Pizza Hut service

Lanham Pizza Hut...
EVERY OTHER ORDER IS 2+ HRS LATE, most times the driver comes, NEVER comes upstairs to my apt which is on the FRONT of the building, #202. and I'm always charged.

Today, I spent the entire day on Amtrak, I get home, order pizza and wings, get a long distance call for a family matter and watch your deliver pulls up, NEVER GETS OUT THE CAR (like a white Camaro). more than 13 minutes later, they take off and I'm just hanging up my call.

Then i spend the next 45 minutes trying to get them on the line. When i call they dont answer. SO i use my office cell and they pick right up. I spent 21 minutes more on hold than talking and still get charged. Its 8:51, I ordered at 650is, got my email confirmation at 658.

Everyone at that store should be fired. this happens every other order sometimes back to back...its been going on at least since May. Should be unacceptable. Calling the local store clearly has not resolved this issue.

currently, 9:01. Food still not here, Manager hung up with I called to complain -- took her 8 minutes to answer the call from another employee. Driver in the background says, "Its her fault she didn't answer the phone"

I'm in apt 202, door is open, small garden styled building. Apt on hte left is 201, apt on the right is 203. Even an 5 year old would know the one in the middle with the open door is #202. Why should I interrupt a call to answer the driver and say yes, I"m in 202 looking at you sit in your car.

I spend an average of $30-$40 and this should not be acceptable, more or less a routine occurrence.

Pizza Hut supreme pizza

I ordered a pizza at Pizza Hut and Okeechobee got it home and it had about a half a cup of items on top and it was a supreme pizza it was also very greasy as of right now I probably will not order another pizza from Pizza Hut I have had your pizzas before and never got one this bad I got sick after eating it my husband got sick after eating a piece like I said I could take all the meat and the vegetables that was on it and put it in a half a cup that is shameful that you have such service and being and be in such a profitable business the price I paid was not worth what I got

Pizza Hut horrible customer service experience

I had the absolute worst experience at the store off Kelly Blvd in Carrollton, Texas on Saturday, August 25th 2018. I received a coupon for a $5.99 large 2 topping pizza either online or carryout. I went online but the offer wasn't there. It was saying $7.99, so I decided to call in and just do carryout since it seemed online wasn't working.
I call into the store and the man that answered barely spoke a word of English and told me that was only an online offer. I continued to try to explain to him that is not what the coupon said, as well as, the same offer wasn't showing online. I asked them to override it in system and he said he couldn't so I asked to speak to a manager. I felt at this point the language barrier was the issue. He puts the phone down and I can hear them talking in the background about music for over 8 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back.
I then spoke to someone else that answered and he said he could help and the issue was the person was training. Okay, fine. So he puts another young kid on the phone, not the same guy as I was speaking to, and he took my order. I ordered a large thin curst with Canadian bacon and hamburger.
So…I go to the store to pick up my pizza and store manager tells me if these guys don't get my pizza right to "smack them around a little bit, " and then he left for the evening.
I go to pay and the kid opens my pizza and it is a pan crust, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni. I was blown away….I explain to him it's the wrong crust and pepperoni and that is not what I ordered. He looks at the receipt and said, "well, there is Canadian bacon on it?" Are you kidding me?
He then says they can re-make it but it will be another 20-25 minutes. At this point I wasted over an hour so I said no and left the store.
This was one of the worst experiences in customer service, management, and production.

Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered pizza in an attempt while working night shift to get some dinner and I ordered early enough because I know during the week they aren't open to late, well they processed my order and I sat waiting expecting my food. I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was okay like it had been the multiple times before. Little did I know your business location I ordered through stopped delivering to my job location that's not the big deal what the issue was they waited almost hour and a half the time they normally arrive to inform me of this. so I sat here thinking I was getting my food until I received a rude call informing me I wouldn't be. I wouldn't be upset normally but they waited so long that everything else was closed due to the late hour and I had to work a 12 hour shift with no dinner. I was extremely upset with the service received especially since I eat at this location often for their lunch buffet, this situation has me rethinking if I will go back to any pizza hut or order from them again.

I am glad to be able to post my comment, I contacted Pizza Hut on Commonwealth in Jacksonville, Florida @ [protected] @ 7:00 pm, I was told by this location BY staff mgr Mark that they do not deliver to my area AFTER 6:00 PM DUE TO THEIR STAFF HAS BEEN ROBBED IN THIS AREA. How does a company of this magnitude get away with this because you have a certain address, I just want to know does the corporate office agree with this. If the corporate office has agreed with this It really lets people know who they need to do business with. The policy before 6:00 is ridiculous !

