Pizza Hut A very messed up order and very rude people and prices too high

I have tried to report this 2 or 3 times. I'm told that Pizza Hut cares and yet I hear no more once I report this.

I had a terribly messed up order. And another complaint is that my local pizza hut's prices are sky high in this time of Covid when so many are struggling for work and income.

So I don't get to order pizza very often. But I had a really bad day last Monday and I just wanted a nice meal delivered that might cheer me up.

So I ordered and "Suzi" who took my order set it for carry out when I ordered delivery, and I guess my pizza just sat there for an hour, until I called again.

I called Suzi back and she tried to charge me again for the pizza - and she yelled at me because she said it was carry out - when I had ordered delivery and told her the hotel I was in, and room #.

Suzi frustrated me so badly, that I asked for a manager. I got a manager, Madison, who was rude too.

I finally got my pizza. I was told it was 10% off but it looked to me like it was MORE, not less!

Nobody cares about this but I used to love Pizza Hut and this local one just sucks.

I don't know why Pizza Hut doesn't care about its own community or customers. If we all stop coming to Pizza Hut, I guess they might have to close their doors.

I felt attacked actually - discriminated against and certainly treated very rudely!

And online reports have done no good.

Pizza Hut Ordering by phone

November 29 2020 I called to order large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with cheese and bacon. I was put on hold. 10 minutes and I'm still on hold so my son called the number of pizza in sudbury ontario on the barrydowne, same number that I called and still on hold and it just rang and rang and rang so my daughter takes her cellphone calls the number and bang she gets through and places the order while now I have been on hold for 20 minutes and no one answers and my son his call is still ringing no answer. Now can you explain to me my daughter got through but yet I called first and was on hold for 20 minutes and was still on hold when I hung up same as my son who it just rang for him. I went to pick up the order and I asked the girl why it was that she put me on hold but yet my daughter got through. She told me that she was all alone no one to help her. I told her that she should pick up the first call first but she didn't care. Service in that store in terrible. It used to be so good. Not impress. I used to be a loyal customer and the reason I pick it up is that they don't deliver where I live. I live 25 minutes from the store. So after the experience I got in getting through to place my order I will have no choice but to go elsewhere.

Pizza Hut Pizza I ordered was not correct and the Employee insisted that's what I ordered

I went to the Pizza Hut on Euclid Ave. in East Cleveland, Ohio. I placed my order and because of covid you can't check your order. Once I was home I discovered my pizza was incorrect. I called and spoke to the employee and she was very nasty and rude. Every time I visit this location I experience a problem. I will never purchase another item from that location and I will let everyone that I know not to also. I contacted the corporate office which was a huge waste of time. I have yet to hear from anyone. The incident happened october 30, 2020. There is no wonder why the employee's treat the customers the way they do. The management procedures are ignored. From now own I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Pizza Hut Very bad service at a pizzahut location

I ordered a pizza at 1030am Sunday November 22 2020 online for pickup at 1120am, I walked in the door at 1119 to pick up my pizza when I received it, It was burnt I asked could they remake it, moments later I was approached by the manager who refused to give her name and immediately refused to remake my pizza and said she would be giving me a refund I tried to convince her to remake it but she refused so I asked for the district manager number or a complaint line To call she said no go find it on the internet, I don't know if this is the proper way about filing a complaint but I will also be filing a complaint through the better business bureau because I never been mistreated or disrespected the way this woman did for no reason

First of all I am sure that you were rude to her first and the reason she "mistreated" you was because of this. Second of all her name is none of your business. Finally, she has a right to refuse service to rude customers. If you don't want to be mistreated do not mistreat others.

Pizza Hut Non informative and order incorrect unethical behavior

I ordered 3 large pizzas and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes, When I got there to get my pizza, I called to let them know and the girl said I got you, so after waiting outside for another 30 minutes, I call back and was told the same thing (I got you). After 10 more minutes I called back and ask if she was coming to deliver my pizza, She then told me to drive around o the window. We we never told that in the beginning, One pizza had ingredients on it that shouldn't be on it and when I ask the girl why she didn't specify driving to the window she said "Like for real we are closed on the inside" very rude!

