Pizza Hut delivery of pizza

I submitted an order online at 1158 thru your app which I have tried to update a couple times with new card number and phone number but still has not been updated! Well that's besides the point, when placed order at harlingen tx at commerce location it was declined due to app not updating and they could not call because of number not updated. Well I called at 1308 due to Pizza not arriving and I was told by Linda which was a manger that they didn't bother to make Pizza because it was declined and they didn't want to deliver it and get payment at door because that takes to long for her drivers to do which had been done previously because of app not updating! So now it is 1344 and I still have not gotten my pizzas which is almost 2 hours after placing order! This is horrible service! If I did not have a coupon for free pizza I would have cancelled entire order!

Pizza Hut delivery

I ordered a pizza dinner box at 10:27 pm the store closes at midnight it is now 2:05 am and I still have not received my food. I called an hour offer ordering to see if it was on its way and the guy who answered the phone said there was only one drive on a Saturday night and she had the pizza with her. It does not take almost 4 hours to deliver a pizza. And they have already charged my card so I better get that money back

Pizza Hut service

I always go to the Freeburg Pizza Hut. Mostly for lunch around noon. Every time I go in there and the main manager is working (Angel) she is always very rude and has this tone in her voice that makes me feel like I don't know anything. And iv noticed that every time I come in she usually has her employees running around doing this for her non stop. Iv also heard her get rude and snappy and complain. Very unprofessional and she needs improvement!

Pizza Hut horrible customer service - survey was blocked

This location has a pick up window which I have used frequently. However, on this day while sitting at the window, I had about 4 employees look directly at me. After wait for 15 mins and no help, I had to go in. My issue is not that I had to go in but that they were aware of me there, just did not want to help me. While leaving the store I seen another car at the driver up window which she WAS being helped. I have tried to take the survey on my receipt however, it is stating that we have already submitted 2 this week in which that is a fail statement. We have not sent one. I have attached a photo of web site.

The screenshot seems to imply that you are limited to two surveys a week for any receipt. Have you submitted surveys for the other experiences? Either way, it seems like if you wait a few days then you should be successful.

Did you ask them why you weren't assisted at the window?

Pizza Hut your employees

2517 N Columbia St, Milledgeville, GA 31061. This Pizza Hut is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. For starters I tried calling to edit something on my order and it was exactly 8 minutes until they picked up. Then I waited 40 minutes for delivery only for the pizza man to call me not being able to find my dorm. I understood that and I told him a better address to put in his gps. To which the man told me he had no gps on his phone. I understood, then I gave a step by step instruction from where I knew he was at to the dorms and he still did not understand. There are signs all over campus which he could have read to lead to the dorms. Or I dont know he could have seen the giant dorms that are way higher than anything else in Milledgeville. After I spent 15 minutes trying to talk this clearly high man to my location I gave up. I then called the Pizza Hut and was trying to explain the bad behavior to the manager and he had the nerve to hang up on me. I don't complain about anything, but listen I am a college student who wanted her pizza and I am left with nothing. So if you could just get me justice and pizza that would be great. You can email me at [protected]@gmail.com. I am just so mad about the whole thing and right now I don't ever want to buy pizza from you guys again. And I was such a loyal customer. But your employees sound high and they are in no way helpful. This is the only complaint I have ever sent to anyone and it is deserved.

You will need to contact the store or corporate office of Pizza Hut directly as they will likely not see your complaint here. I would recommend refraining from mentioning that you think the driver was high however, as you have no proof of that. Additionally, I am not sure what justice entails, but if you have not received the pizza you paid for then you are certainly entitled to a replacement or refund.

Pizza Hut cheesy bite pizza

We ordered a pizza via delivery. They went to the wrong address first and then an hour later we finally received our pizza. and when we opened the box it was an absolute unacceptable mess. I have attached a picture. We called the manager and told her we were on our way to show her what kind of pizza that was delivered to us and when we got there she said it may have accidentally been dropped. How do you not check a pizza if it's dropped? I hope this isn't the quality that Pizza Hut serves consistently.

Pizza Hut wings/service

We ordered 16 wings and a 2 liter at 10:31 pm they said it would take about 25-30 minutes. An hour later we call to see where it is and they said he just left a few minutes ago (we live 5 minutes away), 10 minutes later he comes, he is apologetic about the wait and nice but our wings were literal cold and I had to microwave them. On a Friday night if it takes more than 30 minutes to deliver its understandable, give an appropriate estimation. And, if delivery dude took too long on the last order, remake our freaking food don't let it sit there for 45 minutes... this was the first time we ordered here since we moved to leitchfield and it was no good. No reason to deliver me cold food when I live 4 miles away.

