Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered 2 of your specials its 2 3 topping pizzas. And bread sticks for 21.99. I ordered 3x cheese. On one. Then 3 meats on the next one i ordered stuffed crust 3x cheese them 2x cheese meatball. I was charged 58.11 i was charged 2.00 more for stuffed crust. And extra cheese i get 3 toppings with specails its false advertisement. And not fair i spoke to manger he said we do charge for cheese. I am a very unhappy customer

The manager at the Pizza Hut, 1721 JA Cochran Bypass, Chester South Carolina is very rude; her name is Roann, she lacks common sense and customer service skills.
We placed our order October 4, 2018, for 14 Pizza, and a 12 count of wings. Pick up at 11 am, on October 5, 2018. She made me wait 10 minutes before she unlocked the door to open for business. She did not say good morning or may I help you. She said what are you here for?
Roann forgot to give me the napkins, cheese, and peppers I requested when I placed the order, (I stated I would need enough to serve 30 people). So I had to drive back to Pizza Hut (2½ miles) to get them. When I told Roann she forgot to give them to me, she said with an attitude, did you ask for them? If you don't ask we don't give. I asked her what her name was; she said it is of no importance to me.
So to keep myself calm, I said we are going to slow this down a minute, you take a breath and I will take a breath. I said we ordered 14 boxes of pizza and 12 wings, I request these items when I placed the order. She said that was yesterday, I forgot. Lord Jesus, all I could do was say "Lord, hold my tongue". She did not even give me enough napkins, peppers or cheese so accommodate 30 people.
I do not wish to see Ms. Roann fired, but as a Manager of an establishment, what is she teaching her employees? All this happened at 11 am, I would hate to be there at rush hour if her attitude is like this towards the first customer.
She definitely needs some Professional Development classes, starting with Customer Service and then Management.

Pizza Hut pizza, service

No pizza on the buffet had to wait 17 mins for pizza. Then pizza was nasty. No plates. Had to use a salad bowl. The service was rude and incompetent. I don't know how they are still in business honestly. I will not be coming back for a while. Maybe things will change. The salad was bad too. Very stale. I told them about the service and pizza and salad tasting bad. They acted like they didn't care at all

Pizza Hut delivery/restaurant location

We order delivery tonight and the order was wrong. We even called the location before we ordered to ask some quetions. Found out later it was the manager on duty we spoke with and she was very rude on the phone. Once the delivery came after we ordered through the app it was incorrect. My daughter was not happy. The manager was not sorry she acted as if she could of cared less. We got are money back. I don't think this manager likes her job! I have never been treated so rude in my life. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut pizza and management

First thing is that I ordered two medium pizzas at 5.99 a piece, Then got a supreme personal pan, and an order of 12 bone in wings. The manager took the order and never gave the price over the phone. His attitude on the phone was rude and not very inviting. The personal pizza was made like they had an extra pizza made and they placed all the toppings on top so they wouldn't have to make another one. The pizza tasted old and not very Pizza Hut. Now today is Wednesday and there is a wing special but when my wife got to the store the manager told her that it was $50 for the order after my wife broke down the price of each item the manager then said the price was $30 which as a manager he should have known the price was wrong. My. Family has pizza at least twice a month maybe more and we always eat Pizza Hut. I moved to the Middletown area in the past year and the Pizza Hut that services this area is the worst one I have ever been to. Everybody in that one has a bad attitude and it doesn't seem friendly. I think we're thinking of getting our pizza else where if thing at that Pizza Hut doesn't have any change.

Pizza Hut my complaint is a dirty restaurant and not being able to receive a refund

I ordered 2medium pizzas and paid cash, but someone else picked up for me, I had to bring the pizza back because it wasn't cook through. And after seeing the cleanness of the restaurant, I refused the pizza and wanted my money back . I was advised that there is a no refund policy. The employees clothes were just filthy, and food thrown all over the floor, and the pizza I brought back was just sat on the food bar, after I just had it on the floor of my car.

Pizza Hut my wings and apple pies

I order a personal pan pizza honey bbq wings and 6 apple pies my pies look bite I only have 5 there are pose to b six i'm suppose to get 8 wings there are only 6 and they look dry... I ordered dipping sauce ranch and icing for apple pies didn't get it i'm really upset because I order from them all the time... Always forgetting delivery the ranch cups that are 50 cent i'm truly disgusted with these pies

Pizza Hut moldy sauce

This isn't so much a complaint about the site, as is the quality of the food. Tonight I ordered Alfredo pasta with wings, I received marinara pasta in place of the Alfredo. I quickly called the store to explain, and was the gentleman that answered the phone apologized for the mistake and told me he would take care of it ie deliver my Alfredo. While waiting for the second delivery, we began to eat the wings and bread sticks. At this point we discovered the marinara dipping sauce for the bread sticks was COVERED in mold! I called the store bad to inform them of this, and was told that they made the sauce fresh today. It's is not possible that the sauce was made today or this week ( it's on Tuesday) even. If we had not paid attention to what we were eating, we could have easily dipped and eaten this moldly sauce.
I would like to offer compliments to the delivery driver as he was quick and a pleasure for both deliveries. On the second delivery we did receive a box of complimentary bread sticks and bottle of Pepsi. We appreciate that, though didn't need that. I understand mistakes happen, so the issue of the wrong delivery was understandable, however moldy food is unexcusable. I felt it necessary to let corporate know about this. I have pictures and sent the sauce back with the driver to show his manager. I can only hope that they have taken time to look through their refrigerator and clean out ALL the expired food

Pizza Hut I am lodging a complaint in regards to an order I made for pizza and the manager who "assisted"

I ordered pizza over the phone for my friends and I. The pizza was not edible. The pizza slices were not able to be pulled apart and the pizza was so salt, I would not finish a slice. I called and spoke to the manager who took my order and she would not assist. She was full of attitude and was uncaring that the quality of food and service provided was not up to scratch. I have never had this issues with domino but pizza hit in my home country is extremely good and I wanted to give you guys a try here in the states. I will never again be ordering from pizza hut. I ended up having to order out somewhere else spending an addition amount of money.

