Unethical behavior
Was traveling in Grenada, MS and staying at a hotel. I placed a carry out order with the local Pizza Hut online and paid for it, including a tip. The app said order under be ready in 30-40 min. The store was closed, locked and no one was there to give an explanation. No sign on door. It's been several days and we've not been issued a refund. No explanation...

Product unsatisfactory, cold and burnt
Ordered a chicago thick pizza, the ends were burnt, and the pizza was cold sauce was cold. Taste was terrible. Cheese was not even melted and my children would not eat it. I had to dispose of the product. I spent 20.00 including tip for driver, and had to purchase additional food for my children. Delivery was good have no problem with. Delivery was prompt, and contactless.

I am from oman - muscat.
On february 03, 2021 I ordered "thin crust" pizza through your call center number [protected] at 6.52 pm where a lady took my call.
I ordered for 1 large pizza "thin crust" super supreme and other carnivor (buy one get one deal) from your qurum branch.
My wife collected the pizza and brought home, when we opened it was regular pan pizza not a thin crust as ordered.
The lady at the call centre messed up the order (please go through the audio recording which you record when customer calls).
If this is the state of your service then it's not worth eating with pizza hut, and that includes the quality of food which has deteriorated.
Please don't bother to reply with the usual email apologizing etc.

I want my money back. I ordered a box pizza special from my local Pizza Hut. For whatever reason, I got soooo sick. I missed a day a work. It started with rolaids and ended up to omeprazole to calm the effects of the food. Completely unhappy, I want my card refunded for the $40 I spent. I had to throw away the remainder of left overs because what I ate after delivery affected me for the next two days. Not to mention, we are in the middle of covid quarantine if one gets a belly ache and shows signs of nausea, vomiting and bowel issues by visiting the bathroom too many times at work. VERY VERY UNHAPPY with the product. ISNT about the service or delivery time PURELY about the product. UNREAL. WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED for the pizza purchase $40 at least due to the fact I paid for the purchase, I paid for stomach aide remedies to avoid a covid quarantine, I lost a day of work and then how I felt the entire time.

I work for minden medical center and we do a lot of service with yall. We had an incident today where we ordered food around noon. Time went by and at 1 oclock I called them and they said they were short handed and had only one driver which is understandable. 130 the food still hasn't arrived. So my coworker called back and they stated it was dropped off at 1 oclock. So we called down stairs and talked to them at the ER table and they said they did have something from pizza hut but did not know who it was for. The driver left the pizza with them with no receipt, no name on the box to identify whose food it was for them to contact the correct floor. So when we received the food it was ice cold. We contacted the store and spoke to store manager and she was very rude to us and continued to be argumentative and then hung up on us. That is very unprofessional and us being a fairly big hospital they should have treated us with more respect than what we got. I am very disappointed in this store and will never do business with pizza hut again.
seems like it must be a training thing as I took tried to complain to the store only to be hung up on by not one, but TWO of the managers there. All they did was make excuses that they are busy and both hung up without any rudeness on my part. Basically too bad we got your money- Then when you try to call corporate you also get hung up on by a recorded message. Pizza hut click! NEVER AGAIN!

Actually this is regarding the Maharagama outlet. We ordered a chicken lasagna and it was very unsavory which I ever had. We went with intention of ordering 2 take away and 1 lasagna for dine in. Buy we changed that intention due to poor service and unexpected bad taste. But at evening we ordered 1 lasagna from kottawa-Sri Lanka and it was as usual. We don't care it that much if there were good, favorable customer service. But there wasn't. Really disappointed about Maharagama-sri Lanka while greatful to kottawa-pizza hut. They were very friendly.

Large pan pizza - service complaint
Ordered large pan pizza first week in January - special was 3 toppings. We ordered pepperoni as our 3 toppings. We we got the pizza home the pepperoni was so sparse it surely was not 3 toppings.
Called on January 17, 2021 to ordered another pizza. I explained about the pizza from the first week of January and again requested the three toppings be pepperoni. When my husband picked up the pizza, he opened the box and was disappointed by the amount of pepperoni. When he expressed his concern the gentleman was very loud and rude and said we were comparing Pizza Hut with Little Caesars. He said if we didn't like it to contact the main office at 1-800-948-8488. I took a picture of the pizza we received and it sure does not look like the advertisement on TV. I can forward the picture if I had a phone number that could receive it. How a FREE pizza is offered but they trick you
Ordered pizza, wings and baked macaroni. Orderd at noon to be delivered at 6pm that day. Did not receive order until almost 8pm. Everything was cold. We live about a mile from store so it should have arrived hot. Store manager lied to me about "it's going out right now" at 7pm. Was told by email that I could have a free pizza because because the order was late. Tried today to ordered a free pizza. Was told I have to ordered 12.00 to have it delivered. You have lost a customer. I will make sure everyone here knows what happened. Since quite a few of us dined on the cold food it will be no problem
