PinkBasis Terrible Quality and Service: Avoid This Website at All Costs!

This website is not good at all! The quality of the products is really bad. It looks like they are made very cheaply. I placed an order in the middle of June and when I received it 10 days later, two items were missing. I contacted them and it took more than a month, with 4 phone calls and 12 emails, to prove that there were two missing items. Finally, when I asked for a refund for the missing items, they told me that the money would be in my PayPal account in 5 business days. It has been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting! I have sent 6 more emails and I am still waiting! I would recommend that you avoid this website. It is the worst website ever! The service is very poor and the quality is terrible!

PinkBasis Terrible Experience with PinkBasis: Cheap Shoes and Horrendous Bathing Suit

I had a terrible experience with PinkBasis. I made the mistake of ordering a bathing suit and shoes from their website, and I regret it so much. The shoes were supposed to be a size 9, but they were way too small for my feet. I wear a size 8.5, so I thought ordering a size up would be safe, but I was wrong. The shoes were made of cheap material and looked nothing like the picture on the website.

The bathing suit was even worse. It was made of two pieces of material that were supposed to be twisted into a bikini top. The colors were horrendous, and the material was scratchy and uncomfortable. I was so disappointed with what I received, and I couldn't believe that this was what I paid for.

When I tried to return the items, I found out that PinkBasis doesn't allow returns on bathing suits. I was so frustrated and angry. I emailed their customer service to express my disappointment and request a refund, but all they did was send me their return policy. It was extremely deceiving, and I felt like I had been scammed.

I want to warn everyone to stay away from PinkBasis. Their products are terrible, and their customer service is even worse. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from this website. You'll only end up wasting your money and feeling disappointed.

PinkBasis Terrible Customer Service and Long Wait Times: My Disappointing Experience with PinkBasis

I can't believe how long I had to wait for my order from PinkBasis. I ordered three items along with two of my friends, and they both received their packages within a week. But I waited for three weeks and still didn't receive any tracking number or update. I was so frustrated that I emailed them 15 times, but I didn't get any response. And when I tried to call their support center, I had to wait for an insane amount of time. I was put on hold three times for an hour each time, and when I finally got through to someone, they told me that one of my items was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. Can you believe it? I bought that item as a gift, and now I have to find something else at the last minute.

I'm really disappointed with PinkBasis, and I don't think I'll ever shop there again. It's ridiculous that they made me wait for three weeks only to tell me that I won't be getting one of my items. And their customer service is terrible. I had to wait for hours on hold, and when I finally got through to someone, they weren't even helpful. They just told me that I wouldn't be getting my item and hung up.

I'm going to tell everyone I know not to shop at PinkBasis. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else where I know I'll get good customer service and my items will actually arrive on time.

PinkBasis Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Pink Basis

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Pink Basis. I mean, if I could give them zero stars, I totally would. Their customer service is just the worst. I tried to get in touch with them a few times, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They hardly ever respond to emails, and when they do, it takes them like two whole days to get back to you. What kind of service is that?

So, I ordered a couple pairs of pleaser boots from them for this big event I was going to. But when I tried to get some help with my order, it was like pulling teeth. I couldn't get anyone to help me out, and I was starting to get really frustrated. Finally, I just decided to cancel my order altogether. But guess what? They said they had already shipped it out! What the heck? And to make matters worse, they charged me $75 for expedited delivery. I mean, come on!

When I finally got my package, one of the boots was on backorder. But did they bother to tell me that? Nope. I had no idea until I opened up the box. Luckily, I had already given up on Pink Basis and ordered from Yandy.com instead. And you know what? Yandy was awesome. They were fast, they had everything in stock, and they even delivered my stuff the very next day for only $35! Now that's what I call service.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from Pink Basis, I would definitely think twice. They might have some cute stuff, but their customer service is just terrible. Buyer beware!

PinkBasis Total Disaster: Avoid This Company at All Costs!

This company is a total disaster! I can't even give them one star, they are that bad. It's like they hired the three blind mice to run their business. I'm not the only one who has had issues with wrong orders being shipped and refunds taking forever. These people are crazy and have no idea how to be professional. They don't even bother to respond when you try to contact them, and when you finally get through after waiting on hold for an hour, they promise you a refund to your PayPal account. But guess what? There's still no refund! I checked my account online and there's no credit there either. What a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. And if you're a magazine person reading this, I've stopped subscribing to Lucky Magazine and any other magazine that promotes this site.

