On 10/28/2017 I onlined a order to my local pizza hut(Bellefontaine Neighborhood)First and for most when I arrived within 30min I was told that there was no online order and I would have to re order and it would be another 30min...I have had numerous of issues with this location but I don't won't to have to travel out of my neighborhood just for a pizza joint that is less than 5mins away.The employee's were not dressed in clean uniforms, no gloves, and no hair nets...The store was not clean and they had no condiments.The worst part of it all is that i waited for 30mins and one of the rude employee's told me that they messed up my order and they would have to remake it and it would be another 30mins...So now i have waited for an hour and was giving my pizza and it was completly wrong for the second time...I would like a full refund of my money which was $16 and gift card for the right order.I paid with my Debt Card transaction was made between 3:30 & 4:30.Thank You, Tonya Box

This woman showed up from california and immediately took over as manager. My husband is type 1 diabetic and she will not let him take his breaks for food and insulin. She gives him so many hours he has over time and then accuses him of stealing hours and working too much. All of her employees are having sex with each other in the bathroom while my husband does the job. They were hired to do. She has threatened to fire him for working too many hours that she has given him, she never does her job. Anytime they fail inspection she blames my husband when it was her job to clean the area up the day before. When someone calls in she calls my husband instead of going up there herself. Something needs to be done or i'll hire a lawyer and handle it myself.

I'm complaining cause there service sucks my husband called 2 hours in advance for 3 dinner boxes with 2-2 liter sodas to be called to have someone take his card number and to give his order hang up and to be called back to be told they couldn't complete the order without the card and the ID of the person ordering the pizza, to be called back they didn't have enough dough for they order that they had, had a very busy weekend. I had to go pick up the pizzas and to complain to be told that he called the 800 number which i have the receipt which my husband didn't called the 800 number. I didn't receive my order correctly or my soda's or wings he was not polite he does not need to be a manager or any type of manager material . I think my husband should get a refund on his money soda's and wings.

Placed order over the phone for delivery, get a call from delivery driver saying he couldn't find my house . After a short discussion, we figure out the call center had sent my order to the wrong town . I tell him to have the manager call me when he gets back to the store . Apparently I sat my phone down long enough to miss the call . I They hung up the second time before I got to it, I called back immediately . All of this and I'm dealing with 3 hungry kids, no pizza and she tells me even though it will end up being about two hrs. after I order . Since I didn't pick up instantly when they called me about their screw up, they will remake it and deliver in about thirty min. at full price of course . I told her to keep her pizza and I will order somewhere else next time .

I live in ardmore, OK my boyfriend and I have came to eat supper at the pizza hut on commerce across from our Wal-Mart. The staff was sitting around doing nothing. It took them 20 mins to finally ask what we want . We have been sitting here for 2 hours waiting and the place isn't even busy . The location of this store is 1606 N Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401

On October 29, 2017 at 1821, I Jose Ramirez picked up my online order in the amount of 26.02. Ticket number: 100/I, Unit # 002505, Store phone number [protected], located on Caraway Rd in Jonesboro, AR. The server was very rude and had an attitude. I went to the window to pick up the order, and when she came to the window to attend me her response was "What you want?", She handed me the two boxes of pizza, and asked me to sign a receipt, and disappeared without saying anything else. After waiting over ten minutes for her to return with the rest of my order and take the receipt, she comes back take the receipt and leaves. I then ring the bell again, because she has yet to bring out the rest of my order (boneless buffalo wings), she comes to the window and say what now? I ask how about the rest of the order, she says they still cooking the chicken, I ask how long? and she tells me three minutes. Almost twenty minutes later she comes back with the chicken, without a sorry for wait, your welcome, or anything. I placed the order online over an hour in advance. This is very poor service.

I eat at pizza hut alot I think the pizza is bad service sucks theres employees there that should not be aloud to work un sanitary workers and have a bad crimal record like child pornography its family place to many children come there for someone like that his name is. John manning he needs to go thats not right at all. I mean its bad he got real bad dandruff it gets all over his shirt probably goes in pizza nasty health dept needs called on that.

We often go in to get pizza and wings. Tonite when we arrived and ordered take out, we were told they didn't have wings but did have boneless. Thinking it would be comparable we relunctantly said ok...
This is a sorry excuse for boneless and for $6.59! Photo attached of the pitiful tiny bites of mostly breading on chicken!
(McDonald's chicken mcnuggets are better than this for a lot less and better quality! 10 for $4.50)
No excuses for a sorry and very small product. On top of that, they were awful!

I had place an order from Pizza Hut on October 28, 2017. My order total was $30.33 . The next day when I was checking my transaction I had been charger $36.00. The tip had been given to the driver in cash and on the website there was no option to leave a tip through card. So I'm not sure what $6 extra were charged for. I have provided photos. On my transactions it appears as NPC international, when i searched it up Pizza Hut and Wendys popped up.

