Hi good day
I have place order to Pizza Hut thru webpage on 19/1/2020 at 6.40 PM (Malaysia time) and I suppose to receive my delivery at 7 pm but I did not receive.
I called the customer service at [protected] more than 5 times and only response they give will ask the area manager to call. Unfortunately more than 1 hour I waited but no reply. At 8.19 pm I receive a call from number 011-[protected], stating they have a technical issue and will settle the issue immediately but they failed too.
I tried calling the same number a couple of times but they swift off the phone.
Here I am really very disappointed with the service of Pizza Hut Malaysia.
Till now, I did not even receive any call from them and even got refunded.
I feel this is another form of E-Commerce fraud.
I would lodge a complaint to CAP and also to the relevant authority

Order not confirmed through pizza hut app
I have placed on order through pizza hut app UAE, but the order didnt get confirmed. I have been charged twice from my card, but didnt receive any order confirmation from pizza hut. I am on hold with the customer care for almost an hour now and its not getting connected.

Online order of pizza through pizza hut app
This is to inform that we placed order for pizza through app today 19th Jan at around 7pm, after the online payment went through & money got deducted from our card, the pizza hut App got stuck & we did not recieve the order number or confirmation message and email.
Now we are left waiting without knowing whether order has been placed as we are unable to reach the customer care number as well, it says they are busy..
The money has been deducted from our card as shown in the photo attached below.

Pizza not even cut
Pizza wasn't even cut. I had to cut myself. The pizza was good but the pizza would of been better if it was cut right.

No delivery
I've been ordering from Pizza Hut in newcastle Oklahoma since I moved here. On January 2nd I placed an order for delivery as usual. Told me because they were one delivery person short that they could not deliver to me. I order 1-2 times a week and usually $25-40 worth each time. I hope this issue can be resolved, if it can't be resolved I will probably not eat at a Pizza Hut again.

I made a order of 1 pizza, bread sticks and 2 brownies. That total was over $41 and that is unacceptable. I will be going back to Domino's from now on. Triple treat box
The email we received was a little misleading. There was no icing on the Cinnabon rolls at all, and very little sauce for the bread sticks. My order had never arrived yesterday. My order number was 3201229122044001414029429. I wait and waited for my order and my order had never arrived.
Pizza was not received and money was not refunded.
I called and talked to customer service on Dec.19. He said the manager of the store would contact me within 3 days. I have not heard anything as of Dec 30th.I would like my money. I was on the phone for about 30 minutes telling him what happened. This is the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. I did not get my pizza that I paid for so just give me my money. No delivery was made. I had a fin supreme pizza to be delivered and never showed up!
I am staying at the Hyatt place in Worthington Ohio and I got a phone number from a delivery guy to call in for pizza to be delivered I called [protected]... The charge for the then supreme pizza large was 2198 that was charged on my credit card and that included the delivery.
The phone number was on the receipt that I was given... I am pretty upset!

Horrible serving size and burnt food
We ordered 3 large spaghettis with meat sauce on the side, you can clearly see they didn't want to make another plastic bag of sauce and divided into 3. Sauce is burnt! Noodles were clumped together. We ended one ate plain noodles to have other person combine all 3 sauces and I just ate the garlic bread. Not the first time we have had horrible food at this location. We have photo of when putting on noodles, it's a joke.
