Pizza Hut delivery order and response

On 12/1 ordered pizza and wings from store #012575 when order arrived it turned out the pizza was totally wrong from what was ordered and paid for online.
Tried to call the store four time and each time either got hung up on without ever speaking to a person or leaving a message.
Mistakes happen and its understandable on a Friday night to be busy. But if you're in business to deliver a product it should be your sole purpose to serve the customers and be there to listen to them when the occasional mistake does happen. NOT TO TOTALLY IGNORE THEM AND BLOW THEM OFF BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HIRE ENOUGH PERSONNEL.

Pizza Hut rude and disrespectful staff

On 11/27/17 my family and I went to Pizza Hut and as we entered the store we saw the cashier kissing her boyfriend over the counter. We did not think much of her actions since there weren't any other customers at the time. The issue arose once the boyfriend was gone and we attempted to make our order. Our initial question was if they still had the medium pizza for $6.99. The cashier pointed at a poster that was facing outwards and said they had them for $8.99 now. I did not think that two dollars were a big difference so we ordered one medium pizza and an order of wings. The cashier was extremely rude. We had to repeat our order several times and at the end she gave us a total of about $29. By this time I had already stepped away upset at her lack of interest in assisting us. My husband was about to pay when I asked why was it so much for only one pizza and a small order of wings? Her answer was that the pizzas were only $8.99 if we ordered two. I told her that we hadn't ask for two pizzas, because we only needed one. She responded "well that's what you ordered!" And I said "No. I asked for a pizza for 6.99 and you said they were 8.99 now, you never clarified that the price was only when buying two pizzas". She then turned to my husband and asked "so you only want one?" He agreed, so then she rang us up for our new order but not before asking once again what we wanted. I asked her for her name three times and she simply ignored me. The last time she looked up at me and said "I don't give my name out" with attitude of course. So I told her that if she didn't want to give me her number, I needed the manager's number. With a little laugh she said, "I am the manager" that really ticked me off. I couldn't believe that a manager was acting that way. Raising her voice at a customer. So I told her that I needed someone's name; hers, the cook's, the owner's at that point I just needed the name of whoever was in charge of the store. She looked at me and with a smirk said "ok fine, I'll give you a name." In a paper she wrote 'Cindy' but the receipt said Maria and we heard a cook in the kitchen call her Mary so we suppose her name is in fact Maria. I told her that there was no reason for her to mistreat us the way she was doing and she said that I was being rude to her, I said, "of course I'm being rude to you now, but only because you have been rude to us since we walked in". I wasn't so upset at the fact that there was a misunderstanding in the order, it hadn't been the first time that it happened to us at a restaurant, it was her attitude, her lack of respect and interest. She didn't think twice to raise her voice at us and even laugh at our faces. Both my husband and I worked at fast food restaurants when we were younger and we understand that these job can get stressful but that is Why we also know that that is no way to treat a paying customer, whether their order is $1 or $100 you still treat them with respect. Personally I never want to go back to that store, I probably never will. And I will definitely think twice before ever ordering online again (which we did often) just to think that this is the type of people that my money is helping to employ is very unfortunate.

Pizza Hut pizza

I placed an order using my account on my Pizza Hut app. I was very specific with my order. I ordered, paid for, and specified extra cheese on my pizza. I ordered breadsticks and two marinara cups. I ordered brownies. When the order arrived, I signed my receipt and tipped the deliver guy. I then asked where the breadsticks I ordered were. He looked mortified. He apologized, and said he would be right back with them. And asked if he could bring me a two liter to apologize for the inconvenience. I told him I understood, and accepted the offer. He never returned. I opened my pizza, and not only did I not have the extra cheese I paid for, there was no cheese on most of the pizza. I took pictures for you. I believe I placed my order at 8:00... and waited until 10:00. Why did my order not come completely? Why did the driver not return? And why do I order, specify, and PAY for extra cheese... then get a pizza with very little cheese on it... even many parts having no cheese at all? (Even whole slices) why was I not notified? Why was my money taken, but my goods and services not received? I'm very frustrated, upset, and disappointed. I tried to file a complaint with Pizza Hut, but the only states they offered were very random...

Pizza Hut delivery in panama

service in call center and limbergh branch is terrible, they took 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring a pizza, just 15 blocks away.
I have a full conversation for more than 15 minutes trying to get some answer, but people in call center, try to give me different names, and actually I feel they lied,
Finally the pizza arrived, cold and I had to pay for that without any consideration from Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut about a delivery that was supposed to come but the driver canceled

On Tuesday November 28th my wife and I call for a delivery of the two medium pizza deals the wait time was an hour and five minutes so we waited for and hour and a half before we called back and to find out the driver cancelled our pizza delivery because he said he couldn't find my house I only saw one car go down my street but he was driving fast so if it was your driver he wasn't paying any attention to anything. So from that experience we may not go back to pizza hut like we usually do for carry out and we usually spend close to 50 dollars at a time for carry out. So in closing we may switch to another pizza place.