I had to wait 3 hour to get a pizza and still haven't got it when I called the first for the pizza been 2 hours the lady Erica gave me $3 discount now hour going by still no pizza when I called the store the manager Mary said that the delivery is close and they cancel my order I am very disappointed cause I eat it this Pizza Hut all the time and spend lots of money with them

On August 18, 2018 I placed an online order with the Pizza Hut from St James Ave in Goose Creek, SC at 5:38pm. After an hour of waiting, I went into my room to get my cell phone that was charging and saw two missed calls. One from an Ohio number and the other from Pizza Hut 30 minutes prior. I called Pizza Hut back at 6:38pm to be greeted by a young lady on the phone that shortly informed me that my order had been canceled because I didn't answer my door. I hear in the background this male voice saying the driver knocked at my door and called me 5 times and I'm not getting a free pizza and would have to pay for another one to be delivered. I asked the young lady who was speaking in the background and she said her manager named Chris. I asked to speak to him. When he answered the phone I made him aware that I wasn't calling inquiring about a free pizza but yet the one I paid for. I also informed him that I was sitting in my living room the entire time and I have a dog so if someone came to my door and knocked, I would have heard it. He proceeded to tell me again that I am not getting a free pizza and I'd need to pay to have another one sent out. I told him at this point because he was being very rude that I deserved one especially since the driver never made it to me in the first place. He refused and I was to upset at this point to even want a pizza from Pizza Hut just because of the bad customer service. I never got an apology from this man and he seemed irritated. I told him that I would call corporate because of his rudeness and lack of management skills. I called the corporate office on August 20 and filed a verbal complaint and was told I'd get an email follow-up from regional management within 3 business days. I never got a response and allowed time for response the rest of the week and didn't get one. I called again on Monday and was told that I would get a call and still didn't get one. This is absurd. As much money that I've invested into this company over the years I expected better service and this is the thanks I get. I'd like Chris to learn how to treat customers better and be a better manager and example for his employees. I'm not sure how he ever got promoted in the first place because his attitude reeks.

Pizza Hut service and wait time after I ordered the pizza online

I ordered a pizza online at 7:25 pm and I was informed that the pizza would be ready in 15-20 min. When I arrived at I was told by the employee that the manager left him there by himself to take on the orders. The employee informed me what was going on, but told me my pizza would be coming up, but unfortunately my pizza did not come up right away. They just started making the pizza when I arrived. I didn't leave the pizza hut until 9:00 pm. They were short staffed, and lost me for life! Unacceptable for a big corporation.

Pizza Hut food & customer service

This locations management and staff ignores the phone and when your lucky enough that they do answer the phone the location puts you on hold, without explanation, not even a "we will be with you momentarily". My wife and I have tried to order on 4 occassions where we waited on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, we decided we will no longer eat pizza hut again in protest, and every friend I have, I will tell them to do the same. shameful., and whats worse this particulars location has had numerous similar complaints posted all over social media... you would think the issue would have been corrected..

Pizza Hut unethical behavior

Incident occurred on 8/23/18. I was in line to pull out of a shopping center parking lot. I was directly behind a vehicle which was in use to deliver Pizza from Pizza Hut. Their sign was on top of the car. This car sat at the exit missing opportunity after opportunity to pull out and never did, so I just assumed they were on their phone and not paying attention so I honked my horn once to make them aware someone was waiting behind them. A guy got out of the vehicle and turned toward my car with his hands up in the air shouting at me about did I want to deliver the food myself, etc. It frankly shocked me so I remained in my vehicle. He finally got back in his car and then pulled out into traffic. After a few moments, I pulled out aw well in the same direction. He was quite a bit ahead of me. As I am driving down the street, he pulls into an apartment complex and parks and gets out of the vehicle again facing the street and proceeds to put up both his middle fingers directed at me and says some foul words I will not repeat. How in the world can Pizza Hut have someone representing their company out in the public that behaves in this manner? He was on the job and was behaving rude and threatening because I honked my horn to let make him aware I was waiting behind him. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior.

I've had a similar experience a few years ago in Canada, though it was with a delivery employee who shoved me as I was walking into the establishment for my takeout pizza. I politely told him that that was quite rude, and that he made me hurt my shoulder from shoving me into the doorway. All he did was laugh and tell me to get out of the way since he was 'running late' before giving me and other concerned customers who stood up to him with me the finger as he walked to the car. It's time we stop supporting chains and corporations that not only overwork their already underpaid employees, but who turn a blind eye to and even encourage such hostile behaviour.

Pizza Hut bad service

I ordered a pizza today delivery. I used the phone app as I always. I waited an hour and a half for it to come. I called and I was told sorry our driver called out sick so we have no way to deliver. I asked them why doesn't thier ASM or store manager deliver them as I did when I ran a papa johns. He said they don't do that. I replied by says if you have no driver at the very least someone should be calling customers and informing them they are not getting thier food. I just had ACL reconstruction so I can not drive. This Pizza hut is very unprofessional. This is a reoccurring theme. If it wasn't the only place that delivers in town I am certain it would have shut down by now due to its total lack of professionalism.

Pizza Hut delivery time and quality

I ordered the pizza over the weekend phone at 23:59 and I got the order at 2:00 am
It was cold and bad.
I called the customer service and made a complaint with no solution or solving the problem.
There was no solid reply or sincere concern.
I need someone to call me please and discuss the refund or replacing the order as customer satisfaction.