PinkBasis Disappointing Return Process with PinkBasis: Buyer Beware

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with PinkBasis. I recently bought a pair of white boots from them for Halloween, but ended up changing my costume and needing to return them. The boots themselves were fine - they came quickly and were the right size - but the return process was a real headache.

First off, they don't cover the cost of shipping for returns, which is a bummer. I had to shell out $15 just to send the boots back. Then, even though they received the package on November 1st (I was tracking it), it took them a whole week to even start processing the return. When I called to ask about it, they told me it depended on my bank and that they'd contact their returns department to get things moving.

Fast forward to November 15th, and still no money back in my account. When I called again, the lady I spoke to gave me the same line about contacting the returns department. I mean, come on - it shouldn't take a whole month just to get a refund for a pair of boots!

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with PinkBasis. The boots were fine, but the return process was a real hassle. If you're thinking about buying from them, just be aware that you might have to jump through some hoops if you need to return something.

PinkBasis PinkBasis Review: Poor Quality Products and Frustrating Return Policy

I've ordered from PinkBasis twice now, even though I read some reviews that weren't so great. But hey, sometimes you just gotta take a chance and hope for the best, right? My first order took a little longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, one of the pairs of shoes I ordered was damaged. They were pretty cheap shoes, so I didn't bother trying to return them. Looking back, though, I wish I had. Their return policy is pretty ridiculous, and I probably could have saved myself some money if I had just tried to return them.

But I didn't learn my lesson, apparently, because I decided to order from PinkBasis again. And this time, it was a disaster. The shoes were all really poor quality, one pair was missing altogether, and to top it all off, one pair was a size 10 and another was a size 5.5. I wear an 8.5, so neither of those sizes were going to work for me. I knew I had to try to return them, but I was dreading it.

And for good reason. PinkBasis has one of the most convoluted and frustrating return policies I've ever seen. First of all, you only have 30 days to return items for store credit. That's not a lot of time, especially if you're ordering something for a special occasion or event. Then, you have to email the company to get a return number, and you have to provide photos of the items you want to return. That's two red flags right there, in my opinion. Why do they need photos? And why can't you just initiate a return through their website like most other online retailers?

But it gets worse. Once you get your return number, you have to pay for shipping yourself. And if you're not careful, you could end up being charged a "restocking fee" or having your exchange denied altogether. I lost count of how many red flags that is, but suffice it to say, it's a lot.

In my opinion, PinkBasis is a total scam. Their products are low-quality, their return policy is a nightmare, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

PinkBasis PinkBasis Review: Cheap Swimwear, But Is It Worth the Risk?

I was on the hunt for some cheap bathing suits when I stumbled upon PinkBasis. They were having a sale on swimwear, and I was able to snag two 2-piece bathing suits for around 30 bucks. I was stoked that they didn't sell the tops and bottoms separately, so I could get both for one price. However, shipping was a bit steep, and I couldn't combine any promotions or coupons, so I ended up spending a total of 50 dollars.

After I made my purchase, I received a confirmation email, but I never got a tracking number. I waited and waited, but my order never arrived in time for my spring break. I had read some reviews about PinkBasis, and I thought I had been scammed, so I didn't bother calling them. Instead, I went to Forever 21 to buy more bathing suits.

Finally, about two weeks after my initial purchase, I received my package. It was a total surprise to me, so I checked to see if they ever sent a tracking email. Lo and behold, they did! But it was sent 10 business days (not including weekends) after my purchase, and it said "thank you for purchasing from dollicouture.com." I was so confused, so I looked up the site, and it's almost identical to PinkBasis, who recently remodeled their site.

Although I received my order with the correct items and sizes, I don't think I'll be shopping here again. It's just too risky, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of not knowing where my order is or if I'll even receive it.

PinkBasis Disappointed with PinkBasis: False Information and Outrageous Shipping Costs

So, I heard about PinkBasis from a friend who's been shopping there for a while. I decided to give it a try and ordered two pairs of shoes on February 7th, 2014. The shoes were only $9.99 each, but the shipping cost was $17.99. I was a bit skeptical about the shipping cost, so I called customer service to confirm it. They told me that the shipping cost is based on the weight of the package. I've heard of this before, but $17.99 seemed a bit too much for shipping. However, I really wanted those shoes, so I went ahead and paid for it.

It's been almost two weeks now, and I still haven't received my shoes. I ordered from H&M and Greatglam on the same day, and I received both of those orders last week. I only paid $4.95 for shipping on each of those orders. I've been checking with FedEx, and the estimated arrival time for my PinkBasis order is February 21st. That's outrageous! I paid the most for shipping on these cheap shoes, and I've been waiting the longest to receive them.