Pizza Hut customer service

I understand that my store is closed for remodel. The store that's taking the orders customer service is horrible. You are placed on hold at least 3 times and the hold time is about 15minutes. An associate accidentally put my call in speaker mode as I listened to the conversations while saying hello, An associate stated did someone say hello I said yes she said one moment mam and never returned to the phone. I never experienced this with you guys I totally understand that they must be overwhelmed trying to accommodate 2 locations but the customer service can be much better

Pizza Hut my order was incorrectly done

I've been ordering from the online link to the Spenard Piza Hut for approximately 2 to 3 years. They are fast and friendly, which is great. During that time once the order didn't go thorugh and I had to do it over again about 3 hours later, which was ok cos it was a computer glitch. Not their fault but im writing it here so that its noted. this time (and, in fact, every time), I put in the order to burn it. They burned the brownie which was great! But, the actual pizza, itself, wasn't burnt at all. in fact, in the middle it was a little under-cooked.

Thats why im not happy. They didn't cook it hard and i love burnt pizza. i dont like soft pizza, and its winter so im not about to walk 8 blocks both ways to get a pizza when the temperature is lower than 10 degrees outside. alright, im done. That's my issue. thank you for listening, for your time, and have a nice day.

And I found they did wrong pizza and they ask me to wait for another 15 min .
And I get the pizza after 20 min.
When I ask her for refund for the wrong one
She told me I have to wait for the manager and the manager came after 10 min waiting
And refused to refund me

Pizza Hut pizza order and delivery and rude manager

Ordered a pizza 11/25 for delivery.
Driver showed up with 2 pizzas charged to my credit card account for 2.(42$) Called restaurant to get charges corrected. Thought it had been corrected with apologies. I didn't want it but Driver said he might as well leave the extra pizza cause they couldn't do anything with it.
Checked my credit card statement a couple days later and no adjustment had been made. Was charged full amount. Called back to store and a very rude unaccomodating mgr. told me no refund could be made because we kept the pizza. I explained I only wanted an adjustment and that I was willing to pay for one pizza. She said not possible. Poor customer service
Won't order again and will dispute the charge.

Pizza Hut poor service and wrong order

I called in a delivery order to my local Pizza Hut, as I have plenty of times, last night. The gentleman that took my call had me repeat my phone number at least 7 times and proceeded to get ALL of my information as he says I've never ordered there before (probably because he was continuing to put in the wrong phone number even after the 7th time.) I ordered the new large one topping ultimate cheese pizza that was advertised for 12.99-pepperoni and a 2 liter Pepsi. My total came out to almost 25 dollars...? Even with a delivery charge it still should have only been around $20. I told him I would also like a side of ranch and a side of marinara and would pay the additional charge. But I questioned the price and was repeatedly told that my total was so high because of delivery fees. So I just dropped the fact that they were charging me $17 for a pizza that was on sale and just paid for it anyway. When we got the pizza it looked like there was extra cheese but no pepperoni and to top it off it had garlic Parmesan sauce instead of marinara on the pizza. I could have let this go if I had received the side of marinara with it but I didn't receive that either. The pizza was terrible. 8 don't eat white sauce on pizza and that is not the way it is supposed to be made. Basically we paid $25 for a pizza to go to the dogs because it wasn't what we ordered or wanted. What a shame.

Pizza Hut hartsville sc delivery driver!!!

I think that it is very unprofessional, after waiting 60 mins for a pizza and then having a delivery driver bring you your pizza, you give them them the money and they pull out their cell phone & finish up a text message before giving you (oh) the uncorrect change cause they don't have it! so i gotta wait on you while i'm hungry and on top of that... You ain't got no money! i understand people are young, but somebody needs to reach out to management because that is unacceptable! thank you. Hartsville, south carolina resident. Order last night 11/27...Could not get manager.. Online order.. Thank you!

Pizza Hut new delivery policy

Wanted to surprise my husband with his favorite pizza after a long day at work. I'm in FL on business, he's stationed in Fort Bragg, NC. I understand card fraud, and how easy it is. I gave the driver the okay to hand it to him, I was willing provide my card information as well as other means to prove that I ordered said food. Why not just give him the pizza, you're already there? If it was fraud on MY card when the driver called me don't you think I would have told the driver NO, I didn't order it? Bye Pizza Hut will not be doing business with you anymore.