Pizza Hut Delivery

Placed an order at 5:13 pm for pizza and cheese sticks. We were told food would arrive by 6:15 pm. Pizza finally arrived at 6:50 pm - 35 minutes late. It was extremely cold! Cheese sticks were so cold we couldn't eat them. I will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again! Very dissatisfied!

Pizza Hut Credit card billing

On November 5 at 3:56 I ordered a Pizza at the store at 2001 Katy Mills Boulevard in Katy Texas. The order # is 3201105155621001332032245. When I arrived to pick up my order, they could not find the order. The manager ultimately found it and said it would be ready in 30 Minutes. I told her to cancel the order and when questioned, she stated I would receive a credit for the order (I had charged the $18.93 to my Visa Card when I ordered).

On 11-9-2020 I sent an email to to Customer Service asking why my Visa Card had not been credited. The email stated someone from the local store would contact me within three days.

On 11-13-2020 I sent a follow up email that the charge was still on my account and no one from the local store had called me. I received a response that someone would contact me within three days.

On 11-16-2010 I sent a follow up email about no local response. I got the same response.

It is now 11-20-20. Still no local response.

I do not want someone form this store to call me. I just want this charged credited to my account. Please let me know if this is going to happen or not.

Pizza Hut Phone number for the 40065 store says it’s not open and hangs up.

The store is supposed to be open at 11 am. No information on the hours are given. Just. We're not open. Then hangs up. Very rude. My phone number is [protected]. I just want to order a pizza.

Pizza Hut Late food bad food

Ordered online, got a message of when food would be ready. Once I got there, I had to wait 25 minutes. The food was no where near done. When I got home and opened the box, it looked like it was half eaten before I got it.

Pizza Hut Rude Customer Service and food wasn't made as I asked due to technical errors

I placed an order online for a large 3 topping pizza and a 12 pc wing (buffalo mild) I called in at 11:45 to let the manager know that the pizza was supposed to have been light sauce and it didn't come over to them such as light sauce the male that answered the phone named Raymond told me it didn't come over as light sauce and he refused to make another one because of that I even asked could I get it tomorrow because they are closed he told me no I could file a complaint and he's not going to replace it at all due to it not being ordered like that. Raymond's customer service skills and handling complaints is horrible and it wouldn't have cost him nothing to replace it either way. If you look up all my previous orders they are all light sauce every last one of them that I order for myself and I 'know what his problem is but he don't need a job an/or he needs to be retrained or replaced you do not ARGUE with a customer period.

Pizza Hut I order a meat lover pan pan garlic crust large with red onion black olives mushroom and it tasted spoiled

The meat or sauce of crust just did not taste right. When I contacted the office on 1116 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43612
The manager told me there was nothing he could do because I waited until the next day

The reason for me not calling last night was because I was the last order they closed at 11:00pm

by the time my pizza was order after 10:00 and was picked up close to closing time.

I think the manager did not handle my situation professionally and did not take in consideration that I could get food poison if the products used were spoiled.
I spent close to $30.00 that I had to throw away. The pizza smelled and tasted like vomit.
I have never had a problem before and a routine customer. That should of counted for something
Not to be told there is nothing he could do..

Pizza Hut Ordered incorrect

OCT 02, 2020 At 6:57 pm, I placed an order by phone #[protected] to be picked up at N. Henry Blvd, Stockbridge, Ga. ticket # 0108. I was told that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes. After paying for order I was told it would be 5 minutes which was fine. The problem is that the order wasn't ready for a total of 45 minutes. It was given at me at 7:38 pm. When I got home and looked at pizza, it had green peppers which I requested that I did not want any green peppers. I would like to request a refund . We removed green peppers from pizza but you could still taste them.

The way I see it if you had no issue eating the pizza then you should have no issue paying for it. If you cannot afford their prices try going to a soup kitchen or getting frozen pizza.

