Upon receiving the food i havent checked it if complete because another delivery has arrived. Upon checking it on the kitchen i noticed that the drinks was not given by the rider.

Pizza Hut Incorrect order

I preordered pizza for my husband and son's birthday. My brother in law went to the store at 130 pm for an order that was suppose to be ready by 145 pm. When he arrived the screen showed order was almost ready. He waited and waited...finally at 200 pm he asked the lady at the register and she could hardly speak and was nodding off in the middle of the conversation. Finally a man came from the back and tried to help. The lady told my brother in law that she was the GM and she would credit my account for the long wait. My brother in law at this point had call us to ask exactly what we had ordered online (and paid for). We told the guy exactly what we ordered and he said "Oh I have it right here. Finally at 240 the guy in the back gave him the order. My brother in law arrived at the house and it was not the food we had ordered. We was pizza a large pizza, cinnamon sticks and the pizza we did receive was incorrect. I called the store and immediately was put on hold. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes a lady comes on the line. She had slurred speech. I told her exactly what was wrong and she said I will give you a $20 credit. I told her no that was not acceptable. I paid over $49 for my order and I wanted a full credit. Not only was the order short of what I had ordered it was completely wrong. I told her again I received pepperoni and pineapple pizza instead of ham and pineapple and I was pizza one of the Dinner Boxes I ordered. She said again "so you were missing one pizza, I'll give you a $20 credit. I asked her who owned the store and she said no one. I asked her who the district manager was and she said there was not one. She said I had an attitude and I said yes, yes I do. I wasted $50.00 plus the gas it cost to get the pizza, along with, being embarrassed that our guest did not have food worth eating at the party. I did ask the person on the phone if she was on drugs. I could tell over the phone there was something wrong with her. My brother in law said she could not hardly speak when he was at the store and I confirmed that when I was on the phone with her. I am so disappointed in this Pizza Hut. This occured 7/30/22 in Vancleave, MS. My order number was 322073009383100132038209. I would like a refund of $49.20 and an apology for the service we did not receive.

Pizza Hut Attitude Problem of Servers

Dated today, July 29, 2022, at around 3:40pm when we dine-in in Pizza Hut Robinsons Lipa City Branch. The moment we enter the restaurant we were immediately asked if we're going to dine-in, then we answered 'yes'. The female server gave us the menu, and said we call her if we have decided what to eat. And we decided to order the 599 promo which includes 1 regular pizza, 3 spaghetti and a mojos but mojos isn't available so they switched it with a sausage roll. After we said we have ordered, the attitude changed so fast, she served the plates and just drop it on the table, (I have worked as service crew before on a restaurant and fast food so I know how genuine and pleasant a server can be). Next, the drinks were served the same way, and the serving was so slow, the spaghetti was served first and we decided to eat it immediately until it's hot, also we are in a hurry as we still need to shop for school needs and others in the mall. Then, just as we are about to finish eating the spaghetti, pizza was then served and finally we were done eating, sausage rolls were not served yet. We're calling the attention of the two servers on duty, one male and one female, as we are going to pay and just takeout the rolls.

Almost 10 minutes had gone by, nobody's approaching us and I looked at the two on the counter, for them yo feel that we have been waiting for them, I then had an eye contact with the male server, but still did not approach us.

Sausage rolls came, then the bill, my mom put the money and leave a tip, still. I understand that the female server needs to work fast, but should have treated us way better

ATTITUDE IS OVERFLOWING!

JUST BECAUSE WE ONLY ORDERED A 599 PROMO MEAL DOESN'T MEAN WE CAN'T AFFORD MORE.

DISCRIMINATION AND MISTREATMENT OVERLOAD!

SUPER RUDE AND NOT APPETIZING TO EAT WITH.

FOODS ALSO TASTE YEAH, FRESHLY-MICROWAVED.

I WANT AN ACTION AND RESPONSE WITH THIS.

Desired outcome: I would a response, name of the server, the given action to her, and an APOLOGY.

Pizza Hut Pizza Hut Delivery

I ordered an item and waited 2 hours for delivery for them to tell me that my order was dropped. They didn't call or anything. They told me to call Door Dash-- who also dropped my order.

I decided (same day) to try old Pizza hut again, perhaps they were busy. I was still hungry. No arrival PERIOD. NO CALL. I had to ring the phone 6 times, and then I was put on permanent hold.

I am out of a vehicle right now, but I could have been an invalid or shut- in.

THIS IS ZERO CUST. SERV. HELP THEM, THEY ARE A WRECK!

Desired outcome: I think they need to be assessed and trained over there. Forgive me for thinking they should be able to perform a simple cook and delivery. It was a 1 topping cheese crust.

Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza

I constantly order from the Cicero, NY (Rte11, Cicero, NY 13039) location. I am unsure what their problem is?! I repeatedly order online, requesting NO SAUCE on the pizza, as my Daughter can't eat sauce! They ALWAYS PUT SAUCE ON IT! I have complained daily to the store Manager, Emily. She has been very sweet, and gracious, telling me that she doesn't know why they keep making mistakes on a daily basis. I can't take it anymore though! I shouldn't have to call the store everyday telling them that I request NO SAUCE on the pizza, right after I place the order online, that CLEARLY STATES: NO SAUCE! I am fed up, disgusted, and honestly wondering the the heck is wrong with these people?!?!?!?! Something needs to be done at that store ASAP! DoorDash has kindly refunded me numerous times, but, I don't feel that its their responsibility. It is Pizza Hut's FAULT! I am LIVID! Pizza Hut phone order nightmare

I am highly upset trying to get a hold of someone on the pohone to do my order, finally get a person on the phone only to be put on hold, then hung up on. Call again, to try and change my order same thing happened, so called again to cancel my order and on hold again, I just want to cancel the order due to being on the phone over 65 minutes with no resolution yet. After 6 times of calling no response. How do I get anybody on the phone grrr! I just want to cancel this order I know it will show up as a bad mark on me. But at this point I do not want to do buisness with pizzahut anymore

Pizza Hut Delivery of product

I have been a Pizza Hut customer for over 15 years, my address, phone number and e-mail have not changed in any way in that time yet when I responded to one of the e-mail promotions that is sent to me daily, the website for some unknown reason wanted me to pick a store, update my address which has not changed, tried to enter an incorrect address based on my location, then did not provide any method for actually entering my correct details typed out on this pop-up requirement. There was no "enter" button. I was online for 45 minutes and then for 30 minutes on the phone last night, 21/7/2022 and got nowhere. I tried to call again today, 22/7/2022 and despite advising the phone prompt that I live at Carina, for some unknown reason got transferred to Mt. Gravatt store, which makes no sense at all as there at least 2 stores closer. I am a life member and Secretary of the local cricket club and have ordered literally hundreds of pizzas there and at home over the years with no problem. Why has this changed? If you continue to send promotional e-mails, why won't the site allow me to order?

Pizza Hut I did not receive my complete order.

I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app to be picked up at the Bamberg, SC restaurant and paid for my order. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with 5 breadsticks. When my order was picked up, there were no breadsticks with the order. The person at the register stated there were no breadsticks ordered. However, I took a screenshot of my order confirmation, but the young man stated that he could not do anything and that I would have to wait until his manager comes in at 4:00 pm.

Desired outcome: Either a refund or credit. Also, employees should be able to rectify a situation as long as the customer has proof without having to wait 4 hours.

Pizza Hut service

We ordered 7/20/2022 from the store on 1490 whiskey rd aiken sc 29803 at 533 pm said 20-30 min- confirmation number 3220720163347001313037749- well after 50 min and no delivery we called and were told the system was down and our pizza was not being made - we were NEVER CALLED- and told this WHY?

They offered to delivery it after we called in an hour to hour and half later - It will now take 2-3 days to get money back-fine- not the point if your system is down and you can see the order CALL SOMEONE!

NOT HAPPY as this is not the first time we have had to deal with this

Pizza Hut Great shift leader but rude store manager

Pizza Hut on a sale, store 4659, the shift lead Parker is always amazing when I go there, he makes sure my food is always fresh and top notch, he’s super nice and honestly one of the best shift leaders I’ve had to deal with, the store manager however, every time I’ve gone she’s been completely rude to customers, she has an attitude and half the time complains about not wanting to be there while everyone else is working their butts off, she has everyone doing things for her while she does nothing but complain, if she can’t deal with running a store and dealing with customers then she shouldn’t be working in customer service

Pizza Hut Not being able to pay with cash in your restaurant

We visited your Thurmaston branch in Leicester on Saturday the 16th of July. We were seated and given the menus to then be told that it was card payments only. We only had cash on us, which meant we were not able to stay. Cue 3 very disappointed children, one of whom this was the birthday treat for. Our middle boy has SEN and this resulted in an almighty meltdown in the car park and us having to find alternative arrangements for dinner. I am absolutely disgusted that you no longer offer cash as a method of payment, and can honestly say I will not be visiting any of your restaurants as a result of this.

Desired outcome: To accept that cash payments should still be accepted across all of your restaurants.