Pizza Hut customer service

Me and my wife had an awful experience at one of your stores in urbandale Iowa on Douglas. I believe the lady was a manager and she was very rude to my wife and then myself. My wife wanted to know if they excepted online coupons and she waived her hand around and said "hello, paper only". That was unexceptionable behaviour. Before my wife left, she asked the lady of she wanted her name and the lady said "your the only walk in" in an arrogant tone. We drove through the drive through window and she asked for a name, I said it was for the walk in. She got arrogant with me and said the is no walk in. I said my wife was just in there and tried to give you her name and you said she was a walk in remember. She was arrogant and said why didn't I say so. I don't know if this lady was having a bad night, or if this is her normal work ethic, but we did not appreciate this at at all. This happened around 6:06pm tonight 11/22. The lady was in her late 40s early 50s, Caucasian. Very very rude! And after all this, we get our pizza home and it was the wrong crust. Very irritated with pizza hut. I also complained on pizza huts Twitter messenger, and I got no reply.

I'm not completely sure about Pizza Hut's twitter page, but it may only be handled by marking employees. You might want to consider contacting their corporate office for assistance.

I placed an order online and payed with my cc which is on my bank statement and one of your employees gave my info which should be private to some lady that had her wallet stolen with cc''s And now I'm being charge with theft which is a false allegation and I am very embarrassed my person was belittled by this And believe me I will find a lawyer to sue for disrespecting privacy of a person.

Where do I began at 4:40 pm I order pizza and that was not deliver until 5:34pm and both was cold and undesirable. In your special instruction field I asked for the order to be bought upstairs ( having issues with my knees). at 5:35pm, I got a call from someone name Lovely at [protected], telling me to come down and get my order. She stated, that she could not come upstairs because she had other orders to delivery, I had to ask my neighbor's son to go down and get my order, in which she could not even get out of her car, he had to go to her car to pick up my order and she told him the Pizza hut did not paid her effort money for special deliveries. I am totally appalled. I did call the Hawthorne store and make a comments, but they did not seem to care. I would like a refund on my credit card alone with the tip that was given to your lazy driver.

Pizza Hut gm horrible service

Isn't the waitress fault but it took 25 minutes for us to get our BREADSTICKS and 30 minutes to get our food so it took them 25 mins to get our appetizer out which is ridiculous and before that charging us for sauce because we wanted our wings naked with the sauce on the side like really? When has Pizza Hut ever done that and we placed out order around 5:50 and it's 6:35 and I haven't gotten my wings yet like really almost an hour for 18 WINGS
"Pizza Hut a family friendly franchise what a joke." Not even 5 families here I understand there's a drive thru well crap if you can't handle having people inside why have both I'll never eat here again and trust me I know a lot of people they won't come either and the fact that I asked to talk to the GM 3 times and "if he gets a chance to talk to me, he'll come" like please customer is always right is food policy and retail. He finally came after 1 hr and apparently knew nothing about anything.

Pizza Hut product and customer service

Ordered from store# 030433. Had a large order. This is last time just because of the way i was treated on the phone. Talked to manager Jen could hear in her voice she already had attitude like the person who answered. Pizza over done. Bread sticks hard. She didn't care said she got them out herself and she could come get them and redo. Already waited 35 mins. Lost my business.

Pizza Hut customer service skills were awful.

I called the deland store on E. Newyork [protected]. It directed me to customer service call center where i stayed on the phone for 19min. I was talking to veronica. She had to keep calling into the store talking to Antonio bc they were out of cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, and bread sticks and was not able to offer me the promotion bc of what they were missing. Needless to say i still put in my 25.00 order n paid by phone on my debit card. Later(10min) i got a call from Amanda a manager saying they cant deliver to my area. So now me and my kids have wasted almost 30 min and are still hungry and cant get the food. Im very upset.

Pizza Hut getting the correct pizza that was ordered

We have tried Pizza Hut many times and we usually order pizzas with light sauce or with no meat, my wife is a vegetarian. Most all of the time the way we order our pizzas is not the way we receive them! Every time they always say we will have a credit for the mistake. Then the next time we call in it is a 30 minute long issue trying to get the credit. It has us never wanting to recommend Pizza Hut and never even think of ordering to get our order messed up! Something needs done to improve customer service.

Pizza Hut complaint on food and service

I Purchase and on-line order around 7pm didnt recivice my order into 10pm when it arrived it was cold as well as when It called and an hour before they informed me my order would be There in 20 mins did not show up into and hour later and cold. It took a total of 3 hours before the food came. I called the resturant asked for a mánager gave him my ticket recipt 0108 he couldnt find my order gave him my phone number again he couldnt find my order. I told him i order on line how long I waited he was rude and the hung up on me. His ñame was Gust which It was informed by Patrict who remaid my order and informed me he refunded my card but he didnt. Iam very up set please can some one reach out to Me about this matter.