Pizza Hut my whole experience

Messed up my order 4 times, made my first order at 730pm and didn't get everything right until 945 pm, Hayden, the employee I spoke with, was VERY rude. Said that their stress and strain was because of customers like me. When they finally brought my food, it was incorrect and half of it was missing. Called and Hayden said "I mean what do you want me to do for you?"

Pizza Hut service

We live in Powhatan, Va and ordered from the Pizza Hut at Academy Road. The weather was turning bad, so I called the location to see if they were delivering. They said they were delivering, so we placed our order through the Pizza Hut app. An HOUR later, they called me to tell me that their delivery guy had called in, so they couldn't deliver. They asked if we wanted to pick up, so my husband went to get it. At this point, they should have at least offered us a discount. They would not give us a discount and it was very obvious that the Pizza and wings had been sitting there for a very long time because they were stone cold! None of the food was any good, and it was certainly not worth the $30 we paid for it! I will not be ordering from this establishment ever again. We have Papa Johns and Dominos in Powhatan, which never disappoint.

Pizza Hut pizza hut in martin, tn

We are very unhappy this is 3 weeks now that we tried to order pizza from Pizza Hut in Martin Tn.. Everytime we try to order it's always 90 mins before we can receive our pizza delivered. Ask how long it would take to pick up they say a hour. .That's bullcrap! It's always something with that place Last week computer was down as we was told...I see why they have a person out front of their business waving a sign out in front for lunch...They are losing customers... Excuses always! You go in to eat some of the nasty filthy mouth salad bar half empty... Got the order wrong...SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

Pizza Hut the food

I was visiting your Pizza Hut on Delaware in N.Y. for my birthday dinner 12/7/59. I had to try your new stuffed pizza. I was very disappointed. It didn't have the cheese in the pinched dough that your commercials showed.
Also, had no flavor in the sauce. The salad bar looked wilted and like it was left over from the night before.
I love Pizza Hut but the pizza we ate will probable make us think twice about coming back again any time soon. Hope they change there wsys becsuse the table next to us agreed with us because they had ordered one as well.

Pizza Hut over charged and lied too

So I walk in to pizza hut. The server offered me a special that was similar to wait i had ordered and i took the special which was supposed to be 19.99 and but once I was ready to pay I couldn't find the server so I got up and ask for my reciept the guy at the register told me my price I asked why and he repeated my order yes that what I ordered but i thought that was a special he said no I ended up paying 55.16 for everything seperately... I didn't like being lied to I was overcharged

Pizza Hut whole meal

First of all my delivery order was well over 30 mins! When the delivery driver did arrive my food was ice cold then he forgot my cinnamon sticks and had to go back to get them, it took him another 45 min to come back stating that he had to deliver his other orders first. i should have checked my food before he left. I opened up the box and my Cinnamon sticks had been pulled apart and it looked as if somoeone had took a bite put of one of them. I am totally disapointed!

Pizza Hut buffalo mild boneless chicken wings.

12/07/17 I placed an order online with the following item; 1 large pizza, 2 lt drink and 16 piece chicken wings. It arrived surpringy fast and the driver was really kind so I tipped him generously. It being about 10:20 at night, dark and windy I didn't notice the drink was only a single 1 lt. But not a big deal. Usually when we order our food it's always great so I didn't think to check everything out before starting to eat. The pizza was fine. But when we opened the wings I was in shock. They are still frozen! On more than half of them there isn't even any sauce. When I picked one up it was as hard as a rock. I couldn't even break it in half. I immediately called the store and spoke to the said manager on duty, Louise. He told me "oh that sucks but we're closed". I said " I understand that but I've already ordered and I just want some sort of resolution because the wings I ordered are completely not edible."He said what's the number" in an extremely exasperated tone. As I gave it to him he told me they would credit me the amount as a store credit. I asked him if there was a corporate number and he told me "you can find it online, or google it" and then hung up on me. I am so disappointed and it's disgusting to me how a store manager would speak to a paying customer the way he did. I honestly would never order through Pizza Hut again because of his behavior. They can keep my credit. I just want to make a note that night shift store manager Louise at 715 n. Euclid ave Ontario ca 91761 Is completely unprofessional and gave Pizza Hut a terrible name tonight.

Pizza Hut delivery

This order was WAY over their posted 30min delivery time. I'm not happy. And delivery driver was extremely rude upon hearing my complaint. I was hungry and upon writing this complaint I should add this is the 6th time this has happened from this very same store. I feel it's time someone should complain. Well hopefully they will fix this issue. Thank you for listening.