I have patronized Pizza hut for a number of years, and recently visited a site that may cause me to no longer remain a customer. As someone who has always been an advocate for animals, I was appalled at what I witnessed at a the Gilbertsville, Pennslyvania restaurant. Beside the cash register was a beautiful live frog that someone has captive in a jug.Upon voicing my concern the waitress laughed at me and said, "oh he is happy he swims around". This poor creature is prisoner in a bottle for the amusement of I do not know whom.
I was ambivalent to argue, fearing that they would dispose of the frog.I realize that that is a very unsophisticated area, but this is shear ignorance.
I would like to have the animal moved to a humane setting.

On Sunday, October 29, 2017, our family ordered two medium pizza's from Pizza Hut. We started the ordering process at 2:46pm. Our order was placed with the Pizza Hut on Belmont Rd., Richmond, VA [protected]). We were promised our order in 55 mins time. However, our order had not arrived by 4:30pm. At 4:18pm I called Pizza Hut to find out what was going on with our order. I was told that there was only one driver and that he had four deliveries to make. During the time I was on the phone, which was 21 mins and 8 seconds of your representatives putting me back and forth on hold, the delivery arrived. While on the phone i was told that my ordxer would be discounted, then i was told it would be free. During all of the, i examined my order and found out that one of the pizza's not made correctly. I examined this to one of the persons on the phone and I was put on hold again. I even put your driver on my phone to speak with your customer service rep about a resolution to the situation. in all this time, my pizza's are getting wet, cold, breathed on by the driver and myself, and at some point the driver is touching is nose with my pizza's in his hand. The driver and I were still waiting for yet another person to come to the phone. Finally, I told the driver to take the pizza's back to Pizza Hut and I hung up the phone after the 21 plus mins. AND, the to add insult to injury, someone called me back, from [protected] and proceeded to argue with me and accused me of not hold on LONG ENOUGH to be helped. Seriously! I couldn't believe my ears. I don't need to tell you how utterly disgusted I was with this situation. This entire matter was absolutely ABSURD. From the initial order to the conclusion-this situation made no sense at all. This was beyond POOR customer service. All of these calls and the duration are logged on my phone. I even have camera's monitoring my home and the arrival of your driver is recorded. Is this truly how your company wants to do business. If so, perhaps it's time for Pizza Hut to close its doors for good.

I ordered an order of fries, mozzarella sticks and Quepapas online for take out at the Pizza Hut on 4400 Lake Michigan Dr at Wilson in Standale (Walker ) MI on 10/29/2017 at around 3:30 pm. I was told the 11.66 order would be ready at 3:56 so I went to the store. I waited for 45 minutes for my order. When I got home (a short distance) the food was cold, the fries were soggy and limp. I would like a refund for the poor quality food. The order number was 3171029143719001181027532.

The manager was extremely rude when I was asking about the wings being $7 dollars on the receipt when they were showing $5 with pizza purchase, she rudely said there was a coupon on the bottom of the receipt added, I said oh I didn't have a coupon, but it did show discount. Then I asked about the stuff crust being so thin we could barely eat it and stated that's how it always was. She said we were just wanting a free meal! She is not someone I would want to be in a management position. She is rude and gives her family and friends special treatments such as free food.

Yesterday 28th of october 2017 night me and my friend went to pizzhut in nerul, navi mumbai store. When we visited store it was totally unclean and unhygienic. Tissue papers, pieces of chips and other food pieces was also lying on the floor. Even floor was not clean and because of that mosquito and flies could be found on the store. Tables were also not clean once customer had completed the food. When we asked about Cleanness issue on order counter he said to talk to manager and manager was not bothered to listen the complaint and not even came out. It seems they have not taken it seriously. We alzo asked them Pizzahut itself is a Brand and due to it people come to u to get hygiene food, ur staff must to visit other Department store of pizz hut and learn the Cleanness. I moved to a new condo near the 6415 S Fort Apache Rd Ste 110  Las Vegas, NV  89148 Pizza Hut location, and about a month prior to ordering a pasta pan for my family and I we had a mishap: Upon arrival to our home I noted our specific instructions regarding the order were not executed accurately. I asked the operator who took my order to make sure I had one of each pasta, a marinara, and an Alfredo dish. I usually don't order pasta from Pizza hut, we usually only order pizzas, but that night we were in a rush with the kids and there was no time for a hearty dinner at home so I thought I would try something new. At the time we were not able to come back to the store for a redo, so the representative informed me they would put a credit on the account for the next time I wanted to order from the store, and the representative stated I would only need to provide a telephone number.

Update: I called the pizza hut store again after failing online to send in my complaint, I asked him why he hung up on me even though I did not curse, yell or be rude to him, he said he muted the phone and didnt hang up. After further questioning, I was told to [censor] myself, and he did indeed hang up on me before, and he would hang up on me again, and proceeded to hang up on me a second time.

Me and my son ordered the special two topping pizza for 7.99 with pepperoni and sausage. When we arrived at Pizza Hut in Conyers Ga off of Sigman Road and the the employee that was in the front showed me the pizza. It was burnt! I asked her to make the pizza again and they did. But again something was wrong with it. The pizza looked good, so we took it home. But the sausage on top of the pizza was hard like we were eating bacon. I will never return back again. Poor customer service . And my pizza wasn't good at all.