Because of this shipping issue, I started to read more about PinkBasis and noticed that the website gives false information. In their customer guarantee, they talk about how fast their shipping is, but that's not true at all. They also claim to offer free ground shipping in the US, but that option wasn't even available during checkout. I'm really disappointed with my experience with PinkBasis, and I won't be ordering from them again. If you're smart, you won't either.

PinkBasis Terrible Customer Service Experience with PinkBasis - Do Not Buy From Them!

I gotta say, PinkBasis ain't no good when it comes to customer service. I ordered some shoes on November 5, 2016, and they took my money two days later. The package arrived on November 11, 2016, and I was pretty stoked since it came all the way from California. But then, I found out that one of the pairs was messed up - it had two left feet! I was so embarrassed when I gave them as gifts. So, I contacted PinkBasis on November 22, 2016, but they didn't get back to me until November 28, 2016. I know they say to give them 48 hours to respond, but come on! It was the holiday season, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. They asked for pictures of the messed-up shoes, which I sent right away. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and then transferred to a voicemail that said they couldn't take my call. I was so fed up that I sent another email on December 5, 2016. Finally, on December 8, 2016, they apologized and said they didn't have a replacement for the shoes. They offered me store credit, but I didn't want that. I asked for a refund instead. They said they requested a refund on my behalf, but it could take 7-15 business days to process. Then, it would take another 10 business days to issue the refund. It's been about 20 business days since then, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online store. Don't buy from PinkBasis - you've been warned!

Yo, listen up. I gotta tell you about my experience with PinkBasis. First off, they charged me an arm and a leg for shipping, saying they were using FedEx. But guess what? They actually used SmartPost, which is known for being super unreliable. And what happened? My package never showed up. And now they won't give me my money back. Total scam, man. PinkBasis PinkBasis Review: Poor Quality Shoes and Non-Existent Customer Service

So, I bought a couple of sneaker wedges from PinkBasis and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The shoes were made out of some kind of foam material and had a really strong smell of burnt rubber. It was not pleasant at all. But that's not even the worst part. One of the pairs they sent me was already worn and had dirt on the sole. Can you believe that? It was like they didn't even bother to check the shoes before sending them out. And to make matters worse, it looked like they tried to clean it up but there was still a white stain on the side of the shoe.

I was so upset about the whole thing that I emailed them to ask for a refund on the worn pair. But guess what? I never got a response from them. Can you believe that? It's like they don't even care about their customers. So, I decided to just wear the shoes anyway because I didn't want to waste my money. But let me tell you, I will never buy from this site again.

Overall, my experience with PinkBasis was not a good one. The shoes were of poor quality and the customer service was non-existent. I would not recommend this site to anyone looking for good quality shoes. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

PinkBasis Unacceptable Business Practices: My Experience with PinkBasis

So, I gotta say, PinkBasis ain't exactly my cup of tea. I mean, first off, they don't seem to be following the rules when it comes to state and local laws. That's a big no-no in my book. And don't even get me started on the products. Let's just say they weren't exactly what I was expecting. And to top it all off, their return and refund policy was nowhere to be found before I made my purchase. I mean, come on, I'm in California, and the law here says that online businesses gotta disclose that kinda stuff.

But the real kicker was the customer service. It was just plain awful. I tried to make a few requests, but they wouldn't budge. Not even a little bit. And that's just not cool.

Honestly, I think someone needs to take a closer look at PinkBasis and how they do things. This kind of behavior just isn't acceptable in the retail industry. So, if you're thinking about shopping with them, I'd say think twice. There are plenty of other options out there that are way better.

PinkBasis Terrible Customer Service and Damaged Products: My Experience with PinkBasis

PinkBasis is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and when they arrived, they were damaged. I was so disappointed! I contacted their customer service team and they asked me to send photos of the damage before they could replace the shoes. It took them forever to reply to my emails and when I called them, I was put on hold for two hours without even getting to speak to a real person. All I heard was music playing in the background. It was so frustrating!

Finally, I sent the shoes back to them, but I never received any reply from them about what would happen next. I don't know if they will refund my money or replace the shoes. It's a total rip off! I would never recommend anyone to buy from PinkBasis. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible.

PinkBasis Disappointing Experience with PinkBasis/Lollicouture: Order Not Received After 3 Weeks

I am so frustrated with PinkBasis, or should I say, Lollicouture? I placed my order more than three weeks ago and I still haven't received my items. It's ridiculous! I wish I had read some reviews before buying from them. But now I know that they changed their name to Lollicouture because of all the negative feedback they were getting. Sneaky, huh?