Pizza Hut pizza hut

I contacted several pizza huts &&' was transferred to 3 pizza huts that wouldn't deliver too me the oringal one who delivered to me 3 weeks ago and repeated my address information that came in the system refused me service and said they didn't deliver to me, I was hung up on twice and was placed on a 13 minute hold I'm beyond up set... the store phone number is [protected]... they argued in the background about not delevering to me which they did 3 weeks prior! Pizza Hut missing item on this order and my last order

So everyone that knows me, knows I absolutely love pizza, which means I order pizza like alot.. & Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order from. I normally get either a create your own pizza or the Chicken Alfredo which comes with an order of breadsticks for 9$ I always pay.50 cents to get marinara for my breadsticks. Well I ordered food maybe a week and a half ago and ordered separately.50 cent marinara to go with it, they deliever and I didn't have the marinara. So I go to order agian today and asked if they would throw in a side of it for my breadsticks which I didn't get with my last order. They did but then I go to eat and find this on my box... which if I get the same thing every time I order I know it's not included and I have to buy separately which I did just didn't receive it with my last order, then they also forget to send a 2 liter today. I bought two and only was given one so I call up, without seeing my box first which I feel like they are lucky because I would of probably been very rude due to it not being my fault it being theirs and them trying to prove something about it being sold separately anyhow she says ok... then silence so I say okay? then she asked if I would like one to be brought down... um yes I paid for it.. I just feel it was very uncalled for, for them to put that on the box when I literally order 5 or more times a month.. I hate [censor] because I know how it is to work in the food industry. & I also know it's 50 cents but I was nice on the phone and simply just ASKED if they would throw it in because they forgot last time. Just feel like they didn't have to be a damn smart [censor] and write on my box especially with forgetting the item last time and also forgetting another item this time. I have never have a problem with them before but they forget one thing one time and have to pretty much be [censor] about it. Very unsatisfied. I want whoever to find out who wrote on the box and to make it known it's unacceptable. Very rude. What did they write on your box? And if you know how it is to work in a restaurant you should know being an [censored] to the employees is only going to piss them off resulting in poor service or some "extras" on your food.

Saying the people working with were lucky because you weren't an [censored] over a two litre and 50 cents is ridiculous. The only way these people were lucky is when you squeezed your fat [censored] out the door and waddled the remaining 20 feet to your piece of [censored] car. They all laughed at you for being out of shape after your 20 foot waddle.

Pizza Hut late food - wrong pizza - and burnt pizzas

We ordered 11 pizza and this is what 7 of them looked like, the one stuffed crust was suppose to have pepperoni on it instead we received 2 plan stuffed crust pizzas, we ordered every 2 weeks from Pizza hut from $150. to $200.00 this one tipped the cake, we ordered online at 9.23am on 12-6 2017 the Pizza was not delivered until 12.50pm, we had called and told Pizza Hut to deliver in the back and the driver went to the front, we had also called at 12.20pm and was told it would reach us in 15 to 20 min but we were not told it would be burnt pizza this left a very bad taste in 7 peoples mouth with Pizza Hut. the ticket num is 0003 online order Pizza Hut num 026565 Phone num is PIZZA HUT [protected] paid $148.44, order by very dissatisfied customer

Pizza Hut fort collins store

I ordered a pizza Saturday night and I know it's a weekend night so I was NOT expecting it to take 20 minutes, but it took just minutes under an hour. When I received the pizza it was cold. The online tracker updated the pizza to out for delivery just minutes before I received it from the driver. Since I do live close to your location here in Fort Collins, I still tipped the driver because I do not believe it was their fault, but this location either needs to hire people or the honest about its timing for orders and the fact that the pizza will show up cold. My pizza order was $22 for a specialty pizza and I tipped the driver $5 without knowing the pizza would be cold once I got inside. I spent almost $30 for a cold pizza and waited well over the wait time it said when ordered.

The following day I called several times with no answer after being put on hold. I sent a message to the National Facebook Pizza Hut page and it was red and never replied to. I have a feeling that this will receive the same response. I will never order another Pizza Hut pizza and this has been a tradition of mine for many years. My whole family as well and even lots of my co-owners at the brewery I'm part owner of.

In the future, we will spend our hard-earned money on different companies and urge others to do the same. Please improve your quality and service.

Pizza Hut burnt and dried pizza

I ordered two pizzas in the pizza that came to my door were burnt they were dry the toppings were burnt and blackened the pizza was cold it took them over an hour and some change to get to me and I only live four minutes from the location I called and ask for a credit because I did not want to wait an additional hour for the pizza and here I am can't get full credit for my pizza that I purchased last night
