Pizza Hut pizza/ cheese sticks

I order pizza hut at least once every 2 weeks, last time my pizza was cold and 20 minutes early then I specifically ordered it for. It also did not have any flavor on the crust like I asked for. This time pizza was 11 minutes late, cold again, and I don't even know what the heck they gave me for cheese sticks. I've never seen anything like it from pizza hut. I also had a raw chicken from pizza hut with in the past year an a half but haven't ordered wings since. This is twice in 2 orders I wasted money to get leftover quality food. Completely unacceptable!

My name is Mike I'm texting you from jamaica ocho rios river 8 i will hear by like to informe you about the incident that accord with me today (29/12/2017) at 8 river plaza ocho rios, firstly I was calling your pizza hut location for about 40 to 45 minutes with constantly phone being busy then I decided drive down to the location and I stood in the line for about 20 minutes when my number came to the cashier just to find out that day do not have small size pizza it's finish which to me sounded very ridicouls and unacceptable franchise like pizza hut world wide famous a staff told in a very rude manner may b they wanted to sale me a big pizza because they promotion which I was not interested all i want to buy small peporiny pizza for my son im very rugulagry buy pizza as a my son is a huge lover of pizza hut pizza if you need any query and question +[protected] pls feel free call me at

Pizza Hut my order was cancelled twice

I called in told the person my address 150 woodway Dr (the office ) she took my order and told me 30 mins I called back 48 minutes later she told me my order was cancel because no apt number I said it's(the office) she apologize tilde me she was gone remake order ok and give me 5 dollar credit I'm waiting bot 20 minutes no puzza I called back and the manager roshun said my order was cancel because they didn't have my number no acceptable the could have got my number after the delivery!

Pizza Hut the manger

Hi..iwant to day with my famely to pizza hut in mbk ..the the worker took to much time to come to take my order..then iwait long time to bring my order..i dont know why may be becouse im from arab..the bri ng the food after i call the manger its lady manger and she refuse to give me her name when i toold her tbat iwill complane and the dont bring my complate order and the dont bring tabasce and catchup..it was very bad experince for me with the pizza hut in mbk brunch..ihope tbe conpany remove this manger becouse she dont know how to deal with the costumer.

Pizza Hut drive up window

I have always used the drive up window to order and wait for my personal pizza. Today 12/28/17 I was told by an associate at the window that they aren't suppose to take orders at the window. Is there any reason why their drive up window won't accept my money? It's never been more than a 15 minute wait and the drive up window has never had anyone besides me in it waiting.

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered from Machesney Park il location which I do at least once a month. My sone has a adversion to meat and dairy. His pizza came with ham on it. With a note that said cannot touch meat. The manager met our complaint with just remove the meat. After my husband explained numerous times he wouldn't eat the pizza we finally got a new pizza sent out. The manager needs to be spoken to he doesn't understand religious or dietary restrictions.

Pizza Hut wait time and service

I called to order a dinner box at 7:15 on Dec. 28, 2017. I was told 15min. I arrived at 630 and it was not ready which was ok. However it's currently 7:27pm and it's still not ready. When i asked about my order I was met with an attitude like I was a problem. The manager told he would take care of me when he got to my order but until then there was nothing he could do and that he "would get to me when he get to me" So disgusted with this service! The staff was obviously upset, stressed and they definitely took it out on the 20 customers that's currently waiting in and outside

Pizza Hut order

Placed an order by phone for pick up was told 20 min I went to pick it up after waiting 20 more minutes and customers arriving ordering and being served I asked about mine Order was never done This place always has an issue not to mention rude employees I have always had problems there Modtvof the time the pizzaz are half plain hardly any cheese and if you complain they tell you that's how they are

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and after eating I got down to the 3 peace and as I lifted the pizza there was a dead cooked roach in my food Pizza Hut said they could not give me my money back never again will I eat there so disappointed because that was my go to place for food wil not be telling anyone to go and eat there because I'm very unhappy about how I was taking care of

Pizza Hut customer service was horrible and unprofessional.

I have three children under the age of 11 and they have all received a coupon for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. We have been planning on using these coupons for several weeks now and decided to use them this evening, for my wife's birthday dinner. We called several locations in the Twin Cities and were not happy with what we have learned. The St. Michael location had a gentleman who spoke very broken English and had a hard time understanding what "dine-in" meant. He eventually answered my question but offered no alternative dine-in options. I then called the Champlain location where I spoke with an operator that was not at the actual store. She gave unprofessional and rude service by making me feel like I did something wrong. I asked about dine-in options for three different locations and I had to repeat myself due to her attitude of uninterested tone of voice. I asked if she could just let me know if there were any dine-in locations even available and she rudely said she'd have to look at the whole list. Maybe the list needs to be modified? Maybe the employees need to be trained to be more professional and represent Pizza Hut in a more positive light. We will not be going to Pizza Hut this evening due to the rude service we received this afternoon. I would also like to mention how sad it is that customer service is recently. When we travel outside the general twin cities area the customer service is quite a bit better than in the Twin Cities. I know you can't solve my concerns this evening but you should try and understand my frustration and genuine concern for your role in my poor customer service experience.