Pizza Hut General manager complaint

Natosha Fearrin Is the GM at the Pizza Hut where my 16 year old daughter Ava Dodson works. Natosha’s 16 year old daughter Sara has been dating a manager named Dylan Conkright. Dylan is flirtatious with other young females at work and this is causing discrimination against my daughter. Natosha refuses to go by the availability schedule offered to employees. She won’t accept the availability so my daughter Ava cannot request specifically days off in the proper time frame. At the beginning of June she tried to request off her sisters birthday because we had a birthday dinner planned. She told Natosha the issue and it was ignored then Ava was scheduled on her sisters birthday June 29. I called pizza and said she was not going to be at work on the 29th. This week Natosha has Ava scheduled Tuesday 7/12/22 from 2-4pm and that is it for the week when Avas availability is Tuesday-Sat. I believe she is trying to get Ava to work elsewhere by cutting her hours. Also isn’t it against policy for a 21 year old manager to be dating a 16 year old employee?

Desired outcome: I think Natosha should be demoted or transferred to another location. I think Dylan should be transferred or demoted also. This is all extremely unprofessional

Pizza Hut Pizza

I ordered online a pizza from pizza hut. when my husband brought it home it looked as if someone picked off of it a piece was missing. I called the store Manager to inform him of my findings of the pizza, he was not accommodating nor did he tried to give good customer. Pizza Hut Delivery driver

Ive Worked at pizza hut for almost a year now and it started out pretty good was making 1.75 per delivery which helped cover the gas and gave me a little extra for maintenance but here recently they decided to go by mileage so I did some checking in only getting back half of the fuel I use for deliveries which is [censored] where using our vehicles for your deliveries and having to pay for half your gas I've never worked anywhere where I had to pay to work and y'all claim y'all ain't making any money just remember if it wasn't for us employees y'all wouldn't be making [censored] so why don't yall quit [censored]ing us and treat us right

Pizza Hut Customer service

Order a supreme pizza they gave me time to pickup when I got there wasn't ready she kept saying 10 mins, well them 10 minutes turn in a Hour and 20, minutes, I was supposed to get cinnamon bread free because, it was my birthday never got them they was never cook them I just told her never mind I'm on a broke heel and that standing i was in pain. 404 North side drive Valdosta, GA 31601! Worst customer service in history I place the order online it said It will be ready in 45 minutes, so we waited until that time when I got there she kept saying 10minutes, well them 10minutes was a hour and 20 minutes, the pizza was not in the Warmer, on the counter it sat they didn't even cooked the cinnamon sticks I'm on a broke heel and in pain she tells me its going to be another 20 minutes, I said just give me my Pizza and let me go home. And she kept walking off and its a lobby full of people. You, seriously need to retrain them on customer service, and teach to quit lying. I want a refund. I live in Blue Ridge GA 30513, I live approx 1 mile from the restaurant. Ordered at 5:30, received about 7:11 to be delivered. It was cold...I understand it was a holiday evening and all, but that is ridiculous! I attempted to call about the order and was on hold for 18 minutes to speak with someone! The driver arrived before I got to speak w/anyone! Ridiculous!

Pizza Hut Pcphrewards

I was checking my reward points on pcphrewards.com to redeem my points for merchandise and it gave me a new reward card number. It did not give me a verification code. It gave me 25 points and rewards and told me to scratch the silver screen on my phone to reveal my verification code which clearly is not something that works. Pizza Hut Management

John "Jack" Schwab, the stores general manager is a complete [censored]. I worked for Pizza Hut for two years, from July 2019-July 2021, at 4 different stores in that span, and never had an issue with anyone, until I started working with him. The area manager Sue Giberson, who is on her way out as of late July for retirement, is not much help either. She has been trying to cover up Jacks unprofessionalism since the day Jack and I were transferred to that particular location. Jack has been accused of being a racist by a former employee, which in Jacks words lead to court proceedings. He has admittingly, and in a bragging manner, had sex with at least one other Pizza Hut employee, I can provide the name of the employee. I personally have seen Jack face to face in a screaming/hollering match in the front house of the store with a customer, in which I thought was the most pathetic attempt of customer service I've ever seen. I'm now an Uber driver, and had a delivery from this Pizza Hut. After Jacks attempt to intimidate me, and again his unprofessionalism, I'm writing this. I've already tried to contact Brent Slazwedel, who is one step above Sue Giberson in the lovely corporate chain.

Desired outcome: Termination. This combined with anyone who checks the past should realize he is a ticking time bomb.

Pizza Hut Pizza delivery and customer service

I ordered a pizza from your restaurant on 06/12/2022 ticket number 00113. For Joe campos I ordered a large pepperoni at approximately 6:37 pm, the order didn’t arrive until 8:57 pm also there customer service is just completely very unsatisfactory, the counter person in the background was using vulgar language speaking to others what sounded like co workers. My pizza was very cold and very late arrival. I demand someone put some attention to this restaurant staff because this is not the first time I have problems with this particular restaurant. Other restaurant staff are more professional.

Desired outcome: No goo outcome I payed for a cold and very late arrival pizza which I did eat. I will never order from your restaurant ever again or any other restaurant this is un exceptable . You just lost lots of customers due to their negligence.
