PicMonkey photo editing

I have just discovered PicMonkey has been withdrawing money each month from my account. I dont recall ever signing up for this website and I certainly do not add my card details even for trials of websites. I dont know how they got my details, but I would like my money back and know who signed up for this website? If anyone did, it would have been a big mistake.

I am seeking your assistance in having this payment stopped. I will be submitting a fraud claim through my bank if unresolved which is my next step.

I need assistance in resolving this issue and my money returned.

PicMonkey overcharging

About a month ago I was charged for a yearly subscription, which was my fault and they said they would refund the money, instead of getting a refund I was greeted with yet another 70 dollar charge which overdrafted my account. If the first had overdrafted that's fine that's on me, but they tried to charge me again after I had canceled and they said they revoked the charge. I am furious and I demand to be recompensated I feel like overcharging me is actually criminal misuse of my financial information and I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure it doesn't happen to anybody else. I will fly to Seattle personally because it seems otherwise no one will be held responsible. I also have proof of the double charge on my bank statements.

PicMonkey Unauthorized credit charges! Ripoff

This company has ripped off my checking account for over $105! ... They were only authorized for ONE CHARGE, but today going back through my credit card history, I discovered that they have hit my card 11 times over the last 9 monts! The last time they hit it twice in one month! This place is a complete RIPOFF

I've had the same issue and I didn't even know what this was until I saw it in my bank statement. I went and looked and there was a charge from the month before the last one. I've cancelled that card and had to get a new one and my bank is looking into the matter and I've agreed to any info they need to prosecute.

PicMonkey Site operation

So, I have been using your site for a while and at first it was absolutely wonderful. But unfortunately I began to run into an issue. I find that the site will often lag, which is every time I use it. The lag wasn't a big deal at first, but as I went along with what I was doing, the lag got even worse. This lag often disrupts the picture I'm trying to edit. I am aware that you can undo mistakes but spending time on a picture will end up taking longer than needed. Especially when trying to do an effect, you will have to wait for the site to load every other minute before you can continue with what you're doing. I have checked to make sure that it wasn't an error with my computer but I am positive that it is just the site. I request that you look into this and try to make it better, to where I can edit something and not have a major lag. If you do so it would be much appreciated.

PicMonkey Charged credit card after closing account

I cancelled my monthly membership ($4.99/mo) with PicMonkey a year ago and suddenly a few days ago they charged my credit card for $33 - the price of a 1 year membership. I have emailed and left a voicemail for the company with no response. I want the charge reversed and my PicMonkey 'account' deleted immediately. The last 4 numbers of the card are 4678.

I don't know why to take paid one, If there are many website which are offering same service at free of cost.You can try pixlr, or www.toolpic.com more advanced tool like photoshop

PicMonkey Company charged me and ignored my emails

I signed up for the website www.picmonkey.com and was really excited with the free services and possibility to edit photos. But they charged me for something, and when I tried to reach them, no one replied to my emails. They took about $10, no large sum, but I was afraid that they knew my personal and card info. I want to stop this company and get money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I needed this app for work, but only needed it for 1 month no issues paying for that.

the payment charged me for 100 dollars, no way to fix that

i cannot afford 100 dollars for an app.

ive requested a refund haven't heard anything back or received a refund

Hi,

I was working in PicMonkey and it knocked me out and says, "Access to www.picmonkey.com was denied." I paid my yearly balance of $47.52 in May 2-23

I cleared my cache and restarted my computer and I still don't have access. Can you please help me with this issue?

I don't even know what this company is, but somehow they have mine and my wife's card info abd trying to charge us, but my wife's card is expired, mine says my 3 digit security code is wrong. There's something suspicious going on.

I cancelled this service months ago yet they continue to bill my account! I've sent emails and get no response. I'm unable to find a phone number. I need my money refunded and billing to finally stop! I can't even log in anymore to go through my account. Does anyone have a phone number for this company? Please assist.

Hi, I wanted to contact picmonkey for unauthorised debit on my account. I don't want to proceed with the subscription however i was debited without warning or double checking. I am out of work at the moment and I nearly fell down my couch when they took my last rent money. Please help me as I don't know what to do.

I have a new card because there were fraudulent charges on my account. Updated my card information and I still don't have access to the paid features because the account is stuck on "RENEW."

I guess everything is okay as long as they are able to keep charging, but to not be able to use the services after paying is bogus.

The usual thing PicMonkey does...instantly charge cards when the account is void. I will NOT recommend PicMonkey. Especially since they are very hard to contact...if at all. And if you do, you will be lucky if they even respond back. My suggestion - cancel your card and get another one because they will ALWAYS continue to charge since they have your card number.

My PicMonkey account auto-renewed. I now need to cancel and receive a refund. PICMONKEY IS NON-RESPONSIVE—I emailed them 7 days ago. Also, there is NO “Cancel Subscription” option available when I log on to my account. No way to do business!

I totally agree. This company is extremely difficult to contact and IF you contact them, they are extremely slow to respond...if at all.

I was charged $71.88 on a account that I canceled the membership for back in September...I am very very upset and want this fixed ASAP. I did not want to renew this service especially annually. I need to be contacted by someone asap. I have sent a ticket to be looked at a no contact still.