Pizza Hut Coupon not accepted on line order

Ordered a large 1- topping pizza and a large speciality pizza (veggie lovers) on 10/01/2020 at 6:32 pm tried to use coupon for $22.99 coupon code 32. Would not accept coupon. I tried several times but nothing. I ended up paying $48.46 for delivery of the two pizzas, more than 2 times the amount of the coupon. I did not realize the amount until after the order was placed.

Pizza Hut Parmesan and peppers

The Pizza Hut in my town just recently started charging for the Parmesan and Peppers. Instead of packets, now they offer shakers for $1.00 each. I declined as these things should automatically come with a pizza order, at minimum, 1 packet per slice. It's a normal condiment for pizza! Good grief! I'm disappointed in you Pizza Hut. It's time to look elsewhere. There's better pizza out there anyway.

As I waited in my vehicle for my pizza order, I just watched an employee walking around the store without a mask. As I saw who this employee was, I realized it was the same person that had literally stood 1 foot away from me moments ago at the neighboring food lion without a mask at checkout. I am so upset and disappointed in the lack of protocols and safety this location has in place. Not to mention, that I am working in the front lines for the plasma pharmaceutical company Grifols, covering all of the plasma centers in North Carolina, trying to collect convalescent plasma for the COVID-19 patients, and then I see employees working for you working against the mission of safety. When I addressed this, a female supervisor argued with me that she instructed the employee to put on a mask. However, I explained to her that the mask should be on before entering the store. She continued to argue that she was new and was still figuring things out. Just for verification purposes, my online order number was 3200917152146001411014472.

Pizza Hut Phoned in order and price

I called the Irwin Pa Pizza Hut I requested a coupon order. She was rude. Just tell me what you want. Ordered 3 topping pizza, bread sticks and 2 liter Pepsi. Told her again I had a coupon gave her the code UT $15.99 . Told her pickup she told me the price was $18.01 even with 6% PA sales tax the most it should be was 16.95. I arrived called for pick up at car he said I needed to come in and pay I hadn't paid yet. Never was I asked to pay over the phone. I had 18 dollars cash waiting. I went in this time a gentleman told be it was 18.01 I questioned it showed him the coupon and he could not tell me how they got that number. He tried 3 times in the register and came up with the same. I told him forget it and gave him the $18 and walked out. He was clueless that he could have put the 15.99 in the machine and press tax and come up with the correct total.
Very dissatisfied with my service. I love your pizza but it will be a long time before I return to that store. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Pizza Hut First office visit

HELLO;
I order 2 pizzas to be delivery to the trunk of my car, when I get there I called the number to let them know about I was the so they can delivery my 2 pizzas to the trunk of my car, when they told me no they cant due to a warning tornado in effect, which I said of course no problem dont bring the 2 pizzas to my car I am going to go inside the store to pick up the pizzas, buy oohhh surprise I saw the employee getting outside to go to the mail box ? I dont understand why the employee can pick up the mail but, no delivered my 2 pizzas? so bad customer service please ask your employees to be more curtsied with the clients, this is unbelievable to accept and the pizza was uwfull bad no taste the douhg was really hard to eat? dont understand please pay your supervisor to fixed this issues . Pizza Hut Money deducted and not refunded

Hi,

My sister Erum shaikh ordered pizza on 18th August, 2020 for a friend. Her mobile number [protected].

Due to some error on Pizza hut website, she made the payment through debit card but it did not went through.

She placed the same order again and it was successful, but the money was deducted twice from our card.

she called pizza hut and explained them the case and they immediately cancelled the order and assured that the money will be refunded.

It has been 3 weeks that we did not received our refund, and when I called them today they did not speak properly, they were rude and said we cannot do anything without trying to understand or solve the problem.

I am attaching the screenshot of the call when we placed the order, the bank message for deduction twice for reference. Please look into the matter.

I need my refund of amount AED 65.50 and they really need to learn how to speak with a customer.
