Delivery trouble
Hello,
My name is Bailey Cairns and I placed a delivery order from the Raytown, MO Pizza Hut on March 14th at 5:34 pm and didn't receive my order until two hours later.
When the pizza was about ten minutes late, I called the Raytown Pizza Hut which directed me to a general customer service line. I explained my situation to the operator. She checked on the Raytown Pizza Hut and explained that they only had two drivers and I was 11th in line to receive my order. She said she would change the type of order to carry-out and I could go pick it up 15 minutes from when we hung up the phone.
I went to the Pizza Hut and there were, in total, 5 or 6 other customers in the cafe complaining about their orders as well.
When I talked to the staff member, she had one AirPod in her ear and her mask below her nose. She seemed annoyed, but from the looks of it, she had already a ton of complaints to deal with that night.
She said my pizza was delivered 12 minutes ago. Then she said, "No, the driver left 12 minutes ago." Which did not make sense. I live only 5 minutes away. My boyfriend checked and the pizza wasn't there. She said, "It must be on the way, then." I waited in the lobby until my boyfriend confirmed the order arrived. When I got home, the pizza wasn't hot, the topping on the crust wasn't on there, and it had been cut terribly. The wings were the wrong flavor (bbq instead of buffalo). I was so upset as this was my first time having Pizza Hut in a long time.
The delivery driver was very apologetic but the staff at the store was not at all. The driver urged us to contact customer service and they would refund the order. So here I am.
I spent ~ $40 that night and I feel scammed. We each had a piece and then threw the pizza away because it was so bad.
I know this isn't your fault but I would love some help to fixing it.

Pizza quality not good
My name is Sanju Peter, and I was a regular customer of Pizza Hut till yesterday. Yesterday I had a very bad experience from Pizza Hut Al Ittihad Rd. - Sharjah. I bought 2 pizzas from the counter. Usually, we can see the pizza is coming from the machine and packing and delivering to the customer freshly. But yesterday things were different. They deliver me the pizza from a room, back side of the kitchen. The packets feel cold. Normally when they deliver, we can feel the heat from the packet. But yesterday it was cold. When I served the Pizza to my family, all my family members including my younger son (5 Years) told me the pizza is not good and tastes like spoiled food.
We all ate a maximum 1 piece and threw the balance to the garbage. I am 100% sure that the pizza was prepared long back, and you have delivered the spoiled food.

I was overcharged.
I ordered Pizza Hut on line 3/16/2021, my card was charged $90.19. My order was 65.36 before selecting 15% = 9.80 in gratuity for a total 75.16. I spoke with Ryan (the manager?) for help to fix the decency to no avail. So my card was overcharged 15.03. I would please like to have this remedied ASAP.

I placed an order on 02-24-21. My debit card was charged $29 and some change. I never got my order delivered. Call the store, he said they didn't deliver to my neighbor after dark. Profiling? They advised they called but didn't leave a message. Why not? Setting on my phone.

Pizza breadsticks wings
Once again finally tried our neighborhood Pizza Hut and it took an hour for my order to get here after it left the store. We received cold hard pizza, hard breadsticks and cold boneless wings which are the only edible thing for the 37$ spent. I really would like a refund and not more coupons that I won't use. Every time I order from holt rd Pizza Hut I have issues. Really wish they would get it together. We used to love Pizza Hut.

I ordered the Detroit style pizza with extra meat on the whole thing. I got 6 regular pepperonis on each side with over kill of sauce. This was the worst pizza I had in years! Granted I don't order pizza hut but thanks for reminding me why. There was absolutely no bacon or baby pepperonis on it. Nothing that I ordered. It was a big dough and sauce loaf!

Your service sucks.. I spend an hour trying to get a pizza delivery listening to a pizza motivational speaker on recording.. No mention that my call will ever be answered. I ordered chicken from popeyes which will be delivered shortly... The entire time, still listening to that horrid recording from your brand that repeats and repeats and repeats... Going in the inevitable way of "pizza inn". After writing this... Still listening to the advertisement on hold... Only because I was curious if I would reach anyone... Oh well!