I ordered two pizzas online they sent me a confirmation email and it said my order had went through at 1:40 pm and that my order would
arrive at 2:15 pm so i waited thinking they were just running late i called Pizza Hut and spoke with some one who told me they did not see me on the screen so the pizza should be out on delivery then I thought ok my pizza should be here soon... i waited ... no pizza... I called back at 2:50pm and they said they tried to call me twice and left me two messages ... this statement was not true i told her let me talk to a manager and when i spoke to him he would not take responsibility so i said i was very upset i had out of town company we were all hungry and i have to say this was the second time this has happened not good... manager is unperfessional i feel cheated of my time...

I made an order and was tracking the order. I received a text when my order was in its way, I waited 15 minutes then called the store he said she should be here any minute so I waited 20 and called again that time he made it 50% off. I was already 30 minutes late for a Halloween party my kids and I were going to. Them finally my pizza got here and my mode tells sticks were squished.

On the date of 10/27/2017, I call Pizza Hut at this number [protected], this location is on Greenville, Blvd @ 9 pm and spoke with the night manager Mark. I explained to him how I had a letter from the Pizza Hut Customer Service P.O. Box 1548, Joplin, MO 64802, giving me 2 coupons for free pizzas. He said if I had come in that night I could get my free stuff and he just made me feel so welcoming and just happy over the phone. I swear Mark was so kind and so considerating that I actually thought he was a robot. He had the best customer services and I believe all employees should be like that. I told Mark that I was coming on the next day to get my free pizza from his store. He told me if I have any problems with getting my free stuff to let him know.
Well, I am letting you know about my experience on the date of 10/28/2017 @12 pm. First, I called in to see if they were open and they were. When I arrived at this store, she looked mad, and she did not even look up at me to greet me either. The vibes she was throwing off with her looks like she was mad about making pizzas with no help. I can tell she was making all the orders from phone orders and from customers coming in. She never smiled at anyone and seemed very unfriendly. She gave off an altitude instead. She brought the pizza to the front after 25 minutes. I understand when you have no other help to help you complete orders, but the altitude was uncaused for. She then asked me did I want other condiments like the cheese or red peppers to go and I didn't want it. She didn't even care to open up the box to show the pizza, she just passed it along and that was that with an altitude. This female was so rude with her actions that I have decided to not use the other free coupon. I don't want your free food or another thing else for your stores in Greenville, NC because for one I get better customer services on the phone opposed to going in the store. This store was unclean, the floors were dirty and filthy. You can see the dirt stuck on the floor as you sit there waiting on your pizza. The day manager, the female there, she was so unhappy and did not show any customer services at all. Very rude and very unfriendly to me and to the other female customer that came in with her child. I don't think she even noticed her altitude at all or maybe she did because she did go outside to continue on the wait for her pizza. My opinion, Pizza Hut will go down because of the customer services by your managers like this one on this shift, I had a very bad experience at this store waiting on my pizza. Nobody wants to walk into a restaurant and feel the vibes of tension and be treated with no welcoming because of their altitudes. This female manager had one. Not knowing I could have been a secret shopper and just watching to see how this manager treats their customers. I feel people that work in a restaurant should always make the customer feel wanted, so they can come back. This manager did not and she did not care to show any friendliness or make the customers feel welcome to the store. I will never again go to any Pizza Hut in Greenville, NC again. I am not writing this review or complaint because I want free food. I don't want any more free food from this restaurant again.
I placed an order using my free coupon that you had sent me through the mail and ordered a large supreme pizza. There was a long blonde string of hair on my pizza. So disappointing and now I know why. The manager had an attitude and she made the pizza with angry hands or thoughts. I never want anything from any Pizza Hut store in Greenville, NC. I threw the pizza away because it was not good at all. A complete waste of time going there. I want you to know that Pizza Hut stores in Greenville, NC will lose more customers if this type of services continues. Please don't bother yourselves with no efforts of trying to console me about this matter. I am done with these Pizza Hut stores in this city. How gross and just unethical. I am letting you know about this incident because something needs to be done. I am a customer that wants to be treated with friendliness and like I am welcome to the store. What is wrong with people who work in restaurants nowadays. Customers want to be treated like they are welcome to order in the store as well, and for the store to be clean. I chose to order online because you don't have to deal with rude and unfriendly workers who are mad at the world because they don't have enough help in the store, still a poor excuse to be rude and unfriendly to customers. Am I mad and very upset, yes, I am? Why, don't you have the workers have enough help to help them out with making orders so they can be friendly to customers. I only saw her making orders by herself and with an altitude. Thanks for the free pizza. On this shift at this store, Pizza Hut customer services suck badly. If I want pizza, I will go to another pizza joint and probably will get better customer service because they are glad to have me there. I know I will get good food in return. Yeah, this pizza was free but regardless I should have gotten better services.

My daughter ordered pizza while I was at the grocery store. The delivery guy quoted her a higher price than what was on the receipt. When he was leaving after being paid he peeled out squalling his car's tires in front of my house. My daughter was frightened and called me. I rushed home. Then the pizza wasn't even hot, it was room temperature. I called Pizza Hut and they wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager. They finally let me speak to a guy named Alfred who identified himself as the shift manager.