But let me tell you, they messed with the wrong person this time. I don't care about money, I care about principles. I have shut down companies like them before and I won't hesitate to do it again. It's not about the amount of money I spent, it's about the principle of the matter.

I am so disappointed with PinkBasis/Lollicouture. I was really looking forward to receiving my items, but now I don't even know if I ever will. It's frustrating to think that they can just take my money and not deliver what I paid for. I hope others will read this review and think twice before buying from them. It's just not worth the risk.

PinkBasis Disappointing Experience with PinkBasis: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give PinkBasis a try and ordered a shirt from their website. I was pretty excited to receive it, but unfortunately, it took quite a while to arrive. I waited and waited and waited, but it just didn't seem to be coming. Finally, I decided to check the tracking number to see what was going on. To my surprise, it said that the package had already been delivered! I checked with my neighbors, but they hadn't seen anything.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to PinkBasis customer service for help. They filed a claim for me, but unfortunately, I had to wait another eight days with no updates. It was starting to feel like I would never receive my shirt. Finally, ten days after my initial contact, I decided to chat with them again. This time, they offered me store credit as a solution.

While I appreciate the gesture, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. It felt like I had to badger them to get any kind of response, and even then, it took a long time to get any kind of resolution. I don't think I'll be shopping with PinkBasis again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle.

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with PinkBasis. I mean, I shoulda known better than to just blindly trust a website without doing my research, but I was in a rush and just wanted to get my order in. Big mistake.

I ordered five things from them, and only got four. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. And when I tried to reach out to them to see what was going on, I got no response. I tried emailing them, calling them, everything, and it was like they just didn't care.

Their customer service is a total joke. I mean, seriously, who leaves their customers hanging like that? It's just a total headache trying to deal with them. And don't even get me started on how hard it is to actually get through to someone on the phone. I swear, I was on hold for like 15 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up.

PinkBasis Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Pinkbasis: No Promo Code Option & Long Wait Times

So, I recently made a purchase on Pinkbasis and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the experience. When I was placing my order, I noticed that there was no spot to enter the promo code that I had. I thought that maybe it would automatically deduct the amount at checkout, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I ended up getting an email confirmation a few minutes later, and to my dismay, it showed that the entire amount was being processed.

I tried calling Pinkbasis to see if there was anything that could be done about the promo code, but to my surprise, there were 70 callers ahead of me! I held on for as long as I could, and managed to get all the way down to caller number 10, but unfortunately, I had to run into a meeting and couldn't stay on the line any longer. I decided to try calling back an hour later, but to my dismay, the line was disconnected!

Overall, I have to say that I was really disappointed with the customer service at Pinkbasis. It's frustrating to not be able to get through to someone when you have a question or concern about your order. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, because I really do like their products and would love to shop with them again.

PinkBasis Unacceptable Customer Service Experience with Pink Basis: A Review

I've been shopping at Pink Basis for a couple of years now and I have to say, my experience hasn't been the best. I had an issue with an order I received where one of the swimsuits I ordered in a size small was way too big. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it on my upcoming vacation. To make matters worse, the other swimsuit I received had been opened and taped shut. I don't know if it was a return or if someone else had tried it on before it was shipped to me.

I decided to return both swimsuits and requested a refund. However, I never received my money back. When I contacted Pink Basis about the issue, I was told that I was out of the return dates. I was really frustrated because I had been contacting them about the opened bag and the sizing issue for a while and the problem was never resolved. I even sent them another email a few days ago but I haven't heard back from them yet.

As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Pink Basis has been anything but excellent. It's really disappointing because I was hoping to become a loyal customer. I still have my receipt and I'm hoping that they will resolve this issue soon. Overall, I would say that my experience with Pink Basis has been totally unacceptable.

I then decided to check the parent website, AMICLUBWEAR.COM, and found that there was an error with my tracking number. I tried to contact customer service twice, but all I got was music on loop. I also sent two emails but received no response.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the delay in receiving my order. I feel like I have been scammed and I am not alone in this feeling. I have read other reviews that suggest that PinkBasis and AMICLUBWEAR are not trustworthy sites.

I have decided to dispute the charge on my credit card because I do not want to support a company that does not value its customers. I urge others to avoid PinkBasis and AMICLUBWEAR and find a more reliable and trustworthy site to make their purchases.
