told it'd be a 30-40 minute wait called back at 9:02 was told driver was in route with my food called back again at 9:47 (because I never received my food) was told to be patient and bare with him because there was only 2 drivers at the time and they had a lot of deliveries. This location is 5 minutes away from my driving so I figured I'd be Last stop for driver. I received no call nor form of contact at all in regards to my order. This is the Flatlands Location (11110 Flatlands Avenue Brooklyn NY)

Pizza Hut delivery

I ordered pizza and wings at 730. It's still not here and its 5 minutes til 11.. no one from the store has contacted mr and when I call them I get another location who also tries to contact them without success..my son will only eat pizza hut thin crust pepperoni pizza so it's not like I can call a different pizza restaurant. I am pissed that I can not get any help with this matter.

Pizza Hut I am complaining about my order and service received

I ordered a pan pizza with light sauce and when I called I was told they wouldn't hear my complaint because I complained before. I was extremely upset . The manager cut me off and wouldn't hear my complaint I had to drive 14 miles back to return the pizza because of the service I received and because of the product I received. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut ever. Can't believe this is how they represent Pizza Hut. Very disappointed

Pizza Hut delivery time

On 3/16/18 I called in order for 3 lg and 1 personal pan supreme pizza. I placed the order at 2:20 pm. I was referred to the Edgefield location. I scheduled the delivery for 8:30 pm that night. The pizza was not here at the scheduled time. I tried unsuccessfully numerous times to call and check on the status. Each time I was transferred to a ringing phone where no one answered. I would call back to the Call Center and they would transfer back to the ringing phone. Meantime a coworker ordered hot wings from Dominos to be delivered at 8:30 and they were here at 8:35. The pizza I had ordered finally arrived at 9:40. I refused the order and reordered from Dominos. I called and was told the General Manager would be in at 11:00am on Monday, March 19, 2018. I left several messages for that person. Finally, on March 21, 2018 I went up to the store and left a letter for the manager. I have yet to be contacted. This was lousy service and it need to be addressed.

Pizza Hut receipt survey code

I placed an order Sunday 4/29/18 for delivery. The store did not give me the original receipt which has the survey code on the bottom. The store manager says that I can't receive the code because they don't attach it to the box for deliveries. There is not way for the store to retrieve the original receipt or the survey code at the bottom. I would like my $10 off coupon honored in a coupon or gift card.

I also did not get a receipt with a code on it. AND when I called to place my order, I got a "CALL CENTER"... wth! I told the person that I would need someone to bring it to my vehicle cause Im on a cane & handicap , she said to call the store when I got there and they would bring it out to me...ALSO the 2 pizzas I ordered was a lg 1-topping pizza & a med cheese pizza & 1 order of breadsticks... $37.85 ! Never again! I arrived at the store and called for 20 min to ask them to bring me out the order...NO one picked up the phone...I continuously calling, letting it ring about 10 times each call. I finally had to wobble in and see about my order & the phone calls...I was told it was a calling center and they were SO busy...someone finally followed me out with my order and I tipped her $5 for carrying the pizzas for me but it wont happen again...this is the 2nd time. Last month was the same experience as this last visit. Unhappy with the service and the prices...NO LONGER A PIZZA HUT CUSTOMER!

I get the receipts but they place their sticker over the last digits of the survey code so that the code is covered. When I peel the sticker off it takes the ink off too😞

there have been several times when I order Pizza Hut and they do not send me the original receipt they only give me the short receipt switch do not contain the 11 digit code. One time I called Pizza Hut right after I received my order and asked the manager if they had my original receipt first the manager act like oh I don't know will let me go ask your driver then they said yeah it's right here we got it she gives me the code I got off the phone enter the code it's invalid I called them back talk to the manager again she's like oh well try this code and just rattled off another random code to me I get off the phone try it doesn't work again I called back for a third time and she gives me yet another different 11 digit code I get off the phone and this code is also invalid. I felt really disrespected as a customer like the manager was just giving me invalid codes just to get me off her back. I never got my receipt I never got to do the survey. So I think that the employees and some locations are purposefully keeping the receipts to use for themselves or family members or friends.

and yes Pizza Hut does send the long original receipt with 11 digit code on it because I have received it multiple times before it's just hit or miss like does your delivery driver feel like giving it to you or not.