Pizza Hut pizza

For many years i have been a loyal customer to pizza hut but today i have had a very bad experience with pizza these the worst pizza i ever had 2 pizzas were burnt on the sides and had a very unpleasant taste the 3rd was supposed to be Hawaiian pizza an it was only cheese anyways i was charged for the other two toppings. Overall i feel that this location were i had purchased them did a very bad job in making sure i had left as a happy customer which deserves some sort of compensation and a refund which since i needed to buy other food as this pizza was disgusting. If i do not get a refund i will be contacting my bank to cancel this transaction. Here i have attached two pictures of the pizza and a picture of my receipt

Pizza Hut customer service

Horrible service, horrible manager, horrible company (if this is the type of customer service they have). Don't come here even if you are starving. I recently went by to this location to buy the pizza I had ordered 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time for the 5.99$ pizza deal. During this entire 4 hour time period, I received no call (as the rude manager told me I had), and no communication that my pizza order could not be filled 'because they were out of the pizza type' I had ordered, and the only thing they could offer me was the 'thin crust, medium pizza'. I demanded to know why I had not been told this in the 4 hour time span which had taken place between my order and the time I went to pickup my pizza (which was a 10 miles drive). When I inquired about the manager's name (because she was being rude and several times throughout the exchange I felt like my physical safety was in danger) she told me to quote 'Get out of my store and I am done talking to you. If you don't leave I am going to call the police'. I had simply inquired about her name and wanted something in exchange for the lack of customer service which was given to me, as I had to drive 10 miles before being rudely told to leave or order a pizza I did not wish to order. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, and on top of all of this several times the manager made faces and gestures at me, which looked like she would physically attack me. I felt like I was being threatened and she did in fact threaten to call the police for simply asking for her name. This is abominable and I demand that something be done against this horrendous manager. The store in question is notorious for its bad service and I will no longer be taking my service to any Pizza Hut until I am given justice.

Pizza Hut pizza

Hello my name is Lakiesha Evans and I would like to let u guys know how I brought 3 pizza's total and I live like 15 min away from Pizza Hut.. I ordered the garlic buttery on 2 large pizzas the 3rd I ordered online but payed cash and got dry crust. My family and I had dry pizza for dinner.. I called Vineland Nj Pizza Hut and all they told me is that I'll get $10 off my next order.. No I wasn't pleased with that but I guess it was better than nothing.. My number is8562657286 I order online often and besides 8/26/2018 on Friday for the buffet at the same restaurant where I reported to the waiter it was ants crawling all over the table around 12:30-1:00pm on Friday at Pizza Hut in Vineland Nj.. All she could say is thanks for letting us know.. Really.. So yes we still payed and I even left a tip.. Just very disappointed this weekend at Pizza Hut in Vineland Nj 08360..

Pizza Hut everything

Got to store waitress threw menus on table, the AC was out and the floors were dirty and the tables were dirty..we were given drinks without straws and when i asked for them the waitress never brought them. Horrid service. I ended up leaving and taking the food to go, no apology and they charged full price on every thing..i will never give this pizza hut my business again

Pizza Hut large pizza

Ordered a large ham and bacon, pan made pizza from Pizza Hut on 08/25/18. Stood in line for 15 minutes while they argued with another customer that had been waiting for a very long time and ordered 6 pizzas from them that were COLD! And she said she had been waiting for 2 hours. I still didn't recieve my food. Apparently they were out of ham and bacon, wish somebody would've called and told me before I went all the way there. They really are unorganized and messy in there.

Pizza Hut treatment of employees

Went in to order a pizza and I have to give respect to this employee but I heard someone coughing horribly coming from the back. I left because I don't know what kind of managers make people come into work when they're sick. Especially working around food. I know there has been an issues with a couple of female managers from friends that have gone in but it's one thing to be rude to customers but to make employees come in sick so they can get others sick is just beyond unprofessional. For rear of getting sick AND being treated disrespectfully do not bother visiting this establishment.

Pizza Hut bad management/ rude staff

Went to Pizza Hut on Niagara Falls Blvd. The servers were rude and very unprofessional and a manager named Jenna was also extremely rude and shockingly stated that if we didn't like the quality of their service we can get our food elsewhere. The service and attitude of the staff was shocking and I will never return back here again. Would not want another customer going through what I went through and that manager named Jenna deserves to be fired. I'm not American and was actually visiting from Canada appalled by the attitude

Pizza Hut delivery time

I placed an order at 8:11 to be exact and when I went back to check if it was on it's way it was 8:40 which it said it was. About 40 minuets later my husband called to check on status and they told him it's on it's way. It never arrived. It's 9:40 when we called them again and they said that it's on it's way and the promise time was midnight. Who is going to want cold pizza that's been on it's way for 4 hrs. Then the manager says he tried contacting his driver and that he wasn't answering any of his calls. I am frustrated with these people. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Very disappointed.
