I ordered food bbq wings and bread sticks it took over a hour and it was cold. I called to see where my order was and couldn't hardly hear the girl and was rude . The delivery guy is super nice .

First order: the guy that responded confirmed my phone number and address a billion times. Didn't tell me they can't record an international number. 1.5 hours later I called and no-one knows anything about my order.

Renewed order: the guy is very very rude and shouts at me while I'm ordering and has no patience to even hear my order. And if I change my mind on something he shouts too because apparently I don't have the right to do that.

The first person told me there's an offer with 3 pizzas and a free drink (I chose juice cuz no-one drinks pepsi) for a certain amount. The second time the person told me it's only Pepsi so I didn't take the offer and ended up paying around 80 to 90 dhs extra. And when I asked him why he shouted and said "it's your fault you didn't listen"

So the ones who take the orders are just pathetically rude and honestly if they're too "above this job" please don't hire them. This is a very low standard for service in Dubai.

I ordered a personal pan pizza. Whoever took the order, wrote their name to authorize a tip without my permission. The General Manager return the tip, and told me he would contact me as to an outcome, but that does not fix the problem. You have a thief working for you. I can press charges with the police department, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General Office, but want to talk to headquarters first to try and resolve this matter. I have a complete complaint written up, and the receipt for the transaction.

My pizza box seal was broken and there is a puddle of water on top of my pizza the water on top is not from condensation, the amount of water is just gross and when I tilt the box it moves and runs down the pizza its literally in the middle I took a screen shot of it if you need to see it the chicken is raw Pink the meat was not cooked the pizza was rushed out and not cooked thoroughly I ended up throwing away the pizza, we are in a pandemic and my box should not be tampered with .

I ordered in the app a pizza. The pizza was for curb side pick up. Waited 30 mins. Never got my pizza. Went inside the store: manager was the worst in the world. I asked for a refund because he said he was too busy. He never gave me my money back. I called to complaint to head quarters 3 times. I just want my money back. Never got it. It has been more than 4 weeks now.

I ordered online for delivery. Nowhere on their website states that Doordash would make the delivery. I paid a top of 15% for the delivery. My surprise when doordash shows up at my door with my pizzas. The receipt shows a delivery fee of 3.99 but no tip. I asked the driver if she's getting the tip I but online. Where did my top go? Shady stealing

As usual, the delivery from izza hut, in reynoldsburg, oh,
is not doing well!

i ordered izza hut @ 6:05. The estimated delivery time was 55 minutes.

It is now 8:00ish. Still no delivery has arrived!

now i have been holding with, my comlaint for over 30 minutes.

For years You had the Hawaiian Pineapple Pizza. I drove truck cross country, nothing was better than knowing you could order that pizza. Then all the sudden you cancelled it across the nation. I was so disappointed i never ordered pizza from the hut again. Now your advertisements say you can have a pineapple, ham, bacon pizza. Shame on you for canceling in the first place.. Still not purchasing your pizza, in fact Wal-Mart pizza is better and cheaper. Former customer for years..

Please see pictures. Direct marketing sent 4 times in the ladt 5 weeks and now the main page on app. Not available at that location (2nd photo). Wrong, the store referenced DOES include Tastemaker on their menu - they don't know why it is "not available" online ehere it is advertised
Have called, written and even tweeted corporate customer service. Sent additional information upon request and sm always told that it will be reviewed. Five weeks later ads keep coming. Bait & switch. Corporate knows exactly what it is doing. Nonresponsive to consumer

Hello I placed an order online and and the delivery guy took it to the wrong house. So I called the store on 3001 50th St

United States And they said the delivery guy said he left it on the front porch but we didn't get anything. So I called again and they said that they would remake the food and have it delivered. I am not happy with having to wait this long I want a refund because I tipped the delivery guy and for him to get it wrong I don't think he should have gotten a tip. I want a refund

Starting on or about 24SEP2021, we began to receive phone calls from persons stating that they wish to order a pizza, or having a complaint about an existing Pizza Hut Order. In speaking with some of these customers, we were told that the phone number had been provided in an "email" or "text" sent out by Pizza Hut.
Our phone number, [protected], has been assigned to us since July 2019.
This is the third series of occurrences of this type since July 2019. Each occurrence has resulted in us contacting Pizza Hut Customer Service to file a complaint.
Currently, we are receiving more than three dozen erroneous phone calls a day attempting to reach Pizza Hut, at all hours of the day and night, making our life stressed and disordered.

I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered at 8:52pm. I waited till about 9:30pm and it said it was delivered. I never received it so I went to the store I ordered from and the delivery guy said he just left from there and nobody answered. I told him I was waiting for it since 8:50 before it was supposed to be delivered and it never arrived. I saw my order sitting on the counter and they said they couldn't do anything for me that they canceled it and the money should be back on my card but on the Pizza Hut website and app it shows it was delivered. They even kept the 125 points I used towards the bbq wings. I am very disappointed in their service and how they treated me when I went into the store.

My husband and I used to order from our local Pizza Hut (Stockton, KS 67669) and always though the food was fantastic as well as the service. Recently my husband has had to remove gluten from his diet and while Pizza Hut offers gluten free in some locations, it is not available here. I would like to see it become a product that we could order. I don't understand why it can't be available at all locations. Until it becomes available here, you have lost a loyal customer.

My pizza delivery store always changes. Normal store should be and is JBR Dubai store but every now and then the order goes to Jebel Ali, Knowledge Village and today to Gardens store. It is a mess.
Also, My saved address es keep on adding every time. As of now there are more than two dozen saved addresses for same house of mine. Please fix the issue once and for all. It is troublesome to do it so often. Today my order is placed at 1935 hours; it is 2050 hours now. My order is yet to be delivered as after calling up they changed the store manually to another wrong store instead of the always JBR Dubai. Th executive does not understand that all my previous orders are from that store. Phew!

My name is Taneisha, I ordered a large three topping pizza from the location on West Airport and FM 1464 in Houston, TX. The pizza was ordered as hand tossed with light cheese. Toppings included pepperoni, bacon and jalepenos. Once pizza was picked up and I returned home, I noticed the pizza was burnt and thin crusted. I sat outside the location for curbside for over ten minutes. I called the location back, not sure the name but I assume he's a manager, very rude. Told me he made the pizza how I ordered it and basically I was wrong. He made me drive back to location and argued with me more because he gave me a medium instead of large and stated, "How are you going to tell me its not large, I made it." I am still not satisfied with the pizza or service for that matter. I mean the guy didn't even apologize, he offered no accommodations. I just would like a refund. Please assist.