Pizza Hut food coupon

You had gave me a coupon for a free pizza with any toppings and I added on another pizza and hot wings online. With tax and delivery it should have came out to about $18 but instead it said it didn't take my coupon and I had to pay $31 so i call the store and woman says there isn't anything I can do about it and I had to start my coupon over online. I tried of course it didn't take it and said it was already redeemed when it was my first time trying to use it today. Now I called back and she had me on hold for about 7 minutes now. This is the store on Green Springs in Birmingham, Alabama 35209 So can ya'll help or nah?

Pizza Hut complaint

The staff at the McKelvey, Bridgeton MO location was very rude to me on 12/27/2017, all because I asked for a number or another way that I can voice my complaint about their store. I spoke with 4 different employees including the GM (T. Ford) and she protected her employees and told me that there was nothing they could help me with. Online orders are out of their control. My first call went out about 12:19pm, after placing my order online 10:33am. Eddie (name given) told me that he did not have my order at the store because their store stove was broke and was just fixed 15mins prior to my call and his store does not have anything to do with charges and reversing the charge. No one could help me and someone at the store voided my order without my knowledge or say so. I would never ever order from that store again, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I need for someone to make sure I'm not charged for anything, since I never received my pizza or apology, but $$ were deducted from my card.

Pizza Hut disrespect for customer

December 27, 2017, 8:00 pm, I call [protected]. The phone range 15 times before I hung up. Pizza Hut called me back immediately.

My question was, "Do you deliver to Solivita?"

"May I have your telephone number?"
Why did the called need my telephone number when PH called me.
But I gave the telephone number.

"Do you deliver to Solivita?"

"May I have the street address?" I spelled the street name as it is difficult to know how to spell it unless you are familiar with the street.

"Do you deliver to Solivita?"

"What is your name?"

My reply, "Why need to know my name? What I want to know is if you deliver to Solivita?"

Without a comment, the employee hung up the telephone.

Needless to say, this left a negative impression with me, and my husband. We immediately drove to Little Caesars and picked up a pizza.

Pizza Hut just lost a customer.

Pizza Hut pizza and delivery

I ordered 5 pizzas online at 6:00. Estimated delivery time was 6:30. At 7:07 I called to find out what was going on. The guy who answered the phone said they do not have a driver. We would have to pick up the pizza. We got the pizza and the manager would not refund the delivery fee, but offered 10.00 off our next order. Which take out the $2.75 in fees I paid for delivery that I didn't get and that's $7.25 for 5 old and not hot any more pizzas.

Pizza Hut pizza was delivered sloppy

Pizza was delivered and there was a portion that didnt have any toppings. I do not know if this is the stores fault or the delivery driver mishandling the pizza after it was made but I have never in my life got a pizza with an actual hole of no toppings. It looked very sloppy and I was very disappointed. Pizza crust was still doughy as well. This may well be the last time I order from pizza hut due to constant problems with the pizza being cold in previous orders. This time it was luke warm at best. I attached a picture of the pizza because I think it is just unacceptable to serve that pizza to a customer.

Pizza Hut pizza not delivered

I placed an order for delivery on December 27, 2017 at 10:38 a.m., scheduled arrival time was for December 27, 2017 at 11:45 a.m. Order # 3171227103855001182013475

When I order still had not arrived at 12:05 p.m. I called to inquire on arrival time. This is how that call went.
Me: I am wondering about my order that was supposed to have been delivered 20 mins ago.
Hut: What's the name?
Me: [name removed]
Hut: We don't have a driver. I called everyone that placed an order (NEVER GOT A CALL)
Me: So I will not be getting my food?
Hut: I do not have a driver.
Me: So what should I do about my order?
Hut: You can come pick it up if you want.
Me: What about the payment I made online
Hut: You'll get it in 5-10 business days

I am upset that I did not get a call that my food was not coming, I got zero apology and that I paid for food I never received.

Pizza Hut santa ana, california 1st and townsend location.