I went to the site on my receipt and it told me the site has expired. If thats so why did the delivey driver explain to me about the survey to get the $10 off coupon and its advertised on the back of the receipt.

Pizza Hut returning my money for cancelled order.

Last Thursday around 10:30 I ordered with Pizza Hut in Hardy st after taking the money off my debt card a employee calls an says they do t deliver too where I live after dark. It's now been 7 days an my money has not been refunded an no one at the store can help an customer service never answers when you call I'm very dissatisfied with Pizza Hut as a former employee this is disgusting.

Pizza Hut pizza / service

Ordered a thin half cheese half pepperoni extra sauce extra cheese with a 2-liter of soda. This is what I receive. (See picture below). This is my home pizza delivery store, it's very hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and get what you ordered other times order is wrong or you receive an upside pizza. I had to quit ordering from this store for the longest time because anytime you order the people making the food were smokers and the food would taste like cigarette smoke. I've been trying to give this store another chance since a new store manager took over the store in November but the past 3 orders have been wrong. I called the store and yes they are remaking but no telling what the next pizza will look like or how long it will be before I receive.

Ok 35 mins later received remake - remake is not much better. Pieces on the right back side are mushed together. I asked the delivery driver "did the bad get slinged around or did you take a corner to fast?" Driver response "what do you mean what's wrong with it?" I told him the backside corner is all mushed together - driver said "that's just from the Pizza being cut". I told him I will call the store again to get my order refunded. This is ridiculous.

Pizza Hut my 3 pizzas boneless barbecue wings and hot

I ordered my food at 10:32 p.m. Tuesday but order was supposed to be ready at 11 the delivery driver shows up at 11:42 give me my Big Dinner Box supposedly but they were an individual boxes all three pieces were burnt they were hard and my chicken wings were eaten out of and tampered with and I am very unsatisfied with the service and the food that I have received and I filled the item of value customer and that is not right for a customer to experience this type of thing I ordered this food for my kids and I can't even feed by kids I feel sad as a parent that I can't be able to provide by kids with a presentable meal without it being temper I don't know what's been wrong with it.
However this is not the first time that my pizza are my food has came like this but this is the second time and now I am fed up

Pizza Hut delivery service and order

I ordered my order online, and was aware it was a 65 minute wait, my order was placed at 6:07pm and my order didn't arrive until 8:30pm. All the store kept telling me was the y have been having a on going issue with the app? Well when I was watching the out for delivery it was a good 40 minutes, mind u I live 7 minutes from there. When I received my order oh my goodness, very cold, crust was falling apart as you pick it up, very disappointed. I as ordered wings, since it's Wedsday not hot at all, 16 piece turned into 10, called the store back, was on hold 12 minutes, sorry mam we're busy. It shows your order was completed, is what I was told. I'm sorry disappointed in this service and Order. Unit # 004581

Pizza Hut cheesesticks

I continuously have problems out of my local Pizza Hut in hueytown al. All I order is cheese sticks with extra cheese I don't mind paying extra for the cheese. But I do want what I pay for and there is never extra cheese on them and I have to wait on another order or leave angry and unsatisfied. I order from this company 5 out of 7 days a week! I would like to get my appetizer right the first time i order. And management is never any help they act like I'm the problem for wanting my order right. I'm not asking for a special pizza or special treatment I simply want an appetizer cheesesticks with extra cheese. I spend too much money with this company to not be satisfied. I also have a special diet that only allows me to eat certain things at certain places and Pizza Hut has the best cheesesticks which is one of the few foods i can eat!

Pizza Hut customer service

Hi my husband and I visited dinuba ca pizza hut on 1540 e el month way from ivanhoe ca. Thinking we could have a little comfortable outting and relax turned into eating pizza and wings in the truck outside! We were told because we had coke cans since that's our drink preference we couldn't eat inside! I just spent 22 dollars and had to eat in the darn truck! I even asked the manager Chris if he could make an exception since ivanhoe is about 30 minutes away and he said no didn't care and seemed to have a poor attitude about it
