On April 3, 2007, Mike Davis, owner of Pitbull Motorcycles in Orlando, Florida cashed our check for $42k. This money was to have a custom motorcycle built. Mike Davis stated that it would take approximately six weeks to complete the bike once the frame was received.

After many months of lies and broken promises, here we sit, eighteen months later with nothing but a useless title. Yes, you read it correctly... we never got the bike. Pitbull Motorcycles is now out of business. However, they are still advertising as being in business on their website as well as on myspace. The guy has to make a living, you know. :/

I am now kicking myself in the rear for playing the 'nice guy' role and giving him the benefit of the doubt each time he told me another lie. All this did was delay the chances of me getting the product or my money back as there are SEVERAL current civil suits against Mike Davis/Pitbull Motorcycles.

Mike Davis is an educated and conniving human being. He tells you exactly what you want to hear. No matter how mad you are at him, he will turn things completely around with his silver tongue and will have you believing him when the conversation ends. I don't know how this man sleeps at night.

We had to hire a private investigator to track him down and serve our summons because Mike Davis hid from the process servers for two months. Our private investigator sniffed him out in 5 hours and served his sorry behind. Mike Davis has 20 days to respond to the complaint in writing. We'll see if he does.

Check the public records for yourself. Go to the Orange County Comptroller's website and the Orange County Clerk's website. Several open cases exist.

Once a thief, always a thief. Too bad some ppl only have ethics, when convienent. I am sure he hasn't lost sleep for taking ppl's money for himself. An honest man would have made payments to pay someone back. That is why none of us should do business unless we know we are dealing with a reputable business and do a check on a companies' principles before giving away our hard earn money or trust. If a business owner could do it once, he will do it again. Hard lesson to learn.

It is ppl who get too disgusted with the system that allows ppl like Mike Davis to continue to rip others off. If the ppl who get ripped off by this shark in lamb's clothing would follow through with contacting all of the appropriate agencies like the State Attorney of Florida, The EPA, the IRS, and the COurt system, then this scumbad cannot continue his raping of the community. He is going to lie and steal so it is up to us to shout louder than him. Take him to court anc when you do, get relentless. Hire a private detective to trace down his money. He has it even though he spends it fast but get the goods and get your money back. If he hides it too well or spends it too fast, call the IRS. If he took your money, did not give you a bike or return your deposit, that is income for him. If he thinks he can hide his crimes in the corporation, get smarter than him and show the IRS what he is all about. They will become his new best friend. Get him where he hurts. Do NOT let him keep getting away with his scams. The only way to stop him is through YOUR money he lives on.

Tonya-Hope you will still fight this creep. If he made your 42k show the IRS he took the money and spent it, not on his company but on himself. Let them to the seek and destroy this lowlife.