I oredered online and confirmed my food . When I got to the location there was a sign that said closed for 2 hours oven broken with an emoji almost as a joke . The doors were locked and I called numerous times to see if I would get my food . I could see employees laughing ignoring my call . I did not receive a heads up or call to notify me of this . I eventually got pizza elsewhere I love Pizza Hut pizza it really is ridicloihs to deal with this just for a pizza .
To top it off I called an hour later to undetsnd what had happened after hours on hold I got ahold of a manager and she just gave me a run around and said they usually give vouchers for credit but since I ate pizza alredy elsewhere she would not !

Like I said I love the franchise and I am a manager myself . And I know it's all about the customer .
I don't want to get anyone in trouble or rant all over the internet until I'm a heard I want Pizza Hut to show me the franchise is about the customer and take care of me .

Pizza Hut overall service

I made an order from the portal, using information saved and previously used. My order was never placed, and when I called, it took 25 minutes to reach someone. That person said he was transferring me to the manager. However, I was placed back in the queue. I was in hold for 30 min. I actually drive to the store with my phone on speaker to die the manager.
And this is the part that infuriated me. When presented with the problem, the alleged manager said I can't place your order because I have too many pizzas in the oven... But you can place it on line again.. Wtf?
Is this the training they get? Needless to say, I am never going back to that store in 13750 n. Eldridge cypress, tx, despite my 10 year plus relationship with it, and I am seriously considering if my patronage if pizza hut should continue.
As a result, I drive down the street to domino's.

Pizza Hut extremely worst services & quality

Dear Every One,

I just want to share the extremely worst experience when purchased 1 large pizza and 2 large salad bar from pizza hut (zamzama outlet, karachi, pakistan).

I have special guests came from malaysia last week. So we have decided to buy pizza and salads from pizza hut. I reached on the outlet aprox 22:00 pst on 23rd december 2017. After long waiting in queue my turned comes. I booked the order for 1 large pizza and 2 salads (Take away) and goes for making salads when he given the 2 plastic bowls for salads.

But when I goes near to the salad counter of pizza hut, surprisingly observed that lot of peoples standing over there and waiting for re-filing the salad bars at counter. (most salads buckets were empty)

After long waiting they refilled but the repeated items, like 2 sweet corns available, one mix salad, 2 macroonis, and only one Sauce available in very low quantity…. Yess Cole slow also was not available.

Instead of another sauce I think which name is 1000 Thunder Sauce they filled Normal Yougurt ( Which I have never seen in Pizza Hut before) But when myself and other customers who were waiting for long time to refilling the salad counters .. asked from their staff .. He Replied..

" We daily change our salad menu we don't have 1000 Thunder Salad Sauce today"

All of customers including me surprising that how it's possible that on salad bar lots of items were not available and instead of sauce they have just Local Yougurt…

This is extremely ridiculous services by Pizza Hut.

After a waiting of long long time they refilled few items and I refilled my personal bowl available items (take Away Salads packs) and returned to take away counter for 1 Large Chicken Supereme Pizza (I Thought wchich would be ready).

But No No No Again again again waiting waiting waiting … and he handed over the pizza after 40 Minutes of time…

I came back to my home and serve the pizza and salad to my Special Guests came from Malaysia …They all also surprising the quality of Salad and Pizza which is very poor…and shocked about the only few items in salads….

Dear Everyone..

Can you please justify the pathetic services and quality of Pizza Hut., … Is That You ? PIZZA HUT ? (International Brand) very worst experience…

Also all customers those available there faced the same problem… and few customers went back without buying pizza due to providing worst services and taking lot of time…

Although they have mentioned at their counter the timings to serve is 12 Minutes..

Unfortunately I doesn't have the camera mobile … otherwise I will send the Pictures and videos for that worst experience by me………………………………..

My all money wasted and I felt very embracement in front of my Foreigners Guests.  (Its already very late)

Now I have decided not to buy any other thing from You…. And I hope all the customers already decided not to buy again……

This is Extremely worst Experience…

I just my request to check the CCTV Camera Recording with Audio so you can find all the wrong happening., ..

Pizza Hut delivery area change... why?

Went to order my favorite pizza from Pizza Hut online and it told me that they no longer deliver to my house.. I am paraplegic and cannot drive. So I appreciate (always tip generously) delivery service. So, I call Pizza Hut the next day and was told..."they changed delivery areas recently and no longer deliver to my address". I went online and asked them why the sudden change? They told me to insure they can deliver quickly to a customer that I was too far way to receive delivery (I mapquested the address of the Pizza Hut I order from and my address and it was 3.1 miles). So, I will switch to a competitor of Pizza Hut almost everyone else delivers here...? Just think they are a joke now! 3.1 miles is to far for them to deliver a pizza...? Good luck to them! No more Pizza Hut for me!