Pizza Hut my pizza is messed up

My driver came up, gave me my order, was an incredibly kind man and was great to talk with.
Picture enclosed with whats wrong. I set it down, opened it and this was my pizza. I ordered it at about 6 35 and got it around 7 45. Not a big deal, traffic is busy. But the pizza is all goofed up. Trying to eat this in a hotel room is a little messy, ya know.

Pizza Hut garlic crust and pepperoni and bacon

My husband stopped at your store at Van [censored] and 13 mile to purchase a pizza that had 2 items for $7.99. My husband ordered additional items and we couldn't tell if it (the pizza) had the items were on there. The pizza didn't have much sauce. To make a long story short, what happened to Pizza Hut!?! If I could have gotten my money back I would. My hisband wasn't even asked if we were Seniors. I found out when I went the Pizza Hut web you need a coupon, , really

Pizza Hut food

I got a dinner box and got sick after eating some of the wings. Call and talked to them and it was horrible customer service. Talked to a manager she offered me a refund or credits so I took the credits. 2 days later call back to try to order something they don't have no information about anything that I told the manager. A different manager answered the phone and said "oh I heard something about" like wow

Pizza Hut I am complaining about how I was treated

I was scheduled to work at 10 a.m. on Brandon Avenue in Roanoke Virginia as a server I arrived at 9:40 when I arrived I seen managers and cook in front and when i knocked on the door and window they ran to the back avoiding me. They didn't open at all.. The cook came back to the line and he seen me knocking and calling and ran again to the back. I want someone to call me I want to work for pizza hut but they treated me wrong

Pizza Hut service dining in and carryout

Your pizza hut in st Mary's ohio is a disgrace to the company...been there 3 times for dinner and there closed. I tried to get a carryout last night and they didn't have any drivers...are you aware how this business is being run. We have to go to Celina ohio to get anything from pizzahut. Last night was the last straw. Hope you can get a new manager there so we can enjoy your pizza closer to home...thanks...ck

Pizza Hut not what I ordered

I placed an order at 701 pm for the family wing meal. 8 Hawaiin teriyaki bone out with Cajun fries and 8 mild buffalo bone out with lemon pepper fries. I received the hawaiin bone out but the were cold. And then I did not receive my buffalo I got bbq. 😞 so disappointed to get home to find out my order was cold and wrong. I already am dissatisfied because u don't deliver to my area so I gave the drive thru carry out another chance. Guess I won't be going back.

Pizza Hut service and order

I ordered my items online and played via card, I get there and they have given my order yo someone else. Then says I have to wait another 15mins. I get that food and it's disgusting, only a little of marinara sauce, a little of cheese, just skimpy on everything and it was over cooked and kind of hard.overall a horrible experience used to be my fave spot.

Pizza Hut pizza delivery ticket # 145/I unit #002689 9/29/18 driver: james

I ordered over your mobile app on 9/29/18 around 8:00 p.m., 2 MED HTT Pizza's. 1 with Classic sauce, Ham and Pineapple and the other Med Italian sausage with Mushrooms for delivery at 10:30 p.m. I live approximately 4 blocks from the hut I use. At 10:35 (which is fine) he pulls up in front of my house and stops, I had porch light on and main door open so I could go out to meet him as I have a large dog. As I opened the door he drove off, went inside to call and saw him go around block and park in front of house across street. He was there 15 min and then left again to go around the block again. This time as he approached the side of my house I stopped him as he was close. As I received my pizza I asked for parmesan cheese and the pepper packets. His response " I don't have any, I forgot". Fine, I went inside opened the boxes, and both of the pizza's were cold. They were not cut into slices, except the very top, looked at bottom of pizza and no cut, so all they did was a surface cut.
I have never had such lousy service from that Pizza Hut, and I can guarantee I will not ever use your company again.
I am requesting a refund for this purchase which was $16.25 plus tip $1.00, ( wasn't worth that much) for a total of $17.25. I paid cash for the pizza, I do not want credit to your company so I would like a check sent ASAP.

Pizza Hut 10 box pizza

On 9/30/18 my daughter ordered me pizza from the hut which her order came to 25.00 and change..

When I received the box of pizza $10.00 here is what I noticed when I opened it.
1. It was cold
2. It looked like old pizza that must of been sitting in the fridge somewhere waiting to b rid of.
3. It was greasy
4. Immation cheese and it was mushy as well.
4. The sauce tasted old
5. The cinnamon bread cold and again looked like it was sitting around waiting to b sold ..The whold box looked like it was waiting to b sold or it was ordered brought back waited for some days and resold..how nasty.

I called at 4:19 pm to the pizza hut on Newark Avenue in Elizabeth New Jersey spoke to Ebony about the pizza she then got off the phone and came back to the phone and said she apologizes for the pizza and that my daughter will get $15.00 credit towards another order
..I said ok but can my daughter get confirmation that this is a credit she said no that when she orders again it will appear when she orders..

Before I got off the phone with her I still let it b known that that was the worst pizza ever n yes I should of ordered Dominos from the door..

I'm very disappointed in the store, the staff for letting this happen.. note: if their was a manager for that day 9/30/18 she did not do her job when the young lady came back on the phone it should of been the manger on the phone to let me know what would take place after I complained about the pizza..
